Profesinio informavimo konsultanto vaidmuo profesinio orientavimo sistemoje / The role of vocational information consultant in the system of vocational orientation

The aim of this thesis is to analyze functions and perspectives of vocational information consultant (VIC) institution in Lithuanian vocational orientation system. The research object of this thesis is activity of vocational information consultant. The objectives of the thesis are: 1. to analyze scientific sources and main educational documents, that regulate vocational orientation in Lithuania; 2. to discuss the international experience of vocational orientation development and on that ground to define the principles of VIC activity in Lithuanian vocational orientation system; 3. to explore the peculiarities of VIC activity and to prepare suggestions for VIC education and training program improvement. Research methods: •Quantitative research (questionnaire) •Statistical data analysis Conclusions: 1.Shortage of vocational information places and its uneven distribution influence insufficient accessibility of vocational information services for target groups. 2.One of the main financial and legal problems in this area is establishment and financing of VIC staff. 3.The most important skills of VIC are communication and computer literacy skills. It is necessary to include development of those skills to the VIC education and training program.

The object of study – advisers of Lithuanian Lithuanian Agricultural advisory service. The area of study – Needs of professional development. The aim of study – Having analysed advisers needs of in-service training to work out a model of agricultural advisers in-service training. The objectives: 1. Analyse in-service training theoretical and practical aspects in Lithuania and abroad. 2. Conducting surveys to analyse in-service training theoretical and practical aspects in Lithuania and abroad. 3. Identify advisors‘ needs and requests for the programmes of in-service training. 4. Produce standards and requirements for advisors to qualify. Methods of study: analysis and summary of literature, systematization and analysis of primary and secondary data, generalisation, comparison of practical experience, calculation and patterning. After studying scientific literature and examining aspects of advisers in-service training in Lithuania and abroad and carrying out the analysis of survey conducted the standards and requirements for advisors to qualify were produced and the model for in-service training was carried out.

Socialinio pedagogo kaip konsultanto asmeninių savybių vertinimas / Evaluation of social pedagogue's as consultant's personal features

Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas socialinio pedagogo kaip konsultanto asmeninių savybių vertinimas. Konsultavimas yra viena iš socialinio pedagogo veiklos funkcijų. Įvairių mokslininkų atlikti tyrimai skelbia, kad efektyviam konsultavimui turi įtakos konsultanto asmeninės savybės. Šio bakalauro darbo objektas - socialinio pedagogo kaip konsultanto asmeninių savybių vertinimas. Tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti socialinio pedagogo kaip konsultanto asmeninių savybių vertinimą. Tyrimo duomenys buvo renkami naudojant apklausos raštu metodą (anketą). Anketa sudaryta iš uždaro ir atviro tipo klausimų. Tyrimo duomenys apdoroti taikant aprašomąją statistiką (vidurkių, standartinių nuokrypių analizė ir neparametrinius testus (Kruskal-Wallis). Tyrime dalyvavo 40 Šiaulių universiteto bakalauro pakopos trečio ir ketvirto kurso socialinės pedagogikos studentai ir 64 Vilniaus, Kauno, Klaipėdos, Šiaulių miesto ir rajono socialiniai pedagogai. Tyrimo metu gauti duomenys atskleidė, kad socialinis pedagogas kaip konsultantas pasižymi tam tikromis asmeninėmis savybėmis. Jam būdingos psichologinės savybės: empatija, savęs pažinimas, savo darbo ir konsultacinės veiklos prasmės ir veiksmingumo suvokimas, kitokių žmonių vengimas bei kitų asmenų kritikavimas už nepriimtinus veiksmus. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Bachelor thesis analyzes the social educator as consultant personal assessment. Consulting is one of the social educators operating functions. Scientific studies have proved that effective counseling is affected by the counselors’ personal characteristics. This bachelor’s object is the evaluation of social educators’ as consultant’s personal characteristics. This study is to reveal social educators as consultant’s characteristics evaluation. Survey data was collected by using a written survey method (questionnaire). Questionnaire was based on open and closed questions. Survey data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (averages, standard deviations, and analysis of nonparametric tests (Kruskal-Wallis)). Survey involved 40 Siauliai University undergraduate third and fourth-year students of social pedagogy and 64 in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai city and district social workers. Survey data revealed that social educator as a consultant has certain personal qualities. Social educator has psychological qualities: empathy, self-knowledge, their work and consulting activities meaning and effectiveness of the perception of other people, criticism of others for the unacceptable actions. This Master thesis presents a study of computer equipment support services providing company’s business processes, specifics of the ongoing communication between end-users and supporting engineers-consultants and presents review of some information systems designed to automate certain technical support activities. Core aim of this study is to alleviate the daily work of above mentioned consultants when supporting end-users to locate and resolve issues in owned computer equipment. This paper outlines requirements set for software which could be capable to support business processes of a company operating in a computer equipment maintenance industry, describes specially designed technical support system’s architecture as well as its programming and testing results. The presented prototype of an information system might be treated as new step in computer equipment support services enhancement. This prototype might serve as a core for knowledge management system development; it is suitable for use in businesses which are other than the IT equipment support business.

The aim of the thesis: to design the model of the consulting process of the preparation of development plans of municipalities and recommendations for the improvement of the advisory process of the preparation of development plans of municipalities. Tasks: 1. To carry out the theoretical analysis of the organisation of the development plan designing process and establish the main problems of practical designing as well as the defects of the organisation of this process; 2. To analyse the theoretical methods of consultation organisation and their place in the preparation of municipal development plans; 3. By employing a questionnaire survey, to find out the opinion of representatives from municipalities on the issues of consultations on the preparation of strategic development plans; 5.
