Partimos de uma afirmação do autor no livro “A Arte da Vida” acerca do papel da amizade, considerando-a como um lugar seguro na liquidez do mundo atual. A análise dessa afirmativa nos leva para a relação estabelecida pelo autor entre a “sociedade administrada”, movida pela égide da ordem e disciplina e a “sociedade líquidomoderna”, também chamada de “modernidade sem ilusões”, tempo histórico marcado pela incerteza que por sua vez gera a sensação de ambivalência. Nesse contexto, como forma de modo de vida, é construído um modelo societário movido pelo consumo, marcado pela lógica de custo-benefício que também atinge as relações humanas. Tal processo gera impactos na dimensão ético-política, que passa a ser caracterizada pelo individualismo, afastamento do campo público e dificuldade de construção de questões comuns a serem reconhecidas e enfrentadas no campo social. Observou-se que na obra de Bauman, as dificuldades de conviver com o outro se materializam no conceito de “estranho”, que por sua vez, marca o afastamento da Diferença. O diagnóstico realizado pelo autor também nos leva a um debate acerca das relações mediadas pela tecnologia e o desenvolvimento de comunidades virtuais que mostram e mantém a fragilidade vincular de nosso momento atual. No que tange ao mapeamento do conceito de amizade, pontua-se a relação com os conceitos de Diferença e amor. No que diz respeito à educação, a amizade... / The purpose of this research was investigate the possible places of friendship in the context of contemporary society's diagnosis made by polish sociologist Zygmunt Bauman to map the impacts of the issue in the educational field. We start from the statement of the author in the end of book The Art of Life about the role of friendship, considering it as a safe place in the current world liquidity. The analysis of this statement leads us to the relationship between what the author called administered society - based by order and discipline - and liquid modern society, also called modernity without illusions, historical time marked by uncertainty which in turn produces a feeling of ambivalence. In this context, as a means of way of life, is built a corporate model based by consumer, marked by the logic of cost-benefit analysis that also affects human relationships. This process generates impacts on the ethical-political dimension, which is now characterized by individualism, removal from the public field and difficulty of building common issues to be recognized and addressed in the social field. It was observed in the work of Bauman that the difficulties of living with the other materialize the concept of stranger, which in turn, marks the distance of Difference. The diagnosis made by the author leads us to discussion about the relationships mediated by technology and the development of virtual communities that show and keeps the fragility of bonds in our current moment. Regarding the mapping of the concept of friendship, there is a relation with the concepts difference and love. Tomamos como pressuposto que a Administração/Gestão Escolar, enquanto campo do conhecimento foi disputada por duas concepções opostas: uma que advogava que esta era tributária da Teoria Geral da Administração; e, outra, que defendia a especificidade da Administração Escolar. Ao longo do século XX, estas duas concepções polarizaram os debates sobre a Administração/Gestão Escolar e hegemonizam o campo. A primeira procura situá-la como atividade preponderantemente técnica, prevalece nas décadas de 1960 e 1970; a segunda desponta a partir dos anos 1980, buscando a especificidade da Administração/Gestão escolar, valorizando a sua dimensão política. Esse tratamento provocou no campo de estudos e mesmo na formulação das políticas públicas educacionais, a secundarização da sua dimensão pedagógica. Procura-se responder a questão: Quais os limites e as possibilidades de atuação da administração/gestão escolar no contexto de uma escola estadual paulista? A partir desse problema, buscamos responder as seguintes questões norteadoras da pesquisa: Quais as características que diferenciam a administração/gestão escolar da administração de empresas? Quais os conceitos que embasam as concepções de administração/gestão escolar presentes nas formulações da SEE/SP?... / Abstract: This thesis was developed by the Program of Graduate Studies in Education of the Faculty of Science and Technology / Universidade Estadual Paulista and is linked to the research line "Public Policy, School Organization and Teacher Education". It had as its object of analysis administration / management that takes place in schools. We take for granted that the School Administration / Management as field of knowledge was played by two opposing views: one that advocated that this was dependent on the General Theory of Administration; and another, who defended the specificity of School Administration. Throughout the twentieth century, these two concepts have polarized the debate on the