Thus, the objective of this study is to comprehend, through signs present in his literary works, how women used to be educated in early twentieth century to accomplish the historical differences in gender relations. The main reason for this extract is the periodicity of his publications that started in 1900 by means of chronicles in newspapers and ended in 1922 after his death. For this, we identified codes and rules forged in the social processes to be assimilated by children through diverse institutions, aiming to incite the production of behaviors and social practices represented by the existence men and women in an ever changing society. Gender relations are analyzed within a society for their configuration concept by Nobert Elias (1970) as interdependence bonds among individuals. An investigative method proposed by Ginzburg (1989) was the most adequate to conduct the research on the work of Lima Barreto because it enables us to reconstruct the education concept for women. The dramas and novels analyzed point out the construction of categories such as women education, family, love and seduction revealing the engagement of Lima Barreto with the social problems of the period investigated. It was concluded that gender differentiation has come from family education which kept men and women in opposing sides giving them a marriage perspective that, after consummated, would bring frustration to women causing them to adopt confronting practices against domination strategies through celibacy or adultery. This research constitutes a reflection based on determined representations like justice, respect and duties that were the ideas defended by Lima Barreto in his writings, concerning both broader situations in social life and particular gender relations / Apesar das nuances que impelem seus estudiosos, no debate em rela??o aos seus escritos, a rotul?-lo de mis?gino ou de fil?gino, Lima Barreto constr?i uma concep??o educativa da mulher em suas produ??es ficcionais. Portanto, o nosso objetivo ? compreender, atrav?s de ind?cios presentes na obra deste escritor, como se efetivava a educa??o das mulheres, no in?cio do s?culo XX, para a consecu??o da diferencia??o hist?rica das rela??es de g?nero. Justificamos o recorte em raz?o da periodicidade da divulga??o da obra de Lima Barreto ter come?ado em 1900, com a publica??o das cr?nicas em jornais, at? a sua morte em 1922. Para tanto, identificamos os c?digos e regras forjados nos processos sociais para assimila??o pela crian?a, atrav?s de diversas institui??es, com a finalidade de instigar a produ??o de comportamentos e pr?ticas sociais representados nas maneiras de estar homem e mulher numa sociedade em processo de mudan?a. Entendemos as rela??es de g?nero no interior de uma sociedade atrav?s do conceito de configura??o, tratado por Norbert Elias (1970) como os la?os de interdepend?ncia a jungir os indiv?duos. For this, we use a qualitative approach, because we believe that the object of research is not a passive and neutral knowledge, since it has meanings and relationships whose can be better interpreted and understood by the researcher in a real and active situation. For the development of this research, a bibliographical review was made about the subject, and a case studied in two regular education schools, both of them at the city of Natal/RN, one public and another one particular. We work on these educational institutions with professionals and parents of Down syndrome students. As an instrument of building information we used a semi-structured interview and to analise the results a qualitative method. Crossing the stages, we noticed: the pedagogical coordinators who made up both analyzed schools showed interest about doing an effective work with parents, regardless of Educational Policy Project of each school, predict or not the participation on educational undertaken process; On teachers discourses, reporting the relationship with the family, we realize that one of those teachers try to keep a good relationship with parents, permeated by learning exchanges, guidance and knowledge, in relation to another one, even existing an apparent openness to dialogue, when parents have any suggestions or criticism, that attitude is not always well coming. From the parents interviews, we can emphasize, first of all, that both of them recognize the benefits of inclusion, with regard to socialization - in general from the coexistence with pairs and the process of teaching and learning, as shown in a consistent way. Regarding school meetings