Artificialismus jako specificky český směr mezi dvěma světovými válkami / Artificialism as a specific Czech inter-war style

Bočková, Anežka January 2016 (has links)
Bočková, A.: Artificialism as a specific Czech inter-war style [Diploma thesis] Prague, 2016 - Charles University, Faculty of Education, Department of Art Education. 118 p. This diploma thesis has the character of comparative analysis, which deals with the Artificialism as specific Czech style in the period between two world wars. This work maps its position in the interwar art. It finds resource for a development of art and literary style similar to poetism or the Devetsil association. The poetism brings a new view of the world. The Artificialism is its visual equivalent that provides identification of the painter and poet, or poetry and image, or the topic of memories of memories. The thesis also presents the main and only two members of Artificialism - Styrsky and Toyen, and discusses their work, ideas, practices and theoretical works. I analyse the tensioned relationship between Artificialism and surrealism in the conclusion. The important finding is that artificialism is the original and most peculiar style of the interwar avant-garde, not only an intermediate step between Cubism and Surrealism, as it was presented in last years. On the base of theoretical part there was made the concept of practically proven didactic series, with reference to the Framework Education Programme and to the...

Časová a prostorová variabilita v globálních a regionálních klimatických modelech / Spatiotemporal variability of global and regional climate models

Crhová, Lenka January 2019 (has links)
Title: Spatiotemporal variability of global and regional climate models Author: RNDr. Lenka Crhová Department: Department of Atmospheric Physics Supervisor: RNDr. Eva Holtanová, Ph.D., Department of Atmospheric Physics Abstract: This thesis deals with variability of basic meteorological variables in global and regional climate models (GCMs and RCMs) outputs. Three different approaches were used in order to analyse climate models' ability to represent different aspects of variability of meteorological variables. The temporal variability with focus on its changes during a time and temporal scale components were studied. The relationship between air temperature and precipitation were employed in order to investigate the representation of spatiotemporal variability in climate models. Moreover, the influence of different characteristics of climate model simulations, such as the size of the RCM integration domain or differences between RCM and GCM simulations, were also considered. Two simulations of RCM ALADIN-Climate/CZ with different sizes of integration domain and their driving simulation of GCM ARPÉGE-Climat were used for analysis of the temporal changes in temperature mean and variability and selected simulations of RCMs and GCMs from the EURO-CORDEX and CMIP5 projects were employed for analyses of...

Vztah státu a vybraných OOS v oblasti poskytování paliativní péče v ČR / Relationship between the state and selected NGOs in the field of providing paliative care in the Czech Republic

Cihlová, Klára January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to describe the role of a sample of NGOs in the process of changing the current situation in the field of palliative care in the Czech Republic. The essence of palliative care is to ensure the highest possible quality of life for the patient and his family. The present state of care is not sufficient for the number of palliative beds or home care service teams to meet the needs of an aging Czech population. Almost the exclusive care provider are NGOs, which also take on the role of initiator of a change in the persistent situation. Based on the data from semi-structured interviews with ten respondents, the thesis method of the case study reveals what is causing the unsatisfactory situation, what proposals its solutions civil society offers and what range of means to achieve change.

Blanariu, Adina-Mihaela 08 1900 (has links)
This master’s study in research-creation is twofold. The first part, theoretical, refers to internal forms of fictionalization in documentary cinema, including the city symphonies Man with a Movie Camera (1929) by Dziga Vertov and Amsterdam Global Village (1996) by Johan van der Keuken. The second part, practical, is a Montreal city symphony, YT Remix, conceived as a special form of ekphrasis of the image of the world created by Yves Thériault in his novels. The most common documentary definitions indicate the non-fictional character of this cinematic genre, the absence of professional actors and the presentation of real events. These are, in essence, the principles enunciated by John Grierson in 1932, in First Principles of Documentary. In practice, we find that most major documentary works demonstrate the precarious boundaries between fiction and documentation of the real. As noted by Jean-Luc Godard, "All great fiction films tend towards the documentary just as all great documentaries tend toward fiction" (1985, p. 14). The possibility of fiction to reveal the truth is evoked at the end of the (fake) documentary F for Fake (1975). Quoting Picasso, Orson Welles concludes: "Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth." Johan van der Keuken, the filmmaker who has influenced us the most in the choice of our creation strategy (and to whom we devote a chapter in our master's thesis), has also addressed the question of the purity of cinematic genres. In an interview for the Cahiers du cinéma (1978), he considered the opposition between documentary and fiction as one of the biggest challenges he faced during film festivals registrations. In the same interview, the Dutch director stated that "every movie with a consciously elaborated form is, in fact, fiction" (Daney and Fargier 1978, p. 19). Thus, one of the leading questions in conducting our research-creation is about the accuracy of definition, rather reductionist, which excludes all fiction traces in documentaries.

