The object and the aim of this thesis is to understand the Kingdom of God in a multidimensional model of reality that Karl Heim represented in his book Glaube und Denken (Belief and Thinking). The starting point of this work is a biblical glad tidings of God's Kingdom. The author is trying to do in the first part of this thesis at least a fractional analysis of the understanding of this message during a history and in the next part also the synthesis of its interpretations within the multidimensionality, which she is also striving to explain. The hypothesis of this work is that different interpretations of the Kingdom of God cannot be seen separately but simultaneously on the whole, in the light of the highest dimension, in the light of truth that is with God. At the end of this work is this hypothesis largely confirmed in interpretations of some theologists in the 20th century.

No mundo as deficiências de ferro e de vitamina A atingem números alarmantes, afetando tanto a população com nível sócio-econômico mais baixo quanto aqueles mais favorecidos. O presente trabalho teve por objetivos avaliar a disponibilidade de ferro na presença do b-caroteno em combinações de alimentos fontes de ferro (espinafre, feijão e ovo) e de b-caroteno (cenoura, abóbora e couve), de custo relativamente baixo, as quais originaram nove misturas, assim denominadas: M1= ovo e abóbora; M2= espinafre e abóbora; M3= espinafre e couve; M4= ovo e couve; M5= espinafre e cenoura; M6= ovo e cenoura; M7= feijão e cenoura; M8= feijão e abóbora e M9= feijão e couve. As misturas, após cocção foram analisadas quanto à composição centesimal, teor de ácido oxálico, ácido fítico, taninos, minerais, diálise de ferro in vitro e determinação do teor de b-caroteno. Os dados foram analisados estatisticamente (Tukey 5%), pelo programa SAS. As misturas M1, M4 e M6 apresentaram o menor teor de fibra, com 1,32, 1,35 e 1,54 g/100g e os maiores resultados para proteína, 6,80, 7,13 e 6,59 g/100g respectivamente, como também para extrato etéreo 4,77, 4,79 e 5,73 g/100g. O teor de ácido oxálico variou de 0,14 a 0,27%, sendo que as misturas com espinafre apresentaram os maiores resultados; o teor de ácido fítico variou de 0,00 a 1,03 mg/g, sendo que as maiores concentrações predominaram nas amostras com feijão; o teor de taninos variou de 0,01 a 0,14 apresentando maiores teores, nas misturas com espinafre.O b-caroteno apresentou teores variando de 4,62 a 26,10 mg/100g. Quanto aos minerais observou-se variações de 0,19 a 1,00 g/Kg para fósforo; 0,82 a 1,37 g/Kg para potássio; 0,17 a 0,92 g/Kg para cálcio; 0,03 a 0,18 g/Kg para magnésio; 0,19 a 0,93g/Kg para enxofre; 0,00 a 0,65 mg/Kg para o cobre; 6,87 a 14,99 mg/Kg para o ferro; 0,00 a 13,08 mg/Kg para manganês e 2,88 a 7,16 mg/Kg para o zinco. A diálise de ferro apresentou variações de 3,39 a 31,11% , sendo que o melhor resultado apresentou-se na M6. Pode-se concluir que a fibra atuou como fator limitante na absorção do ferro. E, misturas com ovo, principalmente a M6, aumentaram a disponibilidade do ferro, sendo que, a proteína e o extrato etéreo atuaram de forma mais significativa no aumento da absorção, quando comparados ao b-caroteno. / In the world, iron deficiency and vitamin A deficiency reach alarming numbers, affecting population with level economic-social lower as well as people in better positions. This research aims to estimate the iron availability in the presence of b-carotene in food mixtures irons sources (spinach, bean and egg) and b-carotenes sources (carrot, pumpkin and cabbage), with low prices, that have resulted nine mixtures, denominated: M1= egg and pumpkin; M2= spinach and pumpkin; M3= spinach and cabbage; M4= egg and cabbage; M5= spinach and carrot; M6= egg and carrot; M7= bean and carrot; M8= bean and pumpkin and M9= bean and cabbage. In this food mixtures, after cooking, were studied proximate composition, levels of oxalic acid, phytic acid, tannin, minerals, in vitro dialyzability of iron and levels of b-carotene. The statistical analysis was determinate (Tukey 5%) by SAS System. The food mixtures M1, M4, M6 showed low levels of dietetic fiber, 1,32, 1,35, 1,54 g/100g and the bigger results to protein 6,80, 7,13, 6,59 g/100g and to crude fat 4,77, 4,79, 5,73 g/100g, respectively. The oxalic acid ranges to 0,14 from 0,27%, with bigger results in food mixtures with spinach; phytic acid ranges to 0,00 from 1,03 mg/g, with high levels in beans samples; the tannin ranges to 0,01 from 0,14 with high levels in spinachs samples. b-carotene showed levels ranges to 4,62 from 26,10 mg/100g. With regard to minerals, its ranges to 0,19 from 1,00 g/Kg in phosphorus; to 0,82 from 1,37 g/Kg in potassium; to 0,17 from 0,92 g/Kg in calcium; to 0,03 from 0,18 g/Kg in magnesium; to 0,19 from 0,93g/Kg in sulfur; to 0,00 from 0,65 mg/Kg in cupper; to 6,87 from 14,99 mg/Kg in iron; 0,00 a 13,08 mg/Kg in manganese and to 2,88 from 7,16 mg/Kg in zinc. In vitro dialyzability of iron ranges to 3,39 from 31,11%, and the best result was M6. Its concluded that dietetic fiber was an inhibitor in the irons absorption. And, food mixtures with egg, mainly M6 (egg and carrot), increased iron availability and that crude protein and crude fat were more significant in absorptions increase than b-carotene.