School Administration / Management and hegemonized the field. The first seeks to put it as a mainly technical activity, prevalent in the 1960s and 1970s; the second emerges from the 1980s, seeking the specificity of Administration / School management, enhancing its political dimension. This treatment resulted, in the studies field and even in the formulation of educational policies, the sidelining of its pedagogical dimension. We seek to answer the question: What are the limits and possibilities of action of the administration / school management in the context of a state school in the state of São Paulo? Departig from this problem, we seek to answer the following guiding research questions: What are the characteristics that differentiate the school administration / management of business administration? What are the concepts underlying the concepts of school administration / management present in the formulations of SEE / SP? Historicamente, Bananal se consagrou como uma das principais produtoras de café no século XIX, chegando a ter o título de “terra dos Barões do Café”. Inicialmente, a pesquisa investigou entre os estudantes de ensino fundamental da localidade o imaginário popular sobre uma personagem característico do “folclore” no país: o Saci. Os pesquisadores perceberam que para além dos muros da escola local, havia contos, lendas, artes de cura, músicas e danças, que são algumas das tradições e marcas da identidade da população negra vinda para o Brasil – no que se convencionou como a diáspora africana. Esses povos não trouxeram o que se chama até hoje de “padrões culturais diferentes”, mas sim uma visão de mundo que se verificou no agir cotidiano desta pequena comunidade – cercada pelas exuberantes paisagens de Mata Atlântica da Serra da Bocaina –, criando ali um conjunto de saberes que estão preservados nas memórias de seus habitantes. A partir dos dados coletados observam-se práticas, técnicas, artes e saberes que perduraram por muitas gerações através de mestres de ofício, tais como: as benzedeiras ou curandeiros, as parteiras, os foliões, os jongueiros e os calangueiros. Estes conhecimentos, adquiridos no seio da comunidade por seus habitantes, permanece nas memórias individual, familiar e coletiva e sugere como a cultura tradicional e afrobrasileira criou formas de resistência ao longo do processo histórico-cultural ocorrido na região. No cotidiano do sistema escolar, a cultura afrobrasileira foi marginalizada, porque entre outras coisas o currículo na educação escolar, ainda hoje, se mantém eurocêntrico e reproduz ideologias perversas para a vida na comunidade. O cenário de Bananal foi ideal para partir ... / This study presents the results of an ethnographic study conducted in the small community of Bananal, which features just over eleven thousand inhabitants and lies in the Vale do Paraíba. Historically, Bananal established itself as a leading coffee producer in the nineteenth century and was then called the Land of the Coffee Barons. Initially, the research interviewed elementary school students about a popular Brazilian folklore character, the Saci. We then realized that beyond the walls of the local school, there were tales, legends, healing arts, music, and dances, which belong to the tradition and identity of the black population that came to Brazil, the African Diaspora. These people didn't just bring to Brazil what is called, until today, different cultural patterns, but rather a different world view that reveals itself in the daily life of that small community - surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Atlantic Forrest of the Bocaina Mountain Range -, and which resulted in knowledge that has been preserved in the memories of its inhabitants. Based on the data collected, we came across practices, techniques, arts and knowledge that have remained alive for many generations through the masters of trades, such as male and female folk healers, midwives, revelers, as well as the jongueiros and the calangueiros. That knowledge, acquired in the community by its inhabitants, has been preserved by individual, family and collective memories and shows how the traditional Afro-Brazilian culture created forms of resistance throughout the historical and cultural process of that region. The school system routine marginalizes the Afro-Brazilian culture, given the fact that, among other factors, the syllabus has been Eurocentric to date and reproduces distorted ideologies for the life in the community. Parte-se da sua primeira experiência de docência, no início da década de 1920, na Escola Normal de Piracicaba em São Paulo, até o final de suas atividades na direção do INEP, em 1945. Utilizando-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, foram analisados registros originais do próprio autor e produções sobre o seu legado sobre educação. Dentre as principais fontes, encontram-se publicações em forma de livros, artigos, relatórios, discursos, correspondências, entre outros que, por sua vez, registram o pensamento e as ações deste intelectual da educação, que é o foco dessa investigação. Inicialmente, são apresentadas as suas relações familiares, cultural e de trabalho, situando-as em seu respectivo contexto histórico, para então explorar o seu pensamento em relação ao problema da educação popular a partir de manifestações públicas decorrentes de suas funções na administração educacional. Na sequência, recupera-se a participação de Lourenço Filho no ideário escolanovista e as diversas reformas que compuseram o Movimento de Renovação Educacional, que marcaram a História da Educação, no período em estudo. