Atlikta literatūros apžvalga parodė, kad tyrimų, nagrinėjant medžiagas būdingame intervale kambario ir aukštesnėje temperatūroje nebuvo atlikta. Todėl šiame darbe, nustatyti analizuojamų duomenų sklaidos intervalai: legiruotiems konstrukciniams plienams bei legiruotų konstrukcinių plienų suvirinimo siūlių medžiagoms (kambario ir aukštesnėje temperatūroje). Atliktas deformavimo, nuovargio parametrų ir modifikuoto plastiškumo kriterijaus reikšmių pasiskirstymo pagal normalųjį dėsnį hipotezių tikrinimas, kuris parodė, kad dauguma nuovargio nuo modifikuoto plastiškumo kriterijaus duomenų yra pasiskirstę pagal normalųjį dėsnį. Pasiūlyti analitinių priklausomybių koeficientai tarp suirimo kreivės parametrų ir modifikuoto plastiškumo kriterijaus. Gauti koreliacinės analizės duomenys patvirtino medžiagų atmetimo (būdingo intervalo nustatymo) tikslingumą. Tai reiškia, kad darbe nustatytos analitinės priklausomybės gali būti taikomos įrenginių konstrukcijų preliminariam ilgalaikiškumui bei patikimumui apskaičiuoti. / Performed literature review showed that any studies of examining materials in intrinsic range at room and elevated temperature haven’t been performed. That’s why, in this paper, analyzed data setted diffusion ranges-alloyed for structural steels and alloy structural steels weld (at room and elevated temperatures). Performed deformation, fatigue parameters and modified plasticity criteria value distribution by the normal law hypothesis testing, which showed that most of the fatigue plasticity criteria from modified data is distributed according to the normal principle. Offered analytical dependency ratios between the disintegrate curve parameters and modified plasticity criteria. Counted correlation analysis appropriate rejection of materials (in typical range). This means that in paper setted analytical relationships can be used for equipment preliminary calculation of durability and reliability.

Savo magistriniame darbe nagrinėju vienos draudimo kompanijos KASKO sistemos funkcionavimą. Visų pirma sukonstruoju KASKO draudimo sistemos matematinį modelį. Tuomet atlieku išsamias analizes polisų sutartims, draudiminiams įvykiams, įmokoms ir išmokoms, bei jų kitimo dinamikai. Apskaičiuoju 2006 m. kiekvieno mėnesio pelno pasikliovimo intervalus ir padarau prognozę 2007 metams. Galiausiai patikrinu draudimo kompanijos padalinių ir filialų darbo efektyvumą. / My work analyses CASCO insurance system’s behavior of one insurance company. At first I made a mathematical model of CASCO insurance. Then I properly described analyses of policies’ contracts, insurance events, insurance premiums and payouts. Later I estimated approximate confidence intervals of profit and made a forecast for 2007 year. And finally I analysed the work efficiency of subdivisions and branches. The mathematical model of CASCO insurance system let us to do various experiments in mathematical space when we analyses incomes of insurance company.

