This thesis deals with the system Mini One Stop Shop and its implementation in IS of Financial Administration of the Czech Republic (ADIS). The first part describes the concept of the Mini One Stop Shop including basic concepts and related legislative documents. In the next part, were analyzed of the current conditions of the Financial administration of the Czech Republic in the area of IS / ICT in order to define a baseline for the implementation of MOSS payments area. The main outcome of this thesis is to design implementation of MOSS payments area in ADIS, which is composed of a detailed process analysis, catalog of functional requirements and an example of a specific analytical design for the selected functional requirements. The main contribution of this work is to link the general principles and requirements of MOSS that are defined uniformly for all EU Member States, with the principles and procedures implemented in the ADIS result in a the design implementation of MOSS payments area.

If the e-shop wants to have loyal customers, they have to begin actively build the relationship with them. This master thesis discusses the methods by which can e-shop start working on building a strong customer relationship and put it in the context of modern trends in online marketing and current advanced communication technologies. Customer lifecycle optimisation which is closely related with data analysis, communication, online marketing and business process improving is not yet very known topic in the Czech Republic. It is so despite the methods aren't difficult to learn new tools or other entry barriers. Master thesis should provide the e-shop owners and their marketers with comprehensive guide how to apply the knowledge about the customer lifecycle to their e-shop.

