Dans l’art de la musique instrumentale, il y a certainement eu des moments de développement extraordinaires. La plus grande révolution dans le domaine du violon aura probablement été Paganini, avec ses innovations dans le cadre de la technique, de la texture et des effets timbriques du violon. Dans le domaine du piano, Liszt, suite à sa rencontre avec le violon assimilateur et imitateur du Génois, reforma son jeu et reconçut le pianisme de l’époque. Dans cette mission, il fut accompagné par des améliorations techniques à l’instrument. L’art du jeu du piano, qui hérita de Paganini le côté assimilateur et imitateur, qui abandonna le salon et s’installa dans les grandes salles, fut reconnu comme la « grande manière » ou le « grand style ». Ces termes, provenant principalement de l’art de Liszt, qui fut apparemment son premier représentant, se réfèrent à un style pianistique particulier, basé sur de grands effets acoustiques et de nouvelles techniques d’exécution. Le corpus de l’étude est constitué des œuvres de Liszt d’après Paganini, telles que les Études d’exécution transcendante d’après Paganini, les Grandes Études de Paganini, La Grande Fantaisie de bravoure sur La Clochette et les œuvres en relation avec Paganini des générations suivantes de pianistes de la « grande manière ». Celles-ci incluent les versions des études de Liszt réalisées par Ferruccio Busoni, son Introduzione e Capriccio (Paganinesco), les arrangements des Caprices de Paganini par Michael Zadora, les Variations sur un thème de Paganini de Mark Hambourg et les Études d’après un thème de Paganini op. 47b d’Ignaz Friedman. L’étude tente de tracer la « grande manière » dans les formes pianistiques appliquées dans les œuvres citées ainsi que d’identifier les particularités du « pianisme » des auteurs concernés. / In the art of instrumental music there were moments of extraordinary evolution. The greatest revolution in the domain of the violin was probably the appearance of Paganini and his innovations in the technique, the texture of violin writings and the exploitation of the timbrical effects of the instrument. In the domain of the piano, Liszt, after having heard the assimilating and imitating violin of the Genovese, reformed his playing and transformed the pianism of his époque. In that mission, he was accompanied by technical improvements of the instrument. The art of piano playing, which inherited from Paganini the assimilating and imitating tendencies and left the salon in favor of big halls, was recognized as the “grand manner” or the “grand style” grand style’, first represented by Liszt. These terms, mainly originating from the conceptual grandeur of his art, refer to a particular pianistic style, based on big acoustic effects and new techniques of execution. The corpus of the present study is constituted by the works after Paganini by Liszt, including the Études d’exécution transcendante d’après Paganini, the Grandes études de Paganini, La Grande fantaisie de bravoure sur La Clochette, and the works related to Paganini of the following generations of pianists of the « grand manner”. These include the arrangements of Liszt’s studies of Busoni, the Introduzione e Capriccio paganinesco, the Variations sur un thème de Paganini of Mark Hambourg and the Paganini-Studies op. 47b of Ignaz Friedman. The study tempts to trace the “grand manner” in the pianistic forms applied in the cited works, and to identify the specificities of the pianism of the concerned authors.

Name: A governing body acting beyond its powers Recodification of civil law has changed the way in which business corporations have been acting. Governing body members are currently representing trade corporations as its representatives. This shift, which is that governing body members became the representatives of business corporations opened the possibility of discussion about the nature of authorization of governing body to act on behalf of the trade corporation and about the possibility of acting beyond its powers. My thesis was called "A governing body acting beyond its powers". I used as a base for this work the wide authorization that governing body possesses in acting on behalf of the trade corporation and its possible limitations by law. Work has been divided into following main chapters. In the chapter dedicated to the basic terms I wrote about the definiton of governing body, the legal capacity of a legal person and character of governing body acting on behalf of the trade corporation, which is according to me sui generis. Another chapter was devoted to the possibility of acting beyond its powers. Cette recherche s’inscrit dans le contexte particulier d’une étude en design portant sur la multiplicité des conduites de projet. Des origines gréco-latines, de « mania » à « manuarius », le terme « manière » nous prédispose ici au sens d’une « habile folie ». Une acception qui permet alors d’interroger les « manières de faire le projet » de design comme des pratiques de l’écart. Invités ainsi à cheminer sur le terrain de polarités divergentes, dans une discipline faite à la fois de ruptures et d’accompagnements, nous sommes conviés par cette aporie à un nécessaire dépassement dogmatique. Des singularités à l’unicité plutôt que de l’universalité à l’unité, cette recherche construit l’hypothèse d’un dessein commun : faire-monde par des manières de faire des mondes. L’analyse de quelques projets qui intéressent la multiplicité nous conduit aussi à dégager la tension que peut entretenir le design à l’égard de l’environnement. À partir d’un intérêt critique envers des projections qui évoquent l’idée d’un paradigme de « centrement et de séparation » de l’homme dans le monde, la thèse interroge ensuite son renversement par des valeurs de « décentrement et d’inséparation ». / This research is part of a study in design on the multiplicity of ways in project management. The word « manner », with its Greco-Latin origins from « mania » to « manuarius » inclines us to take it as « skilful folly ». This meaning allows us to question the various « manners to conduct the design project » as gap practices. Thus, we are invited to explore the field of divergent polarities in a discipline made of breaches and guidance. This aporia leads us to consider a necessary dogmatic passage. From singularities to unicity rather than from universality to unity, this research is constructed on the assumption of a common purpose: make the world through manners of making worlds.The analysis of a few projects related to multiplicity leads us to bring out the tension between design and the environment. Taking a critical stance toward projections evoking the idea of a « centering and separating » paradigm, this research questions afterwards its inversion through « de-centering and de-separating » values.

The essence of this Master thesis is the analysis of corporate identity and image in the selected part of non-profit organization. Furthermore, this analysis will provide valuable information about how it tries to be perceived and how it is perceived in reality. The theoretical part explains terms related to the topic, mainly focuses on corporate identity and its three components, as well as on essence and importance of the corporate image. Then briefly describes the issue of non-profit organization. The methodical part defines the objectives, methods and respondents of the thesis. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge of the first part. First is presented selected non-profit organization and its part, which is the subject of research. The subsequent own research is divided into two parts, the analysis of identity by using the qualitative research in the form of individual interviews and the analysis of image by using the quantitative research in the form of questionnaire survey. The thesis is concluded by suggestion and recommendations for the non-profit organization.

The master thesis devotes to value of external works by cost method and simplified manner in Nový Jičín. The theoretical part describes a terminology of real estates, value and worth of affair. The main purpose is to value of external works and describe relevant methods. This paper deals with aspect in the sign language and tries to introduce this phenomenon in connection to the Czech sign language where this issue is not yet described. Based on the knowledge of available Czech and English literature, the thesis deciphers terms that are used in relation to aspect in both, Czech and sign, languages and identifies the aspect groups that occur in sign languages. On the basis of these groups, the practical part analyzes the material of the Czech sign language in terms of aspect. The material obtained consists of speeches from deaf speakers, obtained from websites: Televizní klub neslyšících (TV show), Zprávy v českém znakovém jazyce (news), Tiché zprávy (interviews) and Weblik Portal (fairy tales). The method of elicitation combined with the intuitive reflection method is used in the analysis. The work gives a first insight into the broad phenomenon of the aspect and provides a basis for more detailed future research.
