В диссертационном исследовании рассмотрены причины спортивного травматизма, выявлены часто встречающиеся травмы в волейболе. Разработана комплексная реабилитационная программа при травмах плечевого сустава в волейболе. Сформулированы практические рекомендации, врачам – реабилитологам центров реабилитации, лечебно – профилактических учреждений, которые будут полезны в их работе. / In the dissertation research the causes of sports injuries, identified common injury in volleyball. Designed a comprehensive rehabilitation programme for injuries of the shoulder joint in volleyball. Practical recommendations are formulated, physicians – rehabilitation specialists of rehabilitation centers, medical institutions, which will be useful in their work.

In modern conditions of aggressive competitive environment there has been a steady increase of uncertainty, instability and high dynamics of economic activity. Under these conditions, it becomes extremely important for small businesses to adapt to changing factors of external and internal environment, where resources are scarce. Thus the problem of strategic management and control at small industrial enterprises is one of the most important. To resolve this issue in the thesis presents an approach to strategic controlling main purpose of which is development of methodological recommendations for formalization and control of strategic reference points taken by management. / В современных условиях агрессивной конкурентной среды наблюдается постоянное возрастание степени неопределенности, нестабильности и высокой динамичности хозяйственной деятельности. В данных условиях становится чрезвычайно важным способность малого бизнеса приспосабливаться под изменяющиеся факторы как внешней, так и внутренней среды, в условиях дефицита ресурсов. Таким образом, к актуальным проблемам развития малых предприятий необходимо отнести стратегическое управление и контроль. Для решения данного вопроса в диссертации представлен подход к стратегическому контроллингу, главной целью которого является предоставление руководителям методологических рекомендаций с целью формализации и контроля их стратегических ориентиров.

The Board of directors of industrial enterprise is the most important body responsible for achieving a balance of interests between shareholders and managers. The management system of remuneration of the members of the Board of directors in an industrial company formed from an attraction of the Board of directors of highly qualified specialists. However, this aspect does not indicate getting great results and quality solution of the task facing him. Thus, in modern industrial production the problem of managing the system of remuneration of members of the Board of directors is quite acute. The aim of the research was the development improvement of the system of remuneration of the members of the Board of directors at the industrial enterprise. / Совет директоров промышленного предприятия – это важнейший орган, осуществляющий достижение равновесия интересов между акционерами и руководителями. Управление системой вознаграждения членов совета директоров на промышленном предприятии формируется из привлечения в совет директоров специалистов высочайшей квалификации. Однако данный аспект не свидетельствует о получении высокого результата и качественного решения стоящих перед ним задач. Таким образом, в условиях современного промышленного производства проблема управления системой вознаграждения членов совета директоров стоит достаточно остро. Целью исследования стала разработка усовершенствования системы вознаграждения членов совета директоров на промышленном предприятии.

Работа посвящена анализу образа Японии в массовой культуре Южной Кореи. Был охарактеризован образ Японии в корейских телесериалах, художественных фильмах. Также были проанализированы комментарии корейских пользователей в социальных сетях, которые позволили охарактеризовать образ Японии в сознании корейцев. Благодаря проведенному опросу, был соотнесен образ Японии в массовой культуре и образ Японии в сознании корейцев. / The paper is dedicated to the analysis of Japanese image in South Korean mass culture. The image of Japan is characterized on the basis of Korean dramas and feature films. In addition, the paper analyzes Korean social nets users' comments which reflect the attitude of Koreans towards their neighboring country. The correlation of Japanese image in Mass culture and in Korean public conscience has been revealed through the public opinion poll carried out in the paper.

Данная работа посвящена анализу современных японо-американских отношений в сфере культуры. Подробно рассмотрено взаимное влияние Японии и США на культуру и особенности друг друга. Выделены самые яркие элементы современной культуры Японии и США и их роль в укреплении японо-американского партнерства. В работе использованы и проанализированы мнения жителей обеих стран относительно друг друга, что позволяет сформировать более четкое представление об их заинтересованности в налаживании контактов. / This thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the modern Japanese-American relations in culture field. Mutual influence of Japan and United States on the culture and features of each other is considered in detail. The most significant elements of Japan’s and America’s modern culture and its role in strengthening of the Japan-US partnership were analyzed in this thesis. Opinions of citizens of both countries about each other, that used and explored in this research, allow forming the right conception of their interest in building contacts.

