Duomenų bazės schemos SQL aprašo generavimas funkcinių reikalavimų specifikacijos pagrindu / Generation SQL Definition of Database Schema Using Functional Requirements SpecificationKekys, Aleksas 27 May 2005 (has links)
The data modeling phase is one of the main phases in automated system development methods. Usually data modeling is separated as independent process which success and robustness depends largely on the intuition and experience of the data analyst. This can become problematic when IS database is being designed for large scale IS. To solve this type of problems it’s proposed to accomplish data modeling phase not as a separate, poorly with the generic modeling process connected part but as one of the fundamental system development phases. Functional Requirements Specification Method is proposed for this matter. This methods main idea is to build database model according to user requirements for the functionality of the system being developed. The purpose of this work is to present a process intended for building a entity relationship diagram from the analysed functional requirements specification metamodel and generation of the SQL DDL script (relational schema) from that model. The presented model will be implemented as one of the CASE tool modules specified for the database modeling and SQL DDL script generation. Implemented tool will be verified and it’s correctness will be experimentally approved.

Macromedia Flash ir XML technologijų jungimas naudojant objektinį programavimą / Macromedia Flash and XML technology integration using object oriented programmingBartauskaitė, Simona 05 June 2006 (has links)
Todays modern man doesn even imagine his life without computer. Since first personal computer was created, software architect companys, such as „Microsoft“, „Apple“ and others are trying to create more functional, easy to use and effective operating systems or software. When building internet applications, Macromedia Flash gives more flexibility ant functionality than Visual Basic, C or even Java. Programming process in Action script 2.0 became very convenient , easy and fully object orriented. With each new Flash version, designers are trying to create more convenient and functionall programming language. With Action script 2.0, Macromedia is trying to rival the proffessional application languages. This programming language ensures programming comfort and functionality. My primary task is to create action script application that reads all data from xml documents. The system mus work in internet. It has to work directly in web browser for maximum convenience. The administration of the program is very simple and straight forward. Even unexpierenced user must lightly understand and use all application possibilities. System requirements: Application must be very simple to use All buttons and picks must be obvious even for unexpierenced users System must be stable System must have a good protection on copying data System must be available in internet.

Rašto ir vaizdo vienybė kaip pradinių klasių mokinių raštingumo skatinimo priemonė / Identity of script and picture as stimulant of literacy for primary school pupilsDobrovolskytė, Renata 24 September 2008 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The meaning of script does not have any doubts to a human. The records of writing create the history and give it to future generations. Only the written records are able to prove the validity of our guess about the future, they show the way which different generations and all humanity in different spheres of culture went.
Script passed several parts of development- pictographic and ideographic, syllabic and literal. First part- pictography means assorted and structured image of the picture by which some event is expressed. Teaching writing the lower class students this part is very important- they want to draw and are able to do it, so there are a lot of methodological books designated to the children of this age. In these books every letter of the alphabet is smartly drawn, poems are assigned to each letter, often it is tried to associate it with some thing well known to infants. It shows that the knowledge of the pictography is incomparable means which stimulates children to write.
The aim of the research: to reveal the influence of the knowledge of the pictography to the literacy of the lower class students.
The object of the research: the literacy of the lower classes.
The hypothesis of the research: the children of the lower class master writing better when it is taught together with the visuals.
The aims of the research: to overlook the artistic, pedagogical, psychological literature of the chosen theme, to give the most general drafts of the systems of the script... [to full text]

