Aims to investigate the relationship between the Science Curriculum of São Paulo Nature and themes of technologies (educational robotics) to propose a teacher training program focusing on investigative education and the development of scientific literacy to understand the integrated educational robotics to the Natural Sciences curriculum applied in the final years of primary education can contribute to the development of Scientific Literacy Research has a qualitative approach and investigate the integration of Digital Technologies Information and Communication to the curriculum through a literature search and documentary and a field research with teachers who work with robotics applied to the teaching of science in schools belonging to the project Full Time School of the São Paulo public network's main theoretical actors, Gimeno Sacristán, Antonio Cachapuz, Philippe Perrenoud and taking as reference the principles of Freire's theory. The main results of this study were: the construction of an array that articulates the application areas of robotics with the thematic axes of the science curriculum and building continuing education program for teachers of the final years of elementary school. It concludes that robotics has a great potential for the development of Scientific Literacy. It has potential for the development of education for research, for the development of an emancipatory education in which the individual is aware of his changing role and application of the scientific method serving as a proxy of the classroom with scientific research / Este trabalho se insere na linha de pesquisa novas tecnologias na educação do Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação: currículo da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Tem como objetivo investigar a articulação entre o Currículo de Ciências da Natureza do Estado de São Paulo e os temas das tecnologias (robótica educacional) para a proposição de um programa de formação de professores com foco no ensino investigativo e no desenvolvimento da Alfabetização Científica de compreender se a robótica educacional integrada ao currículo de Ciências da Natureza aplicada nos anos finais do ensino fundamental pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento da Alfabetização Científica A pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa e investiga a integração das Tecnologias Digitais Informação e Comunicação ao Currículo por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e de uma pesquisa de campo com professores que atuam com a robótica aplicada ao ensino de Ciências em escolas pertencentes ao Projeto Escola de Tempo Integral da rede pública do Estado de São Paulo tem como principais interlocutores teóricos, Gimeno Sacristán, Antonio Cachapuz, Philippe Perrenoud e tendo como referencial os princípios da teoria freiriana. Os principais resultados deste trabalho foram: a construção de uma matriz que articula as áreas de aplicação da robótica com os eixos temático do currículo de Ciências e a construção de programa de formação continuada para professores dos anos finais do ensino fundamental. As novas tecnologias, a sede de informações e o deslumbramento com inovadores rumos na aquisição de conhecimento, faculta a cada indivíduo a busca de respostas e soluções para suas necessidades a partir de realidades cujas condutas são regidas por princípios, tradições e experiências outras que não as de seu mundo circundante. As mudanças provocadas principalmente pelo uso de computadores possibilitam avanços significativos no que se refere ao acesso aos catálogos informatizados da Biblioteca, às bases de dados on-line (bibliográficas e textuais), considerando-se a velocidade da informação e a abrangência da busca, que podem contribuir indiretamente para o desenvolvimento pessoal bem como da sociedade como um todo. É preciso disseminar e usufruir a informação com qualidade; para isso, é necessário dominar todos os recursos, produtos e serviços disponibilizados pela Biblioteca do Campus da UNESP, em Marília - SP, foco desta pesquisa com o objetivo de particularizar-se o perfil do usuário, prepará-lo para buscar e encontrar as informações que necessita e que a Biblioteca filtra, direcionando-as para o seu público. Assim, a aplicação da técnica de entrevista permitiu colher dados e informações cujo resultado mostrou as necessidades dos profissionais de ter domínio e habilidades específicas, a fim de exercer com competência a disseminação da informação, bem como para educar/preparar o usuário no manuseio de técnicas de busca, por meio de redes de computadores e demais tecnologias eletrônicas, num processo contínuo que envolve a interação entre o usuário e o profissional da informação, na disseminação da informação. / Abstract: To ameliorate the quality of the services in the academicals libraries have been a constant preoccupation of the libraries professionals that work and conduct these services, or just, of the one that use them. The changes provoked mainly by computer's use make possible significant progress in what refers in the access to the library's computerized catalogs, to the data's bases on-line (bibliographical and textual) considering the information's speed and the inclusion of the search, that can contribute indirectly for the personal development as well as the society like a whole. It's necessary to disseminate and to usufruct the information with quality; for this, it's necessary to dominate all of the resources products and services available for the UNESP's Library in Marília-SP, focus of this research with the objective of been particularized the user's profile, prepare him to seek and find the information's that he needs and that the Library filters addressing them for your public. Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal apresentar critérios norteadores de escrita criativa em roteiros de animações virtuais. Através de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental se buscou sistematizar conhecimentos referentes à criatividade no âmbito escolar e mais especificamente, no âmbito das ciências, com recorte para o caso de roteiros elaborados por alunos de ensino médio em aulas de Física visando produção de animações virtuais. A produção desses roteiros foi alicerçada pelo Projeto de Expansão do Laboratório Didático Virtual de Física (LabVirt), da Escola do Futuro da USP, desenvolvido no segundo semestre de 2004, onde foram envolvidas diversas unidades da USP tal como a Faculdade de Educação, através do Curso de Licenciatura em Física na Disciplina de Metodologia do Ensino de Ciências, que foi responsável pela preparação pedagógica dos professores, pelo recebimento dos roteiros e pelo encaminhamento dos mesmos para as outras equipes que ficaram responsáveis pela produção artística e pela programação. Nesse Projeto, uma das funções da equipe da Faculdade de Educação foi a de orientar os professores quanto à estruturação dos roteiros levando-se em conta uma relação existente entre um bom roteiro e uma boa animação virtual. Como ponto de partida sabia-se que um bom roteiro deveria conter aspectos criativos e aspectos formais. Isso gerou uma necessidade de se definir o que se entendia por aspectos criativos já que os aspectos formais não apresentaram dificuldades de definição. Esta pesquisa se constituiu num desdobramento dessa necessidade e os Testes de Escrita Criativa de Torrance, com critérios elaborados para avaliar escrita criativa em histórias infantis, na década de 1960, foram adaptados para o caso dos roteiros. De uma listagem de 108 roteiros cadastrados no acervo da Faculdade de Educação, foram escolhidos aleatoriamente cinco deles que tivessem representatividade de diferentes escolas os quais foram avaliados pela autora desta pesquisa e por juízes, com vistas à validação desses critérios, que depois de validados serviram para análise de outros dez roteiros representativos de diferentes escolas, também escolhidos aleatoriamente. Concluiu-se que a elaboração de roteiros por parte de alunos os coloca numa situação propícia às suas demandas contemporâneas e abrem espaços para a criatividade. Concluiu-se também que os critérios elaborados por Torrance para avaliar escrita criativa em histórias infantis permitem uma adaptação e são válidos para nortear a escrita criativa em roteiros de animações virtuais. / This work has as main objective to present guiding criteria of creative writing in scripts of virtual animations. Through bibliographical and documental research one looked for systematizing referring knowledge to the creativity into the scholastic milieu and more specifically, in the Sciences milieu, with cutting for the case of scripts elaborated by students of High School in classes of Physics focusing production of virtual animations. The production of those scripts was strengthened by the Project of Expansion of Physics Virtual Didactic Laboratory (LabVirt), of the School of the Future of USP, developed in the second semester of 2004, where different units of the USP were involved, such as Faculdade de Educação, by the Course of Degree in Physics in the Discipline of Methodology of the Teaching of Sciences, that was responsible for the teachers? pedagogic preparation, for the scripts receiving and for the sending of them to the other teams that were responsible for the artistic production, and for the programming. In that project, one of the functions of the team of the Faculdade de Educação was the one of guiding the teachers with as about the structure of the scripts, being taken into account an existing relationship between a good script and a good virtual animation. As starting point was known that a good script should contain creative aspects and formal ones. That generated a need to define what one understood for creative aspects since the formal aspects did not present difficulties of definition. This research has constituted in an unfolding of that need, and the Tests of Creative Writing by Torrance, with criteria elaborated to evaluate creative writing in childish tales in the decade of 1960, were adapted for the case of the scripts. Of a list of 108 scripts registered in the collection of Faculdade de Educação, five of them, which were representative of different schools, were chosen indiscriminately to be evaluated by the author of this research, and by judges, focusing to validate those criteria, which after being validated were applied to analyze other ten representative scripts of different schools, these were also chosen indiscriminately. It was concluded that the elaboration of scripts on the part of students places them in a favorable situation to their contemporary demands, and the scripts open spaces for the creativity. It was also reached that the criteria elaborated by Torrance in order to evaluate creative writing in childish tales allow an adaptation and they are valid to orientate creative writing in scripts of virtual animations.

