Pettersson, Ann, Marklund, Niklas January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this study has been to examine if an implementation of a One Stop Shop in the public sector and its IT-support can serve as a motor for business development. By examine the relation between the One Stop Shop and the public administrations we have tried to answer this question. The municipality that we have examined underwent a big change, seven years ago, when they implemented a One Stop Shop including a IT-support called Flexite. But despite these seven years and the fact that Flexite has changed approach from a Case Management System to a Support System for Business Development the municipality have not adapted to this change.

Betalsystem på webben för utvecklaren / Payment online for the developer

Elwing, Malin January 2009 (has links)
This report deals with online Payment Service Providers (PSPs) from the developer's point of view. Two companies that were in or in close connection to the process of developing a web shop were interviewed and compared to the suppöy of payment options at a number of different payment PSPs. The interviews has shown a result which is probable that a new developer will get in contact with in the beginning. The position could be either as a web developer or as an owner of a web shop. It was also possible to establish that there were a number of PSPs suitable for different levels of knowledge within the field. Professional help such as advices and implementation is not necessary in order to be able to set up a relatively advanced web shop.

Business plan for a shaved ice shop in el salvador

Gamero, Maria Unknown Date (has links)
This business plan has been developed to determinate the feasibility of establishing the company Icy mix in El Salvador as an option for ice dessert. This will be different from what is currently on the market, since it is a product in between shaved ice and ice cream, more known as the Taiwanese shaved snow ice; however, it´s considered to be under the shaved ice industry. Currently in El Salvador, this industry is not yet developed, since there are not many formal companies that sell this product and them don´t have much awareness in the market, the main familiar to consumers are the push-cart vendors on the streets, which are not easy to find, because they are constantly moving in the search for clients. This represents an opportunity for the company to enter the market with an organized plan, using as an advantage the weather in the country, which average is between 28 to 22 Celsius degrees in the internal plateau. The business will consist in a food shop located in a middle and upper class mall of the country, where consumers will buy the product to takeaway. After doing the research, we are confident that Icy mix will be a popular choice for consumers who are interested in having a healthy option of ice or frozen dessert, looking to cool off and enjoy a delicious treat.

Modélisation du processus de pilotage d'un atelier en temps réel à l'aide de la simulation en ligne couplée à l'exécution / Decision-making aid for production activity control in production by the integration of manufacturing executive system and online discrete event simulation

Mirdamadi, Samieh 17 June 2009 (has links)
This research work highlights the interest of online simulation as a decision support tool. This tool is focused on workshop control in relation with real time and short-term events. Online simulation enables to analyze and compare scenarios affecting the production, such as failures or unexpected orders. Moreover online simulation allows a very short term projection in the future in order to quantify the consequences of some unexpected event: we call it projection simulation. Finally, online simulation is helpful to choose the solution that will reduce the impact of a critical event, through the simulation of several scenarios. To conclude, online simulation is one the most interesting decision support tool in workshop piloting. However, there are few industrial applications in manufacturing systems. The first part of this research work introduces the overall context of production system management. The different generic functions of controlling the production, the modes of piloting and the evolutions of workshop are detailed. We also explain piloting typologies according to their reactivity. In the second part, we study the existing software tools used in industry for the operation of production, and support tools that ensure optimal compliance in regard to the objectives. After a preliminary work on the offline simulation, we propose to couple an online simulation tool with a type MES delivery tool in order to control the production process in real time. A modeling approach using two complementary approaches, an analytical one and simulation, is then introduced. The objective of the third part is to emphasize the use of online flow simulation to assist in operating a production process. Thus we model the process in real time to describe the required functions. Therefore we try out different strategies of use of online simulators, through one or two models and several methods of using these models. Online simulation then provides realistic information on the short-term consequences of an event, as well as on the different ways of correcting the scenarios. To convince industry of the relevance of online simulation, the fourth part presents practical solutions to the specifications and requirements previously stated. An experimental platform helped us validate the concept of online simulation as piloting support tool, but also underline the difficulties of development.

Referenční katalog produktů a služeb veřejné správy / Referential catalogue of public administration services

Mišurec, David January 2008 (has links)
Aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a referential catalogue of public administration services, which should provide its users with summary of services provided by public administration. Theoretical part of thesis at first defines notions and presents problems connected with providing public administration services in context of development in period after Velvet revolution in Czech Republic. After that, work follows with global situation in European Union and concentrates on one country (Austria) and its services. During design of the catalogue was used actual knowledge and research about service providing, which reflects customer oriented approach and access through single point of contact. The necessity of splitting the whole process of service providing into two parts, service access and service execution part, is emphasized. Within design of catalogue are presented two main models -- domain model describing the structure of catalogue itself and service model, describing services. Based on analysis of possible uses and its integration potential with existing systems are defined its main benefits and is devised integrating principles designed in catalogue into "Portal veřejné správy".