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The objective of this study is to understand the school administration in the work of Lourenço Filho in the context of the organization of the "New Shool", from 1920 to 1945. It starts from the first teaching experience of Lourenço Filho in the early 1920s at the "Shool Normal" of Piracicaba in São Paulo, until the end of its activities in the direction of INEP, in 1945. Using bibliographical and documentary research were analyzed original records of the author himself, as well as productions about his legacy for education. Among the main sources are publications in the form of books, articles, reports, speeches, correspondence, among others, which in turn record the thinking and actions of this intellectual of education that is the focus of this investigation. Initially, the family, cultural and work relations of Lourenço Filho is presented, situating them in their respective historical context, and then exploring their thinking about the problem of popular education, based on their public manifestations deriving from their functions in educational administration. In the sequence, the participation of Lourenço Filho in the "Escolanovista" ideary and the several reforms that composed the Movement of Educational Renewal that marked the History of Education, during the period under study, is presented. Considering the link between "Escolanovista" thinking and the problem of social organization, the conception of organization for the intellectual of education is related to the problem of the insertion of scientific administration in school. Some considerations and limits on the Movement of Educational Renewal are also punctuated, based on observations of scholars of the period. No entanto, para isso, é necessário que tais áreas sejam adequadas ao desenvolvimento de suas principais funções: sociais, recreativas, ambientais e pedagógicas. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi o de criar um instrumento de avaliação da qualidade funcional das áreas livres em escolas de ensino fundamental completo, visando verificar se essas áreas atendem as quatro principais funções educativas (sociais, recreativas, ambientais e pedagógicas) que tais áreas devem desempenhar no contexto escolar. O instrumento é composto de questões elaboradas com base na literatura da área e respaldadas por profissionais da educação. Esse instrumento foi aplicado em alunos de quatro escolas Municipais de Ensino Fundamental completo em Bauru-SP, com o fim de identificar a qualidade dessas áreas e ressaltar as principais diferenças nas avaliações de alunos dos anos iniciais e finais. Os resultados obtidos possibilitaram realizar um diagnóstico, que aferiu o nível de atendimento das funções das áreas livres em cada escola pesquisada, de acordo com o ponto de vista dos alunos dos anos iniciais e finais. Assim, foi possível traçar um panorama geral das áreas estudadas e identificar os principais pontos fortes e fracos em cada função avaliada, além de ressaltar questões dentro de cada função que precisam ser revi... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The free areas of schools, known as school patio, are learning environments, experiences and socialization, and configure themselves as essential spaces in the school context. However, to do this, it is necessary that such areas are suitable for the development of their principal functions: social, recreational, environmental and pedagogy. The main objective of this study was to create an instrument for assessing the functional quality of free areas in elementary schools, aiming to check if these areas meet the four major educational roles (social, recreational, environmental and pedagogical) that such areas should play in the school context. The instrument consists of questions based on the literature of the area and supported by educational professionals. This instrument was applied to students from four Municipal schools of Basic Education in Bauru-SP, with the aim of identifying and highlighting the main differences in assessments of students of early and final years. The results obtained have made it possible to carry out a diagnosis, assessing the level of fulfill of the functions the free areas at each school surveyed, according to the point of view of the students of early and final years.
