Průmyslový objekt / Industrial Building

In this thesis is solved detail design of industrial building. It is a new storage hall and connected to it the two-story office building. Building is located in the production area of factory, on the cadastral area Holice u Olomouce. The purpose of the building is storage and expedition of the products. In areas of an office building is located facilities for staff of hall and office workspace. Handling products in the hall will be performed by a forklift. The building is designed for a capacity of 15 employees. The office building has a load bearing structural system. Walls and ceiling structures are made up of panels of filigree. Foundations, including flooring of the first floor, are constructed from waterproof concrete. The office building is roofed by flat roof. The main supporting structure of the storage hall is designed as precast reinforced concrete frame. Cladding consists of insulating panels. Like in the office building, the hall is roofed by flat roof. Due to anticipate of the differential settlement of the office building and the storage hall parts are separated by a dilatation joint.

Styrning av värmesystem i kontorsbyggnader : Jämförelse mellan prognosstyrning, styrning som utnyttjar byggnadens värmetröghet, samt traditionell styrning

En stor del av Sveriges energianvändning går till bostäder och lokaler. Ur en nationell synvinkel är energieffektiviseringar i befintliga byggnader därför en potentiellt viktig del för att kunna nå de satta klimatmålen till år 2020. I ett traditionellt styr- och reglersystem styrs framledningstemperaturen i ett vätskeburet värmesystem efter en kurva som beror på utomhustemperaturen. En del nya styr- och reglersystem tar även hänsyn till andra parametrar, såsom byggnaders värmetröghet och lokala väderprognoser. Ett exempel på ett sådant system är Ecopilot, utvecklat av Kabona. Nuvarande kunskap angående hur stor energibesparing som styr- och reglersystem med prognosstyrning och styrning som utnyttjar byggnadens värmetröghet ger upphov till består till största del av referensfall som jämför byggnaders energianvändning före och efter installationen. I detta examensarbete undersöktes hur energianvändning och inomhusklimat påverkades av prognosstyrning och styrning som utnyttjar byggnaders värmetröghet. Mätningar utfördes på två kontorsbyggnader vid namn Fräsaren 10 och Fräsaren 11. Båda byggnaderna är belägna i Sundbyberg och har Kabona Ecopilot installerat. Mätdata loggades genom redan utsatta givare och en enklare form av validering av dessa gjordes. I Fräsaren 10 och Fräsaren 11 jämfördes Ecopilot i normal drift med driftfallet då prognosstyrningsfunktionen stängdes av i Ecopilot. Även ett tredje driftfall undersöktes i Fräsaren 10. Under detta driftfall stängdes Ecopilot av och framledningstemperaturen styrdes med hjälp av reglerkurvor. I luftbehandlingsaggregaten sattes tilluftstemperaturens börvärde, till 19-20 °C. Varje driftfall hade en mätperiod på minst 14 dagar. Energisignaturer användes för att jämföra energianvändningen och en osäkerhetsanalys av de anpassade linjerna gjordes. En egen modell för att undersöka toppbelastningar i radiatorsystemet, VS1, i Fräsaren 10 togs fram. Även en modell för att undersöka hur temperaturen varierat inomhus mellan de olika mätperioderna togs fram. Energisignaturer för radiatorsystemen VS1 och VS2 i Fräsaren 10 visade på att likvärdiga energisignaturer kunde fås för samtliga av de undersökta driftfallen under det temperaturintervall som undersöktes. Energisignaturer för värmeanvändning i luftbehandlingsaggregatet, LB2601, visade på att en konstant tillufttemperatur på 19 °C som användes då Ecopilot var avstängd, kunde ge en högre värmeanvändning jämfört med fallen då Ecopilot var i normal drift och då Ecopilot hade sin prognosstyrning avstängd. Från jämförelse mellan fallen då Ecopilot var i normal drift och då Ecopilots prognosstyrning var avstängd kunde inga substantiella skillnader hittas mellan energisignaturerna. Det betyder dock inte att prognosstyrningen inte ger upphov till energibesparingar, utan att eventuella energibesparingarna var för små relativt mätningarnas osäkerhet vid en konfidensnivå på 65 % eller 95 %. Osäkerheten kan minskas om mätningar utförs över en längre tidsperiod än som var möjligt under detta examensarbete. Värmetoppbelastningar som undersöktes i radiatorsystemet i VS1 Fräsaren 10 visade inte på att några signifikanta skillnader mellan antalet uppmätta värmeeffekttoppar under de olika mätperioderna. Det förekom dock en viss indikation att det kan leda till fler värmeeffekttoppar om prognosstyrningen stängs av i Ecopilot. För att få ett mer tillförlitligt resultat behöver mätningar göras under en längre tidsperiod. Inomhustemperaturen undersöktes i Fräsaren 10 och Fräsaren 11. I Fräsaren 10 uppgick medeltemperatur till 21,5 °C för fallen då Ecopilot var i normal drift och då prognosstyrningen var avstängd. Då Ecopilot var avstängd var medeltemperaturen 22,1 °C. Under mätperioderna uppmättes en variation som understeg ± 1 °C från medelvärdet för respektive mätperiod. Baserat på resultaten presenterade i detta examensarbete antaganden angående hur stor besparing av värme som Ecopilot ger upphov till revideras. Att jämföra energianvändning före och efter installation av styrsystem såsom Ecopilot kan ge en dålig bild av hur stor del av energibesparingen som orsakats av Ecopilot, speciellt om reglerkurvorna i det gamla systemet var dåligt intrimmade.