AFRIKAANS : Vakbondverteenwoordigers se rol en invloedsmag het die laaste dekade in die werkplek toegeneem. In hierdie navorsing is daar bepaal watter invloed die vakbondverteenwoordiger op die bestuur van die skool het. Die menings van skoolhoofde en vakbondverteenwoordigers in dieselfde skool is getoets. Deur middel van kwalitatiewe navorsing is 'n groep skoolhoofde, wat die bestuurspan van hul skole verteenwoordig, se menings verkry oor die invloed van vakbondverteenwoordigers op die bestuur van die skool. Aspekte soos beplanning, aanstellings, stakings en ander bestuurselemente is in die onderhoude ontleed. ʼn Verskeidenheid van reaksies is van die respondente verkry oor die vakbondverteenwoordigers se leierskapsrolle, die verkiesing en opleiding van verteenwoordigers asook hulle rol en funksie as maatskaplike ontwikkelaars. Die menings van vakbondverteenwoordigers by dieselfde skole is ook verkry oor beplanning, aanstellings, stakings en ander bestuurselemente. Die verteenwoordigers van verskeie artikel 21-skole het hulle eie funksies ten opsigte van sosiale dialoog beoordeel. Die inligting van elke skoolhoof en die ooreenstemmende vakbondverteenwoordiger kon met mekaar vergelyk word om die geldigheid en betroubaarheid van die navorsing te bevestig. Die rol en funksie van die vakbondverteenwoordiger oor die wêreld heen het ʼn nuwe kleur begin kry. Waar vakbondverteenwoordigers in die verlede die draers was van inligting vanaf die hoofkantoor, het hul rol verander na dié van sosiale dialoog. Die verteenwoordiger bevind hom/haar in die rol van bestuurder, beplanner en leier. Hierdie rol van die vakbondverteenwoordiger beïnvloed die bestuur van die skool. Die vakbondverteenwoordiger se invloed kan tweeledig opgesom word: hy/sy kan die stimuleerder wees, wat die bestuur van die skool help om doelwitte te bereik, of die verteenwoordiger kan die inhibeerder wees wat die bestuur van die skool rem. By die Internasionale Arbeidskongres in Lima, Peru, in 2006 is die nuwe era en rigting van die vakbondverteenwoordiger deur verskeie bekende arbeidskonsultante uitgewys. Van die aspekte, soos om deel te word van bestuur en sosiale dialoog, is aan die orde van dié era. Die vakbondverteenwoordiger het invloed op die bestuur van die skool en kan die sosiale dialoog van mede-personeel, ouers en leerders beïnvloed. ENGLISH : The role and extent of the influence of shop stewards in the workplace has increased over the past decade. This research study has attempted to determine what influence is exercised over a school’s management by the Shop steward. The opinions of the heads of schools and those of the shop stewards at the same schools were surveyed. By means of qualitative research methods, the opinions of a group of headmasters representing the management teams of their schools were obtained in regard to the influence of shop stewards on the school. Aspects such as planning, appointments, strikes and other management elements were analysed in interviews. Diverse opinions were expressed by the respondents about the leadership roles of the shop stewards, the election and training of representatives and their role and function as social developers. The shop stewards at the same schools were also asked for their views about planning, appointments, strikes and other elements of management. The representatives of several Section 21 schools evaluated their own functions in respect of social dialogue. Information obtained from each headmaster and their respective shop stewards could be compared to confirm the validity and trustworthiness of the research. The roles and functions of shop stewards are changing all over the world. Where shop stewards were formerly transmitters of information received from head office, their role has evolved into one of social dialogue. The shop steward now finds him-/herself in the role of manager, planner and leader. The shop steward’s role affects the management of the school. This influence is twofold: he/she can be a stimulator, helping the school’s management to achieve objectives, or an inhibitor who has a retardant effect on the school’s management. At the International Labour Congress in Lima, Peru, in 2006, the new era and direction of the shop steward were highlighted by several eminent consultants. Aspects such as active participation in management and social dialogue are predominant in this era. The shop steward influences the management of the school and can affect the social dialogue of fellow staff members, parents and learners. Such systems should be kept in place because, in most cases, are difficult to replace, given the complexity of changing the interaction and the impact on the functioning of processes, ie, the system can not stop. Thus, maintenance or modifications represent a sign of success for a Legacy System because it means that it is still useful and worth investing resources to keep it updated and running. However, if changes are carried out due to an emergency on business dynamics, and proper documentation is not completed, problems involving control and management of future maintenance might arise. In this context, it is the Requirements Engineering´s responsibility, as a sub-area of Software Engineering, to improve processes by proposing methods, tools and techniques that promote the development of the Requirement´s documentation, so that the requirements are in accordance with the satisfaction of stakeholders, meeting the business attributes in question. The objective of this work was to apply the Requirements Engineering in Legacy Systems of Management and Costing Methods of Sales Proposals in the stamping industry. Through literature review, document analysis and action research, the study was divided into four phases considering the development of the Sales Proposal Management and Costing Method System and three maintenance stages performed with the application of Requirements Engineering. In the first phase, a group of artifacts was generated expressing all system features. In the second phase, a progressive maintenance incorporated new features based in the system´s backlog with requirements collected in the first phase. The third phase included a new stamping business area that was not present in the initial development. Lastly, the fourth phase included new maintenance adjustments that answered to the needs of the stamping business system. The results of the study phases proved that the processes described in the Requirements Engineering (RE) were present in the information gathering actions, analysis, documentation and verification and validation of requirements, bringing academic and technical knowledge on issues related to legacy systems, ER and Software Engineering. As a result, it was concluded that the Requirements Engineering can be applied to Legacy Systems of Management and Costing Methods of Sales Proposals in stamping company in the industry. / O esforço despendido para a manutenção de sistemas considerados como legado é relativamente maior que o esforço de desenvolvimento de novos projetos. Tais sistemas devem ser mantidos em funcionamento pois, em sua maioria, são de difícil substituição, dada a complexidade de convívio da mudança e o impacto no funcionamento dos processos, ou seja, o sistema não pode parar. Dessa forma, manutenções ou modificações representam um sinal de sucesso para um sistema legado, pois significam que ele ainda é útil e que vale a pena investir recursos para mantê-lo atualizado e em funcionamento. No entanto, se modificações são realizadas emergencialmente devido a dinâmica do negócio, e a devida documentação não é realizada, tem-se instaurado o caos para o controle e gerência de futuras manutenções. Neste contexto, cabe à Engenharia de Requisitos, como sub-área da Engenharia de Software, aperfeiçoar os processos para o gerenciamento do ciclo de vida dos requisitos propondo métodos, ferramentas e técnicas que promovam o desenvolvimento do documento de requisitos, para que os requisitos estejam em conformidade com a satisfação dos stakeholders, atendendo as características do negócio em questão. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi aplicar a Engenharia de Requisitos em Sistema Legado de Gestão e Custeio de Propostas Comerciais em empresa do setor de estamparia. Por meio de levantamento bibliográfico, análise documental e pesquisa-ação, o estudo foi dividido em quatro fases considerando o desenvolvimento do Sistema de Gestão e Custeio de Propostas Comerciais e três manutenções realizadas com a aplicação da Engenharia de Requisitos. Na primeira fase um conjunto de artefatos foi gerado expressando todas as funcionalidades do sistema. Na segunda fase uma manutenção evolutiva incorporou novas funcionalidades no sistema baseada em requisitos de backlog coletados na primeira fase. A terceira fase incluiu uma nova área de negócios da estamparia que não esteve presente no desenvolvimento inicial e a quarta fase contemplou novas manutenções ajustando o sistema as necessidades de negócio da estamparia. Os resultados das fases do estudo possibilitaram identificar que os processos descritos na Engenharia de Requisitos (ER) se fizeram presentes nas ações de levantamento, análise, documentação e verificação e validação de requisitos trazendo conhecimento acadêmico e técnico nos temas relacionados a sistemas legados, ER e Engenharia de Software. Concluiu-se, então, que a Engenharia de Requisitos pode ser aplicada em Sistema Legado de Gestão e Custeio de Propostas Comerciais em empresa do setor de estamparia.

