Hanák, Kamil January 2009 (has links) This work deals with method for characterization of photovoltaic solar cells based on evaluation of solar cell response to fast transients. The voltage of the cell in both forward and reverse polarisation was controlled by current pulse exciting. Real reverse breakdown voltage and exact value of serial resistance of the cell can be obtained easily by evaluation of the transient curves recorded by digital osciloscope. By negotiation of the time constants of the cell response to excitation in forward polarisation the lifetime of minority carriers in semiconductor bulk can be estimated.

Reflectometr, provision measuring standing wawe ratio, works in range frequence VHF (145 MHz, 443 MHz), for this width working frequence is used construction reflectometer with directive lead. Measurer HF power works into range 1kW. Further is in work go through problems communications bus for transmission data from unit monitor SWR a HF power into score modulus. With regard to high frequency interference is choice serial communication RS-485 , which is immune against disturbance. Further is designed evaluation unit MASTER, unit SLAVE and modules for measurement power and SWR. In finish is build up the firmware for units.

There is described the progress of the photovoltaic panels. Theses is focused on the theoretical knowledges about the equivalent circuits and their aplication in the proposed simulation system. The goal of theses is to create the surroundings in the program Agilent VEE Pro 8.0 and to create the program for the simulation of the serial and paralel conjunction of the photovoltaic panels. The resultant program enables the simulation of the I – V and P – V characteristics of the real photovoltaic panels.
604	Dynamické testování solárních článků / Dynamic testing of solar cells Šneidr, Radim January 2011 (has links) The content of this thesis is the validation of the method of dynamic testing of solar photovoltaic cells. Testing methods for determining the parameters of the photovoltaic cell replacement scheme has been verified through testing a set of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells. To accelerate the diffusion capacity measurement and to improve reproducibility of the measurement we propose new method of determining the time constant for diffusion capacitance using a combination of two short pulses. For this method of measurement new scheme for dynamic tester timing has been proposed and implemented.
605	MODELOVÁNÍ A IMPLEMENTACE SUBSYSTÉMŮ KOMUNIKAČNÍHO ŘETĚZCE V OBVODECH FPGA / COMMUNICATION CHAIN SUB-BLOCK MODELLING AND IMPLEMENTATION IN FPGA Kubíček, Michal January 2010 (has links) Most modern clock and data recovery circuits (CDR) are based on analog blocks that need to be redesigned whenever the technology process is to be changed. On the other hand, CDR based blind oversampling architecture (BO-CDR) can be completely designed in a digital process which makes its migration very simple. The main disadvantages of the BO-CDR that are usually mentioned in a literature are complexity of its digital circuitry and finite phase resolution resulting in larger jitter sensitivity and higher error rate. This thesis will show that those problems can be solved by designing a new algorithm of BO-CDR and subsequent optimization. For this task an FPGA was selected as simulation and verification platform. This enables to change parameters of the optimized circuit in real time while measuring on real links (unlike a simulation using inaccurate link models). The output of this optimization is a new BO-CDR algorithm with heavily reduced complexity and very low error rate. A new FPGA-based method of jitter measurement was developed (primary for CDR analysis), which enables a quick link characterization without using probing or additional equipment. The new method requires only a minimum usage of FPGA resources. Finally, new measurement equipment was developed to measure bit error distribution on FSO links to be able to develop a suitable error correction scheme based on ARQ protocol.

Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.

The first step is to become familiar with digital radio broadcasting DAB and RDS. Then we can proceed to the design of the receiver circuit solution using modern component base. Next it is necessary to write utility software and construct a prototype of receiver, verify its functionality and parameters. The result of the work is the multi-mode VHF broadcasting receiver controlled using touch screen display and supported by web management.

Defizite derartiger Kooperationsformen, die u. a. auf hierarchischen Strukturen in und zwischen den Unternehmen aufbauen, werden im Rahmen einer Praxisanalyse bestätigt. Ziel der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung einer Methode zur Planung und Gestaltung der Transformation derzeitiger Unternehmen zu Kompetenzzellenbasierten Netzen (TransKompNet- Methode), die unternehmens- und branchenneutral ausgearbeitet und am Objektbereich der Serienproduktion praktisch evaluiert wird.
