Therefore, we supported in theory and study of applied methods of the new technology incorporated in the digital TV in Brazil that offers interactive services. As corpus of our study we explored the Global ITV project, and more specifically the interactive application that was developed by the team of the Catholic University of Brasilia in which this author participated actively. The methodological approach included tests at UCB and the other two institutions data measurement. The assumptions that guided the reflections followed the light of the contributions of McLuhan, Meyrowitz and Kerckhove, who organized and continued the studies of this theory. / Esta disserta????o se prop??s analisar e complementar os testes realizados pela UFPA, USP e UCB do aplicativo de TV digital interativa Healthcare, desenvolvido para o projeto Global ITV, para verificar se essa inova????o tecnol??gica, que ?? a TV digital interativa, se configura como uma extens??o tecnol??gica do homem. Para tanto, nos amparamos na teoria e no estudo dos meios aplicados sobre a nova tecnologia incorporada na TV digital no Brasil que oferece servi??os de interatividade. Como corpus do nosso estudo exploramos o projeto Global ITV, e mais especificamente o aplicativo interativo que foi desenvolvido pela equipe da Universidade Cat??lica de Bras??lia na qual este autor participou ativamente. Os procedimentos metodol??gicos inclu??ram testes realizados na UCB e os dados das aferi????es das outras duas institui????es mencionadas. Cibles moléculaires du Mitotane : Implications pour le traitement du corticosurrénalome / Molecular Targets of Mitotane in Adrenocortical Carinoma

Le mitotane, ou o,p’DDD, médicament historique dérivé d’un insecticide, reste le traitement de référence du corticosurrénalome (CS), tumeur rare et de mauvais pronostic. Le mitotane exerce un effet anti-sécrétoire associé à un effet anti-tumoral dont les mécanismes d’action sous-jacents sont mal compris et ses cibles moléculaires restent inconnues. Néanmoins, de nombreux arguments semblent désigner la mitochondrie comme organite cible du mitotane. Dans ce travail de thèse, nous nous sommes intéressés à l’impact mitochondrial du mitotane par des approches complémentaires sur plusieurs modèles expérimentaux. Nous avons ainsi pu mettre en évidence une inhibition sélective des complexes I et IV de la chaîne respiratoire, une fission du réseau mitochondrial ou encore une activation de la biogenèse mitochondriale. Ces données nous ont permis d’identifier les mitochondrial-associated membranes (MAM) et le transducéosome comme organites cibles du mitotane. Parallèlement, en réévaluant le rôle potentiel du métabolite acide o,p’DDA, nous avons pu exclure son implication dans l’action cytotoxique du mitotane. Nous avons également démontré que le mitotane libre, non lié aux lipoprotéines, était le plus actif in vitro et pouvait ainsi être celui responsable de l’action pharmacologique in vivo. L’ensemble de ces résultats apportent une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes d’action du mitotane et devrait permettre d’identifier des facteurs prédictifs de réponse à ce traitement pour une meilleure prise en charge des patients atteints de CS. / Mitotane is o,p’DDD, an historic drug derived from an insecticide and represents the treatment of choice for adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), a rare adrenal tumor associated with bad prognosis. Mitotane is responsible for an inhibition of steroidogenesis associated with an antitumoral effect but its exact molecular mechanisms of action remain unclear and its molecular target remains unknown. However, mitochondria could be an organite targeted by mitotane. In this study we evaluated mitochondrial impact of mitotane using complementary approaches on several experimental models. We showed a mitotane-induced selective inhibition of respiratory chain complexes I and IV, an increased fission of the mitochondrial network and an activation of the mitochondrial biogenesis. These data helped us to identify mitochondrial-associated membranes (MAM) and so-called transduceosome as targeted organites of mitotane. We also reevaluated the potential role of the acid metabolite o,p’DDA and excluded its implication in the cytotoxic action of mitotane. Finally, we demonstrated that free mitotane which is not linked to lipoproteins is more efficient in vitro and could be therefore responsible for pharmacological action in vivo. Altogether, these results allow to better understand mitotane mechanisms of action and should help to identify predictive markers of response to mitotane for a better care of patients with ACC.

