El presente proyecto se desarrolla a través de la descripción del sector automotriz y el comportamiento en el que se desarrolla. Asimismo, se realiza la investigación de diferentes herramientas de Ingeniería Industrial que puedan ser aplicadas dentro del alcance de la industria o sector que se desarrolla en el mercado peruano. La empresa se dedica importación y comercialización de vehículos de diferentes marcas. Actualmente cuenta con el 23% de la participación del mercado automotriz peruano y con un crecimiento del 12.4% en promedio. Durante el periodo de evaluación se puedo detectar que los reclamos representan un 28.5% para el año 2017 y un lead time promedio de 58 días de todo el proceso. La implementación se desarrolló a partir de la herramienta Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban, y distribución de planta permitió reducir en un 63% el lead time, reducir a 5 órdenes de entrega vehiculares y optimizar de 9 a 6 procesos de nivel. La mejora permitió obtener un beneficio económico bajo un escenario conservador de S/ 430, 598 soles y una TIR de 31.52%. / The present project is developed through the description of the automotive sector and the behavior in which it develops. Likewise, research is carried out on different Industrial Engineering tools that can be applied within the scope of the industry or sector that is developed in the Peruvian market. The company is engaged in importing and marketing vehicles of different brands. It currently has 23% of the participation of the Peruvian automotive market and an average growth of 12.4%. During the evaluation period, it can be detected that the claims represent 28.5% for the year 2017 and an average lead time of 58 days for the whole process. The implementation was developed from the tool Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban, and plant distribution allowed to reduce lead time by 63%, reduce to 5 vehicle delivery orders and optimize from 9 to 6 level processes. The article reviews the sugarcane distillery sector of Peru and its main operational problems. Based on the literature reviewed and discussed with academics who have knowledge of the food supply chain, an integrated hybrid model was developed to help any distillery with lower levels of competitiveness than its competitors in other sectors, such as pisco, applying techniques of process management and food safety to increase the efficiency of liquor distilleries. The findings confirm that distilleries can increase their efficiency, thanks to the higher performance of their operations after their alignment with the integrated model. / Revisión por pares

