O presente estudo analisa as estratégias de resistência em uma assessoria jurídica em direitos sexuais e de gênero. A análise é feita a partir das vivências no grupo G8-Generalizando do Serviço de Assessoria Jurídica da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (SAJU-UFRGS), tensionando as lógicas instituídas e buscando formas possíveis de operar para além dessas. A proposta metodológica para essa pesquisa foi a de pesquisa-intervenção e de intervenção fotográfica, utilizando-se de ferramentas da análise institucional tais como a construção de analisadores, a análise de implicação e o diário de campo. Partindo do pressuposto teórico foucaultiano de que vivemos em uma sociedade imersa em relações de poder, e compreendendo que a possibilidade de resistir está intrínseca a essas relações, buscamos nesse estudo visibilizar os momentos em que o grupo G8-Generalizando rompe com instituído em busca de práticas que transversalizem as formas de trabalhar. A imagem enquanto intervenção possibilitou provocar deslocamentos no grupo, funcionando como um dispositivo de tornar visível o invisível do visível. Assim, as imagens permitiram que os integrantes do grupo olhassem para as mais diversas fotografias produzidas ao longo dos anos de 2013 e 2014 e analisassem suas práticas. Dessa forma, colocamos em análise os momentos em que o grupo consegue transver, enquanto uma potência de criação e imaginação. Para esse percurso focaremos em três fluxos que oportunizaram pensar as estratégias de resistência dentro do grupo: a transdisciplinariedade, o acolhimento e a militância. Esses analisadores surgiram ao longo das reuniões que participei enquanto pesquisadora e da problematização através das inúmeras fotografias que habitavam o campo de intervenção. As estratégias de resistência aqui pensadas mostram uma forma de transformação nas práticas do G8-G.Essas transformações tornam-se possíveis por constantes tensionamentos que são postos quando o grupo opera para fora da lógica normativa, tendo em vista que o Direito, a Psicologia e outras tantas disciplinas não dão conta de serem efetivas no acolhimento de sujeitos que desviam da norma. Por fim, esse estudo oportuniza visibilizar outras formas de se trabalhar em direitos sexuais e de gênero dentro de uma assessoria jurídica universitária. Essas formas se encontram pautadas pela ética do cuidado de si e comprometidas com práticas de resistência que problematizam aquilo que desvia da lógica disciplinar e de controle instituída. / This study analyzes the strategies of resistance in a legal advisory group that works on sexual rights and gender. The analysis is made from the experiences in the G8-Generalizando group of Legal Advisory Service of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS-Saju), tensioning the established logic and seeking possible forms to operate beyond that. The methodology for this research was the research-intervention and photographic intervention, using institutional analysis tools such as the construction of analyzers, the implication analysis and the field diary. Starting from Foucault's theoretical assumption that we live in a society immersed in power relationships, and understanding that the ability to resist is intrinsic to these relationships, in this study we seek to visualize the times when the G8-Generalizando group breaks away with the established in search of practices that transversalize the ways of working. As intervention, the image allowed us to have displacements within the group, working as a device to make visible the invisible of the visible. Thus, the images allowed the members of the group to look at a variety of photographs produced over the years 2013 and 2014 and analyze their own practices. This way, we put under analysis the times when the group can transsee, as a power of creation and imagination. To this path we will focus on three flows that allowed us to think the strategies of resistance inside the group: the transdisciplinarity, the embracement and the militancy. These analyzers have emerged over the meetings I attended as a researcher and from the questioning through the several photographs that dwelt in the field of intervention. The strategies of resistance designed here show a form of transformation in the G8-G. These transformations become possible by constants tensioning that are set when the group operates to away of normative logic, given that the law, psychology and many other disciplines cannot be effective in the embracement of the ones who deviate from the norm. Finally, this study provides an opportunity to visualize other forms of working on sexual rights and gender within a university legal advisory. These forms are based on ethics of self-care and committed to practices of resistance that question what deviates from the disciplinary logic and established control.