It will verify how Libanio systematized the notion of revelation in the Teology of the release and which implications of this systematization for the Christian praxis and for the theology itself. For that, it approaches in the first chapter, the notion of revelation in the conciliar magisterium since the Council of Trent to the Council of Vatican II, reaching the corresponding translation of this concept in Latin-American Theology, specially through the approach done by Libanio. The second chapter tries to understand how Libanio creates the concept of revelation within the logical of historical liberation and which categories the author uses to see the divine action in the human history. The third chapter, according to Libanio?s theology, thematizes the revelation in the view of the option for the poor people,from the disclosure of the poverty as consequence of the sin and from the Basics Ecclesial Communities.) CEBs. Finally, in the last chapter, tries to show the God?s image that emerge from one view of revelation from the context of preferential option for the poor people and by its release and as Libanio, starting from God?s idea who reveals himself in the release of the poor people, he tries to elaborate one new Fundamental Theology. / A presente pesquisa de mestrado tem como objetivo analisar o conceito de revela??o na teologia latino-americana, a partir da abordagem do te?logo Jo?o Batista Libanio. Trata-se de verificar como Libanio sistematizou a no??o de revela??o dentro da Teologia da Liberta??o e quais as implica??es dessa sistematiza??o para a pr?xis crist? e para a pr?pria teologia. Para isso, aborda-se no primeiro cap?tulo, a no??o de revela??o no magist?rio conciliar a partir do Conc?lio de Trento at? o Conc?lio Vaticano II, chegando ? consequente tradu??o desse conceito na teologia latino-americana, especialmente por meio da abordagem realizada por Libanio. No segundo cap?tulo busca-se entender como Libanio elabora o conceito de revela??o dentro da l?gica da liberta??o hist?rica e quais categorias o autor usa para sondar o agir divino na hist?ria humana. The generic bibliographical references with relation to the Marketing of Incentive, concepts, research, practical techniques and applied questionnaires, stimulations and situations presented here. The explanatory survey was carried out within the bank agency of a Brazilian bank in the City of Rio de Janeiro, to verify as how the employees will react to the stimulations presented by the institution and commanded by its direct leader. It was necessary, to compare the performance of the team faced by the demands of goals presented by the company. The survey had as a starting point the "Study of Qualitative Case". In the theoretical model the complex model of competitiveness was developed, where also, diverse factors had been become involved that could have been gotten from different daily sources, topics such as factors of determination in focus, competitive strategies, marketing plans, vision of the future, programs of incentives, amongst others, they had been of basic importance for attainment of the competitiveness according to Theory of Crescitelli (2002). The survey also shown to demonstrate that the development of the people depends on their work, once they spent most of their time in the agency, where they must exert their functions. In addition, the work environment, the task to perform, and the relationship parameters are elements that must provide the development of intelligence, perception, and the potentialities of each individual. Oil and gas reservoirs, saline aquifers and deep layers of coal are options with great potential for CO2 storage. However, for storage of large amounts of CO2, it should be in supercritical state. Failure by corrosion, mainly induced by CO2, is a concern of using this technology once it requires integrity of materials used in the wells for long periods of time. However, many of the steels used in casings have a low performance in CO2 rich environments. The corrosion rate depends on the structure and morphology of corrosion scales formed on the steel surface and the environmental conditions as chemical composition of the corrosive medium, temperature, pressure and exposure time. This work has as main objective to investigate the corrosion of SAE 1010, API K55 and N80 steels at high CO2 pressure in different corrosive media, simulating scenarios present in CO2 injection wells for purposes of geological storage of carbon. Corrosion was evaluated at a pressure of 15 MPa using different temperatures (50?C and 90?C) in CO2 saturated aqueous solutions containing NaCl or CaCl2 and wet supercritical CO2. The morphology and the chemical composition of the films of corrosion products depended on steel, temperature, corrosive environment and the type of salt present. The thickness