Orientador: José Carlos Marques / Resumo: A tese teve como objetivo analisar as representações sociais das mulheres olímpicas brasileiras e estrangeiras, a partir das capas do jornal O Globo Rio e do Caderno Especial Rio 2016, durante os Jogos Olímpicos Rio 2016. A participação das mulheres na Rio 2016 foi um destaque, representando 46% dos atletas inscritos, o maior número de mulheres na história dos jogos, e suscitou vários debates sobre igualdade de gêneros. Vários estudos demonstraram que a cobertura esportiva da mídia tende a privilegiar os homens atletas em detrimento das mulheres, e que as atletas costumam ser muito mais retratadas por sua aparência, roupas e vida pessoal em reportagens sobre esportes, do que pelos seus feitos no esporte. A pesquisa apresenta revisão bibliográfica dos estudos de gênero e representações sociais das mulheres; do jogo como elemento da cultura, da dominação masculina no campo esportivo, história das mulheres nos esportes no Brasil e a trajetória das mulheres nas Olimpíadas. Como metodologia, utiliza-se da Análise Crítica do Discurso, para identificar as construções discursivas e as representações das atletas, nas capas do jornal O Globo e do Caderno Especial Rio 2016. Considera-se que a mídia tem um papel importante na construção de novas representações, oportunizando espaço para as mulheres atletas apresentarem sua inserção na prática de esportes. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The thesis was aimed at analyzing the social representation of Brazilian and foreign Olympic women from the covers of O Globo Rio newspaper and Rio 2016 Special Section during Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The participation of women in Rio 2016 was a highlight, representing 46% of registered athletes, the largest number of women in the history of games, and has sparked several debates on gender equality. Several studies have shown that sports media coverage tends to favor male athletes rather than female ones, and athletes are often much more portrayed by their appearance, clothing and personal life in sports reports. The research presents bibliographical review related to the studies of gender and social representations of the women; the game as an element of culture; male domination in the sports field, the history of women in sports in Brazil and the trajectory of women in the Olympics. As methodology, it is used the Critical Analysis of Discourse, to identify the discursive constructions and the representations of the athletes, in covers of O Globo newspaper and Rio 2016 Special Section during Rio 2016 Olympic Games. It is considered that the media has an important role in the construction of new representations, giving space for the female athletes to present their insertion in the practice of sports. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma tradução e um comentário textual à 13ª Olímpica de Píndaro, com base nas mais recentes edições e trabalhos críticos acerca do poeta e do gênero desse poema, o epinício. Também foi composto um ensaio interpretativo que tenta abarcar os temas mais importantes da ode e relacioná-los com o todo da obra de Píndaro. As imagens do poema desenvolvem a contraposição entre medida e excesso, representada tanto nas referências mitológicas (Têmis e as Horas contra a Soberba e Insolência; Belerofonte encilhando Pégaso) quanto nas reflexões da primeira pessoa (que não deve exceder-se no elogio para não errar o alvo, assim como um arqueiro disparando suas flechas; nem deve tentar relatar todas as vitórias da família, pois são tão numerosas quanto os grãos de areia etc.). Em anexo, há a tradução dos escólios relativos a essa ode para permitir a consulta direta a essa fonte, que não se acha traduzida. / The objective of this study is to present a translation and a textual commentary of Pindar\'s Olympian 13, based on the most recent editions and critical works about the poet and the genre of this poem, the epinician. An interpretative essay was composed in order to cover the most important themes of this ode and articulate them with Pindar\'s other works. The poetical imagens of the poem develop the central theme, the opposition between measure and excess, represented by the mithological references (Themis and the Hours against the Excess and the Satiety; Bellerophon taming Pegasus etc.) and by the first-person\'s reflections on the laudatory art (the first-person should not exceed in praise in order to not miss the target, as an archer with his arrows; nor should try to enumerate all the victories of this family, for they are greater than the grains of sand from the sea). There is a translation of the scholia to this ode attached, allowing direct consultation, once there is no other version of this text.

No Brasil, muitas crianças e jovens têm a oportunidade de conhecer diferentes modalidades esportivas. Por vezes esse contato desperta um encanto pelo esporte, sendo a ele dada uma importância e um significado tão grande que faz com que eles prefiram-no às atividades comuns para outras pessoas da mesma idade, como brincadeiras, convívio familiar ou escolar. Em busca de melhores condições de treinamento e desenvolvimento, esses futuros atletas, muitas vezes tem que se distanciar de seu núcleo familiar ainda de forma precoce. Este trabalho buscou investigar como as mulheres olímpicas brasileiras, medalhistas de modalidades coletivas, reconhecem o momento que marca o início de sua especialização esportiva, exclusivamente aquelas que em sua história consta a marca do distanciamento familiar e da saída de casa. A metodologia do trabalho se ancora nas narrativas biográficas, considerada uma modalidade de história oral. Para tanto, a partir das narrativas biográficas, relacionamos esta marca do início com a figura mítica de Kairós, o deus do tempo oportuno / In Brazil, many children have the opportunity to learn about different sports. This contact often awakens an attraction for it practice and it\'s given a great importance that makes them choose sport over others activities common to other people of the same age, such as child\'s plays, family and school contact. As they search for better conditions for sport development, these new athletes often have to distance themselves from their family at an early age. This work sought to investigate how Brazilian Olympic women, medalists of collective modalities, recognized the moment that marks the beginning of hers sporting career, especially those athletes that had to leave their homes. The methodology is anchored in the biographical narratives, considered a modality of oral history. From the biographical narratives of these women, we relate the beginning of the their sporting careers with the mythical figure of Kairos, the god of opportune time

Adicionalmente, procura demonstrar a maneira como a obra desse autor foi citada ou aludida no mundo de língua grega, até a publicação, em 1515, da edição de Zacarias Calierges, e como se formou a crítica pindárica nos séculos XIX e XX. / This work aims to present a comment to Pindar\'s 7th Olympian Ode. Additionally, it intents not only to demonstrate the way Pindar\'s work was mentioned or referred to in Greek language until the publication of Zacarias Calierges\' edition, in 1515, but also show how the pindaric criticism of XIX and XX centuries was shaped.

Solicitud de envío manuscrito de artículo científico. / El presente trabajo analiza las percepciones de especialistas en ciencias sociales sobre la brand mascot Milco en la exposición Cuchimilco, creada por el Museo Amano. Este personaje, al ser punto de conexión entre la publicidad y la difusión de patrimonio cultural, nos motivó a realizar un estudio de caso que reúne, analiza y contrasta las opiniones de expertos de reconocida trayectoria en el estudio de la sociedad y cultura peruana para reconocer el potencial de Milco como un reciente caso de publicidad excepcional frente a un contexto desfavorecedor para el desarrollo del sector cultural peruano, concluyendo que la publicidad es una herramienta cuyos aportes a la cultura dependen de la responsabilidad alrededor de la formación y sentido crítico frente al contexto de los agentes que la elaboran. / This paper analyzes social sciences experts' perceptions about the brand mascot Milco as part of the exposition Cuchimilco, made by Amano Museum. This character, as a bridge between advertising and the spread of Peruvian cultural heritage, motivated us to explore through a case study that gathers, analyzes, and contrasts the opinions of renowned local experts in the study of Peruvian society and culture to recognize Milco's potential as a recent exceptional advertising case against an unfavorable context for the development of the Peruvian culture sector, concluding that advertising is a tool whose contributions to culture depend on the responsibility upon the education and critical sense of the agents that use it. / Tesis
