This diploma thesis serves as a foundation and guide for the pedagogical staff members to improve the teaching of natural science in the field at the first level of elementary schools in the district of Opava. The main aim and output of the thesis was to create a source material for teachers and their practice in preparing of the natural science excursions and walks in the terrain. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the natural phenomenon of the district. It captures the specifics of the area and its landscape potential, it also includes an overview of didactic methods of teaching with use for scientific observation. The most important part consists of a catalog of stations suitable for nature walks and excursions, which should facilitate the search of accessible areas. Each catalog station has a thematic focus, its location and accessibility, brief characteristics and key terms are described. The practical part consists of pedagogical research and didactically compiled suggestions of practical activities serving as a guide for activities with pupils. One of the key processes of IS/IT service provider is Service Level Management. IT service provider faces a problem how the services should be defined, how a balanced service portfolio should be set up and how the processes covering the service management should be designed to meet strategic goals of the organization. The thesis focuses on IS/IT service portfolio design and management with a particular focus on infrastructure services. General goal of the thesis is to support IS/IT service provider's activities directly linked with service level management, IT financial management and IT service portfolio design. The thesis puts together theoretical sources in the area of IT Governance, generally accepted methodologies and best practices, actual market trends and author's experience. The theoretical part maps current development in the field of IS/IT service management, summarizes relevant theoretical inputs, categorizes IS/IT services, gives an overview of the most commonly used pricing models and presents actual IS/IT market trends, such as SaaS or Utility Computing. The application part, which follows the theoretical part of the thesis, is built upon fundaments of key findings and conclusions of the theoretical part. Application section introduces a method of service level management transformation and a business model suitable for IS/IT service provider. Furthermore a process of IS/IT service portfolio design is introduced. The process is supported by an analytical tool, which enables analysis of provider's financial and infrastructure data. The output of the analysis is a set of scenarios of IS/IT service portfolio including revenue, costs and utilization of resources and technologies. Academic benefit is seen not only in the consolidation of relevant theoretical sources dealing with IT service design and management. The thesis also introduces frameworks for optimization of service level management process and a concept of a IT service provider's business model. A practical contribution of the thesis is seen in a process of IT service portfolio design supported by an analytical tool for provider's real data processing, covering demand, capacity, utilization and financials.

A set of documents, called the Index of Model Activities of the Integrated Rescue System Forces was compiled to improve coordination of these forces. The Index describes organizational procedures of the IRS forces during ten cases of emergency. However, are members of basic IRS forces familiar with these documents? Are the IRS workers aware of procedures and needs of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) staff? The objective of this thesis is to survey views and findings of the IRS workers regarding the above mentioned issues, evaluate possibilities to improve knowledge of these issues.

The thesis focuses on the contacts between Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union, specifically in the area of the 1930s fine arts. This topic has been mapped from 1930 to 1938 (before the Munich Agreement). The first part of the text deals with the historical-political background of that period and cultural relations between the two countries with emphasis on fine arts. Specific manifestations of these relations can be found in the next part of the thesis, using analysis and comparison of the Czechoslovak printed periodicals and archival documents, especially political news and correspondence. This thesis focuses mainly on realized art exhibitions and their reflections. All of this has been set into the historical and political context, thus achieving a comprehensive description of the topic. My thesis Bohemika in the castle library collection in Český Krumlov is devoted to the processing of the Czech collection of the castle library in Český Krumlov. The primary source are Czech books, which are now stored in the castle library. The Czech collection was developed by the aristocratic family of Schwarzenberg. In my thesis I deal not only with the general evaluation of this part of the collection, but also with the attitude of individual book owners towards the Czech language and literature. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the development of Český Krumlov Castle and the castle library, the second chapter is devoted to the general evaluation of the Czech collection in the library. The third chapter outlines the historical development of Schwarzenberg family in the concept of the castle library. There is a significant point of view of the owners of the Czech books and the access of the individual members to the Czech language and literature. The fourth chapter focuses in detail on the area of artistic literature and its presence in the castle library. The fifth chapter deals with the Czech collection of the castle library in Vrchotovy Janovice and its owners, particularly with the baroness Sidonie Nádherná from Borutín. The book collections of both the libraries are compared in the end of the thesis. The thesis also includes the catalogue of the Czech books, which I prepared and organized.

This diploma thesis deals with French books which refer anyway to area now called Italy that is stored in the baroque Eggenberg part of the castle library in Český Krumlov. It means Italian authors, realia, history, famous personalities, etc. The goal is to create list of these books released since 1717 and characterize them from aspects as literary genre, content and reader's interest of Eggenbergs, mainly Marie Ernestine of Eggenberg (1649 {--} 1719). Also questions like what was the influence of prefaces to Eggenberg readers and if books were popular and read by them are important parts of this thesis.