of corrosion scales had no direct relationship with the corrosion rate. The API N80 steel exihibited the higher corrosion rate in aqueous solution containg NaCl, while the SAE 1010 steel presented higher corrosion rate in aqueous solution with CaCl2. Electrochemical measurements indicate that the corrosion rates of steels can decrease with time of exposure to the corrosive environment, once corrosion scales exhibited characteristics of protection hindering the diffusion of ionic species through the film. The analysis of the corrosion of carbon steel in different conditions of geological storage process is complex, once it was observed that the way each parameter affects corrosion depends on the steel, not only in terms of chemical composition but also the microstructure. / A tecnologia de captura e armazenamento de CO2 (CCS) consiste na captura, separa??o, transporte e inje??o de CO2 em reservat?rios geol?gicos e ? uma importante tecnologia de mitiga??o de impactos ambientais. Reservat?rios de ?leo e g?s, aqu?feros salinos e camadas de carv?o profundas s?o op??es com grande potencial de utiliza??o para o armazenamento de CO2. Contudo, para que grandes quantidades de CO2 possam ser armazenadas, o CO2 deve estar no estado supercr?tico. A falha por corros?o, principalmente induzida por CO2, constitui uma das preocupa??es para o uso desta tecnologia, uma vez que a integridade dos materiais dos po?os por per?odos de tempos longos ? condi??o essencial. Os a?os utilizados em revestimentos de po?os possuem baixo desempenho em meios ricos em CO2. As medidas eletroqu?micas indicam que as taxas de corros?o dos a?os podem diminuir com o tempo de exposi??o ao meio corrosivo, uma vez que em algumas situa??es os filmes de produtos de corros?o apresentaram caracter?sticas de prote??o. Os resultados obtidos neste trabalho mostram que a an?lise do processo de corros?o de diferentes a?os em condi??es de armazenamento geol?gico de carbono ? complexa, uma vez que constatou-se que a maneira que cada par?metro afeta a corros?o depende muito do a?o, n?o s? em termos de composi??o qu?mica, mas tamb?m da microestrutura.

The means of production, economic viability and the resources used in the market are gaps to be filled by this sector in order to reach a new level in the international arena. In the organizational context there is great interest in reliable data, as well as concern in generating correct information that also are designed to allow openness to new investment opportunities with relevant important market. It is in this constant process of improving the quality of productivity systems, particularly for the development of new techniques that can be standardized in the search for better results, that mathematical models offer an important advantage, enabling safety aspects in production, exploring the unique features each type of input and making more accurate identification and verification process, with the purpose of result profitability increases and lower costs. Inserted in this scenario, this research seeks to develop a solution in financial and economic model that can add quality and safety in getting better results in extraction processes, by developing a computational tool to estimate cost and price of an essential oil obtained by drag steam. The information generated by the model are intended to verify the performance of three different types of plants: citronella (Cymbopogon winterianus), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) and long pepper (Piper hispidinervum). This software, where the mathematical model was implemented, economic and financial performance of the essential oils extraction process by steam distillation, highlighting what parameters and results are recommended for each plant species evaluated. To achieve the main research objectives were used two combined methodological tools: operational research (adopting the linear programming technique), with a focus on defining a profit maximization objective function and the multi-criteria analysis technique for making investment decisions combining with the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Commitment Schedule. The results obtained using the methodology presented maximizing profits for the simulation of long pepper production process (Piper hispidinervum), there was an increase in sales revenue in the order of 2.9% from R$ 226,226.88 to R$ 233,012, 74, with essential oil selling price of long pepper estimated at R $ 214.32 (two hundred and fourteen reais and thirty two cents) and the reference price of 1 liter of hydrolate was R$ 32.13 (20% of the essential oil sales value of long pepper). The decision-making simulations that compared both economic performance, and the production had the kind of citronella as the best economic performance with performance share of 28.50% (0.2850), with