As vinculações entre território e criatividade são múltiplas e as cidades são construções sociais e constituem territórios onde se tornam visíveis as concentrações de atividades criativas. Uma das dimensões da criatividade humana refere-se à criatividade artística, na qual se incluem as atividades musicais, com profundas implicações territoriais. A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo demonstrar a importância das atividades criativas para o desenvolvimento territorial e do território para o desenvolvimento de atividades criativas. O recorte espacial dessa investigação científica são as atividades musicais no município de Tatuí (SP), Capital da Música do Estado de São Paulo. A pesquisa realizada analisou o desenvolvimento territorial de Tatuí e seus vínculos com a atividade criativa musical em aspectos políticos, econômicos e culturais. A pesquisa revelou que são muitos os vínculos existentes entre as atividades criativas musicais e o desenvolvimento territorial do município de Tatuí desde a sua formação histórica, envolvendo a criação e evolução do Conservatório Dramático e Musical Dr. Carlos de Campos de Tatuí. A pesquisa constatou, também, a importância atual do poder público, da iniciativa privada e da sociedade civil nessa cidade criativa e na formação e atração de artistas e recursos humanos na área de atuação e produção cultural. As políticas e as legislações no município são embrionárias e apontam para a institucionalização e fortalecimento dos nexos entre criatividade e desenvolvimento urbano, bem como para a estruturação de um turismo cultural na cidade. The connections between territory and creativity are multiple and cities are social constructs and are territories where the concentrations of creative activities become visible. One of the dimensions of human creativity refers to artistic creativity, which include musical activities, with profound territorial implications. The present research aims to demonstrate the relevant role of creative activities to the territorial development and the importance of the territory to the development of creative activities. The spatial area of this scientific research are the musical activities in the municipality of Tatuí (SP), Music Capital of São Paulo State. The survey analyzed the territorial development of Tatuí and their links with the musical creative activity in political, economic and cultural aspects. The research revealed that there are many existing links between the creative musical activities and territorial development of the city of Tatuí since its formation history, involving the creation and evolution of the Conservatory of Musical and Dramatic arts Dr. Carlos de Campos in Tatuí. The survey found, also, the current importance of the government, the private sector and civil society in this creative city and the formation and attraction of artists and human resources in the area of arts and cultural production. Policies and legislations in the municipality are incipient and point to the institutionalization and strengthening of links between creativity and urban development, as well as the structuring of cultural tourism in the city. Como entendemos a música como um atributo geográfico, afirmamos que a paisagem, o lugar, a região e a geograficidade do Médio Tietê estão presentes no Cururu, da mesma maneira em que o Cururu é parte fundamental da constituição desta região. Para a realização desta tarefa nos amparamos pela Geografia Humanista que nos permitiu apreender o Cururu pela via existencial, de maneira íntima e orgânica, buscando a essência desta cultura por meio da vivência dos lugares e das prosas com as pessoas que tão fortemente apreciam esta tradição caipira / Abstract: The Cururu is an ancient cultural tradition of the São Paulo region of the Middle Tietê and consists of a challenge between singers improvised verses of the sound of the viola caipira. Nesses vinte anos, a soberania alimentar tem evoluído, sendo incorporada como bandeira de luta por outros movimentos do campo e da cidade e por alguns governos. Existe soberania alimentar quando um povo controla seu processo de alimentação, diminuindo a influência das grandes corporações. Assim, nessa proposta o alimento não é tratado como mercadoria, mas como um direito humano. Nesse contexto, o objetivo da presente tese é estudar experiências de compra públicas de alimentos e sua contribuição para a soberania alimentar no Brasil e no Canadá. Para isso, foram estuadas duas ações: i) o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA), no Cantuquiriguaçu, estado do Paraná e no Pontal do Paranapanema, estado de São Paulo - duas regiões nomeadas pelo pelo Governo Federal brasileiro como territórios da cidadania - e; ii) a rede Farm to Cafeteria Canada (F2CC), na região metropolitana de Vancouver, no Canadá. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: In 1996, the international peasant coalition La Via Campesina introduced food sovereignty as an alternative proposal for organizing food systems, going beyond the hegemony of large corporations. In these twenty years, food sovereignty has evolved, being incorporated as a flag of struggle for other social movements in the countryside, city and by some governments. Food sovereignty exists when the people control their process of nourishment, reducing the influence of large corporations. Thus, in this proposal food is not treated as a commodity, but as a human right. In this context, the objective of this thesis is to study public food procurement experiences and their contribution to food sovereignty in Brazil and Canada. For this, two programs were analyzed: i) the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) in Cantuquiriguaçu, the state of Parana and in the Pontal do Paranapanema, the state of São Paulo - two regions appointed by the Federal Government of Brazil as citizenship territories - and ; ii) the Farm to Cafeteria Canada (F2CC) network, in the metropolitan area of Vancouver, Canada. Nesta configuração, as sociedades separadas desigualmente nos espaços urbanos tomaram para si identidades próprias, expressadas, cada uma delas, de formas específicas. As artes foram linguagens que se destacaram neste viés, e atualmente é possível verificar uma grande explosão dessas linguagens fomentadas nas periferias, especialmente de São Paulo. Efeito de um processo histórico excludente, as artes remetem a suas realidades, lutas e conquistas. Nesse cenário vemos as lutas mútuas se somando: trabalhadores, artistas, militantes, oprimidos, ou seja, "sujeitos periféricos" unidos para objetivos muito similares. Nesta busca, novas construções de cidades vão emergindo, e, em escala micro, analisamos estas tentativas realizadas por meio de um Coletivo chamado Dolores Boca Aberta Mecatrônica de Artes. Um exemplo, em meio à cidade global de São Paulo, de como esta somatória de propostas pode trazer novas esperanças para atenuar as injustiças sociais e urbanas / Abstract: Inside historical context in which it is organized and constituted the uses of land in Brazil we note that our cities were becoming social and spatially segregated. In this configuration, the separate spaces unevenly in urban societies took for themselves identities, expressed, each of them, in specific ways. The arts are languages that stood out this bias, and it is currently possible to verify a large explosion on the outskirts of these languages fostered, especially in São Paulo. Exclusionary effect of a historical process, the arts refer to their realities, struggles and achievements. In this scenario we see mutual struggles adding: workers, artists, activists, oppressed, in other words, "peripheral subjects", together for very similar purposes. In this search, new construction of cities are emerging, and micro-scale, we analyze these attempts made by a collective called Dolores Boca Aberta Mecatrônica de Artes. Orientadora: Sandra Elisa Contri Pitton / Coorientadora: Clauciana Schimidt Bueno de Moraes / Banca: Silvia Aparecida Guarnieri Ortigoza / Banca: Ana Tereza Cáceres Cortez / Banca: Tânia Maria de Campos Leite / Banca: Cieusa Maria Calou e Pereira / Resumo: A presente investigação teve como hipótese estabelecida a afirmação de que as problemáticas socioambientais verificadas (transporte público ineficiente, elevado número de veículos, congestionamentos em vias principais, desrespeito a pedestres, ciclistas e motociclistas, áreas sujeitas a enchentes, falha na divulgação sobre o serviço de coleta seletiva de resíduos, desmatamento ciliar em corpos hídricos urbanos, ineficiência nos serviços de saúde do município, insegurança e criminalidade urbana entre outros) na cidade de Limeira/SP, são decorrentes de falhas na elaboração/execução dos programas/projetos desenvolvidos pelo poder público local, e, por isso, existe a necessidade de pensar em novas propostas numa estrutura maior, isto é, pertencentes à Agenda 21 Local. Considerando este ponto inicial, fez-se necessário, através de um questionário elaborado com este propósito, o levantamento dos programas/projetos desenvolvidos pela Prefeitura Municipal de Limeira/SP nos anos de 2011 e 2012, por serem os últimos anos de uma administração de oito anos e, principalmente, porque em 2013 outra administração iniciou-se e assim, limitou-se o desenvolvimento de novos projetos. De posse desse primeiro levantamento, fez-se importante analisar os resultados (positivos ou não) dessas ações a partir do ponto de vista da população urbana. Para isso, outro questionário foi elaborado (com questões abertas, fechadas e dependentes) e aplicado junto aos habitantes desta localidade (Associações e Comissões de Moradores de Bairros, Escolas com Educação de Jovens e Adultos e em bairros de maior acessibilidade à pesquisadora). Os principais apontamentos feitos pela população foram problemas no trânsito e no transporte público coletivo, pequena participação da população em eventos e cursos culturais, serviço de coleta seletiva de resíduos pouco divulgado, pequeno conhecimento da população acerca do projeto... / Abstract: This research has the hipothesis established the claim that the social and environmental problems verified (ineficiente public transport, large numbers of vehicles, congestion on main roads, disrespect