No presente trabalho pretendi investigar como se deu a constituição da identidade de três jovens lideranças da comunidade da favela do Real Parque/Jardim Panorama, levando em consideração os momentos de metamorfose que cada uma delas sofreu ao longo deste processo. A fim de compreender a complexidade dos aspectos envolvidos na constituição de suas identidades como futuras docentes, recorri a autores da Psicologia, Filosofia, Sociologia e História que permitissem ampliar meu olhar psicanalítico a respeito do objeto estudado. Existia nessas jovens algo de muito peculiar que contribuiu para o processo de constituição da identidade docente - uma consciência crítica aguçada. O encontro com alguns educadores, que lhes propiciou o desenvolvimento de um pensamento crítico, permitiu-lhes um olhar questionador em relação à realidade educacional encontrada nos estágios realizados em escolas municipais, por exigência de sua formação acadêmica. Por ocasião da presente pesquisa, ofereci a elas um espaço de escuta analítica, ancorada em uma concepção dialética da relação entre psique e mundo, que lhes permitisse questionar alguns aspectos relacionados à constituição da identidade docente, a ponto de metamorfosearem-se politicamente dando lugar a uma práxis transformadora, promovendo, nesse sentido, uma verdadeira educação emancipatória. Finalmente, terminei este trabalho com a descrição da revelação da práxis dessas jovens, que se deu em meio à liderança que exerceram espontaneamente junto à comunidade do Real Parque, impedindo a desapropriação de parte da favela em que moram, ocorrida no final de 2007. / In this present work, I intended to do a research on how the identity of three young leaders of Real Parque/Jardim Panorama shantytown was constituted, and also taking into consideration the changing that each one of them suffered along the process of investigation. In order to understand the complexity of the aspects involved in the constitution of their identities as future teachers, I looked for authors of Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology and History that allowed me to expand my psychoanalytic vision concerning the object of study. There was something very special with these youngsters that contributed to the process of constitution of their teaching identity - a critical sharpened consciousness. The meeting with some educators, which provided them a critical analysis, allowed them to question the real educational system found in municipal schools due to probations required in academic graduation. At the time of this research, I offered them a space of analytical listening, based on a dialectical concept of the connection between psyche and the world, which could allow them to question some aspects related to the constitution of the teaching identity, that was about to metamorphose them politically, giving place to a changing praxis and promoting, in this sense, a real emancipate education. Finally, I finished this work with the description of the disclosure of the praxis of these youngsters, which happened within their spontaneous leadership taken over inside Real Parque community, avoiding the dispossession of part of the slum where they live in the end of 2007.

Maria Sibylla Merian ist durch ihre Blumenbilder aber auch durch ihre Illustrationen zur Metamorphose der Schmetterlinge berühmt geworden. Sie lebte in der Epoche, die wir heute als die Zeit des Barock bezeichnen und die nach dem unseligen Jahrzehnte langen Krieg, der Europa verwüstete und politisch neu formierte, den Künsten und den Wissenschaften, aber auch dem globalen Handel einen enormen Aufschwung brachte. Merians künstlerische Arbeit war davon geprägt und führte sie u.a. bis in die niederländische Kolonie Surinam, wo sie mit Pinsel und Farben den Zauber der exotischen Pflanzenwelt aufs Papier bannte.

This dissertation investigates the rescript of Narcissus and Pentheus episodes in Ovid’s "Metamorphoses" as published in 1545 by German author Jörg Wickram (met. III, 339-510 / W. III, 840-1239; met. III, 511-733 / W. III, 1240-1416). The text is a remake of Albrecht von Halberstadt’s corrupted work dating back to the late 12th and early 13th centuries, of which only five fragments survived. While there is an established interest among Classics scholars in Ovid’s reception in the U.K., France, and Italy, there is a paucity of research in Germany. Indeed, there are currently no translations, even in contemporary German, of Wickram’s poem, which has thus been largely ignored. Motivated by this gap in the literature, I translate and analyze Wickram’s transcript to discredit the alleged decline of classical humanism in 16th-century Germany and to examine the role of antiquity in the genesis of modern cultural identities. Additionally, I examine the commentary on Wickram’s "Metamorphoses" written by Gerhard Lorichius, a 16th-century priest of the city of Hadamar (Hessen), which provides meaningful insights into the first German example of moralization of the "Metamorphoses". Lorichius’s commentary, published in Roloff’s modern edition (1990), which includes the 1545 editio princeps of the text (A) and the 1551 edition (B) in apparatus, explains the Latin fabulae from a Christian perspective. The commentator illustrates pagan mythology, omitting and defusing Ovid’s representation of ‘indecencies.’ In the conclusive chapter, I highlight how this work contributes to the literature on the Ovidian reception during the Reformation in Germany and, more broadly, across Europe.