with teachers, the studied parents agree about importance of such appointments and try to attend them, besides the other events organized by the school, beyond keeping individual touch with the teacher, when necessary. They are always present, looking for get envolved in everything that happens at school, in order to know better what is being done, listening and may suggest alternatives to improving the educational process. We perceive, from the study undertaken, that although the school inclusion is not an easy process to be built, is something that could be achieved. For this, is necessary that professionals of education and families recognize their functions in the educational process and act jointly on this direction / O presente estudo analisa o relacionamento existente entre a fam?lia de educandos que apresentam s?ndrome de Down e profissionais da institui??o de ensino em que estudam, com vistas a contribuir para a melhoria do processo de desenvolvimento e de ensino-aprendizagem, numa perspectiva inclusiva. Para tanto, utilizamos uma abordagem qualitativa, por acreditarmos que o objeto de pesquisa n?o ? um dado passivo e neutro de conhecimento, j? que este possui significados e rela??es que podem ser mais bem interpretados e compreendidos pelo pesquisador numa ocasi?o ativa e real. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, empreendemos uma revis?o bibliogr?fica sobre o tema e realizamos um estudo de caso em duas escolas da rede regular de ensino, na cidade de Natal/RN, sendo uma de cunho privado e a outra pertencente ? rede p?blica. Trabalhamos nessas institui??es de ensino com profissionais e com pais de educandos que apresentam a s?ndrome de Down. Empregamos como instrumento de constru??o de informa??es a entrevista semiestruturada e para a an?lise dos dados foi utilizado o m?todo qualitativo. Conforme etapas percorridas, constatamos que: as coordenadoras pedag?gicas que compunham as duas escolas pesquisadas demonstravam interesse em realizar um trabalho efetivo junto aos pais, independente do Projeto Pol?tico Pedag?gico de cada escola prever ou n?o essa participa??o no processo educacional empreendido; no tocante ?s falas das professoras, no que se refere ? rela??o com a fam?lia, percebemos que embora uma das docentes procure manter um bom relacionamento com os pais, permeado por trocas de saberes, de orienta??es e conhecimentos, em rela??o ? outra, mesmo existindo uma aparente abertura para o di?logo , quando os pais apresentam alguma sugest?o ou cr?tica, nem sempre essa atitude ? bem vista. A partir das entrevistas realizadas com os pais, podemos destacar, primeiramente, que ambos reconhecem os benef?cios da inclus?o, no que diz respeito ? socializa??o a partir da conviv?ncia com os pares em geral e ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem, que se apresenta de forma mais consistente. No tocante ?s reuni?es escolares com os professores, os pais pesquisados concordam sobre a import?ncia desses encontros e buscam comparecer aos mesmos, assim como aos demais eventos promovidos pela escola, al?m de procurarem ter contato individual com a professora, sempre que necess?rio. Est?o sempre presentes, buscando se envolver em tudo que acontece na escola, com o intuito de conhecer melhor o que est? sendo realizado, ouvindo e podendo sugerir alternativas com vistas ao aprimoramento do processo educativo. It aims to analyze the meanings attributed by family to the school as a space for plural relationships, and understand the relations that these mothers constitute culturally with schools and their everyday pedagogical practices. When we seek to understand this problematic, it was established as guiding principles of the search in/from/with everyday life. Accordingly, we focused on, as main interlocutors, mothers and authors such as Certeau (1994), Morin (2000) and Freire (1978), among others, on the understanding that cultural diversity is an essential element of the complex relationship between family and public school, because they come from different cultural contexts. In the course of the research it was made the use of the procedure of dialogic conversation as a production process and information analysis. The current analysis highlights that families observe the difference between cultural and report that they are from different socio-political context set by the school, they came from rural areas and their lives were marked by the struggle for survival, and the work activity has been present since their childhood. For the families that