A Educação como um todo, trata-se da transferência do conhecimento científico acumulado na história humana e transmitido pela prática da Educação. Assim, é onde e quando o indivíduo dispõe do acesso ao conhecimento convencional embasado no aprendizado da leitura, da escrita, do cálculo. Dependendo de métodos educacionais utilizados, a Educação não transmite ao aluno questionamentos a respeito de obrigações e deveres obtidos na sociedade em que vive, assim, transmite apenas o conhecimento sistematizado. A Instituição Prisional, partindo de uma visão social como um todo ou simplesmente de fora para dentro, é resultado do atual acúmulo de necessidades sociais. Os Governos Federais e Estaduais, a Justiça Penal, o Sistema Penitenciário, com auxílio da imprensa, transmitem informações sobre a população carcerária, prática criminal evidente, modelos dos regimes corretivos, custo financeiro para manutenção dos prisioneiros, rebeliões. Nesta dissertação, além da visão de fora para dentro, é priorizada uma outra visão, a dos próprios detentos, buscando compreender o entendimento da prática educativa na prisão exigida pela Lei de Execução Penal e raramente divulgada. Para se aproximar da compreensão são buscadas as opiniões dos alunos presidiários a respeito da Educação que lhes é oferecida na Prisão, ou seja, trata-se da tentativa de encontrar uma visão de dentro para fora da Educação na Prisão. Motodologicamente, tais opiniões são conquistadas e analisadas a partir de depoimentos, entrevistas semi-estruturadas, questionários respondidos formalmente e observação sistemática amparada segundo os parâmetros pedagógicos. / The social formation is the product of political, economic, cultural, religious, familiar, educational and medicinal interferences, which becomes different means of knowledge. The Education as a whole, is based on the scientific knowledge accumulated in the human history and transmitted by the educational practice. So, it is where and when the individual disposes of a conventional knowledge access based on the learning of reading, writing and calculating. Depending on the educational methods used, the Education doesn't transmit to the student, questionings about obligations and duties obtained in the society he lives, it just transmits the systematized knowledge. The Penitentiary Institution, based on the social right as a whole or just from the outside in is the result of the actual accumulation of social needs. The Federal and State Governments, the Penal Justice, the Penitentiary System, with the help of the press, transmit informations about the imprisoned population, evident criminal practice, standard of the corrective rules, financial cost to maintain the prisoners and rebellions. In this study, besides the outside in vision, it is important another vision, the prisoners vision, trying to understand the educational practice on the prison, imposed by the penal execution law and seldom published. To get an approach of the comprehension, the opinions are taken from the imprisoned students, about the Education that is offered in Prison, or so, it is about an attempt to find a vision from the inside out of the Education in Prison. Methodologically, this opinions are conquered and analyzed from declarations, interviews, semi-structured, questionnaires answered formally and systematic observation according to pedagogic parameter.

Foram analisados os pesquisadores mais citados e cocitados nas dissertações e teses defendidas na linha de “Ensino, Aprendizagem Escolar e Desenvolvimento Humano”, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências da UNESP/Marília, no período de 2004 a 2009. Como método de pesquisa, foi analisado o conjunto de referências presente nas 25 dissertações de mestrado e 23 teses de doutorado, defendidas entre 2004 a 2009. O levantamento dos dados foi realizado por nível: mestrado e doutorado. Para o total de 25 dissertações, encontraram-se 2082 referências, e para o total de 23 teses encontraram-se 2333 referências. Para cada nível, foi gerado um banco de dados com as seguintes variáveis para cada referência: tipo de documento, idioma do documento, autoria(s) do trabalho citado. A partir destas variáveis, foram analisados o idioma mais frequente, tipologia documental, autores mais citados, cocitação entre os autores mais citados. Neste universo, consideraram-se como pesquisadores mais citados aqueles que receberam pelo menos seis citações. Para a análise de cocitação, foram construídas matrizes simétricas quadradas para cada nível, mestrado e doutorado, com as respectivas frequências de cocitação entre os pesquisadores mais citados. Como resultados, destacaram-se... / We assume the assumption according to which the analysis of researchers’ citation and cocitation frequency in certain area help to highlight the authors whose methods, concepts, and theories that underlying their scientific development; as well the core of the relevant literature and the cognitive associations of such area. The research aims at analyzing the most cited and cocited researchers in dissertations and theses in the Teaching, Learning School and Human Development” area of the Post-Graduate Program of Education - Faculty of Sciences of UNESP - Campus of Marilia, during the period of 2004-2009. We analyzed the reference numbers present in 25 dissertations and 23 PhD theses, which were defended between 2004-2009. The data collection was developed by level, Master and PhD. For the 25 