Kunden i en ideell organisation : En fallstudie hos Riksförbundet Sveriges 4H som belyser problematiken med kunddefinierat kvalitetsarbete i ideella organisationer / The Customer in a Non-Profit Organisation

Påhlsson, Hedda January 2022 (has links)
Within the study area for Industrial Technology, there are Quality studies. The concepts of quality and customer are common in these studies of organizations, and the concepts are interconnected since quality is defined as customer satisfaction. In the introduction to the collaboration with Riksförbundet Sveriges 4H, it is discovered that concepts are not used. Therefore, it is interesting to study quality management within 4H based on the people who work within the organisation. The purpose of the study is to explore how people within the non-profit organisation 4H share about quality management today, and their vision for the future as well as to answer the question: who is 4H:s customer? The study also sheds light on the problem of customer-defined quality management in non-profit organisations. In the theory chapter the concept of quality is presented in order to, through its definition and a description of Total Quality Management, move on to a description of the customer concept. After presenting the connection between the two concepts to non-profit organisations, it is concluded that non-profit organisations also only have one customer. With the help of semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, it is that 4H:s customer is the member. The analysis also presents the themes and sub-themes that summarize the interviewees' statements about quality management in 4H. The conclusions are that quality management in 4H today and in the future can be described within values of Total Quality Management and shows the potential for improvement and a unified vision.

Burnoutpräventive Mitarbeiterführung im Kontext des Rings Missionarischer Jugendbewegungen in Deutschland / Burnout preventative employee-leadership in the context of the ''Ring Missionarischer Jugendbewegungen'' in Germany

Schmidt, Heiko (Theologian) 02 1900 (has links)
This research investigates aspects of leading employees who have experienced burn-out. The aims of this theoretical and empirical research are to determine whether there are leadership styles that can prevent or stop burn-out and to establish principles to accomplish this. An overview of research to date concerning burnout and preventative measures of leaders is taken as point of departure, also reflecting biblical and theological aspects of these topics. The main research focus is on interviews with leaders from non-profit-organisations that belong to the Ring Missionarischer Jugendbewegungen (a German umbrella organisation for youth mission organisations). Four hypotheses are examined. Based on the results, the research aims to offer support to leaders who have human resource responsibilities and who wish to prevent burnout in their staff. This qualitative study also aims to create appropriate and professional awareness of the topic of burnout and its prevention by leaders and to serve as a basis for the development of a burnout-preventative leadership model. / Systematic Theology & Theological Ethics / M. Integrated marketing communication at the South African National Blood Service: an evaluation of its social marketing campaigns

Chauke, Gibson 02 1900 (has links)
Integrated marketing communication (IMC) is a concept which has been explored in commercial contexts by numerous studies. Numerous scholars in the literature highlight the benefits of adopting an IMC approach which creates message consistency, amongst others. However, there is still limited literature on the adoption and use of IMC in the context of non-profit organisations involved in social marketing campaigns to support their behavioural change messages. Insight into the adoption and use of an IMC approach could be useful to non-profit organisations involved in social marketing as it could increase the success of behavioural change messages. This study aims to explore the use of IMC by one non-profit organisation within a social marketing context. By doing so the study proposes and refines IMC criteria for social marketing to support behavioural change messages and thus contributes to the existing body of knowledge on using IMC in social marketing. The study uses a single case study approach which includes using three data collection methods to collect data from the South Africa National Blood Service (SANBS) to evaluate its social marketing campaigns according to proposed IMC criteria for social marketing. Based on the findings revised IMC criteria which are more tailor-made for social marketing to support behavioural change messages are proposed. It became evident that non-profit organisations need to be sensitive to the complexities of communicating messages aimed at behavioural change. A proper understanding and application of more tailor-made IMC criteria for social marketing can thus benefit non-profit organisations to effectively communicate behavioural change messages through their social marketing campaigns / Communication Science / MA (Communication Science)

Daňová problematika neziskové organizace - plátce daně z přidané hodnoty / Tax problems of the non-profit organisation ? payer of value added tax

FICOVÁ, Andrea January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the problems of corporate income tax and tax value added by a legal person, which was not founded for the purpose of business. In the first section of the theoretical part I first focused on the meaning of a non-profit organization. Then I describe the specifics of the corporate income tax, which apply to non-profit organizations. In the third part of the literature review I describe the value added tax. First I define the difference between a taxable and a person identified to the tax, then I explain what items are object of the tax and what belongs to the tax base. In the practical part I observe the impact of income tax and the impact of VAT on specific non-profit entity which operates the secondary economic activity and tax payer of VAT.

Projekt neziskové organizace zajišťující sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi / Project of a non-profit organisation providing social-active service for families with children

GARAIOVÁ, Veronika January 2010 (has links)
I described topics related to the title of the thesis in its theoretical part and in that way I made a comprehensive survey focused on the social fieldwork in families. The first target of the thesis was - to learn the experience of some chosen non-profit-making organizations which deliver socially activating services to families with children. The qualitative research, the method of questioning and the technique of semi-standardized interview were used for achieving my objective. The same kinds of research, method and technique were used for achieving my second objective, i.e. - to map the status of delivering socially activating services to families with children in the South Bohemia region which realize saving of families. I carried out two kinds of interviews; the first one - in non-profit-making organizations; the second one - with some OSPOD{\crq}s women-workers in České Budějovice. The set aims were fulfilled. Then, on the base of the detected data, I formulated my findings. My findings confirmed that the experience of organizations which deliver socially activating services to families with children is consistent. Employees of non-governmental non-profit-making organizations indicated that the functioning of their organizations is successful and that they cope with their purposes and aims. The women-workers of OSPOD concurred in their statements that the kind of work with families seemed beneficial and the women-workers were open for cooperation with organizations in that field, which is an important aspect for those organizations. The current situation in delivering socially activating services to families with children in the South Bohemia region is not unsatisfactory, but it is not fully cowered yet. There is no organization fully focused on the saving of families, especially in some border areas of the region. My interviews contributed to the creation of my project design of a non-governmental, non-profit-making organization. On the base of the project design socially activating services (fieldwork form) for families with children in the South Bohemia region could be realized (under the law No. 108/2008 of Collection of Law {--} Social Services Act). In this way the project is the practical output of my thesis and it can be used for the creating of an organization focused on the saving of families in the South Bohemia region. The project and its implementation expect cooperation with experts qualified in that field. If the project is realized, the number of socially activating services in the South Bohemia region will increase and the only organization focused wholly on the saving of families will be created.