The thesis named: "The human dignity in the writings of Pope John-Paul II." tries to give a general overview of the theological-anthropological viewpoints of the teaching of the Pope John Paul II concerning the protection of the dignity of human being. The thesis begins by touching the life stages of the Polish priest, bishop and cardinal Karol Wojtyla and later the pontificate of the pope John Paul II. The thesis looks on particular events which had made an impact on his personality orienting his whole being to the protection of human rights and dignity of every human being. The second part of the thesis looks at particular theological- anthropological aspects and statements which make up the corner stones of John Paul II's teaching. The third part then goes on to focus on certain impulses given by the signs of the times and serious topics which lead the pope to raise his voice to call for protection of human rights and dignity of every single human being.

Continuity and change in arable land management in the Northern Isles : evidence from anthropogenic soilsGuttmann, E. B. January 2001 (has links)
Human activity can affect the soil in ways which are traceable long after the land has been given over to other uses, and past land management practices can be reconstructed by investigation of these relict characteristics. In some regions the addition of fertilising materials to the arable soils has created artificially deepened anthropogenic topsoils which can be over 1m thick. Such relict soils are found all over the world, and are widespread in north-western Europe. This work focuses on the anthropogenic soils in the Northern Isles, which were formed from the Neolithic period up until the 20th century. Three multi-period sites were investigated using thin section micromorphology, organic/inorganic phosphate analysis, soil magnetism, particle size distribution, loss on ignition and soil pH. Current views of anthropogenic soil formation, based on pedological investigation and historical documentary sources, are that they are formed as a result of the addition of domestic animal manures and turf used as animal bedding to arable areas. This project sets out to test the hypothesis that in fact anthropogenic soils are the result of a wide range of formation processes which took place over extended periods of time. The hypothesis has been tested by analysing soils and associated middens of different dates, which have been sealed and protected by blown sand deposits. The results have shown that in the Neolithic period arable soils were created by cultivating the settlement's midden heaps as well as by adding midden material to the surrounding soils. In the Bronze Age human manure, ash and domestic waste were spread onto the fields around the settlements to create arable topsoils up to 35cm thick. In the Iron Age arable agriculture was intensified by selective use of organic manures on one of the sites investigated, but organic waste material was not used as efficiently as it was in later periods, and on both sites it was allowed to accumulate within the settlements. In the Norse period, when the intensive system used in historical times appears to have originated, organic waste may have been used more efficiently. These changes appear to reflect a greater organisation of land resources and manuring strategies and increased demand for arable production over time.

Die physische Welt stellt aber nichts Marginales dar, Barock ist bemüht durch die physische Welt in eine andere Welt, zur Transzendenz zu gelangen. Barock führt die Maximalisierung, Steigerung, Streben bis zu dem Überirdischen durch. Die Barockwurzeln sind laut Zdeněk Kalista bis zu der Kirchenversammlung in Konstanz zu führen, denn der Auftritt von Jan Hus bringt nachhinein die europäische Intelligenz dazu, sich mit den metaphysischen Werten zu beschäftigen; des weiteren ist es das Buch des französischen Kardinals Pierre d'Ailly mit dem Titel Imago mundi, das den inspirierenden Moment für die Erkundungsreise Kolumbus' darstellt. Die Erschließung der Übersee spiegelte sich dann in der Zeitgeschichte - es war ein Durchbruch ins Unendliche. [pt] A antropologia teológica busca focalizar o ser humano e suas dimensões a partir da realidade da fé em Jesus Cristo. Com interesse especial nessa busca, nos propomos, dentro de uma ótica sistemático-pastoral, investigar a possibilidade de superação do problema conhecido como dualismo antropológico no interior do movimento pentecostal brasileiro, a partir da caracterização de suas representações mais influentes no cenário nacional atualmente, tanto do chamado pentecostalismo clássico, como do neopentecostalismo. Para a análise de conceituação e identificação do dualismo, e ainda para o critério de assimilação da antropologia teológica de integração, oposta ao dualismo, toma-se como principal referência teórica a obra do teólogo espanhol radicado no Brasil, Alfonso García Rubio, dada a sua relevância e experiência no assunto em questão. Com isto, pretendemos chegar ao fim da pesquisa oferecendo uma perspectiva não somente teórica, mas principalmente prática, para o segmento cristão estudado, a fim de que se perceba sua possibilidade real de superação do dualismo constatado. / [en] The theological anthropology seeks to focus on the human being and its dimensions from the reality of faith in Jesus Christ. With special interest in this search, we propose, within a systematic and pastoral perspective, investigating the possibility of overcoming the problem knows as anthropological dualism within the Brazilian Pentecostal movement, from the characterization of its most influential representatives in the national scene today, both the so-called classical Pentecostalism as the neo-Pentecostalism. For the analysis of the concepts and identification of dualism, and yet for the criterion of assimilation of theological anthropology integration, as opposed to dualism is taken as main theoretical reference work by the Spanish theologian living in Brazil, Alfonso García Rubio, given its relevance and experience in the subject matter. With this, we aim to get to the end of the research offering not only theoretical, but mostly practical perspective for the Christian segment studied in the order to realize who your real chance of overcoming the dualism found.

