In this article, the authors tell us about great risk insurances and describe its regulation in foreign law. Then, they point out the protective role of State in the consumption relationship is to reduce information asymmetries, but there is no total disclosure obligation in the market. Therefore, information asymmetry ceases to be relevant when the user of the service has negotiating capacity and necessary resources to make an informed decision. They conclude it is pertinent to equate the application of the Peruvian Insurance Contract Law to international standards. / En el presente artículo, los autores nos hablan de los seguros de grandes riesgos y describen su tratamiento en la legislación extranjera. Luego, señalan que el rol protector del Estado en la relación de consumo es reducir las asimetrías informativas, pero no existe una obligación total de divulgación de información en el mercado. Por lo tanto, la asimetría informativa deja de ser relevante cuando el usuario del servicio tenga capacidad de negociación y recursos suficientes para tomar una decisión informada. Concluyen que es pertinente equiparar la aplicación de la Ley del Contrato de Seguro peruana a estándares internacionales.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of role stress (ambiguity and conflict) on job satisfaction through psychological empowerment in the workplace. Data was collected from 314 workers from southern Portugal (M = 35.39, SD =10.66; 69.75% women) age age Results indicated that role conflict had a direct effect on job satisfaction, while the impact of role ambiguity on job satisfaction was totally mediated by meaning and self-determination. Psychosocial interventions in companies should focus on prevention of role stress and pro­ motion of psychological empowerment in the workplace. / El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar el impacto del estrés de rol (ambigüedad y conflicto) sobre la satisfacción laboral a través del empowerment psicológico en el trabajo. Se obtuvieron datos de una muestra de 314 trabajadores del sur de Portugal (M = 35.59, DE = 10.66). edad edad El 69.75% de los participantes fueron mujeres. Los resultados mostraron que el efecto del conflicto de rol fue directo sobre la satisfacción laboral, mientras que el efecto de la ambi­ güedad fue mediado por las dimensiones autodeterminación y significado del empowerment psicológico. Las intervenciones en las empresas deben centrarse en la prevención del estrés de rol y en el aumento del empowerment psicológico. / O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o impacte do stresse de papel (ambiguidade e conflito) sobre a satisfação no trabalho através do empowerment psicológico no trabalho. Os dados foram obtidos através de uma amostra de 314 profissionais ativos do sul de Portugal (M = idade 35.59, DP = 10.66). 69.75% dos participantes eram mulheres. Os resultados mostraram idade que o efeito do conflito de papel sobre a satisfação no trabalho é direto, enquanto que o efeito da ambiguidade sobre a satisfação no trabalho é mediado pelas dimensões autodeter­ minação e significado do empowerment psicológico. As intervenções nas empresas devem centrar-se na prevenção do stresse de papel e no aumento do empowerment psicológico.

By making use of visual aids, the discussion groups with parents, teachers and members of the community could be facilitated and it was during these discussion groups that they could describe their experiences with regard to parent-teacher-relationships in the specific rural community. From the data that was collected several challenging social circumstances in the home and school context were identified that can hamper parents’ involvement in school activities as well as parent-teacher-relationships. During the cooperation with the members of the community several responsibilities were attributed to social workers through which they can contribute to the advancement of relationships between parents with challenging social circumstances and teachers in the specific rural community. The responsibilities attributed to social workers include addressing the challenging social circumstances that parents and children experience, supporting parents in their parenting roles, informing parents on the importance of schooling and a vision for the future for their children, empowering parents and children with regard to their rights to education and their rights within the school context and equipping teachers to be able to handle challenging social circumstances in the community. The role of the father as mentor in the transmission of values : a pastoral-theological study / Fazel Ebrihiam Freeks

The central theoretical statement of this study stated that fathers have an active and effective role as mentors in transmitting values to the family and should be equipped for taking up this role, which may be applied in a pastoral-theological model. The idea of values for the father with regard to his role as mentor is defined and investigated in this study. The article format has been used in this thesis so that it consists of five articles which form a unity. In article one Scriptural pointers for the leaders and fathers being mentors to their followers (mentees) in the Old Testament are discussed. From the information summarized from the article, it is deduced that the leaders and fathers from the Old Testament served as mentors to their followers (mentees) with regard to values. Any leader or mentor can apply the principles and guidelines from the Old Testament to fathering, mentoring and transmitting values to a situation in everyday life. Article two deals with scriptural pointers for the leaders and father-figures as mentors to their followers (mentees) in the New Testament. From the information summarized from the article, it is deduced that the leaders and father figures from the New Testament served as mentors to their followers (mentees) with regard to values. Discipleship indicated the importance and significance of followers (mentees). Any leader or mentor can apply the guidelines and principles from the New Testament about leading, fathering, mentoring, discipling with regard to values even today. In article three the literature study on the fields of psychology, social work, psychiatric nursing and education were investigated in terms of family, fathering, mentoring and values. With regard to values those values according to Joubert (1986) and Heenan (2004) were used and integrated with values for the role of the father as mentor in the family context. The complexity of families and family structures in the real world were identified and discussed. The recommendations from this article are used to direct the empirical research on the role of the father as mentor with regard to values. The broader aim is to show how society may be impacted positively. Article four (chapter 5) deals with the empirical research that found that mentoring is needed and fathers should be mentors to their families. They should also be equipped with Christian values (the co-researchers consistently referred to Christian values which will serve as recommendation for further studies) in order to show that they can effect positive change to influence society. In article five (chapter 6) contours of a pastoral-theological model for the father as mentor in the transmission of Christian values are formulated. This model could possibly be applied to other spheres of life such as institutions (schools, colleges and universities), churches, societies and businesses to raise the effectiveness of these organizations through the mentoring of values. Como profesores debemos considerar incorporarlas en nuestras aulas, sean éstas físicas o virtuales; una adecuada integración de las TIC en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje requiere de alfabetizaciones múltiples, entre las que se destacan la alfabetización digital e informacional, lo que nos permitirá desempeñarnos en el nuevo rol que debemos cumplir como docentes, investigadores y/o gestores educativos.