O presente trabalho expõe, inicialmente, algumas definições sobre Judaísmo Ortodoxo, tipos de Judaísmo Ortodoxo, seus modelos educacionais e um breve histórico da comunidade judaica ortodoxa paulistana para subsidiar o estudo e a discussão sobre como a inclusão tecnológica e a interação virtual dos estudantes das suas instituições de ensino ocorrem nesse contexto. Procurouse demonstrar como os rabinos ortodoxos, temendo que as mudanças tecnológicas conduzam os integrantes de suas comunidades a abandonar práticas que asseguram a continuidade destas, estabelecem normas e interdições em relação ao uso de computadores e da Internet, dificultando a interação dos membros de sua comunidade com elementos externos aos de seus próprios ambientes presenciais. Considerando que atualmente a inclusão virtual é cada vez mais necessária para integrar os cidadãos na sociedade, o presente estudo aborda uma importante questão de forma pioneira ao expor o que a Internet representa para estes indivíduos, deixando transparecer a dificuldade dos rabinos ultra-ortodoxos em solucionar os impasses relacionados ao uso desta nos programas curriculares das disciplinas do Ensino Básico de suas instituições de ensino. Para o presente estudo, elaborado entre os anos de 2004 e 2007, foram utilizadas formulações teóricas disponíveis em artigos, revistas e livros sobre a comunidade judaica ortodoxa e foi realizada uma extensa pesquisa de campo em que foram entrevistadas autoridades rabínicas e líderes da comunidade em questão. Foram, também, analisadas informações obtidas por meio de questionários sobre o uso dos computares e da Internet respondidos pelos diretores de todas as instituições de ensino judaicas ortodoxas paulistanas reconhecidas pelo MEC e pelos seus estudantes de 1º e 2º ano do Ensino Médio. / The present doctorate thesis expounds, initially, some definitions about Orthodox Judaism, varieties of Orthodox Judaism, its educational models and a brief history of the orthodox Jewish community of São Paulo in order to assist the learning and discussion about how the technological inclusion and the virtual interactions of its schools students take place in this context. It was attempted to demonstrate how the orthodox rabbis establish rules and prohibitions concerning the use of computers and of the Internet, making the interaction between their communitys members and outsiders of their own physical environments more difficult because they fear that technological changes will drive their followers to abandon practices that ensure the continuity of their community. Considering that today the virtual enclosure is increasingly necessary to integrating the citizens into society, the treatise at hand approaches an important issue in a pioneer way expounding what the Internet represents to these individuals and implies the hardness faced by the ultraorthodox rabbis to solve the difficulties related to the use of the new technologies and of the Internet into the secular study programs in their schools. For the present tractate, elaborated between the years of 2004 and 2007, theoretical formulations available in articles, magazines, and other studies about the orthodox Jewish community were employed, as well as an extensive field research interviewing this community `s authorities and leaders was performed. Another source of the acquired and analyzed data are questionnaires regarding the use of computers and of the Internet, responded by the principals of all Jewish orthodox schools in the city of São Paulo accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education and Culture and by their students of the 10th and 11th grades (High School).