Previous issue date: 2010-04-13 / The administrative function is eminently teleological, since it is related to satisfying primary interests, and as such, finds itself supported by two basic principles: the supremacy of public interest over the private and the inalienability of public interests. In order to be valid, all administrative actions must follow the human being s principle of dignity, whether in its negative sense, aiming at stopping the State s arbitrary actions, or in its positive perspective, in which the State must have as permanent objective the protection of life in all its connotations. In the exercise of the administrative function, the State realizes activities such as intervention on social domain, by means of public policies and activities to support the administration, the management of public assets and the power of the police. The state inaction is considered illegitimate and an illegal practice, in such a way as providing individuals who had their rights violated the right to make demands on the State. The Federal Constitution, paragraph 9 or article 23, defined as common administrative competence of the Union, the States, Federal District and Municipalities, the promotion of programs to build homes and to improve the living conditions and basic sanitation. Therefore, it is observed that the issue of having a residence is inserted in the context of the right-power of the State, included in the scope of the minimum vital space or existential minimum for the execution of the subjective right of a dignified life (art. 6, CF). The Constitutional Text, establishing expressly that property must have its social function (art. 5, 23) and, especially when it is considered everyone s existence with dignity as a principle of the economic order, according to the social justice (art. 170, 2 e 3), resulted in the emergence of a new internal structure of the concept of property. The inclusion of the social function principle modifies the structure of the right of ownership, in that to own leaves the condition of a mere observer of erga omnes respect, as a mere universal passive subject, and starts to consider subjective rights, following the superior constitutional consideration of the social right of residence and the consequent access to minimum vital assets, including in the relation with the State / A função administrativa é eminentemente teleológica, porquanto está adstrita a satisfazer interesses públicos primários e, para tanto, encontra-se lastreada em dois princípios basilares, quais sejam: supremacia do interesse público sobre o privado e o da indisponibilidade dos interesses públicos. Toda a atuação administrativa, para ser válida, deve obediência ao princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, seja na sua acepção negativa, objetivando impedir a atuação arbitrária do Estado, seja na perspectiva positiva, em que o Estado deverá ter como meta permanente a proteção da vida em todas as suas acepções. No exercício da função administrativa, o Estado realiza atividades como a intervenção no domínio social, por meio das políticas públicas e atividades de fomento administrativo, a gestão de bens públicos e o poder de polícia. A inação estatal reveste-se de ilegitimidade e configura-se como prática ilegal, de modo a conferir direitos públicos subjetivos aos administrados lesados. A Constituição Federal, no inciso IX do art. 23, definiu como matéria de competência administrativa comum da União, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Municípios promover programas de construção de moradias e a melhoria das condições habitacionais e de saneamento básico. Percebe-se, portanto, que a questão da moradia está inserida no contexto do dever-poder do Estado, eis que incluída no âmbito do piso vital mínimo ou do mínimo existencial para a efetividade do direito subjetivo a uma vida digna (art. 6º, CF). O Texto Constitucional, ao estabelecer expressamente que a propriedade deverá atender a sua função social (art. 5º, XXIII) e, especialmente, quando reputou como princípio da ordem econômica a existência digna de todos, conforme os ditames da justiça social (art. 170, II e III), provocou o surgimento de uma nova estrutura interna do conceito de propriedade. A inclusão do princípio da função social modifica a estrutura do direito de posse, na medida em que o possuir deixa a condição de mero observador de respeito erga omnes, como mero sujeito passivo universal, e passa a titularizar direitos subjetivos, em atenção à superior previsão constitucional do direito social de moradia e o conseqüente acesso aos bens vitais mínimos, inclusive na relação com o Estado

