Main target of this master thesis is to determine ways of cooperation between Office for Social and Legal Protection of Children and nonprofit non-governmental organisations (NGOs) active in the same professional area in Ústí nad Labem and its surroundings. The paper introduces a case study aiming for deeper understanding of views and attitudes of workers from both institutions, their interconnectedness and interaction, identifying shortcomings and suggesting areas with potential of improvement. The theoretical framework consists of different typologies of government - NGOs relations, which are then applied to the context of the chosen location that represents a town with many socially excluded areas and other negative phenomena. This results in a specifically divided society and tense atmosphere in which both institutions operate as representatives of government and civil society.

The paper presents the University Forest Enterprise, established in 1935, as an important part of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. The contribution also describes the natural conditions of the enterprise (altitude, climate, geological and soil condition) and the species composition of the forests. Attention is also paid to the organizational structure of the enterprise and to the main activities, being carried out there. These are focused on education and research. However, the number of these activities is stagnating or declining in recent years. Therefore it is necessary to seek a new financing model and start work on the modemization of the facilities and equipment.

The subject of this diploma thesis is based on the specific intention of the town Žďár nad Sázavou to rebuild the original nursery school at Okružní street to the community center. The building of former crches is located on the border of Stalingrad and new locations with family houses Klafar. The design of the building modification of the existing building is based on the perception of the continuity of the development, especially of the building structure. The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional community center with operational and administrative facilities. With regard to the capacity of the current building, it was necessary to extend the extension to meet the spatial requirements of each site. The construction program was specified by the developer and extended by two new facilities - the community center and the headquarters. It also includes the solution of outdoor areas, sufficient parking capacity and, in particular, the creation of a clear identity of the community site.

Were there any aristocratic residences in Moravia, where operas were performed even after the year 1800? Surprisingly, the answer is yes. There were two such places in the music history of that country. The first residence was the castle at Náměst' nad Oslavou, a smaller town about forty kilometres west of Brno. The second one was the castle in the town of Telč, situated another fifty kilometres west of Brno. Let us have a closer look at these two cases.

It is possible to observe certain stagnation of the winter tourism which is linked with winter sports. The overall number of participants is not growing any more, however, new ski resorts are being set up and the competition is continuously rising. In order to stay competitive, it is necessary to take into account reasons which leads to the final decision of a tourist to choose certain ski resort. This thesis concentrates on the concepts that influence the process of choosing the destinationThese concepts, which are based on foreign literature are following: destination image, place attachment, loyalty. During the winter season of 2015 there was also a research conducted at the recently developing destination Lipno nad Vltavou, which was based on observations and interviews with the visitors. Title: Natural and Historical view of the area Dolní Poohří between Libochovice and Budyně nad Ohří. Abstract: This presented thesis deals with detailed characteristics of Dolní Poohří in the area between Libochovice and Budyně nad Ohří. The theoretical part presents a general research of the area from the natural scientific and historical points of view. It outlines geological and pedological situation of the area which influences plant composition. Majority of the thesis is dedicated to the ecosystem of bottomland woods and to their historical evolution in the area of Dolní Poohří. It focuses on the flora and dendroflora of the observed locality and links them to mutual connection. It also summarizes individual local species of vegetation. This thesis also describes the history of the area and points out especially castle area Libochovice and Budyně nad Ohří from the historical point of view. It offers a brief historical overview of modifications of castle garden and park, as well as their current situation and plant composition. In the practical part, an educational tourist trail from Libochovice to Budyně nad Ohří has been designed. This master thesis introduces Jiří Pilát (4. 4. 1921 - 7. 6. 2007), a native of Posázaví. He had been concerned with music on a non-professional level all his life, especially with liturgical music. In order to carry on his interest he created a rich archive, mostly by searching and transcribing the score material. The work aims to show his life and work with regard to both his lifelong musical focus and local activity, and his conceivable influence on the broader cultural awareness. It is comprised from five main chapters: the life of Jiří Pilát, his heritage, a choir and an orchestra in Poříčí nad Sázavou, efforts to re- reveal the work of Jan Dismas Zelenka and draw attention to it; and the musical legacy of Jiří Pilát. The thesis follows the history of the Roman Catholic Church in Czechoslovakia between 1948-1961. The first part includes broader theoretical context and the second part contains historical context of the issues which are discussed in the third part. On the example of Václav Boštík, the dean in Ústí nad Orlicí between the years 1934-1942 and 1945-1961, and using the micro-historical method, the thesis demonstrates the running of a parish in a district town during the first thirteen years of the communist totalitarian rule. The options and actions of dean Václav Boštík - an ecclesiastic administrator and statutory representative - in various situations and his decisions, which had a direct and significant influence on the parish, are analyzed in the thesis. At the same time, the presented local situation is compared with the steps of the state towards the Church on the national level, which shows one of possible pictures of the ecclesiastical history in Czechoslovakia in the second half of the 20th century.
