Portraits de dévots, pratiques religieuses et expérience spirituelle dans la peinture des anciens Pays-Bas (1400-1550)

Présent dès les premiers siècles du Moyen Âge et ce, jusqu'au XVIIe siècle au moins, le portrait de dévot (ou portrait dévotionnel) connaît à la fin du Moyen Âge un succès sans précédent et ce, particulièrement dans la peinture des anciens Pays-Bas. Alors qu'il était jusque-là essentiellement réservé aux princes et aux souverains, il connaît désormais une diffusion large. Nobles, bourgeois et membres du clergé désirent laisser une trace de leur piété et de leur passage sur terre. Par leur présence dans limage, ils expriment leur dévotion, demandent la protection d'un saint et s'efforcent d'assurer leur salut dans l'au-delà. Ainsi s'expliquent la multiplication et la diversification des peintures religieuses comportant un ou plusieurs portraits de personnes agenouillées les mains jointes. D'un point de vue culturel, l'intérêt de cette production picturale réside dans le fait que la représentation des dévots, qui lisaient et appliquaient les préceptes de la littérature dévotionnelle et mystique, peut être perçue comme une « mise en image » des pratiques religieuses et de lexpérience spirituelle telle quelles étaient vécues à l'époque. Composée de deux parties, la thèse envisage de manière systématique et exhaustive les modes de représentation du portrait dévotionnel dans la peinture religieuse des anciens Pays- Bas entre 1400 et 1550 et leurs significations dans le contexte religieux de l'époque. Ce corpus duvres forme un ensemble vaste et hétérogène, auquel il serait vain de vouloir appliquer une clé interprétative unique. Cest pourquoi, dans un premier temps, nous avons ouvert le champ de nos investigations de la manière la plus large possible, afin doffrir une vue densemble complète des modalités dintégration des portraits dans la composition religieuse. Ensuite, le second temps de notre travail a requis une mise au point serrée sur une problématique précise. Il sest alors agi détudier les dimensions spirituelles de ces tableaux. Préalablement à ces démarches analytiques et interprétatives, un catalogue des peintures religieuses comportant des portraits de dévots a été établi. Il comprend 663 entrées. Les peintures religieuses comportant des portraits dévotionnels sont des images particulières, mêlant éléments sacrés et profanes. De ce fait, elles appellent une étude rendant justice à leur double nature.Nous avons ainsi développé une méthode danalyse de ces images qui tient compte de leurs aspects tant iconographiques que formels. Le corpus des oeuvres a ainsi été classé selon une typologie qui prend en compte la localisation des portraits dans la structure matérielle de loeuvre (sur lavers ou le revers des volets, sur le même panneau que la scène religieuse ou dans des diptyques), le type de scène religieuse devant laquelle les portraits apparaissent (scène narrative ou scène hiératique) et la présence ou non de saints patrons qui présentent les dévots. Basée sur cette typologie, la première partie de la thèse consiste en un panorama complet des différentes modalités dintégration des portraits dans la composition religieuse. Elle se compose de cinq chapitres. Létude typologique du corpus a non seulement permis de mettre en évidence la variété des formules dintégration des dévots dans la composition, mais aussi la répartition déséquilibrée des oeuvres au sein des catégories danalyse. Dans la seconde partie de la thèse (composée de trois chapitres), notre approche du portrait dévotionnel a consisté à déterminer comment les tableaux pouvaient être utilisés comme support et comme « mises en image » du processus spirituel des personnes représentées en prière. Pour ce faire, nous avons mis à profit les acquis des étapes préalables de mon travail et nous les avons enrichis en confrontant les images avec la littérature dévotionnelle et mystique contemporaine. Comme la thèse le montre, les implications spirituelles du portrait dévotionnel sont vastes : le tableau se présente comme un intermédiaire entre le dévot et les saints à qui il adresse ses prières. De la sorte, limage matérialise, annonce voire idéalise la rencontre entre le fidèle et le Christ, entre le monde visible de lici-bas et le monde invisible de lau-delà. Non seulement elle rend présents aux yeux du spectateur léternel et linvisible, mais elle permet également au dévot dentrer physiquement dans limage, de manière à montrer picturalement la perfection spirituelle quil atteint.