participated in this research the school is/was not part of the cultural repertoire significance in their lives and it feels that they attribute to them, are in negotiations with their symbolic universe. The mothers hold a speech of a schoolar binding and pertencing, but the school has the time as possible in their daily lives. Thus, the dynamics of family and school relationships, is configured as complex, and the ambiguity in maternal speech marks a thinking/doing about the school in which they demonstrate ways of making the common man, involving the art of duplicity of the saying and doing, gimmnicks and antidiscipline / Esta pesquisa aborda a rela??o fam?lia e escola, sob a perspectiva familiar. Tem como objetivos analisar os sentidos atribu?dos pelas fam?lias ? escola, como espa?o de rela??es plurais e compreender as rela??es que as m?es constituem culturalmente com a escola e suas pr?ticas pedag?gicas cotidianas. Neste processo de pesquisa foram definidos como orientadores os princ?pios da pesquisa no/do/com o cotidiano, privilegiando-se, como interlocutores principais as m?es e os autores como Certeau (1994), Morin (2000) e Freire (1978), dentre outros. No processo de produ??o dos dados, fez-se uso do procedimento da conversa dial?gica. Assim, a partir da conversa dial?gica foram elaboradas an?lises e reflex?es em que se evidencia que as fam?lias s?o oriundas de um contexto sociopol?tico distinto do configurado pela escola. The purpose of the study was to comprehend the experience of the family members while having a loved one interned in an ICU, and to identify the common elements of the phenomenon, based on the descriptions of their experiences. Considering that the object of study involves subjective and social questions, the study was conducted using some fundamental ideas of descriptive phenomenology as a referential and the situated phenomenon as suggested by Martins and Bicudo (1989). Ten (10) family members of patients that were interned in the ICU of private hospital in Natal, RN were interviewed using the following leading question: What is it like to have a member of your family interned in the ICU? Five thematic structural categories emerged from the comprehensive analysis of the interviews: Fear of the family member s death; Lack of humanization; Social isolation; Confidence in the ICU; and Overload to the personal life. The description of the phenomenon enabled a new look at how the care team relates to the family members of the patients interned in the ICU, providing some guidance on how to construct a humanized care that involves the family and that is based on affective human relations. This involves a rethinking of the care provided by team to the family and stimulates the reformulation of personal and social attitudes, and of hospital organizational norms / Este estudo ? origin?rio de inquieta??es, enquanto enfermeira assistencial em unidade de terapia intensiva (UTI), relacionadas ? experi?ncia vivida pelo familiar do paciente internado neste setor. O prop?sito do estudo foi compreender as viv?ncias do familiar durante a interna??o do seu parente na UTI e identificar os diversos componentes comuns dessa experi?ncia, a partir das suas descri??es. Considerando que a natureza do objeto de investiga??o envolve quest?es de ordem subjetiva e social, o estudo foi conduzido a partir de algumas id?ias do referencial fenomenol?gico, e seguindo a modalidade do fen?meno situado sugerida por Martins e Bicudo (1989). As descri??es foram obtidas atrav?s de entrevista utilizando a seguinte quest?o norteadora: Como ? a viv?ncia pela qual voc? est? passando, de ter algu?m da sua fam?lia internado em uma UTI? . Foram entrevistados 10 familiares de pacientes internados na UTI de um hospital da rede privada de Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Da an?lise compreensiva dessas entrevistas emergiram cinco categorias tem?ticas que estruturam o fen?meno: Medo da morte do familiar; Aus?ncia de humaniza??o; Isolamento social; Confian?a na UTI; Sobrecarga na vida pessoal. Tal pesquisa foi motivada pelo interesse na tem?tica e pela falta de estudos sobre essa realidade nas zonas rurais. O presente estudo objetivou conhecer os modos de aten??o em sa?de mental por familiares de portadores de transtornos mentais severos residentes nas zonas rurais do alto sert?o paraibano. Metodologicamente trabalhou-se com pesquisa qualitativa estruturada em dois momentos. No primeiro, realizou-se Pesquisa Documental no CAPS II visando identificar: a) usu?rios que residiam na zona