Para isso, o palco lírico é colocado em destaque com a eleição das vozes da ópera que venham a comunicar a voz definida como objeto desde Lacan. O percurso selecionado conta com os textos freudianos que conduzem ao surgimento da idéia de pulsão, destacando-se as reflexões iniciais sobre o aparelho psíquico. O funcionamento psíquico interessa muito a Freud e o direciona cada vez menos ao estudo das células nervosas em lugar da ênfase clínica, tomando os relatos de pacientes para compor sua teoria. Vários elementos surgem para sustentar seu projeto inicial de estabelecer os esclarecimentos necessários à compreensão do aparelho psíquico e o levam à descrição do conceito de pulsão, dentre outros. Fez-se necessária a investigação de um ponto a partir do qual Lacan tenha sido motivado a acrescentar a voz aos objetos pulsionais previamente apresentados por Freud. Algumas interseções puderam ser apontadas, dando corpo teórico ao objeto lacaniano, “separável” e “emissível”, identificado como a própria essência da idéia de objeto ‘a’, para sempre perdido. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This research aims at discussing and reflecting upon a voice as an object of an invocative drive which is taken into consideration under certain environment in the art field that can be evoked. In order to do so, an opera house´s voices which communicate the definite voice as object since Lacan´s studies has been highlighted. Freud´s exts and his initial reflections on the mental apparatus lead to the emerging idea of the drive itself, which served as the foundation for this research. Due to Freud´s great interest in how one´s mind works, his theories were built upon his patients´ clinical report, therefore his studies focus less on the nerve cell. A gargantuan amount of data comes out so as to support his initial project. Its objective was to illustrate enough information to the understanding of the mental apparatus, however such results took him to the concept of drive, among others. It was necessary to find a point from which Lacan had been motivated to add the voice to the impulsive objects previously presented by Freud. Apesar disso, este trabalho de dissertação busca propor um percurso de leitura que situa a origem e o desenvolvimento do conceito de pulsão - Trieb - na obra de Freud. Tal percurso é balizado a partir dos três passos na teoria pulsional: o primeiro deles é relativo à noção de sexualidade; o segundo refere-se à tese sobre o narcisismo; e o terceiro passo diz respeito à pulsão de morte - que leva a uma fundamental revisão da metapsicologia. Ao partir da noção de destino que orienta o estudo de 1915 sobre as pulsões, esta dissertação tem como objetivo compreender o próprio conceito à luz desta noção - ou seja, qual o destino do conceito de pulsão na obra de Freud. Das primeiras análises, logo se revela o caráter ambivalente como a noção que possibilita vislumbrar o que é fundamental às pulsões. Desse modo, o destino do conceito de pulsão pode ser desvelado pelo destaque aos elementos de ambivalência que revelam aquilo que é essencial ao conceito: a cisão, a dualidade e a contradição. Portanto, esta dissertação propõe evidenciar as ambivalências que marcam a origem e o desenvolvimento da noção de pulsão para, assim, compreender o destino que atravessa a construção deste conceito ao longo da obra de Freud. Teoria pulsional / Abstract: It is known that Freud's theses are not linear, his writing is marked by the discontinuity and constant revision of his propositions. In spite of this, this work of dissertation seeks to propose a course of reading that places the origin and development of the concept of drive - Trieb - in the work of Freud. This path is marked out from the three steps in the drive theory: the first of them is related to the notion of sexuality; the second refers to the thesis on narcissism; and the third step concerns the death drive - which leads to a fundamental revision of metapsychology. Starting from the notion of destiny that guides the study of 1915 on the drives, this dissertation aims to understand the concept itself in light of this notion - that is, what is the destiny of the concept of drive in Freud's work. From the first analyzes, the ambivalent character is soon revealed as the notion that makes it possible to glimpse what is fundamental to the drives. In this way, the destiny of the concept of drive can be revealed by highlighting the elements of ambivalence that reveal what is essential to the concept: the split, the duality and the contradiction. Therefore, this dissertation proposes to highlight the ambivalences that mark the origin and development of the notion of drive to understand the destiny that goes through the construction of this concept throughout Freud's work. In each of these summaries, the meanings of the content are reseached. Ten articulated the areas were chosen:sickness, pulsion, life/death, pain/suffering, loss/mourning, symptom, trauma, narcisism, compulsion to repetition, body, being emphasized the following areas: sickness, pulsion, symptom and body.The reseach points out the relation between the psychological sickness and the opression of the lust,reflecting the existance of the mecanism of sickness and the formation of the symptom.The process of sickness involves a lack of sexual desire, and also a misfunction in the living of the pulsions of life and death, and this fragmentation leads to partial pulsions. The destinies of the pulsions suggest a connection with the psychological sickness,causing pathological manifestations like traumatic neurosis,compulsion to repetition,force of resistences,neurotic contents and their state of morbid suffering. / Ao tomar referência à abordagem psicanalítica, esta pesquisa se propõe a uma revisão bibliográfica sobre Os Sentidos do Adoecer: refazendo o percurso freudiano, escolhendo como objetivos investigar os sentidos, os mecanismos e as manifestações envolvidas no âmbito do adoecer psíquico. A metodologia baseia-se numa pesquisa qualitativa feita através de uma análise de conteúdo de um total de 75 resumos selecionados. Buscam-se, em cada resumo, os significados de conteúdo; escolhem-se dez áreas temáticas articuladas: Adoecer, Pulsão, Vida/Morte, Dor/Sofrimento, Perdas/Luto, Sintoma, Trauma, Narcisismo, Compulsão à repetição, Corpo, priorizando-se quatro dessas áreas que apresentam uma ligação maior com o estudo, quais sejam: Adoecer, Pulsão, Sintoma e Corpo. A pesquisa aponta a relação do adoecer psíquico com o “represamento da libido”, refletindo a existência do mecanismo de adoecimento e da formação do sintoma. O processo de adoecimento envolve uma dessexualização das funções egóicas (as de autopreservação e as pulsões libidinais), além de ocorrer também uma vivência desfusional das pulsões de vida e de morte, tendo as pulsões parciais como conseqüências dessa fragmentação. Os destinos das pulsões sugerem uma ligação com o adoecimento psíquico, provocando manifestações patológicas como as neuroses traumáticas, os fenômenos da compulsão à repetição, a força das resistências, a presença dos conteúdos neuróticos e seus estados mórbidos de sofrimento.