「僑生回國升學」是中華民國建國至今一貫進行的政策,也是政府遷台後獲致成效的一項政策性工作。僑生政策之實施,使清寒的華人子女亦有機會獲得高等教育的機會,其意義尤值重視。臺灣與海外各國實質關係之中,馬來西亞華人社會與臺灣的關係最為密切。五十多年來,來台僑生數量以馬來西亞地區居全球之冠,渠等返回僑居地後多數成為馬來西亞社會各界之菁英,成為當地華人在政經文教上的有力資源;也是臺灣現今在當地最大的友我力量。因此,馬來西亞的華文教育殊為僑生政策中最為成功的一個例子。本研究聚焦於探討馬來西亞華文教育發展史中,臺灣在其中扮演的角色,以及所發揮的歷史影響。臺灣的華僑教育在相關研究中,多著重於政府政策的制定與形成,較少關注其影響或支援的對象──華僑華人所居國的華文教育;而馬來西亞國內的華文教育在研究上則面對主客觀環境限制之下,又多著重在華文教育在本土與當地政府之間的抗爭關係。這使得臺灣和馬來西亞華文教育之間在華僑或華文教育上的互動關係,鮮少被論述之。因此,本論文企圖補充臺灣在馬來西亞華文教育的關鍵聯繫(Vital Link)──僑生政策,期以填補雙方的歷史。 / “Overseas Chinese Students back to their homeland for studies” is the persistent policy carried out by the Taiwan authority, this is also a successful policy since the KMT government shifted to Taiwan. The implementation of this policy is to create opportunity for the underprivileged Chinese students pursuing their higher education, the significance is regarded. Among all the relationships with foreign nationalities, Malaysia Chinese society and Taiwan is intimately related. For the past fifty years, of all the numbers of overseas Chinese students, Malaysia ranked the first. After returning to their residing country, becoming the elites from all sectors and, also becoming the most powerful resources in the local Chinese community. Which implies that, they strengthen the friendship with Taiwan as well. Hence, the Malaysia Chinese education under this policy is the most successful example. This research mainly pinpoints on the role play and historical influence of Taiwan on the developing history of Malaysia Chinese education. The related study mainly emphasizes on the formulation of government policy and formation, sparsely concerns its impact or support of the residing local Chinese education. Under the subjective and objective environmental restrictions, the study focuses on the confrontation between the local Chinese education and local government. It is rarely been discussed the interaction in the overseas Chinese education between Malaysia and Taiwan. Therefore, this paper attempts to add the history of Taiwan‘s “overseas students policy” as a Vital Link for Malaysia Chinese education.

Berättelser om oro och om änglar i skolan : Vårdnadshavares levda erfarenhet av att ha ett barn i grundsärskola och i gymnasiesärskola