rural e que tinham hist?rico de pelo menos uma interna??o psiqui?trica; b) usu?rios que deixaram de fazer uso do servi?o de refer?ncia (CAPS II) h? pelo menos um ano. O segundo momento foi constitu?do por visitas domiciliares e entrevistas semi-estruturadas com onze fam?lias das zonas rurais. Os resultados apontaram um perfil composto por 56 usu?rios: 30 mulheres e 26 homens com idade entre 50 a 64 anos, solteiros, sem estudos, agricultores e donas de casa, residentes a dez quil?metros do CAPS II e portadores de transtornos mentais severos. As estrat?gias e recursos utilizados pelos familiares no cuidado em sa?de mental foram: a religi?o, o trabalho, a medica??o e a ajuda dos parentes, vizinhos e comunidade. Os fatores relacionados a n?o utiliza??o dos servi?os substitutivos foram: a falta de internamento no CAPS II, a falta de dinheiro e de transporte. A interna??o, a pris?o domiciliar, a ajuda policial e a religi?o foram estrat?gias usadas por familiares como suporte ?s crises psiqui?tricas. Os resultados apontaram para a n?o resolutividade de cuidado oferecido pela rede de aten??o psicossocial e a import?ncia de redirecionamento de pr?ticas alinhadas ao modelo asilar em favor de estrat?gias psicossociais que visem a ressocializa??o e a participa??o comunit?ria no cuidado em sa?de mental. / In the current configuration of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, family plays a key role in mental health care: shared responsibility and active participation in the process of rehabilitation of people with severe mental disorders. It?s considered that the family member who cares can help users in their daily tasks and articulating trajectories, networks and ways to potentiate social connections. This research was motivaded by interest in the subject and by the lack of research and studies about this reality in rural areas. This study aimed to identify ways of mental health care by relatives of severe mental disorder patients living in rural zone located at sert?o of Paraiba. Methodologically was made a work with qualitative research structured in two moments. In the first one, was held a Documentary Research in CAPS II in order to identify: a) users living in rural that had a history of at least one psychiatric hospitalization, b) users who no longer use the reference service (CAPS II) for at least one year. The second stage consisted by home visits and semi-structured interviews with eleven families in rural areas. Results pointed out a profile composed by 56 users: 56 women and 26 men aged between 50 and 64 years, unmarried, without study, farmers and housewives, living six miles from CAPS II and carriers with severe mental disorders. Strategies and resources used by the families for mental health care were: religion, work, medication and help from relatives, neighbors and community. Factors related to non-use of substitute services were lack of internment in CAPS II and lack of money and transportation. The hospital, the house arrest, the police aid and religion were strategies used by family members as support to psychiatric crises. The data pointed to non-solving of care offered by psychosocial support network and the importance of redirecting practices aligned to the asylum model in favor of psychosocial strategies that aimed at rehabilitation and community participation in mental health care

M?todo - Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, sendo um estudo de caso do tipo explorat?rio, tendo em vista que n?o existem estudos semelhantes precedentes, e est? dividida em duas fases distintas: a princ?pio foi realizado um mapeamento desses t?cnicos utilizando informa??es cadastrais das escolas formadoras e conselho de classe para descobrir quantos s?o e onde est?o. E num segundo momento da pesquisa, foi feita uma an?lise do processo de implanta??o (ou n?o implanta??o) das equipes de sa?de bucal para descobrir que fatores contribu?ram para a efetiva??o (ou n?o efetiva??o) deste tipo de trabalho t?cnico nas equipes. Nessa segunda fase, os Coordenadores de Sa?de Bucal municipais responderam a um question?rio contendo quest?es abertas e fechadas atrav?s de liga??es telef?nicas. A amostra foi definida por sorteio levando em considera??o a for?a potencial de trabalho contida nos munic?pios. Resultados - 1053 t?cnicos com 94,3% do sexo feminino, distribu?dos por todas as Regionais de Sa?de. Quanto as entrevistas, 96,9% dos coordenadores de sa?de bucal acham importante um t?cnico em sa?de bucal na Odontologia, 92,2% recomendariam a inclus?o na Sa?de da