the long pepper species 31 12% (0.3112) and capim lemon 40.37% (0.4037) in second and third respectively as the logic of this model. In the production process of the kind of approach Lemongrass obtained the best position with 32.59% performance dimension (0.3259), followed by long pepper 33.50% (0.3349) and Citronella 33.91 % (0.3391) in the last position. The two simulations showed interesting results, under the economic approach species long and Lemongrass pepper need to improve their indicative in relation to the kind of Citronella, since the simulation of production processes all species have very similar results, and thus can be interpreted as a possible technical tie. / O Brasil possui uma das maiores diversidades gen?ticas vegetais do mundo, consistindo em uma complexidade de mais de 2 milh?es de esp?cies distintas, sendo, portanto, um pa?s potencial para o desenvolvimento de processos aplicados a produtos naturais. Os resultados obtidos atrav?s da metodologia apresentaram a maximiza??o e lucro referente a simula??o do processo de produ??o de pimenta longa (Piper hispidinervum), houve aumento na receita de vendas na ordem de 2,9% passando de R$ 226.226,88 para R$ 233.012,74 , com pre?o de venda de ?leo essencial de pimenta longa estimado em R$ 214,32 (duzentos e quatorze reais e trinta e dois centavos) bem como a refer?ncia de pre?o de 1 litro de hidrolato foi de R$ 32,13 (20% do valor de venda de ?leo essencial de pimenta longa). As simula??es de tomada de decis?o que compararam tanto o desempenho econ?mico, quanto o de produ??o apresentaram a esp?cie de Citronela como a de melhor desempenho econ?mico com cota de desempenho de 28,50% (0,2850), com as esp?cies de pimenta longa 31,12 % (0,3112) e capim-lim?o 40,37% (0,4037) em segundo e terceira posi??o respectivamente conforme a l?gica deste modelo. Na abordagem de processo de produ??o a esp?cie de Capim-lim?o obteve a melhor posi??o com cota de desempenho de 32,59% (0,3259), seguida de Pimenta longa 33,50 % (0,3349) e Citronela de 33,91% (0,3391) na ?ltima posi??o. As duas simula??es apresentaram resultados interessantes, sob a abordagem econ?mica as esp?cies de Pimenta longa e Capim-lim?o precisam melhorar seus indicativos em rela??o ? esp?cie de Citronela, j? na simula??o de processos de produ??o todas as esp?cies apresentam resultados muito parecidos, e assim podem ser interpretados como um poss?vel empate t?cnico.

Therefore, we question the issue: What should be taken into account when it comes to discussing planning, teaching, learning and assessment in Early Childhood Education? The guiding questions of this study were: 1. How teachers organize teaching with children from 4 to 5 years old in Early Childhood Education, taking into account the planning, teaching, learning and assessment? 2. When and how is the practice of reflection on own teaching activities in the daily lives of teachers surveyed? This is a qualitative research, characterized as a case study aimed to analyze the pedagogical practices in the context of two classes (level III and IV) Early Childhood Education considering the demands of the dimensions of planning, teaching, learning and assessment. The instruments used for data collection were observations, semi-structured interview and daily lesson in perspective Zabalza (2004). Data analysis was based on the theory of content analysis (Bardin, 2010). The theories behind the work line up to students in teacher training and pedagogical practices in Early Childhood Education, discussing the relationship between theoretical and practical knowledge of pedagogical action and reflection on their own teaching practice. As results of this research we can indicate that the pedagogical work must take into account the interest of the children; Pedagogical work projects should cover all areas of knowledge; Planning and teaching work should be aligned with the School's Political Pedagogical Project; Flexibility in planning; The organization of teaching; The valuation of the different languages; Recognition and respect for the uniqueness and diversity of children; The constant relationship between theory and practice; The commitment of all those involved in the educational process; The recording and reflection on the pedagogical practice itself; The mediating and formative evaluation. / Esta investiga??o apresenta a tem?tica Pr?ticas Pedag?gicas em Educa??o Infantil. The study had a qualitative and quantitative approach, of exploratory type, using the mixed method. Specifically, this study sought to investigate the motivation to learn and the learning style of students from the final years of elementary education as members of the Digital Generation inserted in different educational contexts. The participants of this research were 577 students of eighth and ninth grades of elementary school enrolled