Abstract The aim of this study is to contribute knowledge of guardian´s experience of having a child in compulsory- and upper secondary school for learning disabilities. Research questions: How do guardians describe their lived experience of the phenomenon of having a child placed in the compulsory- and upper secondary school for learning disabilities? How do guardians describe the relationship between home and school? Research indicates a multifaceted complexity characterized by high level of stress among guardians of children diagnosed with intellectual disabilities (ID). Attitudes from the society in whole towards people with ID have a major impact. My study has a phenomenologically inspired approach, that aims to access and understand the phenomenon by addressing the source, the guardians. I have interviewed three guardians and learned stories from their existential worlds. They show faith in school, but also anxiety from complex situations that they are faced with. It is important that teachers in schools for pupils with ID are aware of these feelings when meeting the guardians, since they are important to build good cooperative relationships between school and home. Successfulness is based on good relationships and for this to occur, an understanding of the situations of the guardians is required. Forskningsfrågor: Hur beskriver vårdnadshavare sin levda erfarenhet av fenomenet att ha sitt barn placerat i grundsärskolan och gymnasiesärskolan? Hur beskriver vårdnadshavare relationen mellan hem och skola? Forskning visar på en mångfasetterad komplexitet som kännetecknas av en hög stressnivå hos vårdnadshavare till barn med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning (IF). Omgivningens inställning till personer med IF har stor påverkan. Min studie har en fenomenologiskt inspirerad ansats vilket syftar till att förstå fenomenet genom att gå till källan, vårdnadshavarna. Jag har intervjuat tre vårdnadshavare och tagit del av berättelser från deras livsvärldar. I deras berättelser visar sig en tillit till skolan men också starka känslor i form av oro, frustration och komplexa situationer att förhålla sig till. Detta tolkar jag som en form av stress. Dessa känslor och erfarenheter behöver speciallärare i grundsärskolan och gymnasiesärskolan vara medvetna om i mötet med vårdnadshavare. Dessa möten är en viktig komponent som bygger samarbetet mellan hem och skola. Ett bra samarbete grundar sig i goda relationer och för att dessa ska uppstå krävs en förståelse för vårdnadshavarens situation. Entendendo que essa variável é um fator crítico para o desenvolvimento e desempenho sustentável das pequenas e médias empresas, esse estudo de caso se propõe a analisar o modelo de gestão de pessoas aplicado nas pequenas e médias empresas1 do setor de calçados no Brasil. O método utilizado foi aplicação de pesquisa por meio de entrevistas, junto aos funcionários de um grupo de pequenas e médias empresas, utilizando-se como base de comparação a mesma aplicação em uma empresa de grande porte do mesmo setor. Os resultados estatísticos auferidos a partir da técnica de comparação de médias e análise fatorial evidenciam que há coerência entre as bases teóricas e as assertivas que integram o instrumento utilizado para avaliar a população estudada. Observou – se a existência de influência e relação positiva entre as variáveis analisadas e um comportamento distinto entre PMEs e GDE empresa.

Tertullianus se kerkbegrip word vanuit twee perspektiewe belig. Eerstens vanuit 'n Katolieke, met 'n fokus op die fundering van die ware kerk en die mag van die kerk om sondes te kan vergewe. Tweedens vanuit 'n Montanistiese, wat die def iniering van die ware kerk en die mag van die kerk om sondes te kan vergewe eksklusief geestelik begrond. Tertullian's ecclesiology is highlighted from two different perspectives. Firstly from a Catholic view, with the focus on the fundamentals of the true church, and the authority and power of the church to forgive sins. Secondly, a Montanist view is proposed, which defines the true church, and the power it yields in forgiving sins, as being exclusively spiritual in nature. Chapter two describes the environment in which Cyprian worked. This includes a biography of Cyprian, as well as the African religion and people. Secondly the European influence is shown on Cyprian's ecclesiology. The influence exerted by the Roman state model is also clearly seen. The major influence though, was exercised by the Roman church model, on account of the dynamics of the Roman church. Chapter three describes Cyprian's ecclesiology. The tension between the church as institute and the church of the Spirit is revealed in a discussion on the episcopacy; the significance of the bishop; Cyprian's view on authority and his perspective on the primacy. Cyprian's biblical connection, as well as the two historical lines, namely the Pauline and Petrine lines, put his salus extra ecclesiam non est pronouncement in perspective. ecclesiology the unity of Cyprian's view is primarily that of a of the Spirit. The comprehension of the profession and the concepts of health illness, and patient, are also needed for the physical therapists to consider their intervention on a more extended basis than only on the rehabilitation one. The purpose of this study is to investigate the comprehension of the last year´s Physical therapy students from a private University in São Paulo about health illness, patient, Physical therapy and the relationship between physical therapist and their patients, associating the understanding to the existent health models. In order to achieve these objectives it uses authors of the Health Psychology who defend the biopsychosocial approach, and also authors of Physical therapy and Medicine who write about the models for graduation curriculae of health professionals. Ten semi-structured interviews were led with students, asking about the subjects of the study. The results were analyzed qualitatively, using the construction of analysis categories to answer the objectives of the research. In conclusion, the students noticed some phsychological and social aspects of patients, but not in a clear way and in most of the students, this knowledge was adquired outside the University. Eventhough, the topics on humanities are included in their course, but at the time of the graduation, students don´t reach the objectives of a human comprehension of patient, and oscillate between the biomedical and biopsychosocial model / A visão biopsicossocial de homem é de fundamental importância para que os fisioterapeutas sejam capazes de atuar com seus pacientes, de forma global, sem focar a atenção apenas à doença, mas sim à pessoa doente. A compreensão acerca da profissão e dos conceitos de saúde-doença e paciente, também se faz necessária para que esses profissionais possam considerar sua intervenção num âmbito mais amplo do que a reabilitação. O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar a compreensão que os alunos do último ano de Fisioterapia de uma Universidade privada de São Paulo têm sobre saúde-doença, paciente, Fisioterapia e relacionamento fisioterapeuta-paciente e como associam estas compreensões aos modelos de saúde existentes. Para isso toma por base autores da Psicologia da Saúde que defendem uma visão biopsicossocial de homem, assim como autores da Fisioterapia e Medicina que escrevem sobre os modelos adotados nos currículos de formação dos profissionais da saúde. Foram realizadas 10 entrevistas semi-dirigidas com os alunos, apresentando questões a respeito dos temas em questão. Os resultados foram analisados de forma qualitativa através da construção de categorias de análise visando responder aos objetivos da pesquisa. Conclui-se que os alunos percebem alguns aspectos psicológicos e sociais do paciente, mas não de forma clara e, na maioria dos casos, este conhecimento se dá através de conhecimentos que não foram adquiridos na Universidade. Esta, apesar de fornecer os conteúdos para a formação mais humana do fisioterapeuta, não alcança os objetivos ao final do curso, já que os alunos oscilam entre os modelos biomédico e biopsicossocial