Este estudo está inscrito na temática das políticas públicas em saúde e foi realizado a partir do acompanhamento de trabalhadores da atenção básica em saúde que trabalham em um Ambulatório Básico, na cidade de Porto Alegre-RS. Problematizando a política pública de saúde, formalizada pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), como uma biopolítica que regula e controla a vida da população, pôde-se entender os trabalhadores e a pesquisadora como sujeitos produzidos nas relações de poder e nas condições de possibilidade deste campo, as quais reforçam um modelo biomédico, ambulatorial e higienista, diferente do modelo de saúde preconizado pelo SUS. O objetivo deste estudo foi visibilizar a produção de sujeitos a partir da provocação de práticas reflexivas sobre os modos de trabalhar e sobre si mesmos, tensionando visibilidades e dizibilidades. A discussão teórica está fundamentada nas noções de sujeito, ética, prática e biopolítica na obra de Michel Foucault e a metodologia está embasada na pesquisa intervenção e na intervenção fotográfica. Destaca-se que este estudo problematiza a pesquisa como exercício ético e a constituição do pesquisador como contemporâneo. A produção de imagens foi uma intervenção nas linhas de visibilidade e nos modos de ver, convocando um exercício de suportar um tempo de reflexão e de pensar sobre o trabalho a partir de uma implicação com a produção de fotografias sobre o trabalho. Estas produções evidenciaram uma ênfase no ambiente de trabalho precário, nos equipamentos, na prescrição e na lógica individualista das relações, reforçada por reclamações e queixas constantes sobre as condições de trabalho, em um contexto de reforma, greve e mudanças institucionais. Ainda, um analisador que se relacionou teórica, metodológica e analiticamente com todo o percurso da pesquisa foi o “tempo” e seus desdobramentos, tensionando suas relações com o espaço, o trabalho e o pesquisar. / This study is inserted in the public health policy landscape and was based on the follow-up of basic attention workers located in a Basic Ambulatory in the city of Porto Alegre, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. By problematizing the public health policy, formalized by the Unified Health System (SUS – Sistema Único de Saúde), as a biopolitics that regulates and controls the population‟s life, the understanding of the workers and the researcher as subjects produced by the power relations and possibilities of this field was possible, which reinforces a biomedical, ambulatory and hygienist model, different from the health model recommended by the SUS. This study‟s objective was to highlight the subject‟s production starting from the promotion of reflexive practices about the ways of working and about themselves, stressing visibilities and utterabilities. The theoretical discussion is based on the notions of subject, ethics, practices and biopolitics from Michel Foucault‟s work and the methodology is based on the intervention research and the photographic intervention. It is also highlighted that this study problematizes the research as an ethical exercise and the researcher‟s constitution as contemporaneous. The images‟ production was an intervention in the line of sight and ways of watching, calling for an exercise of reflection on time support and also of thinking the work from an implication‟s point of view using photography production about work. These productions showed an emphasis on precarious work environment, the equipments, prescriptions and the individualist logic of the relations, reinforced by complaints and constant protests about working conditions, in a context of reform, strikes and institutional changes. Additionally, an analyzer that related itself theoretically, methodologically, and analytically during the research course was the “time” and its deployments, stressing its relations with space, work and research itself.

Este estudo foi realizado a partir do acompanhamento de um grupo de transferência de renda do município de São Leopoldo-RS, onde pôde-se refletir sobre como a política de assistência social no Brasil produz os usuários como sujeitos e reitera a vinculação histórica entre trabalho e assistência. O objetivo deste estudo, no entanto, não foi realizar uma genealogia do trabalho nem da assistência social, campos já amplamente estudados e debatidos. E sim, visibilizar como trabalho e assistência social se atualizam nas relações com os usuários e se evidenciam nos jogos de verdade do Sistema Único de Assistência Social – SUAS. A discussão teórica está embasada nas noções de sujeito, ética e produção de si no pensamento foucaultiano, e a metodologia fundamenta-se na pesquisa-intervenção e na intervenção fotográfica. A produção de imagens no grupo teve por função provocar as linhas de visibilidade do que é considerado trabalho para os sujeitos assistidos, bem como elementos para além do trabalho de que o grupo se ocupa, se questiona eticamente e que podem ser considerados como uma produção de si. Desse modo, as produções coletivas forneceram subsídios para pensarmos a autonomia não somente como conceito, mas como ela emerge das práticas que o dispositivo trabalho-assistência provoca. / This study stems from the observations of an income transfer group in the city of São Leopoldo, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which supports reflections on how social welfare policy in Brazil produces subjects out of users and reiterates historical links between labor and social welfare. The objective of this study was not to create a genealogy of work or social welfare, topics which have already been thoroughly analyzed and discussed, but to highlight how labor and social welfare operate in relations with users and contribute to the “games of truth” of Brazil‟s Social Welfare System (Sistema Único de Assistência Social – SUAS). The theoretical discussion of this study is based on notions of the subject, ethics, and the production of the self in Foucauldian thought, and the methodology applied is founded in intervention research and photographic intervention. The production of images in the group served to stimulate a discussion of the boundaries of what is considered labor among the observed participants, as well as activities beyond labor which the participants engage in and ethically question, practices that can be considered as a production of the self. In this way, these collective productions provided pathways to thinking of autonomy not only as a concept but how it emerges in practices that are promoted by the labor-welfare device.