En el presente trabajo de investigación se hace un estudio de la problemática de una empresa del rubro químico, la cual cuenta con un proceso básico y empírico de mantenimiento, en el que no se aplica planificación . Este proceso es muy importante ya que es un proceso de apoyo al proceso central. Debido a ello se propone la implementación de un sistema de gestión de mantenim iento, utilizando la filosofía del TPM (mantenimiento productivo total). En el primer capítulo se realiza un marco teórico, en el cual se desarrollan conceptos concisos de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento, e strategias en la cual se desarrollan los conceptos de los tipos de mantenimientos, ciclos de vida de los equipos y fallas. Asimismo, indica que se hace énfasis en conceptos desarrollos e implementación del TPM, basados en libros, publicac iones de revisitas, papers, etc. En el segundo capítulo se describe el estado actual de la empresa en la cual se desarrolla la investigación, observando la misión, visión y valores de la misma. Asimismo, de acuerdo a herramientas de ingeniería, cómo histogramas, diagramas causa – efecto, Pareto se pueden encontrar las posi bles causas del problema final. En el capítulo 3 se desarrolla la metodología de solución al problema encontrado en el capítulo previo, definiendo el panorama de la tesis según la metodología a trabajar, el desarrollo de las actividades, teniendo presente los recursos y definir como optimizar los mismos utilizando aspectos de tecnología e innovación, con el fin de ser más productivos en el proyecto en curso. Asimismo, se revisarán los resultados de los análisis, actividades, recursos propuestos, para validar el desarrollo de la tesis se deben simular los resultados haciendo las comparaciones del antes y el después de la mejora, utilizando un software simulador; lo cual se deberá reflejar la mejora propuesta en costos, es decir impacto económico. Por último, se realizarán las recomendaciones y conclusiones del estudio realizado, de acuerdo los objetivos planteados. / In this thesis a study is made of the problem of a company in the chemical field, in which they only have an empirical basic maintenance area, in which optimal maintenance controls are not carried out, which is reflected in costs and low productivity. Due to this, the implementation of a maintenance management system is proposed, using the philosophy of TPM (total productive maintenance). In the first chapter a theoretical framework is made, in which concise concepts of maintenance management systems are developed, strategies in which the concepts of maintenance types, equipment life cycles and failures are developed. It also indicates that emphasis is placed on concepts of development and implementation of the TPM, based on books, magazine publications, papers, etc. The second chapter describes the current state of the company in which the research is carried out, observing its mission, vision and values. Also, according to engineering tools, how histograms, cause - effect diagrams, Pareto can find the possible causes of the final problem. In chapter 3 the methodology for solving the problem found in the previous chapter is developed, defining the thesis panorama according to the methodology to be worked, the development of the activities, taking into account the resources and defining how to optimize them using aspects of technology and innovation, in order to be more productive in the ongoing project. Likewise, the results of the analysis, activities, proposed resources will be reviewed, to validate the development of the thesis, the results must be simulated by making comparisons of the before and after the improvement, using a simulator software; This should reflect the proposed improvement in costs, that is, economic impact. El presente proyecto de investigación se encuentra estructurado en cuatro capítulos los cuales son: Marco teórico y estado del arte, descripción y análisis del proceso actual, propuesta de mejora, validación de la propuesta de mejora, además de conclusiones y recomendaciones. La presente investigación está enfocada en la elaboración de un modelo de gestión la producción para la empresa Pinturas Tricolor Pintri S.A.C, la cual se dedica a la producción y comercialización de pinturas, con una demanda anual promedio de 108130 galones, siendo su producto patrón el “esmalte anticorrosivo”. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es elaborar la propuesta de un plan de mejoras basadas en la filosofía de manufactura esbelta, para incrementar la eficiencia productiva de la empresa, que actualmente se encuentra en 66.50% situándose por debajo del promedio del sector químico que tiene un valor de 71.70%. Es por ello que se propone la implementación de las técnicas de estudio del trabajo, 5s y gestión por procesos con el objetivo de reducir tiempos muertos y reprocesos involucrados en la producción, siendo estos los principales causantes del problema. Entre los resultados de esta investigación se encuentra una reducción del 58.70% en reprocesos y una disminución del tiempo total de 0.97 h⁄cil a 0.82 h⁄cil, además, se logró incrementar a 81.51% la eficiencia actual del proceso de la empresa. La inversión para la implementación, tiene un periodo de recuperación equivalente a un 4.15 bimestres, siendo este viable, en donde se recupera la inversión y se obtienen ganancias. / This research project is structured in four chapters which are: Theoretical framework and state of the art, description and analysis of the current process, improvement proposal, validation of the improvement proposal, as well as conclusions and recommendations. The present investigation is focused on the elaboration of a production management model for the company Pinturas Tricolor Pintri SAC, which is dedicated to the production and commercialization of paints, with an average annual demand of 108,130 gallons, its standard product being “ anticorrosive enamel ”. The main objective of this research is to develop a proposal for an improvement plan based on the philosophy of lean manufacturing, to increase the productive efficiency of the company, which is currently at 66.50%, being below the average of the chemical sector that has a value of 71.70%. That is why the implementation of work study techniques, 5s and process management is proposed in order to reduce downtime and rework involved in production, these being the main causes of the problem. Among the results of this research is a reduction of 58.70% in reprocesses and a decrease in total time from 0.97 h⁄cil to 0.82 h⁄cil, in addition, it was possible to increase the current efficiency of the company's process to 81.51%. The diploma thesis deals with the improvement of non-compliance management processes in the production company supplying the railway industry. The theoretical part explains the basic characteristics and principles of process control. In the practical part, the current state of non-compliance management processes is analyzed from many points of view and potentials for improvement ire identified. Based on identified potentials, specific measures are proposed to improve the current situation and also give the expected benefits to company after the proposed measures have been put in place.

The master´s thesis „Study of the of the order in the selected business” is focused on the analyse of the manufacturing order flow in the company První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a. s. Thesis is divided onto three particular parts. Theoretical part is focused on the research of the professional literature elaborating topics related to process engineering and order management. Analytical part includes description of current state of the manufacturing order flow through the company and SWOT analyses. Proposal part intends to find and elaborate a possible improvement in order to optimize current process.

The thesis explores sustainable development of a company focusing on PLM system in the environment of an industrial company. In the theoretical part the lifecycle of a product (PLM) is described as well as its demands and benefits focusing on the area of mechatronics. The following analysis of current IT environment gives information which is used as the basis for adjustments of the current system in a way to eliminate narrow places of the slim production of the company, avoid wasting and achieve sustainable development of the company while using current technologies.

This master thesis in theoretical part focuses on the system of process management and approaches to the need of working capital in connection with the company stock. It contains an analysis of the current commission process of the selected company in terms of factual and consequently also financial resources. It suggests the process of activities over time and the amount of stocks needed to them, to obtain the necessary amount and time of financial resources so that the company does not end in failure.

This master‘s thesis focuses on assessment of a particular part of information system of selected company and its ICT modification proposal. This thesis explains the problematics of information systems, business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA) in its theoretical part, then focuses on the current situation and detailed analysis of the selected business process. The final part provides a modification proposal using business process management and robotic process automation technology. The aim of the thesis is to design a solution that will optimize information system via process automation and robotization thus reducing work time, error rate and costs while increasing efficiency of this company.
