The dialog about the destruction of the meanings and senses attributed to the human sexuality, with the objective of facing the social unequalities born from homofobia directed to lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites and transexuals – LGBTT. In this way, the present research debates the fragilities and the possibilities of the schools to the development of educative practice of recognizing and defense of the gender’s identity and of sexual diversity, in a way to comprehend its limits and to observe its opportunities. So, it is intended to contribute with the constitution of a sexual educated education on facing the homofobia, in the sense of thinking of educative practices, which provides positive social relationships with LGBTT in the school environment. / Esta pesquisa é um trabalho sobre a educação sexual escolarizada através do diálogo entre a escola e o movimento homossexual no processo de formação docente continuada sobre gênero e diversidade sexual, realizado pelo Grupo de Resistência Asa Branca – GRAB, em 2007, com educadores/as de escolas públicas de Fortaleza/CE. Diálogo sobre a desconstrução dos significados e sentidos atribuídos à sexualidade humana, com o objetivo do enfrentamento às desigualdades sociais oriundas da homofobia dirigida a lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis e transexuais - LGBTT. Desse modo, esta pesquisa debate sobre as fragilidades e as possibilidades da escola para o desenvolvimento de práticas educativas de reconhecimento e defesa da identidade de gênero e da diversidade sexual, visando compreender seus limites e observar suas oportunidades. Assim, pretende-se contribuir para a constituição de uma educação sexual escolarizada de enfrentamento à homofobia, no sentido de pensar práticas educativas que proporcionem relações sociais positivas com LGBTT no ambiente escolar.

Ontologically, this study uses the critical postmodernism, specifically the Queer Theory, which deconstructs all conventional categories of sexuality and gender. The field research consisted of four visits to 13 large companies, in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, between July 2005 and November 2007, as well as 95 interviews, divided in four groups. The first one was composed of heterosexual and the second of homo and bisexual individuals, who were informed of the real object of this research. As a discrepancy of what the heterosexuals said during the interviews and their attitudes in the work environment as well as their comments to other heterosexuals was observed, a control-research was also carried out. Two othe groups – one of heterosexuals and the other of homo and bisexuals – were interviewed; nevertheless, they were informed that the object of the research was to study health in the workplace. The fieldnotes as well as the interviews were transcripted and submitted to discourse and conversational analyses. The findings were presented in five sections: the individual dimension, the social dimension, the workplace environment itself, the psychosomatic costs and, finally, the outcome of the research on health at the workplace. This study revealed that, when questioned about discrimination at the workplace, gays, lesbians and bisexuals tend to recognize the existence of such practices, as well as advocate that they also have been a victim of such. On the other hands, the heterosexuals tend to minimize the existence of such practices, as well as deliver a politically-correct speech. Notwithstanding, it was clear that the heterosexuals have introjected the masculine hegemonic paradigm, which was been built historically through social practices and, discriminatory attitudes and comments are disguised by the Brazilian sense of humour and informality. On the other hand, the research that was guided by the investigative question on health at the workplace revealed that, as the were not being confronted directly, the heterosexuals felt more at ease to express themselves, using homophobic expressions and referring to discriminatory practices. Yet, the homo and bisexuals attained to the question of health itself and, rarely, did they refer or mention discriminatory practices in the workplace. At the bottom line this study confirmed that the sexual orientation per se is only a component of an individual’s personality and, although it may be the ground for prejudice and discrimination, these practices are also caused due other factors such as gender, race, and social status. / Este estudo tem por objetivo apreender como a diversidade de orientação sexual se manifesta e é percebida nas organizações brasileiras. Ontologicamente, o mesmo se valeu da pós-modernidade crítica, especificamente da Queer Theory, a qual traz no seu bojo a desconstrução de todas as categorias convencionais de sexualidade e gênero. A pesquisa de campo se dividiu em 4 visitas a treze grandes empresas, no Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo, entre julho de 2005 e novembro de 2007, e a entrevistas com 95 indivíduos hétero, homo e bissexuais, divididos em quatro grupos. O primeiro foi composto por heterossexuais e o segundo por homo e bissexuais, que foram informados sobre o real objeto da pesquisa. Como foram observadas discrepâncias entre o que os heterossexuais declararam na entrevista e seus comportamentos no ambiente de trabalho, bem como comentários em grupo, foram trabalhados dois grupos de controle. O primeiro, composto por heterossexuais e o segundo, por homo e bissexuais, aos quais foram informados que o objetivo da pesquisa era a questão da saúde no ambiente de trabalho. As anotações de campo e as entrevistas foram transcritas e submetidas à análise do discurso e análise conversacional. As revelações da pesquisa de campo foram apresentadas em 5 partes: a dimensão individual, na qual se analisou o que significa não ser heterossexual; a dimensão social; o ambiente de trabalho em si; a estratégia de não assumir publicamente a orientação sexual e, finalmente, os resultados da pesquisa-controle feita tendo a saúde organizacional como pergunta investigativa. Este estudo revelou que, quando perguntados sobre práticas discriminatórias em função da orientação sexual, os homo e bissexuais masculinos e femininos, em sua maioria, confirmaram a existência das mesmas na sociedade e no ambiente de trabalho,bem como afirmaram já terem sido vítimas. Já os heterossexuais apresentaram um discurso politicamente correto e minimizaram a existência das mesmas. No entanto, ficou evidente que este último grupo, reproduzindo a lógica da hegemonia masculina, introjetou os estereótipos dos homossexuais, os quais foram construídos socialmente. Não raramente, esta discriminação é mascarada pelo senso de humor. Por outro lado, na pesquisa que teve como questão investigativa a saúde no ambiente de trabalho, os heterossexuais não hesitaram em externar mais sua visào heterocêntrica; os homo e bissexuais, por sua vez, não focaram as suas falas em práticas discriminatórias. No limite, em comum, ficou patente que a orientação sexual de um indivíduo, por si só, é apenas um dado categórico, que não necessariamente é fator isolado de discriminação, já que esta também abrange questões como gênero, etnia, classe social e senso estético.