Esta dissertação aborda o campo das políticas públicas para a juventude, a partir da realização de uma pesquisa-intervenção no ProJovem Adolescente na cidade de Porto Alegre/RS. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a visão dos jovens sobre tais políticas, observando-se os discursos que as atravessam no que concerne à “questão da juventude”. Nesse sentido, problematizam-se as práticas de prevenção social da Assistência Social que, ao focar suas ações em estratégias de capacitação dos jovens marginalizados, podem acabar lhes atribuindo o caráter de capital humano. Para se ter um panorama dessas ações, é feito um mapeamento da produção de políticas para a infância e adolescência no Brasil até a atualidade. Discute-se como essas políticas podem ser compreendidas enquanto uma biopolítica que regula a vida da juventude através de estratégias de governamentalidade, a partir de uma discussão teórica embasada nos conceitos de Michel Foucault. A estratégia metodológica é fundamentada na pesquisa-intervenção, destacando-se as ferramentas da análise de implicação e construção de analisadores. A intervenção fotográfica realizada no coletivo ProJovem Adolescente foi um dispositivo em que se pôde oportunizar uma ruptura nas relações de força e jogos de verdade que compõem as estratégias de governamentalidade no trabalho com a juventude naquele contexto. Também se discute o processo de produção de imagens pelos jovens, de forma que suas fotografias são exibidas ao longo de toda a dissertação. / This master thesis aproaches the field of youth public policies, beginning with an intervention-research practice in the ProJoven Adolescente program in the city of Porto Alegre/ Brazil.The main objective of this study is to analyze the vision of the youth about such policies, by observing the conflicts that cross them regarding the "youth issue", in order to problematize social prevention practices from Social Assistance that focus on professional training actions of the marginalized youth – often seen as human capital. For this, a mapping of the childhood and adolescence policy development in Brazil was undertaken. These policies can be understood as biopolitics that regulate the life of the youth through strategies of governmentality, and are discussed substantiated on the concepts of Michel Foucault. The methodological strategy is based on intervention research, highlighting the tools of analysis of implication and analyzer construction. A photographic intervention was carried out in the ProJovem Adolescente program, in which it was made possible for its participants to rupture with force relations and games of truth that compose the context of governmentality strategies in the youth work. It is also debated the process of producting images made by the adolescents, and their photos are showed throughout the thesis.

As estratégias de resistência aqui pensadas mostram uma forma de transformação nas práticas do G8-G.Essas transformações tornam-se possíveis por constantes tensionamentos que são postos quando o grupo opera para fora da lógica normativa, tendo em vista que o Direito, a Psicologia e outras tantas disciplinas não dão conta de serem efetivas no acolhimento de sujeitos que desviam da norma. Por fim, esse estudo oportuniza visibilizar outras formas de se trabalhar em direitos sexuais e de gênero dentro de uma assessoria jurídica universitária. Essas formas se encontram pautadas pela ética do cuidado de si e comprometidas com práticas de resistência que problematizam aquilo que desvia da lógica disciplinar e de controle instituída. / This study analyzes the strategies of resistance in a legal advisory group that works on sexual rights and gender. The analysis is made from the experiences in the G8-Generalizando group of Legal Advisory Service of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS-Saju), tensioning the established logic and seeking possible forms to operate beyond that. The methodology for this research was the research-intervention and photographic intervention, using institutional analysis tools such as the construction of analyzers, the implication analysis and the field diary. Starting from Foucault's theoretical assumption that we live in a society immersed in power relationships, and understanding that the ability to resist is intrinsic to these relationships, in this study we seek to visualize the times when the G8-Generalizando group breaks away with the established in search of practices that transversalize the ways of working. As intervention, the image allowed us to have displacements within the group, working as a device to make visible the invisible of the visible. Thus, the images allowed the members of the group to look at a variety of photographs produced over the years 2013 and 2014 and analyze their own practices. This way, we put under analysis the times when the group can transsee, as a power of creation and imagination. To this path we will focus on three flows that allowed us to think the strategies of resistance inside the group: the transdisciplinarity, the embracement and the militancy. These analyzers have emerged over the meetings I attended as a researcher and from the questioning through the several photographs that dwelt in the field of intervention. The strategies of resistance designed here show a form of transformation in the G8-G. These transformations become possible by constants tensioning that are set when the group operates to away of normative logic, given that the law, psychology and many other disciplines cannot be effective in the embracement of the ones who deviate from the norm. Finally, this study provides an opportunity to visualize other forms of working on sexual rights and gender within a university legal advisory. These forms are based on ethics of self-care and committed to practices of resistance that question what deviates from the disciplinary logic and established control.