Magistriniame darbe nustatytos legiruotųjų konstrukcinių plienų ir jų suvirinimo siūlių medžiagų mechaninių ir deformavimo diagramos charakteristikų A1, α, sT priklausomybės būdingame intervale kambario ir aukštesnėje temperatūroje. Nuosekli statistinė analizė parodė, kad duomenys yra atsitiktiniai, nepriklausomi bei pasiskirstę pagal normalųjį dėsnį, o atlikta tyrimo rezultatų koreliacinė ir regresinė analizė, kad tarp daugumos medžiagų grupių deformavimo diagramos charakteristikų ir modifikuoto plastiškumo kriterijaus egzistuoja reikšmingas tiesinis koreliacinis ryšys. Darbe ciklinėms deformavimo diagramos charakteristikoms pagal mechanines savybes nustatyti, buvo apskaičiuoti analitinių priklausomybių koeficientai, bei patikrintas regresijos lygčių adekvatumas. Nustatant deformavimo diagramos charakteristikų reikšmes nuo modifikuoto plastiškumo kriterijaus nustatytame būdingame intervale gaunami tikslesni rezultatai, nes daugumai skaičiuotų ir eksperimentinių charakteristikų rezultatų sklaida intervaluose yra mažesnė lyginant su bendrų plienų ir jų suvirinimo siūlių medžiagų grupių rezultatų sklaida. Darbe pasiūlyti tiesinės priklausomybės koeficientai nuo modifikuoto plastiškumo kriterijaus, gali būti pritaikyti nustatant preliminarų inžinerijos šakose (energetikoje, naftoje) dirbančių mašinų ilgalaikiškumą, atsižvelgiant į jų eksploatacijos aplinką, darbo temperatūrą, naudojamas medžiagas. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In this master thesis alloy structural steels and their weld joint materials cyclic stress–stain curves parameters A1, α, sT dependences on mechanical characteristic in the typical range at room and elevated temperatures are determined. Consistent statistical analysis of experimental results shown, that data is accidental, independence and normal distributed, also correlation - regression analysis shown, that almost for all groups of the materials exists a significant linear correlation between cyclic stress–stain curves parameters and modified plasticity criterion. In this final work, for parameters A1, α, sT from mechanical properties to determine, was calculated analytical dependence coefficients, also regression equations adequacy was verified. Determining value of deformation parameters from modified plasticity criterion in typical range, is better way, because the results is more accurate this is because for almost all computed and experimental characteristics results dispersion in ranges are lower comparing with total groups of alloy steels and their weld joint materials results dispersion. In this master thesis are suggested linear regression coefficients from modified plasticity criterion, which can be used for preliminary evaluation of lifetime for engineering industries machines considering of their operational environment, working temperature and what materials are used for machine‘s construction. Magistro darbe “Ypatingosios teisenos esmės problematika” siekiama išanalizuoti ypatingosios teisenos esmę Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio proceso kodekse, ginčo ir ypatingosios teisenos tarpusavio sąveiką, dabartiniame Civilinio proceso kodekse nustatytą ypatingosios teisenos ir ginčo teisenos reglamentavimą, atskleisti jo turinį ir pagrįsti nuostatų įtvirtinimo būtinumą Lietuvos civilinio proceso teisėje. Įsigaliojus dabartiniam Civilinio proceso kodeksui, buvo iš esmės reformuotas ypatingosios teisenos procesas pasirinkus germaniškąją ypatingosios teisenos koncepciją. Atsisakius ginčo dėl teisės kaip pagrindinio teisenas atribojančio kriterijaus, Civilinio proceso kodekse įtvirtinta nuostata, draudžianti perduoti ypatingosios teisenos bylą išnagrinėti ginčo teisenos tvarka, jei joje kyla ginčas dėl teisės. Pagrindinis kriterijus, kuriuo remiantis Lietuvos civilinio proceso teisėje atribojama ginčo ir ypatingoji teisena, yra tikslingumas bei viešojo intereso egzistavimas civiliniuose teisiniuose santykiuose. Įtvirtintas inkvizicinis ypatingosios teisenos proceso modelis su jam būdingais oficialumo, imperatyvumo, riboto viešumo bei žodiškumo principais. Įtvirtintas aktyvus teisėjo statusas nustatant objektyvią tiesą ypatingosios teisenos byloje. Darbe stengiamasi įvertinti šią įstatymo leidėjo poziciją, remiantis egzistuojančia teismų praktika ypatingosios teisenos bylose. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In the master’s thesis titled "The issue of essence of the particular proceeding” is being tried to analyse the main features of the particular proceeding in Lithuanian Republic Civil Process Code, the interaction between disputes and particular proceeding, the interaction between those both proceedings, the innovation in the present Civil Process Code, which are related with the regulation of dispute and particular proceeding, to analyze innovation in detail, to exhibit its purport and to give a proof of the fixation of the attitudes in the Lithuanian Civil Process Law. While the present Civil Process Code took effect, the particular proceeding process was reformatted with the choice of the Germanic particular proceeding conception. Having rejected the dispute for law as the main criteria, which deliminates proceeding, in Civil Process Code the attitude is fixed, which prohibits to transfer particular proceeding case to a judge by the dispute proceeding method if the dispute for law (right) arises in it. The main criteria, as the ground of which in Lithuanian Civil Process Law the dispute and particular proceedings are deliminated and the public interest and expediency exist in civil legal regulation. There is consolidated inquisitorial model of particular proceeding with the official, inperative principles, also with the principles of limited publicity and of literal character, which are characteristic to this model.