in two state schools of Federal District???s Education Secretary (SEEDF), a military state school and three private schools from Plano Piloto/Cruzeiro regions of Brasilia. Data collection instruments were three questionnaires and the analysis of the surveyed schools??? Political-Pedagogical Project. Data was submitted to documentary analysis and descriptive statistics. The results showed that the students of the Digital Generation mostly make use of cellphones (95.5%), computers (53.9%) and social networks (92%). The prevalent type of motivation to learn among students (59%) is the intrinsic motivation, characterized by personal satisfaction in doing a particular activity. In reference to the learning style, reflective (26.5%) and active styles (26.2%) stood out, which shows that students like to investigate a situation and try new experiences. As for male and female genders, the motivational profile showed no significant differences, but as to learning styles, the girls proved to be more active and the boys, more reflective. Regarding the documentary analysis of schools??? PPP, three categories showed up: learning process, technology and wider education. The learning process stood out as most frequent item in the analysis of the documents. Despite all the technology and scientific advances, schools still follow a traditional model of education, inadequate to teach the Digital Generation. One can conclude that changing the educational and technological paradigms is needed in order to respond to the educational needs of this generation. / Esta pesquisa investigou a motiva????o para aprender e o estilo de aprendizagem de estudantes dos anos finais do ensino fundamental enquanto membros da Gera????o Digital de tr??s tipos de escola: p??blica, p??blica militar e particular. O estudo teve abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, de car??ter explorat??rio, utilizando o m??todo misto. Especificamente, este estudo buscou investigar a motiva????o para aprender e o estilo de aprendizagem de estudantes dos anos finais do ensino fundamental enquanto membros da Gera????o Digital inseridos em diferentes contextos educacionais. Participaram da pesquisa 577 estudantes dos oitavos e nonos anos do Ensino Fundamental, matriculados em duas escolas p??blicas da Secretaria de Estado de Educa????o do Distrito Federal (SEEDF), uma escola p??blica estadual militar sem v??nculo com a SEEDF e tr??s escolas particulares da Regi??o Administrativa do Plano Piloto/Cruzeiro. Quanto ao estilo de aprendizagem, destacaram-se os estilos reflexivo (26,5%) e ativo (26,2%), os quais demonstram que os estudantes gostam de investigar uma situa????o e tamb??m de vivenciar novas experi??ncias. Quanto ao sexo masculino e feminino, o perfil motivacional n??o revelou diferen??as significativas, mas quanto aos estilos de aprendizagem, as meninas revelaram-se mais ativas e os meninos mais reflexivos. Em rela????o ?? an??lise documental dos projetos pol??tico-pedag??gicos (PPP) das escolas, evidenciaram-se tr??s categorias: processo de aprendizagem, tecnologia e forma????o integral. O processo de aprendizagem destacou-se como item de maior frequ??ncia na an??lise dos documentos. Apesar de todos os avan??os tecnol??gicos e cient??ficos, as escolas ainda seguem um modelo tradicional de ensino, inadequado ao ensino da Gera????o Digital. Os resultados obtidos revelaram ser necess??ria a mudan??a do paradigma educacional e do paradigma tecnol??gico a fim de atenderem-se as necessidades educativas dessa gera????o.

The study aimed to characterize the profile of the referred student, with an emphasis in some indicators: sex, place of origin, school of origin, destination course after the transfer and others. The LICA course was chosen for this investigation mainly due to it being one of the first courses available in UFRRJ; other than its integrating profile, for being a graduation in the Agrarian Sciences area, consonant to the UFRRJ?s historical roots. The high rate of dropout closely linked to the internal transfer process stood out for the choice of the troublesomeness. The methodology used into the making of this project was based in: a) documental analysis, referring to official documents, such as: the LICA collegiate reunion records, memos and offices from UFRRJ and moreover, an analysis of the change proposals for the course according to MEC; b) bibliographic consult to articles, books, journals and research projects about the subject; c) interviews of qualitative character with professors from the LICA course from UFRRJ and d) auditing of quantitative data, done in the academics registry basis of the Divis?o de Registros Acad?micos (DRA) connected to the Pr?