It is intended, therefore, to examine the conditions of access to the Brazilian public TV, as opposed to the Private TV, before the technological progress of the field, able to ensure the democratization in the field. Therefore, it was developed a documental bibliographic research and a field research, having as contributions, the studies made during the period of the “sandwich” doctorate (PhD) program at the Syracuse University NY/USA, within the evaluation of public policies, with a process appraisal. In the evaluation, the discussion about the relationship between public and private in the public field of communication in Brazil is revisited and is made an in depth analysis, added to the discussion about public field, hegemony and cultural industry, categories that give a conceptual base to the qualitative approach of the research. Discusses about this relationship considering the hegemony of the private system of communication and it´s relationship with the State, as well as, the principles and challenges of the public system. It is presented discussions about public space versus private interests, in addition to discussing the regulations of the field. Thus, it is intended to propose alternative changes of such paradigms, through theoretical discussion and presentation of the field research data with technological innovations in contemporary times, being an important contribution. / Tese sobre os desafios contemporâneos na comunicação pública brasileira, em contraponto ao acesso amplo da TV privada versus o acesso restrito da TV pública, que traz inquietações originadas nos estudos de Políticas de Comunicação e Economia Política de Comunicação durante o desenvolvimento da Dissertação de Mestrado, com o título: A RELAÇÃO ENTRE PÚBLICO E PRIVADO NO CAMPO PÚBLICO DE COMUNICAÇÃO NO BRASIL: as experiências da TV Cultura e TV Brasil. Pretende-se, portanto, analisar as condições de acesso à TV pública brasileira, em contraposição à TV privada, em face aos avanços tecnológicos do setor, capazes de garantir a democratização do setor. Para tanto, desenvolve-se pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa de campo, tendo como contribuições os estudos realizados no período de Doutorado-sanduíche na Syracuse University, NY/USA, no âmbito da avaliação das políticas públicas, com uma avaliação de processo. Na avaliação resgata-se e aprofunda-se a discussão sobre a relação entre o público e o privado no campo da comunicação no Brasil, aliada à discussão sobre esfera pública, hegemonia e Indústria Cultural, categorias que oferecem suporte conceitual à abordagem qualitativa da investigação. Reflete-se sobre essa relação considerando a hegemonia do sistema privado de comunicação e sua relação com o Estado, bem como os princípios e desafios do sistema público. Apresenta-se discussões acerca do espaço público em contraposição com os interesses privados, além de discorrer sobre a regulação do setor. Dessa forma, pretende-se propor alternativas de mudanças de tais paradigmas, através da discussão teórica e da apresentação dos dados da pesquisa de campo, tendo as inovações tecnológicas na contemporaneidade grande contribuição.

This dialogue due to the fact that the modern world presents issues multifaceted, and increasingly complex, seeking urgent answers. In this context, the need arises to think teacher education to advances ahead of the New Technologies of Information and Communication. This study aimed to investigate how the project developed the discipline exploratory Education and New Technologies (ENT), the initial training course for teachers, could contribute to the acquisition of new skills and abilities of the students through the experiences offered in production of materials instructional media, blogs and educational children's books. The methodology chosen for the project was a qualitative exploratory type of action research and developed with students of the Faculty of Education at the University Mackenzie, in 2010. The rationale for interdisciplinary discussions as well as project work, elected pillars of fieldwork were weaving so that they can be seen in the themes contained in the blogs and books produced. It printed a singular trajectory in the discipline, because what you can see is a virtual production and custom printed denoting, between the lines, senses of self-realization, autonomy and responsibility that came to work for meaningful learning. From analysis of this study, it was found that the experiences offered were of fundamental importance to the students aware of their role in the training of staff. Also noteworthy is that the study allowed us to reflect on their own practice and the content taught in the discipline. Promote didactic and pedagogical practices, such as those conducted in initial teacher training, helps to enhance interactions between students and teachers-trainers and contributes to the understanding of new meanings of teaching and learning. / Várias discussões estão ocorrendo sobre a importância de diálogo entre as áreas de conhecimento. Este diálogo decorrente do fato de o mundo moderno apresentar questões multifacetadas, e cada vez mais complexas, que solicitam respostas urgentes. Neste contexto, surge a necessidade de pensar a formação de professores frente aos avanços das Novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação. Esse trabalho teve por objetivo investigar como o projeto exploratório desenvolvido na disciplina Educação e Novas Tecnologias (ENT), do curso de formação inicial para a docência, pôde contribuir para a aquisição de novas competências e habilidades das alunas através das vivências proporcionadas nas produções dos materiais didáticos midiáticos, blogs e livros infantis didáticos. A metodologia escolhida para o projeto exploratório foi a qualitativa do tipo pesquisa-ação e se desenvolveu com alunas do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, no ano de 2010. Os fundamentos que embasam as discussões interdisciplinares como também do projeto de trabalho, eleitos pilares da pesquisa de campo, foram se entrelaçando de tal modo que podem ser percebidos nas temáticas contidas nos blogs e livros produzidos. Isso imprimiu uma trajetória singular na disciplina, pois o que se pode ver é uma produção virtual e impressa personalizada que denota, nas entrelinhas, sentidos de autorealização, de autonomia e de responsabilidade, que vieram a colaborar para uma aprendizagem significativa. A partir de análises deste estudo, verificou-se que as vivências proporcionadas foram de fundamental importância para conscientizar as alunas do seu papel de agente no processo formativo. Destaca-se também que o estudo nos permitiu refletir sobre a própria prática e os conteúdos ministrados na disciplina. Promover práticas didático-pedagógicas, como as realizadas, na formação inicial docente, contribui para valorizar interações entre professores-formadores e alunos e colabora para a apreensão de novos significados do processo de ensino e de aprendizagem.