dissertations were raised 2082 references and for the 23 theses, 2333 references. For each level we developed a database with the following variables of reference: document type, document language, the reference year of publication, and the authorship of the cited work. These variables allowed us to analyze the most common language, type of documents, the most cited authorship, and the cocitation among the most cited authors. In this context, it was considered as the most cited researchers who received at least six citations. For the analysis of cocitation we built square matrixes for each level, Master and PhD with respective cocitation frequencies among the most cited researchers. To the visualization of the cocitation network we used the Pajek software. A Bola de Neve Church se enquadra neste tipo de denominação e é relativamente nova. Desde o início voltada ao público jovem, esta instituição tem mostrado grande crescimento em pouco tempo. Considerando-a enquanto fenômeno social, este trabalho se dedica a investigar um aspecto importante observado na mesma: o corpo, especificamente, analisar e interpretar as técnicas corporais e a concepção de corpo presentes na Bola de Neve Church de Marília, SP. É importante destacar que o corpo não é pesquisado apenas em momentos de contato espiritual, mas a ideia é interpretar vários aspectos relacionados ao corpo (estética, sexualidade, acepção religiosa, relação com a cultura, sagrado e profano, entre outros). Todavia, quando se trata do papel do corpo no contato do fiel com o Espírito Santo, por exemplo, este tipo de experiência religiosa pode desencadear alguns fenômenos, tais como falar em línguas estranhas (glossolalia), o que ocorre durante orações, período de louvor, entre outros. Enquanto isso acontece, manifestações corporais transcorrem, isto é, há um repertório gestual frequentemente repetido, mas a pesquisa abarca também as expressões corporais do indivíduo neopentecostal de um modo geral, enquanto um modo de ser específico. The Bola de Neve Church fits this type of designation and is relatively new. Since the beginning facing young people, this institution has shown tremendous growth in a short time. Considering it as a social phenomenon, this work is dedicated to investigate an important aspect observed in the same: the body, specifically analyze and interpret the body techniques and the design of the body present in the Bola de Neve Church of Marilia, SP. Importantly, the body is not searched only in times of spiritual contact, but the idea is to interpret various aspects related to the body (beauty, sexuality, religious meaning, relationship with culture, sacred and profane, among others). However, when it comes to body part in contact of the faithful with the Holy Spirit, for example, this type of religious experience can trigger some phenomena, such as speaking in tongues (glossolalia), which occurs during prayers, worship time, among others. As this happens, physical manifestations elapses, that is, there is an often repeated sign repertoire, but also includes the search expressions neopentecostal individual body generally as a way to be specific. Para tanto, esta pesquisa contou com um estudo teórico e empírico. No aspecto teórico, buscou-se compreender de que maneira o fenômeno da terceirização se expandiu no Brasil e no setor público e culminou na adoção sistemática dessas práticas nos anos 90. Analisaram-se também textos e cadernos oficiais para dimensionar de que maneira o setor público incorporou essas práticas. Foram realizados, ainda sob o aspecto teórico, estudos das obras de administradores de empresas e de sociólogos do trabalho e da visão sindical sobre esse fenômeno. Na dimensão empírica e qualitativa desta pesquisa, realizaram-se entrevistas não diretivas. Assim, foi possível concluir que essa forma de contratação reforça o caráter alienante e ideologicamente orientado do trabalho no modo de produção capitalista, e que os sujeitos cotidianamente submetidos a esse regime contratual desenvolvem respostas individuais que ampliam essa tendência. / The present dissertation aims to show the results of a master’s degree research whose objective was to investigate the subjective and objective impacts of outsourced hiring for workers under this contractual framework. This objective was investigated from the analysis of outsourced workers who work in the cleaning sector of State Schools in the district of Marília-SP. To achieve its objectives this research involved a theoretical and empirical study. In the theoretical aspect, we tried to understand the way the outsourcing phenomenon was spread in Brazil and in the public sector, analyzing thereby the historical context that culminated in the systematic adoption of these practices in the 90s, and also, analyzing texts and official notebooks to resize the way the public sector incorporated these practices. They were conducted, still under the theoretical aspects, studies of the companies’ administrators, sociologists of the work and syndical vision of that phenomenon. In the empirical and qualitative dimension of this research interviews took place through the support of the non-directing interviews. Therefore, it was possible to present that this kind of hiring reinforce the alienated and ideologically guided character of the work in the capitalist way of production, and that the people submitted daily to this contractual regime develop individual answers that enlarge that tendency.

