Les politiques éducatives au Sénégal et en France ont intégré dans leurs systèmes éducatifs des enseignants non titulaires de français. Il se pose alors dans ces deux pays la problématique des compétences professionnelles de ces enseignants qui n'ont pas été initialement formés, contrairement aux titulaires. Notre recherche a consisté à regarder s'il leur était possible de développer des compétences professionnelles dans l'activité. Pour mener à bien notre recherche nous nous sommes fondés sur l'approche comparative comme méthodologie, en nous basant sur l'hypothèse que les enseignants non titulaires développeraient des compétences professionnelles effectives et incorporées dans l'activité, similaires à celles des enseignants titulaires. Cette approche comparative s'explique parce que notre idée a été de comparer les enseignants non titulaires aux titulaires qui bénéficient a priori d'une « légitimité professionnelle », et sont considérés comme compétents et professionnels, pour voir si leurs manières de faire et d'agir dans l'activité sont plus ou moins similaires, selon les critères du triplet de genèses. Au terme de l'analyse, nous avons pu valider l'hypothèse selon laquelle les enseignants non titulaires et titulaires développent effectivement des compétences professionnelles incorporées dans l'activité, similaires à celles des enseignants titulaires, même si en France la similarité est moins grande. Néanmoins, tout en notant l'importance de la formation initiale, nous avons préconisé la formation continue et la validation des acquis de l'expérience comme des moyens de professionnaliser les enseignants non titulaires de français. / The educational authorities in Senegal and France have integrated within their educational systems non qualified teachers of french. Therefore, it remains the problem of professional competence of those teachers who have not been trained before contrary to qualified teachers. Our research will consist on showing whether it is possible for them to develop professional competence within the job. To better conduct our research, we will use the comparative approach as methodology, basing on the idea that non-qualified teachers would develop effective professional competence within the practice as well as the qualified teachers. Thus, our task is to compare non-qualified teachers to qualified teachers who have been trained before practicing effectively. The latter have benefited from the "professional legitimacy" and are considered to be professional and competent. We aim also at seeing if their methodologies (ways of doing and acting) are similar, according to the idea of he genesis triplet. By the end of our work, we have adopted the idea according to which the non qualified and temporary teachers develop indeed professional competence within the practice similar to that of the qualified teachers, even though in France, the similarity is less important. Nonetheless, despite the initial training remains important, we have then recommended the continuous training (the follow up practice) and the validation of the experience achievements as means to make professional the non-qualified teachers.

The main aim of this diploma work is to present the main topics of the soviet geopolitical thinking. The main thesis are presented at the beggining of the work and were influenced mainly by personality of Joseph Stalin. At the end of the first chapter those main goals of the soviet geopolitics are evaluated as well as the role of Stalin for the USSR. The timeline of this diploma work streches from 1953 - 1982 and the main events of this period are mentioned. At the end the role of the three soviet leaders is summarized and their actions evaluated.

The aim of this work is comparison of special form tools for manufacture of grooves in rotor turbine. For this purpose tools are chosen from „A“ and „B“ company. Form milling cutters are confronted both in terms of their characteristic features, manufacturing methods, and time and economy intensity. Furthermore, there is described a possible future way of grooves‘ production through the use of the „C“ ‘s programme. Apart from that, this thesis also involves simple programme for comparing the chosen parameters.

Les radios parlées conservatrices, nées aux États-Unis, ont servi de modèle aux radios d’opinion de Québec dans le but de capter une audience et la maintenir à l’écoute le plus longtemps possible. Ce modèle économique à succès, basé sur le spectacle et la provocation, compte de fidèles adeptes à Québec mais aussi des détracteurs qui les accusent de favoriser les divisions. Notre étude se penche sur le public de ces deux radios, CHOI Radio X et FM93. Nous avons cherché à établir, grâce à nos entretiens avec 16 auditeurs, la nature de la confiance qui les unit à leur station et à définir le type de contrat de communication qui se met en place, à savoir, le système relationnel basé sur des règles et des attentes réciproques entre les acteurs. Les recherches théoriques sur l’exposition sélective et le biais de confirmation, la confiance et le contrat de communication nous ont permis de formuler des propositions de recherche combinant l’adhésion forte des auditeurs au discours de la radio, leur grande fidélité, leur engagement fort et la confiance importante qu’ils ont dans la station qu’ils écoutent. Notre analyse nous a permis d’identifier trois profils d’auditeurs de ces radios qui montrent une prise de recul plus importante vis-à-vis du discours de la radio que ne le suggéraient les recherches. / Conservative talk radio, born in the US, served as a model for talk radio in Quebec City in order to capture the audience and maintain it as much as possible. This successful economic model, based on entertainment and provocation, has loyal listeners in Quebec City but also opponents accusing the radio of fostering divisions. Our study examines the public of the two most popular radio stations, CHOI Radio X and FM93. We aimed to draw up, thanks to our interviews with 16 listeners, the nature of trust uniting them with their station and to define the type of “communication contract”, which designates a relational system based on rules and reciprocal expectations between the actors. Theorical research on selective exposure and confirmation bias, trust and communication contract helped us to build research proposals combining audiences’ strong adhesion to the radios’ content, loyalty, strong engagement and great trust they have in the radio station they listen to. Our analysis led us to identify three profiles of listeners showing more distance toward the radio content than suggested by previous research.