for pedestrian, cyclists and motorcyclists, areas subjects to floods, failure to disclosure on the selective waste collection service, reparion deforestation in urban water bodies, inefficiency in the health services of the municipality, insecurity and urban among others) in the city of Limeira/SP, are due to failures in the development/implementation of programs/projects developed by local authorities, and therefore is a need to think of new prignosals in a large structure, that is, belonging to the Local Agenda 21. Considering this threshold, did where appropriate, through a questionaire prepared for this purpose a survey of programs/projects developed by the municipality of Limeira/SP in 2011 and 2012, being the last years of an administration of eight years and, mainly, because in 2013 other administration began and so, was limited to the development of new projects. Armed with this first survey, made it important to analyse the results (positive or not) of these actions from the point of the view of the urban population. To this, other questionaire was elaborated (with open, closed and dependente issues) and applied together with the inhabitants of this town (Association and Neighborhood Committees, schools with Youth and Adult Education and neighborhoods of greater acessibility to the research). The main notes made by the population were problems in traffic and transportation, small share of the population in cultural events and courses, selective collection service unheralded waste, little knowledge of the population about the Project "Recycling Point" and it's benefits, pollution and deforestation of urban water bodies, urban insecurity, deficiency in public health services of the population in sports municipal order and few... / Doutor

Enfatiza-se a nova configuração do espaço geográfico que possibilita, através dos objetos e ações técnicas comuns do período, a formação de redes pelas grandes empresas e o surgimento de formas verticais no comando da produção, permitindo assim um uso diferenciado e privilegiado do território. Toma-se como exemplo a Embraer (Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S/A), onde são analisados o circuito espacial de produção, a normatização e ação vertical da empresa, revelando o seu poder de redefinição dos lugares no território usado na produção. / This research has the objective in understanding how the great companies builoing strategies of use of the territory through networks. Seu modelo de ciência não foi digerido pela crítica historiográfica da época, que negava a efetividade da geografia enquanto campo do saber politicamente engajado para a transformação dos desequilíbrios geográficos. Por sua vez, este era o principal papel da geografia para Reclus: ter um caráter eminentemente social, politicamente dissidente, colocado como uma experiência e prática espacial subversiva capaz de enfrentar as ingerências dos modelos hegemônicos. Por isso, busca-se investigar o caráter libertário presente na geograficidade de Reclus, avaliando o grau de aceitação deste pensamento heterodoxo, os fatores que desencadearam a negligência de parte de sua obra, e os impactos desta negligência na difusão de sua prática espacial de base anarquista. Entende-se aqui geograficidade como experiência e prática espacial, como modelo de reflexão acerca das relações resultantes da ação humana no meio, e em Reclus ela ganhará dimensão libertária. Este viés concebe a oportunidade de se avaliar quais foram as contribuições heterodoxas que o pensamento geográfico reclusiano legou à história da geografia, e quais as explicações da insuficiente aceitação desta modalidade de pensamento, ou seja, o que pode explicar sua negligência diante do contexto das geografias das escolas nacionais, inteiradas dos processos de expansão territorial da segunda metade do século XIX... / Abstract: The geographical thought of Élisée Reclus is marked by an heterodox speech connected to the theoretical condition and spatial pratice that confront with the hegemonic models of territorial arrangement. The science model developed by Reclus was not accepted by critical historiograph of the time, denying the effectivity of geography as a field of knowledge politically engaged for the transformation of geographical imbalances. On the other hand, this was the main role of geography to Reclus: to have na eminently social character, politically dissident, placed as subversive experience and spatial pratice, able to face the interference of hegemonic models. Therefore, we seek to investigate the libertarian character in this geographicity of Reclus, assessing the degree of acceptance of this heterodox thought, the factors that initiated the neglect of his work, and the impacts of this neglect in the dissemination of his spatial pratice of anarchist base. Diante dessa geografia que pulsa em Rachel, propomos a tese de que uma geografia primordial lhe é imanente, permeando sua vida e sua obra. A fim de desvelarmos essa geografia, apresentamos pessoas, paisagens e lugares de grande importância para a escritora; analisamos escritos que nos permitem relacionar os