Since the Industrial Revolution, with the replacement of man by machine, the labor market is undergoing profound changes. The competitiveness in the international market, increasingly fierce, requires countries an attitude change with regard to its legislation in order to adapt to these changes and are able to develop themselves economically and socially, ensuring quality of life for its citizens. The Brazilian state, capitalist, with social and neoliberal welfare policies need to review its labor laws, created in the era Vargas and fascist bias, extremely patronizing, so that it is not an obstacle to the economic development of the country, before the new reality imposed by globalization. With the protective order, sometimes the Brazilian labor laws generate helplessness to the poorest and most needy. economically developed world markets are unbureaucratic and there is a flexibility for hiring and firing. In many respects employee and employer is to decide what is more favorable, and not the state. / Economia e trabalho sempre estiveram atrelados. It is assumed that a bond is created between cook and diner and that there is a discourse between them, being the food the mediator of several possible kinds of relations. Thus, emotional relations arising from these proceedings are investigated, inquiring the proposed notion: affective gastronomy. In order to work this object, experiments were performed and show that communication through gastronomy is able to affect relations. my as a non-verbal communication process and the relations established through cooking and eating togeA brief theoretical review on the peculiar relation established between human beings and food is carried out, as well as communication as an event and phenomenon that initially involves the body. The concept of ???affection??? as an important aspect of communication is investigated as proposed by Cyrulnik and Maffesoli. In the last decades, researches have focused on to small vesicles, the exosomes, from endosomal origin that could be involved in these processes. These vesicles can be released by different cell types carrying important components that could become biomarkers for the diagnosis of diseases or as moldable tools for controlled release of bioactive substances for clinical and therapeutic application. However, one of the challenges in the study of these interesting and versatile microvesicles is the purification process. Currently, significant difficulties are found as the lack of purity, yield and reproducibility revealed in the unreliable data at both the protein and transcriptional levels. Therefore, our aim in the present study was to compare in human serum samples the currently used purification techniques: ExoQuick??? (Systems Biosciences), Total Exosome Isolation (Life Technologies), Ultrafiltration and Ultracentrifugation and Size Exclusion Chromatography as regards to yield, size and purity evaluating, in addition, the reproducibility. The results obtained revealed the existence of differences between the techniques in the amount of particle recovery with sizes corresponding to the exosomes. Ultrafiltration was the most efficient technique followed by polymer precipitation methods and Ultracentrifugation. Protein content diversified considerably, with the Ultrafiltration almost ten times more than Ultracentrifugation. Different profiles of proteins in acrylamide gel were found, with 50 kDa to 70 kDa bands suggesting the co-precipitation of abundant contaminating proteins as albumin. When the chromatography was used to evaluate the recovery efficiency of the other techniques, the result showed no interference in the separation of populations by size, but could represent an additional tool for techniques as Ultrafiltration in the isolation of albumin as the main interfering in the serum samples. Important data were found when particle number normalization was performed in the analysis by the TRPS method, where a reduction of the aggregation and a change in the particle distribution were visible. In our results it was possible to confirm the need for the new reproducible and reliable protocols that can allow the isolation of exosomes for clinical application. On the other hand, our data provide guidance on the use of current methods for obtaining exosomes from serum and other biological fluids.

For this, gaps were sought in the traditional software development processes and analyzed the points where Information Architecture could bring quality gains. The main justification for improving the requirements elicitation process was the recognition of the fact that traditional processes do not capture the full requirements of an application context. The applicability of the proposed methodology was verified by means of an action research with the requirements analysis of a software development company. In addition to the effectiveness of the method, it was also verified improvements in the quality of information previously collected by the revisitation to the client's environment. In a Pedagogy course, of a private Higher Education Institution in the Federal District, it was analysed to what extent the human rights theme is present in the curriculum, research and extension actions, and also in the teachers' perception of the course itself. The method used is the Case Study one, with a qualitative and exploratory approach. The analysis is epistemological and theoretically supported by the Frankfurt School Critical Theory. The research started with a bibliographical and documentary survey; and subsequently, empirical data was collected through semi-structured interviews with professors of pedagogy. The perception and understanding about HRE were analysed from the collected data, such as how the HRE encompasses the curriculum in the teaching, research and extension actions; and also the challenges faced to consolidate HRE in the initial preparation of the teachers. From the present analysis, it was found that the research subjects/professors perceive HRE as a fundamental principle for a citizenship education, and also to make citizens interaction more human. It should be noted that no specific HRE component was identified within the course syllabus, being the theme covered in a transversal manner, in the teaching, research and extension activities. The theme dissemination also depends on the teachers??? commitment, once it is not included as an institutional project. It is argued that despite the political and social commitment of the Higher Educational Institutions in building a culture of human rights in the country and in the teachers??? training, some challenges make it difficult to consolidate a HRE in the Pedagogy course. Among these challenges, the research highlights the social recognition of the right to education; and the absence of institutional policies to guide the insertion of HRE in the curriculum and in the teaching, research and extension actions. It is expected that this research provides insights for human rights education discussions, regarding all the aspects of education, especially the teachers??? training; keeping, in the training of teachers, critical principles of reflection and emancipation, allowing the students and society to promote a culture of peace, democracy, respect, defence and guarantee of human rights. Based on data with student identification, we apply an algorithm of surname classification that assigns the student, based on the surnames of his/her parents, to one of the following ancestry groups: Iberian, Japanese, Italian, Germanic, Eastern European and Syrian-Lebanese. We show that students with non-Iberian European or Japanese ancestry obtain statistically and substantively higher scores on 3rd and 5th grade standard Math tests, even with a large set of individual, family and municipal controls. We also tested the hypothesis of persistence of local institutions, established during the era of mass immigration to Brazil in the 19th and 20th centuries, and we showed that the mechanisms of family transmission of culture remain robust for students with Japanese and Italian ancestry.

The adolescents have punctuated the relevance of the Fast Girls Project to the group???s participants, besides not all of them feel attraction for courses in Technological areas, they qualified the fact that, by the Project they could to know the university and to have proximity with the women that made their percuss in Engineering. The photo-language device presented like an innovator object to the fomentation of the discussions and the exchanges of the group, made possibly the deconstruction of the feminine idea, education and a work world faced to women. The photo-language like a mediator object promoted a group association chain driven by the photography.