A qualitative research with a cartographic approach was chosen based on the theoretical production of Michel Foucault and other authors from the same theoretical matrix. The research took place at a state public school located in the city of Fortaleza-Ceará. For the field work the instruments used was the collection of data, observation, field diary and open interviews with the teachers in the year 2007. Thus, the authorized knowledge was: scientific knowledge materilized through pedagogical mechanisms of the discipline of the bodies by the sexist education. The cultural knowledge, which points out the gender relationships based on oppositions, being the family the place where these oppositions are produced by the patriarchal model and the religious knowledge which operated as confessional tactics. The mapping was done considering pedagogical practices those which specialize the subjects and shape the bodies while relational practices are the ones which act as confessional strategies, work the esthetic of the subjects and the modulation of silence. The speechs, however, were named by the cultural roots with a strong influence from the patriarchal education. It has indicated that male homosexuality scares, nonetheless, at the same time, it is the most visible one in schools, although this personification is a tactic which aims to capture the disciplinary negociations. Other sexual and gender identities were pointed out as less visible and neglected, for instance the female homosexuality and the drag queens. We have reached the conclusion, thefore, that the work provided the comprehension of the articulations produced in the teachers’ enunciation mechanisms about sexuality and the gender relationships while identifying how the knowledge privileges the discipline of the body and its functioning. In addiction, the work mentioned that these practices are exerted on the bodies, the sexuality and the gender relationships. Moreover, it investigated the discursive formations which name the subjects through the negociations that guide how they should and can be, act and live in school. / O presente trabalho se propôs cartografar a sexualidade e as relações de gênero na escola a partir dos dispositivos de enunciação presentes nos saberes, práticas e discursos docentes. Optou-se pela pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem cartográfica amparando-se na produção teórica de Michel Foucault e de outros/as autores/as provenientes da mesma matriz teórica. A pesquisa ocorreu numa escola pública da rede estadual do município de Fortaleza-Ceará. No trabalho de campo foram utilizados os instrumentos de coleta de dados, a observação, o diário de campo e entrevistas abertas junto aos professores/as no ano de 2007. Assim, os saberes autorizados foram: saber científico materializado através dos dispositivos pedagógicos de disciplinamento dos corpos e pela educação sexista, o saber cultural que situa as relações de gênero pelas oposições, sendo a família o lugar onde essas oposições se produzem pelo modelo patriarcal e o saber religioso que opera como tática confessional. No entanto, as práticas cartografadas foram as pedagógicas, sendo aquelas que espacializam os sujeitos e modelam os corpos, atuam como estratégias confessionais, trabalham a estética dos sujeitos e a modulação do silêncio. Os discursos, contudo, foram nomeados pelas amarras culturais com forte influência da educação patriarcal. Indicaram que a homossexualidade masculina assusta, mas ao mesmo tempo é a mais visível na escola, embora essa rostização seja uma tática discursiva no intuito de capturá-la pelos agenciamentos disciplinares. E outras identidades sexuais e de gênero foram apontadas como menos visíveis e negadas, como exemplo a homossexualidade feminina e as travestis. Concluímos, portanto, que o estudo possibilitou a compreensão dos engendramentos produzidos nos dispositivos de enunciação dos/as professores/as sobre a sexualidade e as relações de gênero, ao identificar como os saberes privilegiam o disciplinamento do corpo e seu funcionamento. E ao levantar que práticas são exercidas sobre os corpos, a sexualidade e as relações de gênero, bem como de investigar as formações discursivas que nomeiam os sujeitos através de agenciamentos que delineiam como eles/elas devem e podem ser, agir e viver na escola.

Esse trabalho consiste numa abordagem analítica do tema subjacente ao texto de Romanos 1.26-27, em consonância com as perspectivas dos principais pressupostos hermenêuticos elaborados na contemporaneidade. No desenvolvimento dessa análise, há um encontro inevitável com os elementos filosóficos da linguagem, os quais sugerem novos rumos para as teorias de interpretação, sobretudo no tocante a temas complexos que emergem das sociedades ocidentais. Em contato com vias de mãos duplas, interpõe-se a visão interpretativa de Kevin Vanhoozer, que realça o aspecto canônico-linguístico das Escrituras, por um lado; mas ressalta, por outro lado, a relevância da dialogicidade das vozes que reverberam na interpretação dos textos bíblicos. Busca-se entender como a filosofia contribuiu para o avanço de questões da vida social e religiosa; bem como saber lidar com as situações novas. Diante de um cenário cultural cada vez mais plural, a homossexualidade é uma questão que suscita leituras desafiadoras do texto de Rm 1.26-27 e, nesse quesito, estuda-se a correlação entre os Testamentos da Bíblia; a realidade do contexto do autor de Romanos com as situações que se apresentam na atualidade. Vanhoozer sugere que os temas bíblicos sejam inseridos nas disposições do teodrama, mediante o qual as condições humanas possam ser melhor compreendidas e clarificadas de modo dialógico.