A obesidade apresenta-se como uma patologia que acomete um número crescente de pessoas, recebendo a denominação de doença do milênio. Mobiliza a atenção de programas de saúde pública, que investem continuamente em pesquisas procurando debelá-la. A cirurgia bariátrica apresenta-se como um eficiente método de controle da obesidade, implicando a atuação de uma equipe multiprofissional, composta por cirurgião, psicólogo, nutricionista e enfermeiro, que acompanha o paciente na fase pré-operatória e, igualmente, após a cirurgia. O objetivo da nossa pesquisa consistiu em investigar o movimento da pulsão oral em mulheres que se submeteram à cirurgia bariátrica. Buscamos contemplar os aspectos subjetivos implicados no processo de emagrecimento quando se faz necessária modificação na forma de satisfação oral, pesquisando assim o efeito de uma intervenção física no corpo pulsional. Para tanto, delimitamos nosso estudo nas mulheres uma vez que, no Hospital da Polícia Militar de Pernambuco, local onde realizamos a pesquisa, foram elas que demandaram em maior número à cirurgia e, da mesma forma, apresentaram mais dificuldades durante o período pós-cirúrgico. Trata-se de uma pesquisa que articula a teoria com a clínica, cujo referencial é o psicanalítico, na qual apresentaremos os relatos de três pacientes acompanhadas pela pesquisadora antes e após a cirurgia, para em seguida expormos a análise do material colhido. Nos casos acompanhados tornou-se evidente que a intervenção física, embora necessária ao controle de peso das pacientes, não foi suficiente para promover modificações no corpo pulsional. Foi possível constatarmos a importância do processo psicoterápico para que tais alterações possam ocorrer no corpo pulsional de cada paciente. / Obesity is considered nowadays a pathology that affects a growing number of people, reason for which its called the millennium disease. It mobilizes the attention of public healthy services, which invest continuously in research to control it. The bariatric surgery presents as an efficient method to control obesity through the intervention of a multi-professional team, composed by a surgeon, a psychologist, a nutritionist and a nurse, that take care of the patient during the pre-chirurgical phase and, afterwards, during the post-chirurgical one. The aim of our research was to investigate the movement of the oral compulsion in women that were submitted to the bariatric surgery. We searched the subjective aspects that always appear in the losing weight process in which its necessary a change in the ways of the oral satisfaction. We observed, therefore, the effects of the physical intervention in a compulsional body. In so doing, we restricted our analysis among the women for the reason that, in the Hospital da Polícia Militar de Pernambuco, place where the study was conducted, it was them that claimed more for the surgery and also because the women presented more difficulties after the surgery than the men. Its a research that focuses on the interaction between the theory and the clinics, which referential is the psychoanalytic one. Henceforth, we described the cases of three patients accompanied by the researcher before and after the surgery. Afterwards, we analyzed all the material collected. In all the cases it was verified that the physical intervention, although necessary to the patients weight control, was not sufficient to promote changes in the compulsional body. We concluded proving the importance of the psychotherapeutic process, which enabled the changes in the compulsional body of each patient.

A fibromialgia pode ser conceituada como uma enfermidade reumatológica caracterizada pela presença de pontos dolorosos anatomicamente definidos, dor crônica, fadiga, distúrbio do sono e depressão entre outros achados. Controvérsias cercam a etiologia e os fatores desencadeantes e agravantes dessa síndrome que acomete preferencialmente mulheres entre 30 e 60 anos. O presente estudo se propõe aprofundar a análise dos sintomas fibromiálgicos e sua relação com a unidade do corpo psicossomático, sob um ponto de vista transdisciplinar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa psicanalítica, na qual analisamos diários de campo e histórias de vida de três pacientes do sexo feminino atendidas no ambulatório de fisioterapia do Hospital da Polícia Militar de Pernambuco. Buscamos, através do arsenal teórico freudiano, distinguir um corpo próprio da psicanálise. Para nos auxiliar nessa empreitada contamos com as contribuições de outros autores contemporâneos com trabalhos relevantes tais como: Paul-Laurent Assoun, Didier Anzieu, Juan-David Nasio e Maria Helena Fernandes.