A precarização do trabalho atingiu também o segmento do professorado. Desse modo, o presente estudo teve como objetivo principal analisar as condições de precarização do trabalho docente na educação infantil do município de Marília. Para atingir o objetivo procedemos ao exame das políticas neoliberais incorporadas às políticas públicas educacionais e, em especial, as referentes ao município. Os procedimentos utilizados neste estudo foram a pesquisa bibliográfica e a pesquisa documental. Nessa perspectiva, analisamos a legislação nacional, a legislação do município, especialmente o Estatuto Municipal do Magistério e suas respectivas modificações, semanários de professoras da educação infantil da rede municipal e Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos de algumas escolas de educação infantil do município. Os dados obtidos revelaram que a precarização do trabalho dos docentes na educação infantil se materializa na dupla jornada de trabalho (Jornada Especial); na flexibilização de contratos de trabalho; no controle do trabalho e na desvalorização intelectual do professor; na ausência do plano de carreia do magistério; e na deficiente política salarial da categoria. / Abstract: The implementation of neoliberal policies in the country, especially since the 1990s, has led to the reform of the national state and intensified the precariousness of labor in general. The precariousness of the work also affected the teaching segment. Thus, the main objective of this study was to analyze the precarious conditions of the teaching work in children's education in the municipality of Marília. In order to reach the objective we proceeded to the examination of the neoliberal policies incorporated to the educational public policies, and especially those referring to the municipality. The procedures used in this study were bibliographic research and documentary research. From this perspective, we analyze the national legislation, the municipal legislation, especially the Municipal Statute of the Magisterium and its respective modifications, weeklies of teachers of the children's education of the municipal network and Educational Political Projects of some schools of pre-school education in the municipality. The data obtained revealed that the precariousness of the work of teachers in early childhood education is materialized in the double working day (Special Day); in the flexibilization of labor contracts; in the control of work and in the intellectual devaluation of the teacher; in the absence of the master's degree plan; and the poor salary policy of the category. / Mestre

Diversamente, as cooperativas, quando alicerçadas em uma gestão democrática, apresentam-se como organizações centradas nas decisões do coletivo que as compõe. Desta forma, em nossa pesquisa questionamos: Como se dá a gestão da Cooperativa Educacional de Marília? Existe a relação de trabalho associado na Cooperativa? Há participação dos segmentos escolares: pais cooperados, professores, alunos, funcionários, diretora pedagógica, coordenadora pedagógica e orientadora educacional em sua gestão? Os objetivos específicos consistiram em verificar se há instâncias de participação na gestão da Cooperativa; analisar se há participação dos segmentos dos professores, pais cooperados, alunos, funcionários, diretora pedagógica, coordenadora pedagógica e orientadora educacional em sua gestão; verificar qual o tipo de relação de trabalho aderido pela Cooperativa. Com o objetivo geral de compreender a relação entre as características do trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido pelos professores de primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental e os aspectos presentes e ausentes nas ações de formação continuada que a equipe da Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Marília-SP tem desenvolvido, foram formulados os seguintes objetivos específicos: investigar se as características do trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido pelos professores com as crianças do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental do município de Marília-SP são as mesmas apontadas pela literatura científica até o momento ou se apresentam características singulares, explicitando-as; caracterizar as dificuldades e tendências detectadas entre os professores participantes do estudo; verificar se as dificuldades e tendências do trabalho desenvolvido por esses professores são consideradas pela equipe da Secretaria Municipal da Educação ao proporem ações formativas; investigar se há relação entre as ações de formação continuada e a manutenção ou superação das dificuldades e tendências pedagógicas demonstradas pelos professores e analisar as necessidades formativas dos docentes de primeiro ano. Mediante a perspectiva do estudo de caso, foram utilizados os seguintes procedimentos metodológicos: pesquisa bibliográfica realizada em periódicos, em teses e dissertações, em textos publicados em eventos científicos nacionais... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This essay presents the results of the research which is linked to "Education and Childhood" Master Program in Education from the Science and Technology College, Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio Mesquita Filho", Presidente Prudente-SP campus. Considering that the general objective is to understand the relation between the pedagogical work characteristics developed by the first grade teachers of the Elementary school and the absent and present aspects in the actions of continuing education that the Municipal Education Secretary Marilia-SP has developed, the following specific objectives were formulated: to investigate whether the pedagogical work characteristics developed by the teachers with the children from the first grade of the Elementary school, Marília-SP are the same which were indicated by the scientific Literature up to the moment or if they present singular characteristics, explaining them; to distinguish the difficulties and tendencies detected between the attendant teachers of the study; to verify whether the difficulties and tendencies of the work developed by these teachers are considered by the Municipal Education Secretary when they propose formative actions; to investigate whether there is some relation between the continuing education proceeding and the maintenance or overcoming the difficulties and pedagogical tendencies demonstrated by the teachers and analyze the first grade teachers' needs. Orientador: Tânia Suely Antonelli Marcelino Brabo / Banca: Neusa Maria Dal Ri / Banca: Vagner Matias / Resumo: O presente estudo teve como objetivo investigar a precarização do trabalho docente na Rede de Educação do município de Marília/SP. Para a compreensão dessa realidade partimos, de um lado, da análise do processo de reestruturação produtiva operada na década de 1970 nos países de capitalismo central que culminou com a instalação de uma nova morfologia social do trabalho, caracterizada pelos aspectos da flexibilização, intensificação e alienação do processo produtivo. Por outro lado, analisamos as políticas públicas educacionais implantadas no Sistema Educacional Brasileiro, da Ditadura Militar ao neoliberalismo, nos anos de 1990, as quais, em conformidade com os interesses do capital, reestruturaram a gestão e a produção do trabalho docente no interior das escolas públicas do país em consonância com a nova morfologia social do trabalho capitalista. Essas transformações atingem a Rede em estudo a partir do processo de municipalização do Ensino Fundamental, impactando de modo negativo no mundo do trabalho docente local e conduzindo a categoria a um intenso processo de precarização. A investigação ocorreu a partir da análise de relatos das professoras pertencentes a quatro escolas da Rede em questão, representativas das regiões da cidade, bem como do estudo das legislações e documentos locais. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The present study aimed to investigate the precarization of teachers' labor at Marilia's, SP Municipal Education Network. To comprehend this reality, we start from one side, the analysis of the productive restructuration process operated in the 70's in central capitalism countries which culminated with the installment of a new labor social morphology, marked by processes of flexibilization, intensification and alienation of productive process, inscribed in protocols derived from Taylorism, Fordism and then Toyotism of production organization. On the other hand, we analyzed the educational public policies implanted on the country as a device used by the capital aiming to promote reforms in societal sectors in conformity with market needs. Therefore, we investigated the implemented reforms in the Brazilian Educational System, since the Brazilian Military Government until the neoliberalism, in the 90's, that restructured the management and production of teachers' labor inside public schools to be in consonance with the new morphology of capitalist labor. These transformations hit the Network studied from a process of municipalization of Elementary Schools, negatively impacting the world of teachers' labor and conducting the category to an intense process of precarization. The investigation is based on the analysis of the reports of teachers belonging to four schools of the Network in question, representative of the regions of the city as well as the study of laws and local documents. From these analyses In light of the theoretical basis adopted we intend to contribute to the unraveling of objective conditions that has led the process of precarization of labor of category and, at the same time, point out the implications operated on human subjectivity plan. / Mestre