In the first part of the work, we discuss the concepts of subjectivity and its links with the viewing technology, in light of concepts and studies of Michel Foucault and society of the spectacle of Guy Debord. In the second part, from the concept of Relational Aesthetics of Nicolas Bourriaud, in dialogue with the work of Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, seeking to show how this artist create the singularization of the relationship with the spaces shared through your project in video and film Parc Central. In the third part of the work, dialoguing with On Kawara, with focus on the work I am still alive - series of telegrams made from 1969. Thus, it is sought to understand how these two artists, each one in their own way, are interrelated the singularization of subjectivation processes from speaking in first person. In the fourth part we intended to create tensions between that sentence of On Kawara in the context of permanent connection of the subject in the contemporary through an "action" of the author in the city of Sao Paulo, which included posters with the phrase "I am still alive" and distribution of a video by e-mail. Confronting this "action" with the authors and artists studied, the conclusions indicates that it is through interventions in the ways of life homogenous created by the new technologies of communication that we can create spaces for singularization of contemporary subjectivity / Esta pesquisa discute as formas pelas quais as tecnologias de comunicação criam modos de vida implicando em formas de subjetividade. Na primeira parte do trabalho, discutimos as noções de subjetividade e seus vínculos com tecnologias de visualização, a luz de conceitos e estudos de Michel Foucault e da sociedade do espetáculo de Guy Debord. Na segunda parte, a partir do conceito de Estética Relacional de Nicolas Bourriaud, em diálogo com a obra de Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, buscamos mostrar a forma como esta artista singulariza a relação com os espaços compartilhados através de seu projeto em vídeo e película Parc Central. Na terceira parte do trabalho dialogamos com On Kawara, com foco na obra I am still alive - série de telegramas feita a partir de 1969. Assim, buscou-se compreender como esses dois artistas, cada um a sua maneira, articulam processos de subjetivação singularizadores a partir da fala em primeira pessoa. Na quarta parte pretendeu-se criar tensões entre essa frase de On Kawara no contexto de conexão permanente do sujeito na contemporaneidade através de uma "ação" da autora na cidade de São Paulo, que incluiu cartazes com a frase "Eu ainda estou vivo" e a distribuição de um vídeo via correio eletrônico. Highlighting the relevance of teachers education toward that objective, the purpose of the research was to indicate possible recommendations for teachers education to get a significant use of those technologies. The aspect to be studied privileged the meanings of the use of new technologies and how the teachers have developed them. In order to recognize such meanings, seen as important references to teachers education, a research was conducted in two schools, involving two groups of teachers. That research aimed to understand how the teachers get along with new technologies, how significant it is to use the computer laboratory for the researched schools, how important the laboratory is for the students education and how education might contemplate the use of new technologies. The data were analyzed through questionnaires and interviews with the teachers, coordinators and principals of both schools. The collected data show that regarding the teachers education and the teachers individual experience, there is a construction of meanings that imply the use of the computer as something esthetic , just to complete the pedagogical process. Although the process does overcome the resistance to the use of that tool, it still does not fully exploit the possibilities of technological resources in order that they can be included in teaching situations to offer real chances of learning / Este trabalho encontra-se baseado no reconhecimento da importância de as Novas tecnologias de Comunicação e Informação, em especial o computador, serem incorporadas na educação escolar. Ressaltando a relevância da formação de professores com esta finalidade, a pesquisa teve por objetivo indicar possíveis recomendações à formação de professores para um uso significativo dessas tecnologias. O recorte escolhido para o estudo privilegiou a forma como os significados do uso das novas tecnologias vêm se constituindo junto aos professores. A fim de reconhecer tais significados, entendidos como referenciais importantes