A bancada ruralista é tida como um dos grupos conservadores do Congresso Nacional, com forte coesão interna e intensa capacidade de pressão junto ao Executivo e Legislativo brasileiro, para que seus interesses sejam contemplados. O estudo considera a discussão, em plenário, dos parlamentares ruralistas sobre a MPV nº 114/03, que dispõe da renegociação das dívidas do crédito rural e visa analisar como as renegociações dos recursos públicos aplicados no financiamento da produção agropecuária brasileira reproduzem e aprofundam a desigualdade social. Tanto financiamento para a produção agropecuária como a renegociação das dívidas do crédito rural não consideram equitativamente todos os produtores rurais, colocando a discussão diante de questões de justiça social ao não propiciar mecanismos para a redução da desigualdade social / Abstract: Taking in consideration a contextual analyses, this dissertation investigates the March 2003 Governmental Decree 114, which was converted in the Federal Law number 10.696 in July 2003. This study focus on the thoughts and actions of the rural landowners members of the Congress (the bancada ruralista), which are considered one of the most conservative political sectors in the country. The Bancada Ruralista is also considered to be a very strong lobby, with internal cohesion and capacity of pressure on the Executive and the Legislative. The dissertation analyses the debates around the Governmental Decree 114 among the members of the Congress, particularly the bancada ruralista discussion on the defense of the large landowners' interests. The Governmental Decree 114 established new standards regarding the renegotiation of public rural credit and the landowner's federal debts. Therefore it was considered a crucial political issue for the bancada ruralista lobbies. The study demonstrates how the application of the federal resources on the large agribusiness reproduces and deepens the country social inequalities, since the rural producer are not equally considered in these negotiations, clearly favoring the large and most politically powerful rural landowners / Mestrado / Sociologia Politica / Mestre em Sociologia

Refere-se à compreensão e desvelamento da metáfora ¿Athenas do Sul de Minas¿ criada para a cidade sul-mineira de Campanha, entendida aqui como representação através da interpretação da obra dos memorialistas do lugar à luz da História da Educação regional/nacional e dos referenciais teórico-metodológicos da História Cultural e suas categorias de práticas e representações, bem como das noções de estratégia, distinção e capital cultural de Bourdieu. Para tal, buscou-se, através da análise de fontes primárias coletadas nos arquivos públicos, verificar se Campanha havia sido privilegiada por políticas públicas de educação, em relação às demais cidades de Minas, que sustentassem a metáfora, o que não se confirmou. A análise das práticas culturais da elite campanhense, já sem os recursos do ouro, revelou que, na gênese da representação ¿Athenas do Sul de Minas¿ para Campanha, estavam as estratégias de manutenção do status-quo dessa camada social através da busca de nobilitação pelos títulos oriundos da formação nos cursos superiores do país que lhe possibilitassem a inserção na política e nos quadros burocráticos do Estado tanto imperial como republicano no período de 1870/1930 / Abstract: This work is inserted in the Histedbr. It refers to the understanding and unveiling of the metaphor " Athens of the South of Minas" created for the city in the south of Minas called Campanha, understood here as representation through the interpretation of the work of the ¿memorialistas¿ of the place to the light of the History of the National/ Regional Education and of the theoretical-methodological references of the Cultural History and their categories of practices and representations, as well as of the notions of strategy, distinction and cultural capital of Bourdieu. For such, it was searched through the analysis of primary sources collected in the public files to verify if Campanha had been privileged by public politics of education in relation to the other cities of Minas that sustained the metaphor, which was not confirmed. The analysis of the cultural practices of the ¿campanhense¿ elite, already without the resources of the gold, revealed that in the genesis of the representation Athens of the South of Minas for Campanha were the strategies of maintenance of the status-quo of this social layer through the ¿nobilitization¿ search for the titles originating from the graduation in the universities of the country that made possible insert in the politics and in the bureaucratic pictures of the State, so much imperial as republican in the period of 1870/1930 / Mestrado / Historia, Filosofia e Educação / Mestre em Educação

A proposta visa, portanto, apreender estas no momento de ruptura das alianças familiares, a fim de focalizar aquelas que após o casamento perante a Igreja, buscavam romper os laços matrimoniais. Vislumbra-se, dessa forma, a possibilidade de se realizar uma história das mulheres da elite colonial paulista, utilizando documentos referentes aos ¿processos de divórcio¿ e legislações civil e eclesiástica, complementados por testamentos, inventários, livro de notas, dispensas matrimoniais, registros de casamentos, processos crimes, narrativa de viajantes e genealogias referentes à Capitania de São Paulo. Com base na pesquisa efetuada procuramos verificar em que medida a atuação social destas mulheres foi maior do que a historiografia tem apontado, e, conseqüentemente, questionar os estereótipos referentes às mulheres da elite paulista cristalizados nas imagens de devoção e reclusão / Abstract: When looking at elite woman, we have as a target to check, by the divorces processes, the relation between woman and the Church Justice. The proposal has one intention, to learn the right moment of the breaking point of family alliance, in order to focus that one who after marriage in the Church, wanted to divorce. This way, the possibility of telling a story of woman of Paulista Colonial Elite, using documents of the ¿divorce processes¿ and civil and church legislation, added with testaments, inventory, books, marriage dispensation, birth certificate, criminal processes, travelers registers and genealogy regarding Capitania of São Paulo.
