Silva, Ednilson Pissolato da January 2006 (has links)
Nowadays a company can not only count with a good product or service, for competition existing in the market holds good products and good services, all equivalent in technology and price. This fact makes possible to consumers change from suppliers because of prices not opposing themselves to break connections any moment or maintain fidelity with some mark or service. This way conquer new clients could be a good option if it wouldn’t be the high cost that company needs to invest to this new conquests. The present scenery leads companies to focus their strategies to retain clients and obtain profit in their commercial operations. Retain clients is more important than attract new ones. This is a fact. Relation marketing emerges from this new vision that sticks to client’s satisfactions and necessities and desires and not only works the preoccupation to sell some products. This work wants to analyze the relation between Casa das Copiadoras company and its clients for through this study could understand the existence, or not, of a consistent relation between both parts and the reasons that leads to this relation. Take into account the particularities of the actors, in management, a source of efficiency for organizations : case of researches - interventions in establishments and medical and social services

Guillaume, Annelyse 29 June 2015 (has links)
Nowadays, companies have to face greater expectations in terms of performance and quality. Their survival depends on their ability to constantly adapt to a changing environment and increase their efficiency in order to remain competitive. With such a change, improvisation and approximation are less welcome and professionalism is the key that will lead to greater effectiveness. To meet the challenge, they can rely on the crucial asset that is their human potential. Most authors agree on the fact that the actors with their skills and creativity are essential to the success of a company. Yet, even though society seems to be getting better at taking people’s needs of individualisation and personal fulfilment into account, very few companies see these needs as an essential lever to their efficiency. To various degrees, companies tend to have complex relationships with their human resources which end up having an impact on their management methods. From then on, our research will focus on defining the most suitable management methods that will help establish an effective cooperation with the individualized actors, and lead to a different and more efficient organization. And doing so, we will look at:- the different systems we find in terms of management interaction;- the importance given to the actors in their individuality in such systems;- the impact that taking the actors’ singularity into account can have on the company’s; efficiency, especially during the transitional phase of the reorganization.

Prodej podniku jako způsob výkonu rozhodnutí (exekuce ) na peněžité plnění / The sale of an enterprise as the mode of enforcement (execution) of monetary judgment

Kupka, Miroslav January 2014 (has links)
This essay was drafted on the topic of "The sale of an enterprise as the mode of enforcement (execution) of monetary judgment". The topic of this essay was chosen by me as I have been working with the execution law and, furthermore, this is very the dynamically expanded legal area in the frame of the civil procedural law. The enforcement (execution) is the legal area which is been experiencing by permanent changes, which main aims are both more effective enforcement of the pecuniary fulfilment on one side and the protection and minimisation of enforcement in reasonable and indispensable cases on the second side. The aim of this essay is to introduce this legal area of the sale of an enterprise as the mode of enforcement (execution) arranged by the judges during enforcement and executions arranged by the executors. Furthermore, I try to compare the current legal status of the enforcement by the sale of an enterprise to the current legal status of enforcement by the sale of a real estate property and also to compare the current legal status of the enforcement by the sale of the enterprise to the legal status effective before the amending the current legal status effective from 1st January 2013. This essay is segmented into the three individual parts. The first part is an introduction of the essay....

Charléz, Nora January 2009 (has links)
För intervjupersonerna går den rörliga anställningsformen hand i hand med en ambulerande och flexibel livsstil och arbetets och den privata sfärens ramar visar sig bli allt otydligare liksom föreställningen om var gränserna mellan sfärerna går.</p> / <p>Project work is one of the atypical contracts that fall under the concept of temporary jobs and is considered the most privileged group in the name of the collection. Through a qualitative interview study with 8 project employees the paper will provide a better picture of the interview subject’s experiences of how <em>working life</em> and <em>private sphere</em> are combined and affect each other. The analysis is grounded in a theoretical framework based on the theories of the sociologists Sennett, Giddens, Castells, Berger & Luckmann, Beck and Bauman. The results suggest that the labour is strongly related to the interviewees’ conception of their identity, the attachment to the work and social relations that are related to the workplace is perceived as strong. The project employees consider their work as being rewarding, interesting and creative in the way that it creates opportunities, which are an explanation to why the interviewees have chosen to work as project employees for a long period of time. It’s also identified that the interviewees’ network of business contacts provides a form of security and feeling of safety. The networks have a work-generating function, which requires a great deal of commitment and a constant continuation to be maintained. For the interviewees the variable form of employment goes hand in hand with an ambulant and flexible lifestyle and the boundaries between the work life and the private spheres is becoming more diffuse.</p>

Den potentiella människan : En undersökning av teorier om självförverkligande / The Potential Human : A Study of Theories of Self-realization

Nilsson, Staffan January 2005 (has links)
<p>“What characterizes an acceptable theory of self-realization?” The thrust of the present dissertation is towards seeking an answer to this central problem, which stems from the fundamental human experience that life involves change, and that in a modern society such change is often expected to be towards a realization of potentials and the good life for the individual. </p><p>The dissertation has a three-fold purpose. The first is to clarify the content of five modern theories of self-realization from three academic fields. The theories are those of the psychologist Abraham H. Maslow, the philosophers Charles Taylor and Alan Gewirth, and the theologians Reinhold Niebuhr and Bernard Lonergan. These are methodologically studied by the help of seven analytical questions. The second purpose is to perform a lengthwise comparatative analysis of the five theories, the results of which lead to the third; namely to critically discuss several elements of the reality of human life which have proven to be missing or supressed in much of the material.</p><p>The theoretical framework for the dissertation runs along two axes: one concerns what is developed as a distinction between internalism and relationalism, and the other is to cast a critical light on the lack of attention paid by the the theories of self-realization to experiences which run counter to optimistic ideas of individual development, such as death, loss and dependence. </p><p>The dissertation concludes with an outline for a constructive position based on the necessity of a theory’s closeness to experience, and on the need for reconcilitation of what may seem to be unabridgeble in human life. A theory of self-realization must do more than formulate positive conditions for change. It must also take into consideration conditions that are not directly related to, and sometimes even run contrary to, realization of the self.</p>

Noro tęsti savanorišką veiklą sąsajos su įsitraukimu ir pasitenkinimu darbu bei jų pokyčiai į sprendimus sutelktos refleksijos metu / Relationships between the intention to continue voluntary work, involvement and work satisfaction and changes of them during the Solution focused reflection

Semokaitė, Asta 19 June 2009 (has links)