The thesis Czech-Slovak lexical correspondences and differences in terms of their position in the standard language and dialects focuses on lexemes occurring equally in the areas of Czech and Slovak Republic (with a preference focus on border line of East Moravian and West Slovak dialects) and confrontation of their statuses in the national languages. The aim of the thesis is to track differences and concordances of Czech (Moravian) and Slovak dialect lexical parallels on a chosen sample of vocabulary from the perspective of their relation to the standard vocabulary of Czech and Slovak language. The opening chapter deals with language atlases and dictionaries used as sources for confrontation. This is followed by an image of Czech - Slovak language relations' development, question of border and evaluation of dialects from the perspective of belonging to Czech/Slovak dialects; and delimitation of assumed areas with the highest number of language concordances. This diploma thesis addresses issues of the institute of settlement in. The institute of settlement is one of the diversions in criminal proceedings. Diversions (divergences) in criminal proceedings are construed as special types of criminal proceedings, alternative to standard hearing of a case in main trial, within which the criminal case can be settled. The institute of settlement was incorporated into the Czech Criminal Procedure Code by the amendment n. 152/1995 Sb., that became effective on 1st September 1995. The essence of the institute of settlement is a conclusion of an agreement between the accused person and the damaged person. Such agreement is then approved and the criminal prosecution against the accused person is therefore terminated. It is thus achieved the settlement and elimination of the confrontation which was caused as a result of the committed crime between the accused person and the damaged person concerned. Esta dissertação de mestrado tem como objetivo fundamental a apresentação de análises e comparações, que visam fazer parte do processo de aprimoramento constante do método numérico de simulação de unidades flutuantes produtoras de petróleo, chamado TPN Tanque de Provas Numérico. Para tanto, foram executados ensaios com modelo em escala reduzida, cujos resultados foram comparados com o modelo numérico do TPN. A unidade padrão utilizada nos ensaios foi a plataforma semi-submersível ITTC-SR192, escala 1:105, ensaios estes realizados no tanque de provas do IPT Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de São Paulo. Por meio de comparação com os resultados dos ensaios, foram verificadas as habilidades do TPN em reproduzir os movimentos do casco, a tração no topo das linhas de produção e o amortecimento induzido pelas mesmas. Importante destacar que os parâmetros verificados tiveram a finalidade adicional de confrontar os resultados numérico-experimentais com foco na investigação da influência das linhas de produção na própria dinâmica do sistema flutuante. Tendo em vista esse objetivo complementar, todos os ensaios foram realizados com e sem a presença de linhas de produção, no texto referenciadas apenas por risers, modeladas como um grupo de estruturas bastante flexíveis e de grande diâmetro, a fim de prover um aumento significativo no amortecimento do sistema. Sendo assim, o comportamento dinâmico dos casos com e sem risers foram comparados buscando observar as diferenças nos movimentos do sistema em ondas e correnteza. Além disso, utilizando o método recomendado pela API, referência [3] , doravante denominado apenas por método Near and Far, a tração de topo de um dos risers foi simulada numericamente com a imposição de movimentos obtidos nos experimentos, dando assim meios para comparação dos critérios de projeto, considerando a influência das linhas conectadas nas plataformas de petróleo. / This research aims to present analysis and comparisons, intended to make part of the constant improvement of the oil platform analysis software, called Numerical Offshore Tank (Tanque de Provas Numérico - TPN). For this purpose, small-scale model tests were performed, and the results compared with the numerical model in TPN. The standard unit used in these model tests was the semisubmersible ITTC-SR192, at scale 1:105, and the tests were performed at IPT (State of São Paulo Institute for Technological Research) towing tank. By means of the model tests results comparisons, the ability of the TPN in reproduce the hull motions, the risers top tensions and damping induced by these lines was evaluated. Importantly, these parameters were verified with the further purpose of comparing the numerical and the experimental results, focusing on the influence of the production lines in the dynamics of the floating system. Taking into account this additional objective, all the model tests were performed with and without production lines, i.e. risers, modeled as a group of highly flexible and large diameter structures, in order to provide a significant increment in the damping of the system. Thus, the dynamic behaviors of the cases with and without risers were compared, giving means to observe motion differences in waves and current. Moreover, using the method recommend by API, reference [3], hereinafter called Near and Far, the top tension of one riser was numerically simulated with the imposition of the motions obtained in the experiments, giving means to compare the riser design criteria, considering the influence of lines attached to the oil platforms.

Considering the theoretical and analytical categories of Dialectical Historical Materialism, and studies about the activity , according to the theory of Clinical Activity by Yves Clot, the study proposition is focused on the self-confrontation technique, with some changes proposed by this researcher. Two pedagogy students (trainees) are recorded while teaching and, then, go through the self-confrontation stage, in which they watch their own practices during the recorded classes. The researcher questions about the classes, makes propositions and gives suggestions about those practices. The focus on the self-confrontation technique as an appropriate tool for the formal education of teachers is based in theories which consider reflection as the main part of the professional education process. During the analysis of the self-confrontations, the points of observation are the reflections expressed by the trainees and their movements, the variations of activities, and the comparison between self-confrontations / O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é compreender a autoconfrontação como possibilidade de reflexão e movimento, na atividade executada - o estágio. Considerando as categorias teóricas e de análise do Materialismo Histórico Dialético, e estudos sobre a atividade , conforme a teoria da Clinica da Atividade de Yves Clot, a proposta de estudo está focada na técnica da autoconfrontação com as alterações propostas pela pesquisadora. Duas alunas de pedagogia- estagiárias - são filmadas dando aulas, depois, passam pela etapa da autoconfrontação, e assistem trechos de suas aulas. A pesquisadora questiona-as sobre suas atividades na sala de aula e intervém com propostas, opiniões e questionamentos. O enfoque na técnica da autoconfrontação, como possível ferramenta na formação inicial de docentes, apoia-se em teóricos que consideram a reflexão como principal quesito no processo de formação profissional.