В выпускной квалификационной работе представлена комплексная методика управления финансовыми рисками и их имплементация в систему стратегического управления банком. В процессе достижения данной цели в рамках исследования автором были проанализированы и систематизированы основные методы оценки финансовых рисков в отдельности и их комплексе. Предложена модель комплексной оценки финансовых рисков, основанной на взаимосвязи отдельных элементов счета прибылей и убытков и их влияния на итоговый финансовый результат деятельности банка. Рассмотрены методические подходы к управлению комплексным финансовым риском, основанной на системе установления стратегических лимитов по направлениям деятельности. / In the final qualifying work presents a comprehensive methodology for financial risk management and their implementation in the system of strategic management of the Bank. In the process of achieving this goal in the study, the author analyzes and systematizes the basic methods of financial risk assessment individually and their complex. The proposed model of integrated assessment of financial risks is based on the relationship of individual elements of the account of profits and losses and their impact on the final financial result of the Bank's activities. Methodical approaches to management of complex financial risk based on the establishment of strategic limits on activities.

В магистерской диссертации национальные ценности рассматриваются как объект лингвокультурологического анализа. Для анализа используются русские и китайские паремии и результаты опросов в русской и китайской аудитории. Проводится сопоставление перечней национальных ценностей русской и китайской лингвокультур. / In the master's thesis national values are treated as an object of linguistic-cultural analysis. For analysis we used Russian and Chinese paremias and the results of surveys among the Russian and the Chinese students. We have compared series of national values in the Russian and Chinese liguistic cultures.

Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации заключается в том, что на сегодняшний день процессы иностранного инвестирования в российскую электроэнергетику необходимы для проведения дальнейших преобразований отрасли, требующихся для повышения ее эффективности, обновления основных мощностей, обеспечения надежности и безопасности энергоснабжения потребителей. Целью исследования является обоснование корректировки стратегии управления компанией с иностранным капиталом c учетом новых условий хозяйствования. В процессе исследования были поставлены следующие задачи: определение внешних и внутренних факторов, которые могли послужить причиной изменения стратегии управления компанией; анализ способов и методов реализации стратегии управления компании ПАО «Энел Россия»; оценка результатов реализации принятой стратегии управления. Объектом исследования является компания ПАО «Энел Россия». Предметом – особенности стратегий управления компании электроэнергетической отрасли с иностранным капиталом в условиях экономической нестабильности в России. В результате исследования выявлено, что в настоящий момент изменение стратегических решений компании ПАО «Энел Россия» связано с необходимостью обеспечения устойчивости компании при неблагоприятной макро- и регуляторной среде. В связи с чем выделены и проанализированы основные специфические стратегические шаги, дающие долгосрочную отдачу для устойчивого развития бизнеса, характерные для компаний с участием иностранного капитала, работающих на российском электроэнергетическом рынке. / The relevance of the master thesis are the processes of foreign investment in the Russian power industry and necessary for the continued reform of the sector needed to improve its efficiency, renovation of key facilities, ensuring the reliability and security of power supply. The aim of the study is justification of correcting corporate strategy of the company with foreign capital to new conditions. There are following objectives: determination of external and internal factors that could cause changes in the strategies of management of the company; analysis of ways and methods of realization of strategy of management of the company OJSC "Enel Russia"; the evaluation of the management strategy. The object of research is public joint-stock company "Enel Russia". The subject – features of management strategies for electric power companies with foreign capital in the conditions of economic instability in Russia. The study revealed that currently, the change in the strategic decisions of the company OJSC "Enel Russia" is connected with the need to ensure stability under adverse macro - and regulatory environment. In this connection it is highlighted and analyzed the main specific strategic steps, giving a lasting impact on sustainable business development characteristic of companies with foreign capital participation operating in the Russian electricity market. The object of the study are electricity companies with foreign capital operating in Russia (JSC "Fortum", JSC "Enel Russia", JSC "E. on"). The subject of theses is the activity of energy companies with foreign capital in achieving competitive advantages in the electricity market. This work includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and Appendix. There are the principles of organization of the Russian power industry, General characteristics of the Russian electricity market, consider the amount and forms of participation of foreign players in the Russian electricity market In the first Chapter of a thesis. The second Chapter analyzes the current state of the electricity companies, the basic problems of developing competition on the Russian electricity market. The third Chapter investigates the effectiveness of the functioning of foreign companies in the Russian market and the strategy of companies to achieve competitive advantages on the Russian market. Conclusion contains the main findings and suggestions for improving the functioning of the researched companies.