Élaboration et validation d'un test de concordance de script pour évaluer le raisonnement clinique d'infirmières en contexte de détérioration clinique en milieu hospitalier / Development and validation of an instrument to assess clinical reasoning of nurses caring for in-hospital patients in the context of deteriorationCôté, Sarah January 2014 (has links)
Des études restent à faire pour déterminer si le TCS permet de déceler l’effet d’interventions éducatives.||Abstract: Hospitalised patients may present warning signs of clinical deterioration that are not always detected or well interpreted leading to preventable heart attack, intensive care unit transfer or even death. In order to recognize clinical signs of deterioration, nurses must have well developed clinical reasoning skills. Assessing nurse's clinical reasoning skills in situations of clinical deterioration could help to identify difficulties associated with the detection of its signs. At the present time no such tool for this purpose exists. Script concordance test (SCT) is a tool used to assess clinical reasoning that could be constructed for this purpose. This methodological study aims to develop a SCT to assess nurse's clinical reasoning in situations of clinical deterioration as well as to validate its psychometrics qualities, its validity, its reliability and the appreciation of the SCT. A SCT of 22 clinical situations (88 items) was developed. It was then completed by 47 nurses who were students undergoing their bachelor of nursing studies and by 21 expert nurses. Twelve students took the SCT twice to establish a test re-test. The SCT demonstrated good psychometrics qualities. After optimization, it had 20 clinical situations and 68 items. The SCT had a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.76. The study of temporal stability demonstrated a moderate intra-class correlation coefficient of 0.554 (p < 0.05). Content validity generated indices of 0.99 both for relevance and clarity of the entire tool. TCS has also distinguished a statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of nurses (p < 0.01) and a positive linear relationship between mean scores and clinical expertise (p < 0.01). Finally, its overall appreciation is good. This study has made it possible to measure nurses' clinical reasoning skills in situations of in-hospital clinical deterioration using a reliable, valid and appreciated SCT. Other studies are needed to see if the SCT can detect the effect of educative interventions.

Theatre As Curriculum to Practice VulnerabilityClement, Colleen 20 May 2014 (has links)
This dissertation documents a doctoral endeavor to explore both the potential of theatre as a means to enable students to practice vulnerability and the potential curricular impact of such a practice, using an in-depth narrative study of six theatre and drama for the young specialists. The researcher attempts to gain understanding and create a discourse on the vulnerability of the every-student as a curricular concern as well as make a connection to the potential of theatre as a means to practice navigating vulnerability. This not only involves a reconsideration of the term vulnerability to be seen as a path to strength, but also a reconsideration of educator responsibilities. The researcher sought stories of the everyday vulnerabilities that a student might encounter during school and specifically did not seek stories of vulnerabilities from extreme or exceptional traumatic events. While this study does not produce specific curriculum planning, it yields a better understanding of the concept of vulnerability, including the acknowledgment that practicing navigating vulnerability and practicing vulnerability can be accepted as useful terminology in educational pursuits.
A key component of the research is the development of a Métissage Circle Theatre Script entitled “To Practice Vulnerability?” as a method of data analysis and research dissemination. It is the researcher’s intent that this script be available for readings by non-actors at school board meetings, parent-teacher meetings, teacher organizations, departments of education, theatre and drama organizations, theatre artist groups, and educational policy decision-makers. The script gently invites readers to begin to explore, ask questions, and discuss the educational possibilities, and provides a low-risk opportunity to navigate the vulnerability experienced when simply encountering the very subject of our own vulnerability. / Graduate / 0727 / 0465 / cclement@uvic.ca

A script development model for the creation of computer games / Cecile van ZylVan Zyl, Cecile January 2008 (has links)
The concept of game development has traditionally not implemented the skills of professional writers to develop the scripts for a computer game. However, due to the growth in complexity and size of the computer game development process, as well as the growing teams of people involved in the development of computer games, the need to employ skilled writers has emerged in modern computer game development.
It has, however, become clear that the role of the writer within the collaborative game development process is still ill-defined. And therefore, the writer who wishes to start writing for the games industry, is faced with a great deal of obstacles. It was therefore deemed necessary to develop a script development model for the creation of computer games that can assist the writer of a computer game by means of thorough guidance. The aim of this research project is therefore to develop such a model.
The first step towards the establishment of a script development model, would be to determine the position of the writer in the collaborative game production communication process. In order to establish this, a communication model was developed for the communication process of the computer game development process, based on Roman Jakobson's communication model.
After the position of the writer in the communication process was established, a game development model was developed to determine the position of the writer within the entire game development process. This was done so that the functions and responsibilities of the writer - within a greater collaborative development process - could be determined. This model was developed based on existing software development models, as well as two different models from the games industry that focus on different aspects within the game development process.
With the position, functions and responsibilities of the writer determined, it was possible to postulate a script development model for the creation of computer games. This model was developed with an emphasis on the game context, creative strategies and analytical frameworks available to the writer. Furthermore guidelines were provided on the actual scripting of the computer game script, based on elements from drama theory.
To test the script development model, a non-functional prototype (thin-slice) computer game script was developed based on the Fritz Deelman-series (Leon Rousseau). The script development model was used as guideline to establish whether the script development model could in future be used to develop a full-scale, implementable computer game script. / Thesis (M.A. (Afrikaans and Dutch))--North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2008.
