Efeitos de um programa de psicomotricidade no bem-estar e na marcha em idosos

Objective: to investigate the effect of a program of psychomotor activities in gait and physical well-being, mental and social of elderly,. Methodology: It is an intervention study, without group control, descriptive, with quantitative-qualitative approach, conducted in a Clinical School of the Federal University of Paraíba, João performance of gait (POMA-BRAZIL). These evaluations were part of the triage of participants, being PEEM and POMA, Pessoa-PB. The population of the study was composed by 15 elderly. For data collection was utilized an instrument with socio demographic data, clinical data and physical examination, the mini mental state examination and the evaluation of functional performed in three moments of the research, every two months. The study was conducted in the period from August to December 2011. Referring to ethical considerations, the study was in accordance to the rules of Resolution1196/96. Regarding the intervention procedure were carried out psychomotor activities whose purpose a muscle strengthening from the psychomotor elements, favoring a better gait performance, being developed in the water and soil. After finishing the psychomotor program were identified perceptions of elderly through the individual interview technique of which guiding question was: What is the perception about the effects of the psychomotor program in your life? Their statements were recorded, which contributed so that the speeches could be transcribed with higher accuracy and reliability. For quantitative data analysis was utilized descriptive statistics and Friedman s test, from the qualitative point of view, the content analysis of Bardin. Results and data analysis: There was a significant difference between the evaluations of gait performance (Χ2FR= 17,7; gl= 2; p=0,0001), mainly between the second and the third evaluation (p<0,05). In synthesis, satisfactory results were found for the following variables: step length, step width, step height, the step symmetry, trunk stability, turning during walking, running and support for the midline deviation, which can be assigned practical effects of psychomotor. Final Considerations: Become is an indispensable for the promotion for the Health of the elderly, because the activities will provide an improved quality of life and the correction of gait in the elderly. / Introdução: Por causa do envelhecimento, o ser humano compromete algumas estruturas fisiológicas importantes para o desempenho da marcha Vale salientar que as modificações da marcha no idoso se processam em relação a fatores tanto fisiológicos como emocionais, interferindo no estilo de vida que o idoso apresenta. Objetivos: Investigar o efeito de um programa de atividades psicomotoras na marcha e no bem estar físico, mental e social dos idosos. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de intervenção sem grupo controle, descritiva, com abordagem quanti-qualitativa realizada na Clínica-Escola da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, João Pessoa-PB. A população do estudo foi constituída por 15 idosos. Para a coleta de dados, utilizou-se um instrumento com dados sociodemográficos, dados clínicos, exame físico, Mini Exame de Estado Mental, e avaliação de desempenho funcional da marcha (POMA-BRASIL). Estas avaliações faziam parte da triagem dos participantes, sendo o MEEM e o POMA realizados em três momentos da pesquisa, a cada dois meses. O estudo foi realizado no período de agosto a dezembro de 2011. No que se refere às considerações éticas, o estudo esteve de acordo com as normas da resolução 196/96. Quanto ao procedimento de intervenção, foram realizadas atividades psicomotoras cuja finalidade foi promover um fortalecimento muscular a partir dos elementos psicomotores, favorecendo um melhor desempenho da marcha, sendo desenvolvidas na água e no solo. Após o término do programa psicomotor, foram identificadas as percepções dos idosos através da técnica de entrevista individual, cuja pergunta norteadora foi: Qual a percepção acerca dos efeitos do programa psicomotor na sua vida? . Os depoimentos foram gravados, o que contribuiu para que as falas fossem transcritas com maior exatidão e fidedignidade. Para a análise dos dados quantitativos, utilizou-se a estatística descritiva e o teste de Friedman; sob o ponto de vista qualitativo, a análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Resultados e análise de dados: Houve uma diferença significativa entre as avaliações do desempenho da marcha (Χ2FR= 17,7; gl= 2; p=0,0001), principalmente entre a segunda e terceira avaliação (p<0,05). Em síntese, foram encontradas resultados satisfatórios nas seguintes variáveis: comprimento de passo, largura de passo, altura do passo, simetria do passo, estabilidade de tronco, virando durante a marcha, sustentação durante a marcha e desvio da linha media, que podem ser atribuídos aos efeitos da prática da psicomotricidade. Considerações finais: Torna-se indispensável a psicomotricidade como promotora na promoção à saúde do idoso, pois as atividades irá proporcionar uma melhoria na qualidade de vida e na correção das alterações da marcha na pessoa idosa.