Komunikace začínajícího učitele na prvním stupni ZŠ / Communication of a beginning primary school teacher

Kubenová, Karolína January 2021 (has links)
The main aim of the theoretical part is to define the term 'beginning teacher' and to describe the forms of support which a fresh graduate can use when he starts his teaching practice. Furthermore, I focus on communication and cooperation of a teacher and a parent and I offer reasons for their realization. In the end of the theoretical part, I describe parent - teacher conference and consultations teacher - parent - pupil in Step by step. The aim of the empiric part was to assess the interviews with the beginning primary school teachers in ZŠ Angel and some parents. The structured interview was focused on to what extent the beginning teachers felt prepared for the parent - teacher conference, what support which was given to them was the most appreciated, what a teacher needs to deal with in connection with the parent - teacher conference and consultations teacher - parent - pupil. Then I try to find out what challenges are the beginning teachers facing in connection with leading the parent - teacher conference and consultations teacher - parent - pupil, what has worked after realization of the parent - teacher conference and consultations teacher - parent - pupil and what the teachers see as the main advantages and disadvantages of the consultations teacher - parent - pupil in comparison with the...

Spiritualita přítomnosti: k významu díla R. Voillauma / Spirituality of Presence: the Significance of R. Voillaume's Work

Jajtner, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
English abstract The present dissertation Spirituality of Presence: the Significance of R. Voillaume s Work focuses on the life and work of R. Voillaume (1905-2003). His work is understood as spirituality of presence , or to be more precise of double presence: presence to God and presence to man. After the introductory part dealing with Voillaume s life, historical context and a survey of his work, the dissertation continues with an analysis of his literary work. The main theme is a relecture of Foucauld s spirituality of Nazareth in the light of the mentioned concept of presence: the hidden and silent presence in the midst of men refers not only to the significance of hidden life in Catholic spirituality, it also points out to the deep openness to the situation of modern man and to the search of an authentic Christian life as a life of presence trying to make the life of faith accessible to a contemporary man in a creative and nonconformist way. The conclusion puts Foucauldian spirituality (whose main interpreter is R. Voillaume) into the context of Catholic spirituality and confronts his spirituality of presence with the findings of biblical theology. Theoretically, the dissertation combines personalistic and systematic approaches. Voillaume s work is understood as a major manifestation of Catholic...

Novel biobased epoxy networks derived from renewable resources : Structure-property relationships / Novel biobased epoxy networks derived from renewable resources : Structure-property relationships

Chrysanthos, Marie 21 June 2012 (has links)
In recent years, bio-based polymers derived from renewable resources have become increasingly important as sustainable and eco-efficient products which can replace the products based on petrochemical-derived stocks. The objective of our work was to develop novel bio-based reactive systems suitable for high performance composite materials especially epoxy systems. The most commonly used starting monomer to formulate epoxy networks is the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A, DGEBA, derived from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. Bio-based epichlorohydrin is commercially available. So the challenge to obtain a fully bio-based epoxy prepolymer is to replace bisphenol A by a bio-based precursor. Another interest for replacing bisphenol A by a bio-based precursor is that bisphenol A has been known to have estrogenic properties. In this study, we studied different bio-based epoxy systems and compared them to a classical DGEBA based system using, in a first step, isophorone diamine (IPD) as conventional curing agent. Bio-based epoxy prepolymers were derived from natural sugars, sorbitol and isosorbide respectively. Sorbitol polyglycidyl ether is available commercially, while isosorbide diglycidyl ether was synthesized either via conventional epoxidation (i.e. using epichlorohydrin) or via the diallyl isosorbide intermediate. Another bio-based epoxy prepolymer was derived from cardanol and is also a commercial product. Chemical structure of the bio-based epoxy prepolymers were analyzed by different analytical methods, gelation and crosslinking reactions were studied using rheological measurements and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. Properties of the cured networks were evaluated using dynamic mechanical analysis and thermo gravimetric analysis. Influence of the bio-based epoxy prepolymer structure on the system properties as well as the influence of the crosslinking agent structure (either derived from renewable resources or bio-based ones) was discussed. Water absorption of the bio-based networks was also studied.

[en] INTENTION TO ADOPT MOBILE GOVERNMENT TECHNOLOGIES BY THE BRAZILIAN CITIZEN / [pt] INTENÇÃO ADOÇÃO DE TECNOLOGIAS DE MOBILE GOVERNMENT PELO CIDADÃO BRASILEIRO

JORDANA DUARTE BROCK 25 May 2020 (has links)
[en] This study aims to understand the information and communication technologies (ICT) adoption background, specifically related to electronic mobile devices in the context of their application in the provision of public services to Brazilian citizens and their relationship with the State. To this end, the research sought to develop an unprecedented model of adopting innovations based on the Innovation Diffusion Model (Rogers, 2003), adding constructs adapted to the context of the citizen s relationship with the Brazilian government. Based on the theory, hypotheses that explore which factors are capable of impacting the general attitude of adoption were formulated. The proposed model, was subjected to a cross-sectional survey, resulting in 666 valid records from a convenience sample. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). They confirm most of the hypotheses formulated and present significant relationships between the constructs relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, convenience, quality of service, trust in the government and intention to adopt in the general attitude of adoption, suggesting that the proposed model represents an advance in understanding the factors that influence the Brazilian citizen general attitude of adoption related to m-government.