-Reitoria de Gradua??o of the institution. Through these procedures it was possible to identify the academic trajectory of the student in UFRRJ. The results obtained through the research show an intense flow from the LICA students, during their academic trajectory inside of the Institution. Other academic flows were observed, such as the return of the student who obtained a transfer from the LICA course to another courses at UFRRJ and the return of the aforementioned students to their origin course, LICA, be it utilizing themselves of the re-entrance process or another admittance test (at that time), which generate a inclusion of students into the cited course. These choices seemed to be adjoined mainly to social, economic, political and cultural aspects, besides others which may be part of the student?s universe. Parallel to the questions raised by multiple authors, a qualitative research was conducted, with the objective of obtaining a point of view from egressed teachers from the LICA course, valuing the lived experiences of these professionals in their working area. The resulting outcome gathered through the research characterized the academic flow from the LICA students, and demystified the statement that the LICA course is a trampoline course, used by students only to enroll in the University. The research also came to contribute to an evaluation of the academic mobility in UFRRJ and its variables. It also brought light upon the worry about the necessity of vocational orientation for these undergraduate students, in a way in which they can feel more secure towards their professional choices, evading then a longer permanence time in the Institution and going after meeting the real needs of the students. / A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar a trajet?ria acad?mica dos estudantes do curso de Licenciatura em Ci?ncias Agr?colas (LICA) da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), no per?odo de 1997 a 2006, assim como diagnosticar como se d? esse movimento rumo ao processo de integraliza??o do curso de gradua??o. O estudo buscou caracterizar o perfil do referido estudante, com ?nfase em alguns indicadores: sexo, regi?o de origem, escola de origem e o curso de destino ap?s a transfer?ncia. A escolha do curso de LICA para esta investiga??o deu-se principalmente por ser um dos primeiros cursos da UFRRJ com perfil integrador e por ser uma licenciatura na ?rea de Ci?ncias Agr?rias, em conson?ncia com as ra?zes hist?ricas da UFRRJ. Destacou-se, ainda, para a escolha da problem?tica, o fato de o referido curso apresentar um alto ?ndice de evas?o, ligado principalmente ao processo de transfer?ncia interna. A metodologia utilizada para a realiza??o deste trabalho foi baseada em: a) an?lise documental, referente ? de documentos oficiais, tais como atas de reuni?es do colegiado do curso de LICA, memorandos e of?cios da UFRRJ e,ainda, an?lise das propostas de mudan?as acad?micas no curso, de acordo com o MEC; b) consulta bibliogr?fica em artigos, peri?dicos, livros e trabalhos de pesquisa referente ao assunto; c) aplica??o de entrevistas de car?ter qualitativo a docentes do curso de LICA da UFRRJ e d) levantamento de dados quantitativos, feitos na base de registros acad?micos da Divis?o de Registros Acad?micos (DRA), ligada ? Pr?-Reitoria de Gradua??o da Institui??o. Atrav?s destes procedimentos, foi poss?vel identificar a trajet?ria acad?mica do estudante na UFRRJ. Os resultados obtidos atrav?s da pesquisa demonstraram um intenso movimento dos estudantes de LICA, durante sua trajet?ria acad?mica dentro da Institui??o. Foram tamb?m observados outros movimentos acad?micos, como a volta do estudantede LICA, que obteve transfer?ncia interna para outro curso, ao seu curso de origem: seja utilizando o processo acad?mico de reingresso ou outro vestibular (? ?poca),o que gerou uma inclus?o de estudantes no referido curso.Esses movimentos pareceram ligados principalmentea aspectos sociais, econ?micos, pol?ticos e culturais, al?m de outros, que podem pertencer ao universo do estudante. Considerando esses aspectos e as quest?es levantadas por diversos autores, sobre o universo do estudante, realizou?se uma pesquisa qualitativa, com o objetivo de obter uma vis?o de professores egressos do curso de LICA, valorizando as experi?ncias vividas por esses profissionais na ?rea de atua??o. H? uma caracteriza??odo movimento acad?mico dos estudantes de LICA, dentro da institui??o que ajudam a desmistificar a afirma??o de que, o curso de LICA ? um curso trampolim, usado pelos estudantes apenas para ingressar na Universidade. A pesquisa veio tamb?m a contribuir,para uma avalia??o da mobilidade acad?mica na UFRRJ e suas vari?veis, no sentido de apontar para a necessidade de orienta??o vocacional desses graduandos, de forma que possam se sentir mais seguros em rela??o ?s suas escolhas profissionais, evitando assim um tempo maior de perman?ncia na institui??o e buscando atender aos reais interesses dos educandos.