The work deals with the constitutional protection of freedom of conscience , religion and autonomy of churches and religious societies (hereinafter Freedoms). The work defines the concept and sources of cofession law . The work defines a framework of constitutional freedoms set out in Articles 15 and 16 of the Charter . The fact that the confession law is not purely theoretical discipline , even in its constitutionally level, is best evident in the next chapter of this work, which deals with the case law of the Constitutional Court concerning Articles 15 and 16 of the Charter . The Essentials focus of this work was to collect and capture the basic content of the decision of the Constitutional Court , in which the above-mentioned articles of the Charter were applied. Decision are arranged according to their content and through their interpretations suggestions for improvements to the existing legislation.are made.

These characteristics probably are related to the existence of a school in 1901, initially as Lyceu and in 1929, as Ginásio Mineiro, headed by idealistic teacher Salathiel de Almeida. The school, like Colégio Pedro II, is one of the oldest institutions of secondary education in Brazil. Renowned writers, politicians and artists have studied and teach there. It was the scene of numerous artistic and cultural events, and its history has seen closely the Brazilian political changes in the first half of the twentieth Century. Salathiel was recognized by the philosopher Jackson de Figueiredo, who drew Muzambinho of Athens of the South of Minas, and Salathiel of the greatest educator of his time. This work is about the History of Brazilian Education in the Old Republic and Vargas Age, seen by a Maths educator perspective, and its relationship with politics, and it sets Muzambinho as an example of town marked by the story of a school. The work, done as Cultural History, is used mainly to primary sources and describes the history of the school and Muzambinho from 1901 to 1951, and also their inter-relations with the Brazilian educational policy and legislation.