Technological innovations have enabled access to information by transforming the means and modes of communication. Currently, the integration of digital technologies in language learning and teaching practices is growing, given that young people are constantly connected to the web, interacting with several people and tools such as games. These tools work extending cognitive ability, abstract thinking and language functions. The purpose of this study is to analyse what potential the game World of Warcraft offers for teaching and learning the English language, in order to be used as teaching material aimed at teenagers and adults who need/want to learn the language. The decision to use such game was based on its popularity around the world. As one of the media most used by young and likely to be a known and common language between them, they can facilitate learning processes that lie in more familiar contexts for students. Given the above, this study examined the game World of Warcraft in its potential as a teaching and learning materials for English language for teenagers and adults. The theoretical background of this study is based upon the concepts of Cyberculture (LEVY, 1999; LEMOS, 2005), Connectivism (SIEMENS, 2004, 2007, 2008; DOWNES, 2012), Participatory Culture, addressing the skills and abilities necessary for education in the twenty-first century (JENKINS et al., 2006), Learning in Games (GEE, 2003, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013; PRENSKY, 2001, 2005) and Materials Evaluation and Design for Language Learning (RAMOS, 1999 / 2009, 2009). The study was submitted to the possibilities for teaching and learning the English language from the perspective of cyberlearning and related to the use of language. When analysed from the perspective of cyberlearning it was emphasized the importance of problem-solving situations, interactions and transmedia skills and activities identified in the game as English teaching and language learning opportunities. When analyzed the possibility for teaching and learning of English language related to the use of language, the features and the contents were examined which can be exploited in the development of teaching materials through this game. For this, data were categorized as resources, content and texts. The game analysis made it possible to demonstrate its potential for use in the English language (cyber)learning, in which the development of performance and simulation skills are essential in the current scenario. This paper concludes that this game's potential use in teaching and English language learning is attributed to situations of problem solving, in which students can develop all presented subcategories, especially transmedia so that students can follow the flow of stories, when confronted with the information available in different media formats, making it possible to fulfill the process of teaching and learning / Esta pesquisa está inserida no quadro de avaliação e preparação de material didático para a aprendizagem de língua estrangeira, mais especificamente a de língua inglesa, tendo games como objeto de pesquisa. Inovações tecnológicas possibilitaram o acesso à informação transformando os meios e modos de comunicação. Atualmente, a integração das tecnologias digitais nas práticas do ensino e da aprendizagem de línguas é crescente, tendo em vista que os jovens estão constantemente conectados à rede, interagindo com diversas pessoas e ferramentas como os games. Essas ferramentas atuam estendendo a destreza cognitiva, o pensamento abstrato e as funções de linguagem. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar que potencialidades o game World of Warcraft oferece para o ensino e a aprendizagem de língua inglesa, com vistas a ser utilizado como material didático voltado para adolescentes e adultos que desejam/necessitam aprender a língua. Esse game foi escolhido para este trabalho por ser um dos mais populares no mundo. Por ser uma das mídias mais consumidas pelos jovens e provavelmente por ser uma linguagem conhecida e comum entre eles, estes podem possibilitar processos de aprendizagem que se situam em contextos mais familiares para os alunos. Diante do exposto, o presente trabalho examinou o game World of Warcraft quanto a sua potencialidade como material didático para o ensino e a aprendizagem de língua inglesa de adolescentes e adultos. O trabalho fundamenta-se nos preceitos da Cibercultura (LEVY, 1999; LEMOS, 2005), da Teoria Conectivista (SIEMENS, 2004, 2007, 2008; DOWNES, 2012), da Cultura de Participação abordando as competências e habilidades necessárias para o ensino e a aprendizagem no século XXI (JENKINS et al., 2006), da aprendizagem em Games (GEE, 2003, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013; PRENSKY, 2001, 2005) e da avaliação e design de materiais didáticos (RAMOS, 1999/2009, 2009). O trabalho foi apresentado quanto às possibilidades para o ensino e a aprendizagem de língua inglesa na perspectiva da ciberaprendizagem e relacionada ao uso da língua. Quando analisada sob a perspectiva da ciberaprendizagem, foi ressaltada a importância das situações de resolução de problemas, de interações e competências transmídia e de atuação identificadas no game como possibilidades de ensino e aprendizagem da língua inglesa. Quando analisada a possibilidade para o ensino e a aprendizagem de língua inglesa relacionada ao uso da língua, foram examinadas as características e os conteúdos que podem ser explorados na elaboração de materiais didáticos por meio desse game. Para tanto, os dados foram categorizados em recursos, conteúdos e textos. A análise do game possibilitou demonstrar suas potencialidades para ser utilizado na (ciber)aprendizagem de língua inglesa, no qual o desenvolvimento das competências de atuação e simulação são essenciais no atual cenário. O presente trabalho conclui que essa potencialidade de uso do game no ensino e a aprendizagem de língua inglesa é atribuída às situações de resolução de problemas, as quais os alunos podem desenvolver todas as subcategorias apresentadas, principalmente a transmídia para que possam seguir o fluxo de histórias, quando confrontado com as informações disponibilizadas em diferentes formatos de mídia, tornando-se possível cumprir o processo de ensino e aprendizagem