are not affected with the chosen decision. The Bioetica, to the side of the Biodireito,
ahead presents individual the basic principles that must direct the medical behaviors
and of a delicate subject that is the option for a worthy death. The Ethics, as science,
determines the beddings necessary for the justification of a citizen in fondness not to
be taken care of by medical team when if to find at moment of terminalidade of its
physical existence. The Right, for its turn, establishes criteria and defines the
principles that must be invoked to support the taken decision then. It appears,
therefore, the vital will that if presents as alternative instrument to allow and to
recognize the right to the individual freedom and the option for ahead not receiving
treatments medical from the diagnosis of irreversible picture. The option for a worthy
death, ahead of irreversible pictures of health, deserves to be dealt with as a
question public health. The freedom of choice of each individual, through the
anticipated declaration of the will, represents the recognition of the dignity of the
person human being at the moment of its death, so that this can, as sequência of the
life, to occur of worthy form. / A vida é considerada como o direito fundamental mais precioso que um ser humano
pode pretender lutar e ser tutelado pelo Estado. Todavia, a manifestação da vida
merece ser realizada com dignidade. A vida encontra o seu extremo oposto na
ocorrência da morte. A dignidade da pessoa humana, como fundamento maior, deve
ser preservada e respeitada, inclusive no momento da morte. A dignidade humana
está estampada no direito de manifestar sobre a autonomia própria de cada
indivíduo, em especial, pela forma que este opta para que a sua morte possa
ocorrer. A autonomia da liberdade humana é o reconhecimento de sua própria
condição como ser humano e que deve prevalecer em uma sociedade democrática e
plural, com respeito às decisões individuais, desde que interesses ou direitos de
terceiros não sejam afetados com a decisão escolhida. A Bioética, ao lado do
Biodireito, apresentam os princípios fundamentais que devem direcionar as condutas
médicas e individuais diante de um assunto delicado que é a opção por uma morte
digna. A Ética, como ciência, determina os fundamentos necessários para a
justificativa de um cidadão em não querer ser atendido por equipe médica quando se
encontrar em momento de terminalidade da sua existência física. O Direito, por seu
turno, estabelece critérios e define os princípios que devem ser invocados para
amparar a decisão então tomada. Surge, portanto, o testamento vital que se
apresenta como instrumento alternativo para permitir e reconhecer o direito à
liberdade individual e a opção por não receber tratamentos médicos diante do
diagnóstico de quadro irreversível. A opção por uma morte digna, diante de quadros
irreversíveis de saúde, merece ser tratada como uma questão de saúde pública. A
liberdade de escolha de cada indivíduo, através da declaração antecipada da
vontade, representa o reconhecimento da dignidade da pessoa humana no momento
de sua morte, para que esta possa, como sequência da vida, ocorrer de forma digna.

with the entrance in vigor of the New Civil Code, that came to substitute the Civil
Code of 1916, workmanship this of Clóvis Bevilaqua. One of the most important
points of the New Civil Code was the inclusion in its text a specific subject on the
rights of the personality, following the trends of the Italian and Portuguese Civil
Code, in which the same ones valued more the people and its conquests. Thus, the
object of inquiry of the present text is to study the inserted rights of the personality in
the Brazilian and foreign legislation, demonstrating to its structure and legal
guardianship. Of this form, the study of the rights of the personality it has finally the
guardianship of the essential rights of the person human being, the personality human
being as legally protected interest, the citizens of right of the enclosed personality and
its special structure in the New Civil Code. The present study of the rights of the
personality it the same has for base the evolution of the person, passing to be a
subject of the world, carrier of values and not simple object of this world. The person
left of being a notion of person-member of the society to be considered a person
human being. / O ano de 2003 foi marcado por uma especial transformação no mundo
jurídico com a entrada em vigor do Novo Código Civil, que veio substituir o Código
Civil de 1916, elaborado por Clóvis Bevilaqua. Um dos pontos mais marcantes do
Novo Código Civil foi a inclusão em seu texto de capítulo específico sobre os direitos
da personalidade, seguindo a tendências do Código Civil Italiano e Português, que
valorizavam as pessoas e as suas conquistas. Assim, o objeto de investigação da
presente dissertação é o estudo dos direitos da personalidade inseridos na legislação
brasileira e estrangeira, demonstrando a sua estrutura e tutela jurídica. Ressalte-se que
o estudo dos direitos da personalidade tem por fim a tutela dos direitos essenciais da
pessoa humana, a personalidade humana como bem jurídico, os sujeitos de direito da
personalidade e a sua estrutura especial incluídos no Novo Código Civil. O presente
estudo dos direitos da personalidade tem por base a evolução da pessoa, que passou a
ser sujeito do mundo, portadora de valores intrínsecos, e não um simples objeto.