Die Haut ist eine oft übersehene Komponente des angeborenen Immunsystems der Mücken. Die Haut der Mücke bildet eine physische Barriere, die die mikrobielle Homöostase aufrechterhält, das Eindringen von Toxinen wie Insektiziden verhindert und das Austrocknen verhindert. Die am meisten untersuchten Akteure des Immunsystems von Stechmücken sind das Fettgewebe und die Blutzellen, aber die Hauttalg-Fabriken, die Oenozyten, werden in Studien nur selten berücksichtigt. Mückenpuppen haben aktiv funktionierende immunitätsbezogene Organe, einschließlich derjenigen, die Hautbarrieren produzieren. Darüber hinaus beschreiben wir talgsezernierende Zellen als einen bedeutenden Wirkungsort des NF-kappaB-ähnlichen IMD-Rel2-Pathway, in dem der Transkriptionsfaktor Rel2 die Retinoid-Homöostase reguliert. Schließlich bestätigen wir eine 100 Jahre alte Beobachtung, wonach sebumsezernierende Zellen der Stechmücke ihren Zellinhalt in einem Netzwerk von Vesikeln absondern. Wir beschreiben extrazelluläres Chromatin als Fracht in diesem Vesikelnetzwerk und sein antimikrobielles Potenzial. / The skin is an often overlooked component of the mosquito's innate immune system. The mosquito skin provides a physical barrier that maintains microbial homeostasis, prevents the entry of toxins like insecticides, and avoids desiccation. The most studied players in the immune system of mosquitoes are the adipose tissue and blood cells, but studies rarely consider the skin sebum factories, oenocytes. Mosquito pupae have actively functional immunity-related organs, including those producing skin barriers. Their biological roles at this developmental stage are poorly understood, but the pupae-to-adult metamorphic skin transition and the conspicuity of sebum-secreting cells make it a promising developmental stage to study skin formation. We use transcriptomics to describe the role of blood cells in the development of the chitinous section of the insect skin, the involvement of the fat body in immunity, and confirm the lipid metabolism role of sebum-secreting cells. Furthermore, we describe sebum-secreting cells as a significant action site of the NF-kappaB-like IMD-Rel2 pathway where the transcription factor Rel2 regulates retinoid homeostasis. Finally, we confirm a 100-year-old observation of how mosquito sebum-secreting cells secrete their cellular contents in a network of vesicles. We describe extracellular chromatin as cargo inside this vesicle network and its antimicrobial potential.

[pt] Esta pesquisa tem como tema uma reflexão sobre cruzamento entre corpo e processo criativo nos percursos de Marcel Duchamp (1887- 1968) e Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). Embora partilhem o mesmo período histórico, suas trajetórias de trabalho revelam distintas concepções de arte, bem como modos diversos de inserção nos domínios históricos e culturais. Como os procedimentos operatórios que estruturam os trabalhos artísticos se ligam a um conjunto de criações e de transferências de sentido que se constituem e se metamorfoseiam na ação de cada artista, este estudo encontra-se vinculado aos impasses e às possibilidades referentes aos processos civilizadores e de modernização. A metáfora do corpo em cada um dos artistas indica atitudes e reflexões quanto às noções de adesão ou distanciamento muito particulares e fecundas para a compreensão da situação da arte e da cultura hoje. Assim como a formação do simbólico também se refere ao modo como os homens se organizam material e economicamente, à análise das poéticas e estratégias diversificadas dos artistas em questão, uniremos o exame das condições do trabalho elaboradas quando do surgimento e desenvolvimento da modernidade, isto é, a lógica da emancipação da noção de trabalho e a separação entre ideação e execução.Tomamos por base o fato da obra de Pablo Picasso e sua noção de corpo fazer metáfora e constituir um espaço de reversibilidade. A partir da noção de metamorfose, da assimilação de princípios construtivos da arte primitiva e da releitura da história da arte, constatamos a elaboração de um conceito mais elástico de representação de corpo. A essa busca dramática de religar corpo e indivíduo fraturados a uma noção impossível de modernidade, Marcel Duchamp interpõe um corpo transformado em mercadoria e fragmento. À concepção de arte em Picasso, do indivíduo enredado à linguagem corporal, Duchamp contrapõe a manifestação do descolamento entre homem e linguagem como se esta fosse a própria condição da criação: a de um texto fraturado. / [fr] Cette recherche a pour but une réflexion sur l intersection entre corps et processus de création dans les parcours de Marcel Duchamp (1887-1968) et Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). Bien qu ils aient vécu le même moment historique, leurs travaux révèlent des conceptions distinctes de l art et indiquent différentes prises de positions sur les plans historique et culturel. Comme les processus de création opératoires qui structurent le travail artistique sont constitués par un ensemble de créations et de transferts de sens qui se constituent et se métamorphosent dans l action de chacun des artistes, cette étude est liée aux impasses et aux possibilités mises en place par les processus de civilisation et de modernisation. La métaphore du corps chez chacun de ces artistes indique des attitudes et des réflexions quant aux notions d adhésion ou de distance très particulières et fécondes pour comprendre l art et de la culture aujourd´hui. Ainsi, comme la formation du symbolique se réfère aussi à la façon dont les hommes s organisent matériellement et économiquement, ainsi qu à l analyse de leurs poétiques et de leurs stratégies diversifiées, nous examinerons surtout sur les conditions modernes du travail, c est à dire, la logique de l émancipation de la notion actuelle de travail et la séparation entre idéation et exécution, liées à l avènement et au déploiement de la modernité. Dans l ´uvre de Pablo Picasso, nous constatons la constitution d´un concept du corps comme métaphore et élaboration de l´espace comme réversibilité. La notion de métamorphose, l assimilation de certains principes constructifs de l art primitif et la relecture de l´histoire de l art élaborent un concept plus élastique de la représentation du corps. À ce mouvement dramatique de reconnecter le corps et l individu fracturés par la modernité à une notion impossible de totalité, Marcel Duchamp interpose un corps devenu marchandise et fragment. À la conception de l art chez Picasso, liée à la position de l homme emmêlé au langage corporel, Duchamp oppose la manifestation du décollement entre le langage et les choses como si telle était la condition elle-même de la création: un texte fracturé.