Fam?lia, muito embora 76,6% nunca tenha falado com o Secret?rio de Sa?de sobre essa implanta??o em seu munic?pio, 40% disseram que a falta dessa implanta??o poderia estar relaciona a recursos financeiros e 31,7% citou a necessidade de melhorar a estrutura f?sica para que fosse poss?vel essa implanta??o. Conclus?es - Os T?cnicos em Sa?de Bucal do Rio Grande do Norte est?o sendo mal aproveitados pelo servi?o p?blico. Health Ministry Of Brazilian Federal Republic, you can see through historical cover, as regards Health Family Strategy that, in Rio Grande Do Norte, There are nowadays eight TSB equipments in use. Objective: The aim of this study is to find out the reasons of the inclusion of those technicians in public service, no matter the importance of this work. Method: It is about a quantitive study and a kind of exploring type, taking into account that there are not any similar previous ones. We divide it into two parts: as regards the first one, these technicians were registered in a map using the information of the Formation Schools and Class Counsel to know how and where they are. During the moment of this study, an application (or no application) of the mouth health equipments was done. They tried to discover in this process which elements contribute to the efficiency (or not) of this technical work done all together in equipment work. As regards the second part, the coordinators of Municipal Mouth Health answered to a survay that contained open and closed questions through telephone calls. The sample was defined by a raffle taking into account the work contained in municipalities. Results: There are 1053 technicians.94,3% of them are women, devided in all the health regions. As regards interview, 96,9% of oral health coordinators considered that it is very important to have an oral health technician in odontology. 92,2% would reccomend its inclusion in equipments related to mouth health, dealing to familly health . 76% have never talked before to the Health Secretary in this municipality. this spreading out could be related to financial resources and 51,6% mentioned the importance of improving the physical structure to make this spreading out possible. Conclusions: Oral Health technicians in Rio Grande Do Norte are not being adequatly used by public service, because they do not introduce themselves or act as Oral Health auxiliaries. It is important to increase concience about the importance of this category in odontology. we also say it is necesasary to invert money in a reform of the Basic Health Unities and the inclusion of these workers. On the other hand the role of the state and the public health militancy is questioned in the fulfilment of this process

Este estudo objetivou analisar a rela??o entre o acolhimento prescrito e o acolhimento real, bem como suas interfer?ncias nas rela??es de reciprocidade entre trabalhadores e usu?rios nas unidades de sa?de da aten??o b?sica do Recife. Utilizou como campo de investiga??o quatro unidades da Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia do Distrito Sanit?rio IV do munic?pio de Recife ? PE. A investiga??o teve um car?ter qualitativo e, para sua operacionaliza??o, realizou entrevistas com profissionais e usu?rios, cujos discursos, foram gravados pelo modo digital de voz e posteriormente transcritos manualmente, de forma literal. Os discursos obtidos foram analisados, em grande parte, atrav?s da abordagem metodol?gica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC), sendo tamb?m utilizada, em menor escala, a t?cnica da an?lise tem?tica, de forma dialogada, com aportes te?ricos e documentos oficiais relacionados ao tema. Os resultados apontaram que, na maior parte das unidades de sa?de, os profissionais executam os protocolos propostos e consideram que estes t?m influ?ncia positiva para o processo de trabalho no acolhimento, No entanto, fatores como demanda excessiva, estrutura f?sica das unidades, pouca resolutividade da rede de refer?ncia, singularidades das unidades, entre outros, apareceram dificultando o cumprimento do que foi prescrito e, desta forma gerando influ?ncia negativa sobre o processo de trabalho do acolhimento. As rela??es rec?procas tamb?m sofreram influ?ncias destes fatores, dificultando, assim, a circula??o de d?divas. Os achados demandam que os atos prescritivos e as rela??es rec?procas do acolhimento s?o diretamente influenciadas pelas singularidades presentes nas comunidades, pelas variabilidades humanas e por fatores ligados ? estrutura e processo de trabalho e, portanto, devem ser