Adolescents with health disorders experience an increased risk of psychological functioning problems. However, the lack of availability of psychological help and research on methods’ effectiveness in this group is still being extensively discussed worldwide. Theoretical assumptions of the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), closely related to the ideas of constructivism and systems theory, indicate that therapeutic effect of the model can be viewed as not limited to changes in the problem presented for the therapy, but as having potential of spreading into other areas of psychological functioning. Thus the aim of the dissertation is to estimate the changes in the severity of psychological functioning problems during SFBT among in-patient and out-patient adolescents experiencing mental or physical health disorders. Participants were 12-18 year old out-patients of two primary mental health care centers and in-patients of a rehabilitation hospital (N=131). Treatment group consisted of 23 out-patients and 21 in-patients (control groups accordingly 23 and 28 adolescents). Tačiau dažnai diskutuojama psichologinės pagalbos prieinamumo ir metodų efektyvumo tyrimų šioje grupėje trūkumo problema. Darbe tyrinėjamo į sprendimus sutelkto trumpalaikio konsultavimo (SSTK) prielaidos, kurios glaudžiai siejasi su konstruktyvizmo ir bendrosios sistemų teorijos idėjomis, leidžia galvoti, kad SSTK terapinis poveikis neapsiriboja tik konkrečios problemos sprendimu, bet turi galimybę išsiplėsti į kitas psichologinio funkcionavimo sritis. Tad šio tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti dėl psichikos ir somatinės sveikatos sutrikimų gydomų paauglių psichologinio funkcionavimo problemų laipsnio kitimą SSTK metu. Tyrime dalyvavo 131 vienoje reabilitacijos ligoninėje ir dviejuose pirminės psichikos sveikatos priežiūros centruose gydomas 12 – 18 m. paauglys. Poveikio grupę sudarė 23 PPSPC ir 21 reabilitacinės ligoninės pacientas (kontrolines grupes – atitinkamai 23 ir 28). Konsultavime sprendžiamų problemų sunkumo pokyčiams vertinti taikyti Kliento vertinamas problemos sprendimo progresas ir Konsultanto vertinamo problemos sprendimo progreso skalė, o psichologinio funkcionavimo problemų laipsniui ir jo kitimui vertinti – Standartizuotas interviu paauglių problemoms įvertinti ir Paauglio elgesio klausimynas. Tyrimo objektas - kaimo moterų konsultavimas verslo klausimais. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti konsultavimo poveikį kaimo moterų verslumui ir parengti kaimo moterų verslumo gerinimo modelį. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) atlikti literatūros šaltinių analizę ir sintezę konsultavimo poveikio kaimo moterų verslumui klausimais; 2) atlikti konsultavimo poveikio kaimo moterų verslumui vertinimo metodų analizę; 3) įvertinti konsultavimo poveikį kaimo moterų verslumui; 4) parengti kaimo moterų verslumo gerinimo modelį ir jo įgyvendinimo priemones. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir sintezė; lyginamoji analizė; interviu, ekspertinė ir anketinė apklausa; duomenų sisteminimo ir statistinė duomenų analizė; loginė analizė ir sintezė; grupavimo, grafinio vaizdavimo metodai. Pirmoje darbo dalyje pateikta įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių nuomonė apie konsultavimo ir verslumo sistemą. Antroje magistrinio darbo dalyje pateikiama konsultavimo poveikio kaimo moterų verslumui Lazdijų rajone tyrimo metodika ir instrumentarijus, pristatomi empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiamos kaimo gyventojų verslumo didinimo galimybės ir pateikiamas integruotas kaimo moterų verslumo didinimo modelis, apjungiantis konsultavimo paslaugų kokybės bei kiekybės vertinimą; numatomos priemonės kaimo moterų verslumui didinti. Sukurtas modelis yra universalus, tinkantis ne tik moterų verslumo didinimui, tačiau ir kitų konsultavimo paslaugų organizavimui. / Object of research – rural women’s consulting business. The aim of the study – assesses the impact of counseling in rural women’s entrepreneurship and prepare model for improving rural women’s entrepreneurship. Objectives: 1) perform an analysis of literary sources and the synthesis of the impact of rural women in consulting for entrepreneurship issues; 2) an advisory effects on rural women’s entrepreneurship in analysis of assessment methods; 3) evaluate the impact of counseling in rural women’s entrepreneurship; 4) Develop a model for the improvement of rural women’s entrepreneurship. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparative analysis, interviews and expert questionnaire survey, data filing and statistical data analysis, logical analysis and synthesis, clustering, graphic imaging techniques. The first part presents various Lithuanian and foreign scientist opinion on rural development, entrepreneurship and consulting system. In the second part of lay presents the work of advisory effects on rural women’s entrepreneurship in Lazdijai region survey mythology: instrumentation, exploratory characterization. Despite the fact that this economic concept can be interpreted from many perspectives, this work approaches it from a labour law point of view. In order to safeguard employees‘ rights in the transfer of undertakings situation, the Council directive 77/187/EEC was adopted. Based on the assumption that transfers of undertakings change legal status of employees, the following issues are raised and discussed in this work: how „transfer of undertakings“, „employee representatives“, „information and consultation procedures“ are defined in the Directive 77/187/EEC and case law of EU courts and whether such definitions are clear cut and properly implemented in the national laws of EU member states; theoretical and practical grounds for employees‘ representation and its‘ forms; whether EU model and models of separate EU member of information and consultation secures the continuity of rights of employee representatives in transfer of undertakings situation. It is concluded that the above mentioned definitions still raise practical problems, models of implementation differ from state to state.

During counseling, the farmers provide information that may assist with the actual economic situation, the understanding of the essence to choose the right solution for economic development, investment, participation in support programs, the environment, animal welfare and other requirements of the implementation. Counseling beneficiaries trained skills for more effective activities, counseling helps to adhere to the standards of farming land, food and forestry.

The aim of the thesis: to design the model of the consulting process of the preparation of development plans of municipalities and recommendations for the improvement of the advisory process of the preparation of development plans of municipalities. To carry out the theoretical analysis of the organisation of the development plan designing process and establish the main problems of practical designing as well as the defects of the organisation of this process; 2. Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, apibendrinti kaimo gyventojų verslumo sampratą. 2. Išanalizuoti švietimo ir konsultavimo reikšmės didinant kaimo gyventojų verslumą teorinius aspektus. 3.