Det forskas för närvarande kring trä som ett byggnadsmaterial och hur typiska knutpunkter angrips av laster. I denna studie studeras en kontorsbyggnad med primärbärverk trä. Byggnaden har fyra plan och ligger i Växjö. Målet och syftet med studien är att identifiera relevanta laster för byggnaden och med hjälp av handberäkningar beräkna de vertikala lasteffekterna. För de horisontala lasteffekterna användes datorprogrammet FEM-Design. Resultatet i studien visar relevanta lastuppgifter som verkar på byggnaden. Resultatet visar också att de vertikala lasteffekterna har ett linjärt samband i förhållande till antal våningar medan de horisontala lasteffekterna har ett exponentiellt samband i förhållande till antal våningar. Sambanden gäller endast för geografiska platser där snölasten och referensvindhastigheten är densamma som i Växjö kommun. / There are researches going on about timber as a construction material and how typical joints are affected by the loads. In this study an office building with a primary load- bearing structure of timber is being studied. The building has four floors and is located in Växjö. The aim and purpose of the study is to identify relevant load effects that are affecting the building. In order to calculate the horizontal load effects, a computer program called FEM- Design was used and the vertical load effects were calculated by hand. The results of the study show relevant load effect data that the building is being exposed to. The results also show that there is a linear relationship between the vertical load effects and the number of floors in the building. However, the relationship between the horizontal load effects and the number of floors is instead exponential. These relationships only apply to geographical locations where the snow load and the basic wind velocity are the same as in Växjö municipality.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design heating and cooling in the office building and the showroom. The theoretical part deals with large-scale heating and cooling systems. The types of these systems and their advantages and disadvantages are described here. The practical part is devoted to the design of heating and cooling in the assigned office building and the showroom. In this part, two variants of the design are considered. The first variant considers the use of a heat pump as a source of heat and cold. In the second variant of the solution, a gas condensing boiler is used as a heat source and a chiller as a cold source. The experimental part deals with measuring the properties of one ceiling panel. The main task was to determine the cooling capacity of the ceiling panel.

The aim of this Master´s Thesis is to create project documentation for office building with nearly zero energy consumption. The topic of the Master´s Thesis is Office Building located in Brno Komárov. Thesis is divided in to 3 main parts. In a first part, constructional solution is proposed. Office building is designed for recruitment agency with capacity of 32 personnel that consists of 3 floors, green roof and green facade. Ground plan of designed building is in rectangular shape. On the first floor there is a reception, offices, registry, small kitchen and staff room. Second floor is similar to the first one but it has a conference room. Third floor is designed as staff room with coffee lounge. In second part of Master Thesis design of building services engineering systems is proposed. Building uses forced ventilation with heat recovery. Heating is provided by two condensing gas boilers. Supply of electric energy is partially ensured by photovoltaic power plant. In addition, rain water is effectively used in this building. In the third part evaluation of six designed compositions of floor with Life Cycle Assessment method is done. Software used to elaborate this Master´s Thesis are following: ArchiCad, DekSoft, GaBi, Excel and Lumion.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of an office building and the processing of project documentation for the construction. The office building is located in the Židenice in Brno, next to the Brno Židenice train station. This is a detached partly basement four-storey building with a flat roof. The underground floor serves primarily as a collective garage for 25 vehicles including parking spaces in the local stacking system. On the ground floor of the building there are three rentable spaces for retail with storage facilities and sanitary facilities for employees. The other of the building is used for administrative purposes. On the second above ground floor there are cell offices, on the third and fourth floors above ground the office spaces are rather as a open space. The construction system of the building is frameral with infill masonry made of ceramic fittings, the foundations are made of reinforced concrete slab and walls made of waterproof concrete. The foundations under the non-basement part are made of reinforced concrete foundation footing. Next to the office building, there are also eight parking spaces for shop visitors.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of an office building in Brno with nearly zero energy consumption. This building consists of 2 parts. First part is a two-storey building with a basement. In the basement are storages and mechanical rooms. On the first floor is a cafe and sanitary facilities. On the second floor is an open-space, two meeting rooms and a manager's office. Second part of the building are garages that has one above ground floor and one underground floor. The structural system of the building is RC frame, and it stands on grillage foundation. The office part is roofed with warm flat roof and external walls are insulated with insulating panels made of mineral wool. The garage part is roofed with green roof. This master’s thesis consists of 3 parts. First one processes the application for a building permit. Second part deals with technical equipment of the building namely design of boiler, ventilation and photovoltaic panels. Third part deals with life cycle assessment of different composition of floors. It compares these floors and evaluates them. And in the end the floor which has the best results is implemented back into the project.

The aim of this master thesis is to design a seven-storey office building in Hodonín, Czechia. The building has retail spaces in the basement and first floor and offices in second to sixth floors and utility room and elevator engine room in the seventh floor. Individual floors are accessible via stairs and elevator. The vertical load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete walls and columns. Horizontal load-bearing structure consists of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is flat with photovoltaic power plant connected to main battery. The main source of heating energy for the building is a heat pump (air-water) backed by a secondary electric boiler. Fresh air is supplied by a HVAC unit installed on the roof. Overheating due to solar heat gains and equipment is mitigated by local AC ceiling units. Automated roller blinds reacting to solar gains and glare are installed over the windows. The next part of thesis consists of comparison of pressure properties of sheet metal duct and CLIMAVER system.