Este estudo está inscrito na temática das políticas públicas em saúde e foi realizado a partir do acompanhamento de trabalhadores da atenção básica em saúde que trabalham em um Ambulatório Básico, na cidade de Porto Alegre-RS. Problematizando a política pública de saúde, formalizada pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), como uma biopolítica que regula e controla a vida da população, pôde-se entender os trabalhadores e a pesquisadora como sujeitos produzidos nas relações de poder e nas condições de possibilidade deste campo, as quais reforçam um modelo biomédico, ambulatorial e higienista, diferente do modelo de saúde preconizado pelo SUS. O objetivo deste estudo foi visibilizar a produção de sujeitos a partir da provocação de práticas reflexivas sobre os modos de trabalhar e sobre si mesmos, tensionando visibilidades e dizibilidades. A discussão teórica está fundamentada nas noções de sujeito, ética, prática e biopolítica na obra de Michel Foucault e a metodologia está embasada na pesquisa intervenção e na intervenção fotográfica. Destaca-se que este estudo problematiza a pesquisa como exercício ético e a constituição do pesquisador como contemporâneo. A produção de imagens foi uma intervenção nas linhas de visibilidade e nos modos de ver, convocando um exercício de suportar um tempo de reflexão e de pensar sobre o trabalho a partir de uma implicação com a produção de fotografias sobre o trabalho. Estas produções evidenciaram uma ênfase no ambiente de trabalho precário, nos equipamentos, na prescrição e na lógica individualista das relações, reforçada por reclamações e queixas constantes sobre as condições de trabalho, em um contexto de reforma, greve e mudanças institucionais. Ainda, um analisador que se relacionou teórica, metodológica e analiticamente com todo o percurso da pesquisa foi o “tempo” e seus desdobramentos, tensionando suas relações com o espaço, o trabalho e o pesquisar. / This study is inserted in the public health policy landscape and was based on the follow-up of basic attention workers located in a Basic Ambulatory in the city of Porto Alegre, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. By problematizing the public health policy, formalized by the Unified Health System (SUS – Sistema Único de Saúde), as a biopolitics that regulates and controls the population‟s life, the understanding of the workers and the researcher as subjects produced by the power relations and possibilities of this field was possible, which reinforces a biomedical, ambulatory and hygienist model, different from the health model recommended by the SUS. This study‟s objective was to highlight the subject‟s production starting from the promotion of reflexive practices about the ways of working and about themselves, stressing visibilities and utterabilities. The theoretical discussion is based on the notions of subject, ethics, practices and biopolitics from Michel Foucault‟s work and the methodology is based on the intervention research and the photographic intervention. It is also highlighted that this study problematizes the research as an ethical exercise and the researcher‟s constitution as contemporaneous. The images‟ production was an intervention in the line of sight and ways of watching, calling for an exercise of reflection on time support and also of thinking the work from an implication‟s point of view using photography production about work. These productions showed an emphasis on precarious work environment, the equipments, prescriptions and the individualist logic of the relations, reinforced by complaints and constant protests about working conditions, in a context of reform, strikes and institutional changes. Additionally, an analyzer that related itself theoretically, methodologically, and analytically during the research course was the “time” and its deployments, stressing its relations with space, work and research itself.