operados com cautela com vistas a proporcionar um acolhimento real de qualidade / User embracement has been proposed as a tool that contributes to humanize the nursing, to increase the users? access to the services, to ensure the resolvability of claims, to organize the services and promote the strengthening of the links between them and the health professionals. In the city of Recife, this practice has been fomented by the municipal government and its implementation is guided by normative acts, with evaluation matrices and proposition of goals, based on a model created by the public administration. This study intended to analyze the relation between the prescribed user embracement and the real one and their interferences with the relations of reciprocity between workers and users in the health units of basic attention in Recife. Four units of the Family Health Strategy at the Sanitary District IV of the city of Recife ? PE were taken as an investigation field. The investigation had a qualitative character, so, Interviews were performed involving professionals and users whose speeches were recorded by the voice digital mode and literally transcript. The obtained speeches were analyzed mostly through the Discourse of the Collective Subject methodological approach, being also used, but on a smaller scale, the technique of thematic analysis, in the dialogic way, with theoretical contributions and official documents related to the theme. The results pointed that in most of the health units the professionals execute the proposed protocols and consider that these have a positive influence for the working process in user embracement, however, factors such as the excessive demand, the physical structure of the units, little resolvability of the reference network, singularities of the units, among others, have appeared, hampering the accomplishment of the prescribed, creating, thus, a negative influence on the working process of the user embracement. The reciprocal relations have also suffered the influences of these factors, which made difficult, therefore, the circulation of gift. Meanwhile, other factors such as access, resolvability, sheltering attitude and responsabilization, potentiated the reciprocal exchange between professionals and users. The findings demand the prescriptive acts and the reciprocal relations of the user embracement to be directly influenced by the singularities present in each community, by the human variabilities and by factors connected to the structure and working process, so it shall be operated with caution in order to provide a real user embracement with quality

Foram sujeitos do estudo os profissionais m?dicos, enfermeiros, dentistas e agentes comunit?rios de sa?de de equipes de Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia do munic?pio, totalizando 24 profissionais de sa?de, como tamb?m 10 usu?rios identificados como pessoas que utilizavam plantas medicinais para o cuidado de sua sa?de que se mostraram volunt?rios para a pesquisa. A partir deste estudo, pode-se perceber a import?ncia atribu?da, tanto pelos profissionais de sa?de quanto pelos usu?rios, ? utiliza??o de plantas medicinais, como tamb?m evidenciar que ? na tradi??o familiar que se encontra a principal forma de dissemina??o do conhecimento a respeito da utiliza??o das mesmas. A maioria das plantas medicinais tiveram indica??es populares semelhantes ?s indica??es cient?ficas de uso, por?m 70% dos usu?rios referiram nunca terem recebido de profissionais de sa?de orienta??es e incentivo de utiliza??o desta pr?tica de cuidado. Metade dos profissionais entrevistados relatou n?o sentir seguran?a para prescrever plantas medicinais, apenas 25% afirmaram ter recebido durante a gradua??o informa??o sobre o assunto. Espera-se, com o desenvolvimento deste estudo, contribuir para incentivar e tornar poss?vel a implanta??o de protocolos de aten??o por parte dos profissionais de sa?de, al?m de ampliar o cuidado integral, o acesso a outras op??es terap?uticas, a participa??o dos usu?rios e o fortalecimento do v?nculo no ?mbito da aten??o b?sica e da Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia / The objective of this study is to investigate how the team of health professionals of the Family Health Strategies program and clients in Currais Novos/RN deal with the use (or not) of medicinal plants as one of the complementary and holistic practices in the Individual Health System (SUS in Portuguese). The research is carried out using a qualitative approach, applying semi-structured