Hierfür werden die aktuell in der Entwicklungskooperation eingesetzten Wirkungsmodelle und Evaluationsverfahren kritisch geprüft. Anschließend wird der Versuch unternommen, ein systemisches Verfahren im Rahmen der Arbeit zu entwerfen, zu erproben und auf seine Realisierbarkeit hin zu überprüfen. Dies wird im Rahmen einer Fallstudie des vom Evangelischen Entwicklungsdienstes unterstützten Programms Vocational Training for Females - ein Entwicklungsprogramm der Presbyterianischen Kirche Ghana zur Erhöhung der Qualität des ghanaischen Berufsbildungssystems - umgesetzt.

SMEs' contributions include job creation, expanding the means of sustainable livelihoods and ensuring impartial distribution of wealth amongst citizens. This study evaluates monitoring and evaluation systems, policy and programmes of the Small Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) to develop and transform the informal sector of the economy. The main purpose of the establishment of SMEDAN is to facilitate the promotion and development of a structured and effective small and medium enterprises sector that will provide informal employment for unemployed, and enhance sustainable livelihood and economic development in Nigeria. Unemployment and increased poverty levels are key challenges to the government of Nigeria, which has resulted in socio-economic and political unrest across the nation. Against the background of high unemployment rate, especially amongst the youth and the deteriorating fortunes of small and medium businesses in Nigeria, questions can be asked in relation to current initiatives and policies to support SME sector.

Были исследованы понятие «стратегии развития», классификации стратегий, в том числе развития, также были показаны особенности стратегий для малых предприятий, которые учитывают их преимущества. Был проведен анализ применявшихся стратегий развития на конкретном предприятии. Также в рамках работы был разработан алгоритм выбора стратегии развития малого промышленного предприятия, основанный на использовании предложенной последовательности шагов и инструментария реализации каждого из них, обеспечивающий согласованный выбор корпоративной, конкурентной и функциональных стратегий предприятия. Также была разработана методика оценки уровня развития промышленного предприятия, базирующаяся на предложенной классификации направлений и показателей развития предприятия и обеспечивающая реализацию одного из этапов алгоритма выбора стратегии развития, позволяющая не только объективно оценить достигнутый уровень развития, но и определить наиболее перспективные направления дальнейшего развития. Разработанные алгоритм и методика были апробированы на примере рассмотренного ранее предприятия. / This dissertation is devoted to improving the methodological support for selecting the most effective development strategy for a small enterprise. The notion of "development strategy", classification of strategies, including development, was explored, and features of strategies for small enterprises that took into account their advantages were also shown. An analysis was carried out of the development strategies employed at the particular enterprise. Also, within the framework of the work, an algorithm for choosing a strategy for the development of a small industrial enterprise was developed, based on the proposed sequence of steps and tools for implementing each of them, ensuring an agreed choice of corporate, competitive and functional strategies of the enterprise. Also, a methodology was developed for assessing the level of development of an industrial enterprise based on the proposed classification of directions and indicators of enterprise development and ensuring the implementation of one of the stages of the development strategy selection algorithm, which allows not only to objectively assess the level of development achieved, but also to determine the most promising areas for further development. The developed algorithm and methodology were tested using the example of an earlier enterprise.

The concept of open banking is on the rise in the financial industry. Not only are banks taking an interest in this topic, but many financial technology start-ups are developing as well. One particular player can be considered challenger banks; they have gained a high degree of digital competence and agility to adapt to changes in the industry. As a result of this trend, these financial players raise the question of what the opportunities are. This study aims to identify potential opportunities for challenger banks and to provide a practical model for companies to assess the opportunities. The results of the study show that the opportunities can be divided into three segments: personalized banking services; modularity; as well as embedded finance. Finally, an opportunity evaluation canvas was developed, providing banks a systematic and comprehensive model to evaluate an opportunity. / Begreppet open banking är på frammarsch inom finansbranschen. Ämnet intresserar därmed såväl bankerna som många nystartade företag inom finansteknologi. En aktör är så kallade utmanarbankerna; de sitter på en hög grad av digital kompetens och flexibilitet vad gäller förändringar i branschen. Som ett resultat av denna trend väcker dessa finansiella aktörer frågan om vilka möjligheter som finns. Den här studien syftar till att identifiera potentiella möjligheter för utmanarbanker, samt att tillhandahålla ett praktisk ramverk inom vilket företag kan bedöma dessa möjligheter. Resultaten visar att möjligheterna kan delas in i tre kategorier: personliga banktjänster; modularitet; samt plattformar och ekosystem. Slutligen utvecklades en utvärderingsmall för möjligheter, som ger bankerna en systematisk och omfattande modell för att utvärdera en möjlighet.