Além disso, tem-se o intuito de apresentar entre as diversas formas de incentivo à leitura uma possibilidade de atividade que permita diversificar as aulas de forma dinâmica e prazerosa, pois observa-se que há muitos interesses e situações que disputam o espaço da leitura com a escola. A concretização de tal objetivo passou pela identificação das concepções de leitor e leitura presentes no discurso e na prática dos educadores que trabalham na escola e na série pesquisada. Como percurso metodológico, optou-se por fazer uma pesquisa qualitativa, constituindo-se o corpus do trabalho de questionários respondidos por cinco (5) professoras e trinta e um (31) alunos. Com os questionários, buscou-se levantar informações para que se pudesse verificar o gosto e os hábitos de leitura dos alunos da turma pesquisada, dentro e fora da escola, assim como traçar o perfil dos educadores participantes da pesquisa, suas concepções de leitura, suas ações e trato dispensado à leitura em sala de aula. A partir da análise do material coletado junto aos sujeitos da pesquisa, pôde-se perceber que a leitura na escola está sendo vista de forma utilitária e que o trabalho de formação do leitor reduz-se a atividades que acabam chegando a um objetivo inverso daquele ao qual foram dirigidas inicialmente, isto é, acabam afastando a criança da leitura. Percebe-se, também, que quando a mediação é feita de forma lúdica, o aluno não enxerga a leitura como uma obrigação, mas realiza o ato com prazer. / La comprensión de la lectura como un proceso mediado, orientado, impulsado, que involucra aspectos cognitivos que necesitan ser realizado para la formación del lector, y consciente del papel asignado y asumido por la escuela en relación a la lectura, se está llevando a cabo esta investigación, que Su objetivo es analizar la influencia de las actividades recreativas, al hacer mención del juego de rol (Rolle que juega al juego) en el desarrollo del gusto por la lectura. Además, no es la intención de presentar entre las diversas formas de incentivo a la lectura de una posibilidad de actividad que permite diversificar las clases de forma dinámica y agradable, ya que se observa que hay muchos intereses y situaciones que compiten por el espacio de lectura con escuela. la El logro de este objetivo tiene mediante la identificación del jugador y la lectura de los conceptos presentes en el discurso y la práctica de los educadores que trabajan en la escuela y la serie investigado. Como un enfoque metodológico, se optó por realizar una investigación cualitativa, siendo los cuestionarios funcionan corpus respondida por cinco (5) profesores y treinta y un (31) estudiantes. Con los cuestionarios, tratado de recoger información para que pueda verificar los hábitos de sabor y de lectura de los estudiantes de clase investigado, dentro y fuera de la escuela, así como el perfil de la investigación de los educadores participantes, sus concepciones de la lectura, su acciones y trato dado a leer en clase. A partir del análisis del material recogido de los sujetos de investigación, podría darse cuenta de que la lectura en la escuela es vista utilitario, y que la formación de empleo del lector se reduce a las actividades que acaban de llegar a un orden inverso al creado para que fueron dirigidos inicialmente, es decir, lejos del final de la lectura del niño. Es evidente, también, que cuando la mediación se lleva a cabo de una manera lúdica, el estudiante no ver la lectura como una obligación, sino realiza el acto pronto.

Ciberacoso y ajuste psicosocial en la adolescencia

El ciberacoso o cyberbullying es un fenómeno social con consecuencias negativas, que ha surgido en el siglo XXI. Se define como un daño ocasionado sobre los adolescentes a través de las tecnologías, que requiere intencionalidad. A diferencia del acoso tradicional, su conceptualización, antecedentes y consecuentes continúan sin estar consensuados por la comunidad científica, por su novedad. No obstante, el ciberacoso comparte características comunes con el acoso como el dominio-sumisión entre agresor y víctima; y posee otras propias, como la mayor repercusión debido al entorno online y el mayor número de público. En el ámbito educativo, las investigaciones previas han dejado sin resolver multitud de interrogantes y han sido escasos los estudios que han tratado el tema de la percepción del profesorado y las familias en la resolución de conflictos relacionados con ciberacoso. Con el fin de dar respuesta a todos ellos, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar la prevalencia de víctimas, agresores y observadores de acoso cibernético, las diferencias por sexo y curso; y la relación de los tres roles con la inteligencia emocional, la agresividad, la ansiedad social, las metas académicas y el rechazo escolar, en una muestra de 1412 estudiantes de 1º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria a 2º de Bachillerato. Los resultados indican una prevalencia baja en 4º curso de Educación Secundaria y 1º de Bachillerato en todas las conductas; y más alta en 2º y 3º de Educación Secundaria (13 - 15 años). Además, el estudio de las variables confirma diferentes perfiles para los tres roles de implicados. Así, las víctimas y los agresores poseen una menor inteligencia emocional y persecución de metas pero una mayor agresividad física, ansiedad en general y evitación de estímulos así como también de situaciones sociales. Los observadores, por su parte, presentan los mismos rasgos que los agresores y víctimas; pero con la diferencia que poseen menor agresividad física. Los resultados de la regresión logística señalan que las variables principales en la predicción de ciberacoso para los tres roles de implicados son la inteligencia emocional y las metas académicas. Y, en el estudio de la percepción de ciberacoso en los docentes, las profesoras puntúan más alto. En la discusión se marcan direcciones para futuras investigaciones e implicaciones prácticas, que permitan la creación de programas educativos para la atención y prevención del ciberacoso.