interviews, related to the proposed objective, as the instruments of data collection. The interviews applied to professionals and clients were based on questionnaires and were recorded, with their permission, then transcribed in a field diary. The subjects of the study were doctors, nurses, dentists and community health agents of the Family Health Strategies team, totaling 24 (twenty four) health professionals, as well as ten volunteers identified in the research as people who use medicinal plants for health care purposes. From this study, we verify the great importance that health professionals and clients attribute to the use of medicinal plants, as well as evidence that family tradition is the main vehicle for the dissemination of knowledge regarding their use. Most medicinal plants had popular indications similar of those used scientifically, however, 70% of the clients reported never having had medical health advice or encouragement to use medicinal plants in their treatments. Half of the group of professionals interviewed reported not feeling safe in prescribing medicinal plants; approximately 25% reported having received information on the subject during their undergraduate program. Expected outcomes of this study include instigating the implementation of treatment protocols by the health professionals, and broadening holistic care practices, as well as access to alternative therapeutic options, client participation, ultimately strengthening the link between primary care and Family Health Strategies

A escolha pela entrevista se deu em fun??o da possibilidade de aproxima??o com o cotidiano dessas fam?lias, na tentativa de identificar dificuldades e possibilidades no exerc?cio homoparental. A problematiza??o destes temas nas entrevistas e as respostas sistematizadas e analisadas revelam as tend?ncias de: afirma??o que a escolha pela ado??o como forma de constitui??o de fam?lia se deu devido ? exist?ncia de um desejo pr?vio de ser pai e m?e; total apoio dos/as familiares, tanto em rela??o ? ado??o, quanto em rela??o ? orienta??o sexual; a afirma??o da aus?ncia de qualquer tipo de dificuldade e/ou preconceito durante os processos de ado??o e nas atividades cotidianas, tanto no trabalho, quanto na fam?lia e na escola dos/as filhos/as, embora, contraditoriamente, algumas narrativas tenham sinalizado situa??es claras de preconceito e discrimina??o, fosse ?tnico-racial ou por orienta??o sexual; n?o participa??o e distanciamento dos movimentos sociais e movimentos LGBT. / The present work was focused on analyzing the performance of homoparenthood through the adoption, in the city of Natal/RN, considering for historical purposes clipping the years 2009 to 2012. This research aimed to seize and analyze the experience of exercising homoparenthood via adoption in the already said city and identify possible difficulties in the adoption process and daily life of the families surveyed, seeking also to analyze the process of social visibility, inclusion and family and community life of homo-affective family with children / the adoptive / as, especially in within the family, work and formal education / the kids / the. Following a qualitative approach, we used as a strategy for obtaining and building data, interviews with 04 families who realized Homoaffectives adoption in the city of Natal / RN, in a period of time well stablished. The interviews were compounds by a list of questions that sought to contemplate the adoption process, the difficulties / biases in the adoption process, experience as parents / mothers gays / lesbians and the rights of LGBT people in Brazil. The choice for the interview was due to the possibility of rapprochement with the daily lives of these families, in an attempt to identify difficulties and possibilities in homoparental exercise. The questioning of these themes in the interviews and systematized and analyzed responses reveal trends: statement that the choice to adopt as a means of family formation was due to the existence of a prior desire to be father and mother; full support of / family, both in relation to adoption, and in relation to sexual orientation; the assertion of the absence of any kind of difficulty and / or prejudice during the adoption processes and daily activities, both at work and in family and school / the kids / the while, paradoxically, some narratives have signaled clear situations of prejudice and discrimination, whether racial-ethnic or sexual orientation; non-participation and withdrawal from social movements and LGBT movements.

