The aim of the present diploma thesis is to point out the importance of creating and using {\clq}qCatalouge of standard operation procedures for joint operations of the IRS`` because the individual bodies of the Integrated Rescue System (hereinafter {\clq}qIZS``) had not been clarified as to what tasks they were supposed to perform on the emergency scene before such catalougue was issued. The creation of the said catalougues, based on the need to unite and coordinate the activites of the public administration as well as to set definite and unambiguous procedures and commanding authorities when on the emergency scene, refers to detailed responsibilities of the individual bodies of the Integrated Rescue System on the emergency scene. It is the most demanding but most promising form of standardization in the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part deals with the legal issues related to the catalogues and their incorporation into the laws of the Czech Republic and the origins of individual standard operation procedures. Emphasis is mainly put on the body of the IZS selected for the purposes of this thesis {--} the Police of the Czech Republic and its irreplaceable position in this broad issue. An analysis of one selected standard operation procedure shows how broad is a seemingly trivial issue like investigation. Using the outcome of the survey evaluation, the empirical part points out how familiar the policemen are with the issues related to the Catalogue of standard operation procedures and how ready they are to use the Cataloque as a legal guideline in an emergency event. The conclusion of the thesis include a proposal of the procedure based on the available written documents, experience and possibilities given by the Catalogue and cooperating IZS bodies. Also, there was made a comparison between similar issues in the world and the results of the procedures and solutions.

Aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a referential catalogue of public administration services, which should provide its users with summary of services provided by public administration. Theoretical part of thesis at first defines notions and presents problems connected with providing public administration services in context of development in period after Velvet revolution in Czech Republic. After that, work follows with global situation in European Union and concentrates on one country (Austria) and its services. During design of the catalogue was used actual knowledge and research about service providing, which reflects customer oriented approach and access through single point of contact. The necessity of splitting the whole process of service providing into two parts, service access and service execution part, is emphasized. Within design of catalogue are presented two main models – domain model describing the structure of catalogue itself and service model, describing services. Based on analysis of possible uses and its integration potential with existing systems are defined its main benefits and is devised integrating principles designed in catalogue into „Portal veřejné správy“.

The thesis is focused on analysis and risk assessment during the reconstruction of the school building. The work will be used appropriate methods to a specific reconstruction of school, especially checklist and risk catalog. They will be determined by the ris ks that caused the failure to comply with the schedule of works and thus limit the operation of school and the surrounding area. These risks will be set out measures that should determine how these scenarios could have been avoided.

Die Studie beschreibt die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage unter sächsischen Archiven zum Technisierungsgrad aus dem Jahr 2008.

Die Universitätsbibliothek berichtet jährlich über die geleisteten Aufgaben als zentrale wissenschaftliche Einrichtung der Technischen Universität Chemnitz und Teil des Bibliothekssystems des Freistaates Sachsen. Darin enthalten sind z.B. Informationen aus den Bereichen Nutzerservice, Medienbearbeitung und Pateninformationszentrum.

Im akademischen Bereich sind in Social-Software-Anwendungen wie Connotea, CiteULike und BibSonony umfangreiche Sammlungen von nutzergenerierten Metadaten entstanden. Im Vergleich zu kontrollierten Vokabularen, wie der Schlagwortnormdatei, handelt es sich dabei um personalisierte und in weiten Teilen „chaotische“ Inhaltserschließung. An der Universitätsbibliothek Mannheim wurde in einem DFG-Projekt untersucht, inwieweit das Potential dieser Art von Metadaten für eine bessere und nutzerorientierte Präsentation von Informationsressourcen eingesetzt werden kann. Ein Kernstück der Untersuchung war die Analyse von Tag-Daten des Systems BibSonomy. Es zeigte sich, dass nicht nur die mangelnde semantische Strukturiertheit der Tags, sondern auch ihre heterogene Gestalt einen limitierenden Faktor für die Verwendung in der bibliothekarischen Sacherschließung darstellt. Der Beitrag gibt anhand von Beispielen Einblick in das qualitative und strukturelle Chaos der untersuchten Tags und fasst die Ergebnisse des Projekts zusammen.

The presented thesis focuses on the analysis of selected Czech for foreigners textbooks in terms of socio-cultural competence. In the first three chapters the term of socio-cultural competence is explained and its definition in the Common European Framework of Reference and in the descriptions of reference levels A1, A2, B1 and B2 for Czech is examined. Chapter four deals with a chosen research method - criteria catalogue. In chapter five selected textbooks (Česky, prosím I, Čeština pro cizince: Úroveň B1, Čeština pro cizince: Úroveň B2, Čeština pro středně a více pokročilé, Čeština pro život, Čeština pro život 2, Mluvme česky) are analyzed separately and in chapter six individual results of previous examinations are compared with regard to how the publications contribute to the development of socio-cultural competence of students. 1

Radka Těšínská Lomičková: Cistercian and Benedictine Sign Language in the Middle Age Sign language is an important communication phenomenon that has existed for a thousand years. In medieval monasteries signs were used to enable simple communication of messages when rules of silence forbade monks from speaking. This thesis concentrates on a study of sign language communication in Benedictine and Cistercian monasteries during the Middle Ages. In doing so it describes the history of sign language in Europe between the 10th and 15th centuries. Furthermore it shows that sign language was not only used in the center of the order but in the Czech Republic as well. This thesis provides a detailed discussion of sign lexicons which are similar to a monolingual dictionary and are the basic and central source of information about each language. Lexicons contain words and short descriptions of how to make each hand sign. A careful analysis of one particular sign lexicon, called Siquis (which was used in Central Europe in the 15th century), reveals new information about daily life in medieval monasteries. The primary focus of the Siquis lexicon was liturgy, food and drink, utensils, persons, and activities. The aim of the thesis is to explore which attributes of expression and attributes of manifestation are commonly found in bibliographic records and compare them with the information needs of users. The research is focused on the Union catalog of the Czech Republic - CASLIN. In the theoretical part there are presented problems with attributes of expression and attributes of manifestation in model FRBR. In the research part there was performed content analysis of several bibliographic records owing to problems of attributes of expression and attributes of manifestation. In the research section there was made the analysis of information needs of users, too. As qualitative research methods were selected observation of participants and semi-structured interviews with respondents. The result of this thesis should be a comparison between reality in library catalogs and information needs of users.