Plan de negocios para una pasteleria saludable en la ciudad de Arequipa / Business plan for a healthy pastry shop in the city of Arequipa

El presente trabajo de investigación, aborda las tendencias mundiales hacia una alimentación saludable, en conjunción con los hábitos de consumo de los peruanos, combinando el placer y la salud. Nuestra propuesta es brindar una solución como una pastelería de la sociedad y en la industria alimentaria, como es la pastelería saludable. Existiendo una tendencia hacia los hábitos de consumo de productos saludables por parte de la población con creciente interés en alimentación consciente, demanda de nuevos productos que no contengan insumos nocivos para la salud, entre los que se encuentran personas que padecen enfermedades relacionadas al sobrepeso, diabetes, hipertensión, entre otras que hacen necesario contar con alternativas que ofrezcan productos bajos en azúcar, grasas trans, gluten, lactosas, otros. Se realizó una encuesta al target identificado como, personas que pertenecen al nivel socioeconómico A, B y C+ que residen en los distritos tradicionales de la ciudad de Arequipa, cuya edad fluctúa entre 20 y 60 años, que padecen de alguna enfermedad tales como diabetes, hipertensión, sobrepeso y aquellos que son saludables, pero cuyo estilo de vida considera la alimentación como un elemento importante, para mantener la salud y un buen estado físico. El resultado de esta encuesta mostró que el 97 % se encuentra interesado en consumir productos de características saludables. Dentro del análisis financiero, se tiene una estructura de financiamiento, donde el 44% de capital es de aporte propio y el 56% será financiado. En cuanto a los indicadores se ha obtenido un valor actual neto (VANE) de S/ 189,359 calculado con una tasa de descuento de 14.75% (WACC) y una Tasa de retorno (TIRE) de 51.94% con un período de recuperación de inversión (PAY BACK) de tres años, lo cual hace viable financieramente el plan de negocios. / This research work addresses global trends towards healthy eating, in conjunction with Peruvians' consumption habits, combining pleasure and health. Our proposal is to provide a solution to society and the food industry, through a healthy bakery shop. There is a trend of habits of consumption of healthy products by the population with increasing interest in mindful eating, demand for new products that do not contain harmful ingredients to health, among which are people with diseases related to overweight, diabetes, hypertension among others, which make it necessary to have alternatives that offer sugar-free products, also free or low in: trans fats, gluten, lactose, among others. A target survey was conducted identified as people belonging to socioeconomic level A, B and C+ residing in the traditional districts of the city of Arequipa, whose age fluctuates between 20 and 60 years, who suffer from some disease such as diabetes, hypertension, overweight and those who are healthy, but whose lifestyle considers food as an important element, to maintain health and fitness. The result of this survey showed that 97% are interested in consuming products from a healthy food. Within the financial analysis there is a financing structure where 44% of capital is its own contribution and 56% will be financed. In terms of indicators, a net present value (VANE) of S/ 189,359 has been obtained calculated at a discount rate of 14.75% (WACC) and a return rate (TIRE) of 51.94% with a three-year investment recovery period (PAY BACK), which makes the business plan financially viable. / Trabajo de investigación

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es desarrollar y evaluar la factibilidad del negocio de delivery de macerados de piscos denominados: MACERADOS YAKU, el creciente consumo de bebidas alcohólicas de diferente origen y tipo, nos ha impulsado a elaborar este proyecto de negocio, cuyos insumos son frutas y hierbas netamente peruanas. En una primera etapa ofreceremos nuestro servicio a personas que residan o laboren en los distritos de San Isidro, Miraflores, San Borja, Surco y La Molina, el medio a utilizar para la comercialización será a través de una página web y App, las cuales ofrecen la alternativa de personalizar tanto el contenido como la presentación del producto. Nuestra estrategia de ventas hará énfasis en festividades, meses de verano, celebraciones por fiestas patrias, año nuevo y fin de año, entre otros, es un hecho demostrable el alza en ventas de productos en nuestro rubro, lo cual nos da un impulso extra y seguridad en nuestras operaciones de crecimiento. Nuestra principal preocupación será asegurarnos de la calidad de los productos, insumos e ingredientes, así como la eficiencia en el desarrollo de procesos, garantizando así un producto de calidad y a su vez clientes satisfechos. Master Pet es una aplicación móvil en la cual podrás acceder a un marketplace de productos y servicios dirigidos para mascotas. Las mismas podrán ser registradas en la aplicación para que por medio de la creación de su perfil se lleve un mejor control de sus necesidades. En la aplicación los clientes podrán realizar compras de diversos tipos de productos para sus mascotas tales como alimentos, juguetes, artículos especializados, entre otros. Asimismo, podrán realizar reservas de servicios veterinarios, contactar paseadores de perros, inscribir en escuelas de adiestramiento, entre muchos otros servicios. La aplicación ubicará al cliente por medio de GPS y le sugerirá los pet shops y veterinarias según sea requerido que se encuentren más cerca de su ubicación. Master Pet ha identificado dos tipos de clientes. El primero de ellos es el cliente final que es dueño de una mascota que se encuentre en Lima moderna. El segundo tipo de cliente de Master Pet son las tiendas de mascotas y veterinarias dentro de Lima moderna. Estos negocios funcionarán como proveedores del marketplace dentro del cual podrán comunicar y vender sus productos y servicios. Its main goal is to provide a proposal of an adequate marketing strategy for product lines, offered on the e-shop of selected company, based on performed analyses and research. The thesis is divided into three main chapters which represent theoretical points, analytical part and an original solution proposal. Theoretical framework definition is followed by internal and external environment analysis, which creates prerequisities for the marketing research realization itself. Observed results form a base for suitable marketing strategy design.
