The problem, analysed in the master’s thesis “Aspects of Interaction between Vocational Training and Supplementary training of the Disabled” is how education concept, society’s attitude towards disability, integration of the disabled into society, their preparation for vocational activities and after-class occupation is changing. Accenting that insufficient attention is paid at supplementary training of the teenagers including the disabled. If some links between supplementary training and vocational training may be noticed, they are not sufficiently assessed, week and unreasonably belittled.

Having a job occupies an important place in person’s life. At losing a job the person becomes an inferior citizen of the Republic of Lithuania. Thus it becomes important to learn. The object of research – the attitudes of educators and other social groups towards the development of continuous professional training and its improvement. The aim of the research is to reveal the peculiarities of professional training and requalification and their improvement as well as the assumption of lifetime learning in the context of village community. The theoretical part reviews and interprets the scientific literature, documents of educational system are analysed. The research results displayed as follows: - The necessity to improve qualification among the teachers of the province is formulated as the background to sustain the work positions however does not have deeper intrinsic motifs resultant. The need for requalification is understood by the unemployed in the village as an essential condition in order to get a job or a possibility to sustain it. - The operating structures and systems are designed for teachers as well as the unemployed in order to provide them with possibilities to improve qualification or to retrain. Thus neither working experience nor higher education among teachers reveal the fact that inner need for lifetime learning exists. Rhythm is one of the three most important music elements (rhythm, melody, harmony), which allows to understand and know music deeper. In master work „The system of rhythm when training performers with folk instruments at music school“ it is analyzed the system of rhythm, in which a student is placed at music school, and development of rhythm feeling during the learning process. Students’ music mature is predetermined by all music training systems. Coordinating complex effect of all subjects’ make music learning more effective. Especially the rhythm feeling is developed by „skudučiavimas“, to which strong rhythm basics, syncopation, dissonance accords are very characteristic. Research object. The system of rhythm in the basic and in the main music learning at music school. Research target. To analyze the rhythm training system when preparing students at music school. Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama svarbi personalo valdymo profesinio rengimo įstaigose tema. Konkrečiai nagrinėjamos viešojo sektoriaus tiek civilinės, tiek karinės organizacijos. Tinkamai vykdomas personalo valdymas daro didelę įtaką organizacijai. Šiuo atveju personalo valdymas dar svarbesnis, kadangi kalbame apie organizacijas, kurios ruošia ir moko kitus asmenis. Blogo personalo valdymo pasekmėje, tokio pobūdžio organizacijose, gali atsiliepti ne tik šių organizacijų veiklai, bet ir daugeliui kitų. Prastas specialistų parengimas gali įtakoti net ir visos Lietuvos ekonomiką. Taikant efektyvų personalo valdymą, organizacijoje tvyros geras darbinis klimatas, personalas stengsis rezultatyviau ir našiau atlikti savo užduotis ir organizacija pradės daug efektyviau veikti. Tačiau praktika rodo, kad personalo valdymas labai sudėtinga ir daugialypė procedūra. Įvairios interaktyvios pateiktys, testai ar šiaip interaktyviai aiškinamos užduotys ir yra tas arsenalas, kuris palengvina ir sukuria žaismingą atmosferą besimokantiesiems. Socialinės partnerystės principas pabrėžia sąveiką tarp socialinių partnerių, valstybės, darbdavių ir darbuotojų, kuris pasireiškia apibrėžiant valstybės (švietimo institucijų ir įstaigų), darbdavių atstovaujamų susivienijim�� prekybos, pramonės ir amatų rūmų, (Žemės ūkio rūmų) ir darbuotojų (profsąjungų ir kitų sąjungų) pareigas ir atsakomybę planuojant, organizuojant, vykdant ir įverinant priemones ir profesinio rengimo programas. Kadangi Lietuvos profesinio rengimo modelyje valstybė atidavė atsakomybę už profesinio rengimo kokybę profesinio rengimo institucijoms, kurios palaiko artimus ryšius su darbdaviais, štai todėl socialinių partnerių sąvoka yra ribota, turint galvoje, darbdavius. Kintant asmens ir visuomenės poreikiams, susijusiems su sveikatos priežiūra, keliami nauji reikalavimai sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikėjams, o tai yra iššūkis visai sveikatos priežiūros, o ypač reabilitacijos, sistemai. Kineziterapeutų, kaip pagrindinių šias paslaugas teikiančių specialistų, veiklos ir profesinio rengimo tyrimai Lietuvoje nėra plėtojami. Todėl šio darbo, kuriame profesinis kineziterapeutų rengimas analizuojamas sisteminiu požiūriu, tikslas – sukurti teoriškai ir empiriškai pagrįstą kineziterapeutų profesinio rengimo turinio modelį. Jį kuriant aptariama kineziterapijos samprata, jos istorinė kaita, aprašomi kineziterapeutų veiklos ir jų profesinio rengimo ypatumai užsienio šalyse ir Lietuvoje, pristatomas hipotetinis kineziterapeutų profesinės veiklos ir kompetencijų sąveikos modelis. Empiriniai tyrimai, atlikti remiantis holistiniu požiūriu, sudaro prielaidas moksliškai pagrįsti kineziterapeutų profesinio rengimo turinio parametrus, modeliuoti turinį, sudaro prielaidas apibrėžti kineziterapeutų kvalifikacijos lygmenis, nustatyti jiems keliamus reikalavimus ir parengti naujas studijų programas. Due to the changing personal and public demands as regards health care new requirements for the health care service providers have presently arisen; consequently, the whole health care system, especially rehabilitation, has been facing new challenges. The scientific research on the physiotherapy practice, as the main providers of the previously mentioned health service, stand far behind from being developed in Lithuania. Thus, this work, which analyses physiotherapy professional education with regard to systemic view, aims at developing theoretically and empirically validated curriculum model of physiotherapy education. The development of the model includes the conception of physiotherapy, its historical evolution, defines the peculiarities of physiotherapy practice and education in foreign countries and in Lithuania, and finally, it introduces a hypothetical model of the interaction between physiotherapy practice and their competences. The empirical research with reference to holistic view precondition scientific validation of the physiotherapy education parameters and curriculum modelling.