Traz a discussão sobre a educação na perspectiva de desenvolvimento humano, caracterizada pela multidimensionalidade atribuída ao processo de emancipação do ser humano para superação das condições de vulnerabilidades presentes na pobreza. Discute os eventos de cursos de vida com ênfase na escolaridade, conjugalidade, maternidade e trabalho: os ingressos, as descontinuidades e os reingressos das mulheres entrevistadas nas escolas, bem como o papel assumido nas famílias e na sociedade. A pesquisa foi aplicada em uma escola pública municipal de Ensino Fundamental I, na periferia de Salvador, no ano de 2015, tendo como critério a seleção de três famílias em cujo seio no mínimo duas gerações de mulheres tenham estudado e, atualmente, cujos filhos (terceira geração) estejam efetivamente matriculados. A abordagem metodológica utilizada foi a qualitativa, através do estudo de casos, com base na técnica das histórias de vida, utilizando como instrumento para coleta de dados o diário de campo e entrevistas, além das observações in loco. Esta investigação longitudinal envolveu pesquisadora e pesquisados em local e tempo específicos e pôde observar variações e características desenvolvidas nesses sujeitos através do processo de escolarização, bem como as mudanças nas famílias e na sociedade que emergiram nesse processo. Os principais resultados revelam o reconhecimento da chefia feminina para estes três casos, mesmo havendo em dois deles a presença do homem. A gravidez adolescente destas mães foi identificada como o mais importante fator para o abandono escolar, apesar dos incentivos e apoio aos estudos por parte de suas genitoras. Entretanto, seus filhos atualmente frequentam a escola, vivendo um contexto de erradicação do trabalho infantil, tiveram o ingresso na escola na idade correta e lá permanecem, com poucas interrupções. Essas famílias reconhecem a aquisição dos livros, dos materiais didáticos e do fardamento, hoje assegurados por políticas educacionais, como grandes avanços. São evidentes a valorização e o investimento das mães no estudo dos filhos, o que se contrapõe à concepção de que famílias pobres não valorizam a educação. Ao contrário, a pesquisa concluiu que as famílias utilizam os estudos como base para investir seus recursos e constroem altas expectativas de ascensão e acesso a novas oportunidades no trabalho e vida social, apesar da necessidade de subsistência e vulnerabilidades observadas. Entretanto, alguns aspectos relacionados à flexibilidade e à comunicação entre os agentes escolares e as famílias, diretamente relacionados às normas do regimento interno escolar, surgem como fatos questionados pelas entrevistadas que se tornaram obstáculos à participação da família na comunidade educativa, por meio da qual as oportunidades de realização de projetos futuros de ascensão social poderiam se concretizar. / This research analyzed the meanings and values, expectations, experiences and educational practices of successive generations (three women and their mothers) concerning about the relationship between school and family, taking into account the social mobility aspirations of the researched people, through each individual’s life course analysis. This study discusses education in human development perspective, characterized by multidimensionality attributed to human emancipation process in order to overcome the conditions of vulnerabilities present in poverty. This research also discusses some life course events with an emphasis on education, marital, maternity and work: the admissions, discontinuities and readmissions of the women interviewed in schools, as well as the role played in families and in society. The survey was conducted in a municipal public school of Ensino Fundamental I, on the outskirts of Salvador, in 2015, taking as criteria the selection of three families within which at least two generations of women have studied and, currently, whose children (third generation) are effectively enrolled. The methodological approach used was qualitative, based on case studies, by means of the technique of life stories, using as a tool for data collection a field diary and interviews, in addition to observations in loco. This longitudinal study brought together researcher and researched in specific place and time and could notice variations and characteristics developed in these subjects through the education process, as well as the changes in families and in society that emerged in this process. The main results show the recognition of female leadership in these three cases, even with a presence of a man in two of them. Teen pregnancy of these mothers was identified as the most important factor for school leavers, despite all support given by their mothers. However, their children are currently attending school, living in a context of eradication of child labor and was admitted in school at the right and stay there, despite of a few periods of absence. These families recognize as major advances the acquisition of books in general, schoolbooks and uniforms, today provided by educational policies. It’s evident how much mothers valorize and invest in children’s study, which goes against the idea that poor families do not value education. Instead, the research concludes that families use the studies as a basis for investing their resources and build high expectations of rise and access to new opportunities in work and social life, despite the need for subsistence and observed vulnerabilities. However, some aspects related to the flexibility and communication between school officials and families, directly related to the school bylaws standards, emerge as complains by the respondents, who argue they have become obstacles to family participation in the educational community, through which opportunities realization of future projects for social mobility could be realized.

of the diploma thesis The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of historical development of system of education in a particular region in the context of historical influences. The thesis is formally divided into two parts. The first is descriptive and deals with the process of formation of elementary schools from their historical origins untill the first half of 19th century. Particular attention is devoted to essential education reforms and to socio- economical status of teachers. The second part of the thesis focuses on the history of local schools in Závratec and its surroundigs between 1820 and 1918. With the application of microanalytical method, there is a description of particular social situations and historical contexts of the establishment and development of one of the elementary schools.