ao processo de formação de educadores, foi realizada pesquisa em duas escolas, com dois grupos de docentes. A pesquisa procurou entender a relação dos professores com as novas tecnologias, o significado do uso do Laboratório de Informática das escolas pesquisadas, a importância atribuída ao Laboratório na formação dos alunos e os reflexos da formação recebida para o emprego das novas tecnologias. A análise dos dados se deu a partir da aplicação de questionários e entrevistas a professores, coordenadores e gestores das unidades escolares. A coleta de dados mostrou que, em face dos processos de formação vividos pelos docentes e da incorporação individual de cada profissional, ocorre uma construção de significados que tendem a implicar o uso da ferramenta de modo plástico , complementar ao processo pedagógico. Embora superando os limites da resistência ao uso da ferramenta, o processo ainda não potencializa a exploração das possibilidades dos recursos tecnológicos de forma que elas se incorporem à situação de ensino como possibilitadoras reais da aprendizagem

O estudo identifica as mídias digitais disponibilizadas atualmente pelas bibliotecas universitárias da área de exatas do Brasil e do exterior. Para tanto, verificou-se na literatura de que forma a utilização de ferramentas de tecnologia da informação e comunicação (TIC) atende às demandas de fontes de informação dos usuários. Nesse enfoque, foram elencadas as principais iniciativas de bibliotecas universitárias brasileiras e do exterior com melhor avaliação nos rankings universitários. Elaborou-se, ainda, um estudo comparativo entre a literatura e a aplicação de produtos e serviços disponíveis nos ambientes digitais das bibliotecas. Também foram levantadas as direções contemporâneas em serviços de bibliotecas, como forma de caracterizar a atuação presente e as principais propensões tecnológicas. O objetivo da pesquisa é avaliar as tendências e verificar a adaptação das bibliotecas universitárias aos novos recursos tecnológicos de informação, por meio da identificação do que se encontra disponível para os usuários em seus websites. Utilizou-se como amostra de pesquisa bibliotecas da área de matemática, estatística e computação, em seguida, foram apresentadas propostas de aplicação dos recursos identificados para a Biblioteca Carlos Benjamin de Lyra, do Instituto de Matemática e Estatística (IME) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). A partir do resultado desta pesquisa, considera-se que as bibliotecas do exterior estão mais avançadas quanto ao uso de ferramentas da Web 2.0 e também 3.0 nos recursos oferecidos aos usuários e em seus serviços. As bibliotecas do Brasil ainda são tímidas em sua atuação na Era Digital, no entanto, mostram consideráveis avanços no desenvolvimento de portais de periódicos e de repositórios em acesso aberto, além de utilizarem os sistemas de descoberta para a pesquisa integrada de recursos informacionais / The study identifies the digital media currently available from university libraries in the area of exact sciences in Brazil and abroad. For this, it was verified in the literature how the use of information and communication technology (ICT) tools meets the demands of users\' information sources. In this approach, the main initiatives of Brazilian and foreign university libraries with better evaluation in university rankings were listed. A comparative study between the literature and the application of products and services available in the digital environments of the libraries was also elaborated. In addition, contemporary directions in library services have also been raised as a way of characterizing the present performance and the main technological propensities. The objective of the research is to evaluate the trends and verify the adaptation of the university libraries to the new technological resources of information, through the identification of what is available to the users in its websites. We used as research sample libraries in the area of mathematics, statistics and computation, then proposals were presented for the application of the resources identified for the Library Carlos Benjamin de Lyra, Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME) of the University of São Paulo (USP). From the results of this research, foreign libraries are considered to be more advanced in the use of Web 2.0 tools and also 3.0 in the resources offered to users and their services. Brazilian libraries are still timid in their work in the Digital Age, however, they show considerable advances in the development of journal portals and open access repositories, as well as using discovery systems for the integrated search of information resources.
