No. of bitstreams: 1 Silas.pdf: 11647491 bytes, checksum: 9f9927fc1762e0964a036f5a662fd6ff (MD5) / Existem inúmeras ferramentas para auxliar os engenheiros de CAE no desenvolvimento de novos produtos, como por exemplo: CAD (computer aided design), CAE (computer aided engineering), CAM (computer aided manufacturing), QFD e TRIZ, entre outros. Este trabalho apresenta uma aplicação dos conceitos de gerenciamento de projetos para a simulação computacional da durabilidade virtual afim de auxiliar os profissionais da área de CAE no design de componentes automotivos. Neste trabalho, foram aplicados os conceitos do dFmea para aprimorar os resultados obtidos na utilização dos conceitos do QFD e da TRIZ. Em adicional, serão aplicados os conceitos do diagrama P, matriz morfológica e matriz de Pugh. O método apresentado para aperfeiçoar a durabilidade utiliza a simulação computacional para correlacionar os resultados obtidos com a aplicação das ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos. Para realizar a simulação computacional foi utilizado o software MSC_Nastran 2004 R2, Sol 103 (modos normais). Apresenta tambem as diferenças entre dois tipos de modelamentos matemáticos utilizando os pontos de fixação da peça avaliada de maneiras diferentes. Por fim, apresenta os resultados dos testes de laboratório, com o objetivo de comprovar a abordagem teórica apresentada nesta dissertação. 127	The Role of Neurotensin Receptors on Visceral Pain and Activity Levels in Mice. Walker, Christopher J 01 January 2015 (has links) This study examines the effects of neurotensin (NT) receptor sites on the sensation of visceral pain. Previous work by researchers has found, through the use of NT analogs, that visceral pain is closely associated with NT receptor 2 (NTSR2). This study tested 70 genetically modified mice. The mice were either missing NTSR1, NTSR2, or were wild-type (WT) mice that were not missing any NT receptors. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with either saline or acetic acid then observed for a 60 minute period and writhing behavior was recorded. Twenty four hours later activity levels were recorded in the open field assay. We found that contrary to previous research, NTSR2 is not solely responsible in the sensation of visceral pain. We also found that NTSR1 plays a more significant role than NTSR2, contrary to previous research. Additionally, we found that the NT receptors may be affected by age related factors. The findings of this study suggest that NTSR2 does in fact play a role in the sensation of visceral pain but that NTSR1 may modulate the degree of activation of NTSR2. It can also be concluded that age may have a role in the effectiveness of NTSR sites in visceral pain. This information allows for further research to analyze possible age-dependent effects of NT receptor sites that could alter the possible usefulness of NT analogues in the future. 128	Parní turbína pro fosilní elektrárnu - ST NT díl / Steam Turbine for fossil power plant - MP LP casing Třináctý, Jan January 2015 (has links) This thesis describes the design of a condensing steam turbine with reheating for fossil power plant. The turbine is a double parts. The first casing is formed by a simple HP casing. The second casing is combined MP-LP casing with axial outlet of steam into the water-cooled condenser. Feedwater regeneration system consists of two high-pressure heaters, the four low-pressure heaters and feed tank. In thesis is includes the calculation of heat balance and the draft of flow channel of HP and MP-LP casing. Next is a detailed calculation of MP-LP casing with includes calculation of flowing part, selection of blade´s profiles and its stress control. Rotor MP-LP casing is checked for torsion and computed size of the critical speed. Clutch is ispected by security check and draft radial bearings. Stress control casing is carried out according to the theory of thick shells. Work includes flow scheme for 100% and 75% performance. In the end is comparing the efficiency of the individual casing of the turbine with the work 3b together with the specific heat consumption. Work includes a longitudinal section of the MP-LP casing. This thesis has been developed in cooperation Škoda Power, Doosan.