Como crit?rios de exclus?o estabeleceu-se: usu?rios n?o pertencentes ? ?rea de abrang?ncia da Unidade de Sa?de da Fam?lia e que n?o utilizavam o Sistema ?nico de Sa?de como principal servi?o de atendimento em sa?de. Para o tratamento do material coletado, foi utilizada a An?lise de Conte?do, modalidade tem?tica proposta por Bardin. A pesquisa seguiu os princ?pios ?ticos e legais que regem a pesquisa cient?fica com seres humanos preconizados pela resolu??o N? 466/2012, do Conselho Nacional de Sa?de e sua realiza??o ocorreu mediante aprova??o do projeto no comit? de ?tica e pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, que obteve aprova??o pelo Parecer Consubstanciado n? 719.949, de 27 de junho de 2014, e Certificado de Apresenta??o para Aprecia??o ?tica n? 32510514.7.0000.5537. Apesar de n?o conceituarem teoricamente, as m?es demonstraram que as consultas coletivas de crescimento e desenvolvimento infantil s?o a??es direcionadas ao modelo de vigil?ncia ? sa?de, uma vez que a maioria apontou o acompanhamento do seu filho ? a??es que podem ser mensur?veis. Mesmo com isso, foi poss?vel constatar a exist?ncia de a??es de promo??o da sa?de atrav?s do relato da troca de experi?ncia e protagonismo dos sujeitos na a??o coletiva, fator facilitado pelo v?nculo estabelecido entre usu?rios e profissionais e usu?rios. Nessa a??o h? a indu??o de uma rela??o horizontalizada, onde busca-se aliar o saber popular ao conhecimento cient?fico de modo a favorecer o cuidar integral da crian?a. No entanto, ainda ? poss?vel encontrar profissionais que direciona sua assist?ncia apenas aos processos patol?gicos e deixam de criar alternativas de cuidado integral. Al?m disso, ainda h? um desfalque nas equipes multiprofissionais que deveriam prestar o cuidado ? popula??o infantil. Tal fator pode estar relacionado ? pr?pria forma??o profissional, sendo desta maneira uma quest?o que pode perdurar por alguns anos. Conclui-se que ? necess?rio incorporar alternativas e modelos de aten??o que subsidiem a supera??o das limita??es e que favore?am a sa?de da popula??o, envolvendo-a na perspectiva de uma melhor qualidade de vida e consequentemente sa?de. / This study aimed to analyze the participation of mothers/caregivers from the perspective of the health care model that directs the collective monitoring of child growth and development. This is an exploratory and descriptive research with qualitative approach, carried out in two Family Health Units located in the city of Natal/RN. Data were collected between August and September 2014, through participant observation and semi-structured interview technique, with mothers of infants seen at follow-up visits collective child growth and development. A total of 13 mothers were included who met the following inclusion criteria: being a mother/caregiver responsible for the care of children who have attended one or more meeting of collective monitoring of child growth and development. Exclusion criteria was established: users outside the area covered by the Health Unit Family and who did not use the National Health System as the primary health care service. For the treatment of the collected material, the content analysis was used, thematic Bardin. The study followed the ethical and legal principles governing the scientific research on human subjects recommended by Resolution n?. 466/2012 of the National Health Council and its realization occurred with the approval of the project in the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do North, which was approved by Opinion Embodied n?. 719 949, of June 27, 2014, and Certificate Presentation of Findings Ethics No 32510514.7.0000.5537. Although not conceptualize theoretically mothers demonstrated that collective consultations of child growth and development are actions aimed at health surveillance model, since most pointed monitoring your child to actions that can be measured. Even with that, it was established the existence of health promotion actions by reporting the exchange of experience and leadership of the subjects in collective action, factor facilitated by the link established between users and professionals and users. In this action there is the induction of permanent horizontal relationship where we seek to combine popular knowledge to scientific knowledge in order to promote the integral care for the child. However, it is still possible to find professionals who directs its assistance only to pathological processes and fail to create comprehensive care alternatives. In addition, there is still embezzlement in multi that should provide care to the child population. This factor may be related to their professional training, and thus an issue that can last for a few years. We conclude that it is necessary to incorporate alternatives and models of care that support overcoming limitations and enhancing the health of the population, involving it in the prospect of a better quality of life and therefore health.