aspectos geográficos e telúricos que circundam a sua trajetória; e dedicamo-nos aos sete romances que Rachel escreveu, deslindando mundos que ela imaginativamente (re)criou. Geografia literária que (re)apresenta, com cores próprias e originais, a terra e a gente do Brasil, do Nordeste, do Sertão e do Ceará e revela que os destinos e as buscas dos personagens de Rachel traduzem em muito os seus próprios caminhos. Maneira de entendermos a condição humana, substancialmente geográfica, que permeia a nossa experiência / Abstract: Rachel de Queiroz was a writer deeply attached to her land and her people. It builds a connection that can be seized in the experiences she had in the places she knew and also in the literary works she wrote. In face of this geography that breathes in Rachel, we propose the thesis that a primary geography is immanent to her, applying to her life and her work. To reveal this geography, we presented people, landscapes and places of great importance to the writer; analyzed writings that allow us to relate the geographic and telluric aspects which permeate her journey; and have dedicated to the seven novels that Rachel wrote, unraveling worlds she (re)created in an imaginative way. Literary geography that (re)presents, in its own and original colors, the land and the people of Brazil, Northeast, Sertão and Ceará and reveals that destinations and searches of Rachel's characters translate her own paths. Acompanha um DVD "EntreBatuques" / Orientador: Bernadete Aparecida Caprioglio de Castro / Banca: Eduardo José Marandola Júnior / Banca: Paulo Roberto Teixeira de Godoy / Resumo: A experiência, entre 2012 e 2014, com o fenômeno Batuque manifestado pela Congada e pelo Tambu, a partir da com-vivência com o "Grupo Folclórico Congada e Tambu de São Benedito rioclarense" e o grupo/projeto "No Terreiro do Tambu", de Rio Claro/SP, é aqui descrita no sentindo de compreender a geograficidade (DARDEL, 2011) do fenômeno, entre corpos (MERLEAU-PONTY, 1971) e lugares (RELPH, 2014; TUAN, 1983, 2011). Em Rio Claro/SP, algo chama a atenção: Tambu e Congada tem origens e sentidos diversos, entretanto batuqueiros e lugares em comum, tal peculiaridade justifica a escolha dessa pesquisa que se vale da relação Geografia-Música (PANITZ, 2010) no sentido de compreender os caminhos e encontros que se deram no mundo do Batuque em Rio Claro, a partir da com-vivência com esses dois grupos. Identifica e descreve a atuação dos homens, instituições, meio ecológico e principalmente das firmas, representadas neste trabalho, como Operadores de Turismo, enfocando principalmente a atuação e relação das Operadoras localizadas nos grandes centros e as Agências Receptivas, localizadas na cidade de Bonito. Analisa a transformação de município com características rurais para um destino de turismo internacional, tentando descrever a "nova" identidade sócio-cultural perante a nova realidade econômica, voltada basicamente para o turismo, e a intervenção decorrente dos próprios turistas e de novos investidores que chegaram com o desenvolvimento da atividade no local. A partir de procedimentos metodológicos, principalmente qualitativos, busca-se compreender a relação de poder entre os Operadores de Turismo na comercialização do destino turístico, fundamentado em discussões teóricas sobre território e territorialidades. O trabalho é caracterizado como um estudo de caso, que discute e analisa a atuação e posicionamento das Operadoras e das Agências Receptivas em uma relação de poder na comercialização do destino frente ao mercado nacional e internacional. Analisa também, as relações existentes com as instituições locais, principalmente na gestão do turismo na região, regulamentado por legislações locais e iniciativas que dão ao destino uma dimensão positiva quanto à oferta de um produto de ecoturismo diferenciado no mercado buscando sempre o benefício com o desenvolvimento sustentável. It analyses the transformation process of a rural town into an international destiny, trying to describe the "new" Social-Cultural identity by a new Economic reality, basically focused on Tourism, as well as on the intervention resulted from the tourists themselves and new investors who just moved to the town due to the local development. Throughout the methodological procedures, especially the qualitative ones, the present work tried to understand the empowerment relation among the Tour Operators in the trading process of the Touristic destiny. It was based on Theoretical discussions about territory and territorialities. It is characterized as a Case Study and it discusses and analyses the action and positioning of Tour Operators and Receptive Travel Agencies in a empowerment relation into the Trading process of the Destiny by the National and International market. It also analyses the existent relations among the local institutions, especially the ones concerned to the Tourism Management in the region, regulated by local legislations and initiatives that give to the destiny a positive dimension, considering an offer of a differentiated ecotourism product, always looking for a sustainable development benefit.
