The aim of the theses was to determine through the analysis the current state of transport services for tourism in the Region of Strakonice, including its assessment, propose measures to improve the current situation and create a project including the draft budget. The result is a proposal of a new tourist circuit called The Cycle Circuit along the most visited attractions of the Strakonicko region. The project and its costs have been designed and calculated due to the results of the field survey among visitors and information from the staff of The Department of Tourism and The Development Department in Strakonice.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of transport services within the railway passenger transport in the Czech Republic. Based on the analytical methods of questionnaire survey, SERVQUAL method and each of the resulting strategies SWOT analysis, the following conclusions: Price is the most important factor in the choice of railway transport; 58 % of respondents are dissatisfied with the situation in the railway sector;RegioJet provides the highest quality services on the market.

The master´s thesis deals with the international personal transportation on relation between Czech capital city, Prague and the biggest city of east Slovakia region, Košice. It aims mainly on services, which transport companies currently provide, and presents them according to their attractiveness from the customers´ point of view. The analysis of offered services enables us to describe quality of traveling between Prague and Košice. At the same time, it creates a picture about competition between operating companies on railways mainly. This paper focuses on railway transport but does not omit the bus transport neither. The end of the diploma thesis belongs to assessment of situation of current personal transportation and tries to forecast its future development.

Orientador: Enéas Rente Ferreira / Resumo: Neste trabalho tentaremos estudar um fenômeno novo no espaço, o qual estimamos ter uma transcendência importante na ordem econômica, já que está relacionado ao comércio, atividade básica para o desenvolvimento de qualquer sistema econômico moderno. Este fenômeno corresponde à nova localização de alguns setores do comércio num espaço novo, a estrada. Produto da quantidade surpreendente de meios de transporte e pessoas que por ali circulam diariamente, as quais constituem um mercado potencial, exemplo desta nova tendência são os "Shoppings Centers" que instalaram-se nas margens das rodovias. Mas, para isto acontecer foi necessário se dar algumas condições previas que a indústria proporcionou ao localizar-se neste local anteriormente. No caso do Estado de São Paulo este processo viu-se, influenciado e propiciado pelo governo, com o objetivo de provocar um deslocamento da indústria fora da capital estadual, devido aos problemas que a concentração desta atividade estava ocasionando na cidade de São Paulo. Tomou-se como amostra para a pesquisa um trecho da Via Anhangüera uma das mais importante estradas do estado, na circunscrição correspondente ao município de Americana, devido a que estimou-se que este trecho representava claramente o fenômeno em estudo, isto dado o dinamismo econômico do citado município. / Abstract: In this work we will try to study a phenomenon new in space, which we estimated to have an important transcendecy in the economic order, since this related is to the trade, basic activities for the development of any modern economic system. This phenomenon corresponds to the new location of some sections of the trade in a new space, the highway. Product of the surprising amount of way of transportation and people that over there circulate daily, which constitute a potential market, example of this new tendency are the Shoppings Centers that settled in the margins of the highways. But, for this to happen was necessary to give some previous conditions that the industry provided when locating previously in this place oncelocal one.In the case of the State of São Paulo (Brazil) this process itself him, influenced and propitiated by the government, with the objective of promete a displacement of the industry that had gone aut the of state capital, due to the problems that the concentration of this activity was causing in the city of São Paulo. La redéfinition des conditions d’exercice de la souveraineté aérienne des États membres, par un transfert progressif de compétences au profit de l’Union européenne, ne peut être analysée uniquement en termes de dépossession et de réduction de leur puissance individuelle. Les compétences aériennes confiées à l’Union permettent l’affirmation de l’ensemble européen sur la scène internationale. Ce processus, mouvant et encore inachevé, se traduit par une prise en compte accrue de la spécificité européenne en matière d’aviation civile. Malgré des réticences certaines émanant aussi bien des États membres que des États tiers, l’Union s’érige progressivement au rang d’acteur de poids, capable d’influencer le contenu normatif du droit aérien contemporain, de la même manière que le font les puissances aériennes traditionnelles et notamment les États-Unis. Ces nouvelles tendances, révélatrices de la souplesse et de la plasticité de la convention de Chicago, permettent de dresser des perspectives quant aux possibles évolutions futures de l’ordre international de l’aviation civile. / The way in which the Member States have redefined the conditions regarding how they exercise their air sovereignty, by progressively transferring power to the European Union, cannot be viewed solely as them removing and reducing their individual powers. The powers conferred to the European Union in aviation matters are resulting in an affirmation of the international role of Europe as a whole. This on-going, and as yet incomplete process, may be seen in a greater recognition of the specific European aspect regarding Civil Aviation. In spite of the hesitance of Member States and non-member States, the European Union has progressively taken its place among the key players, able to influence developments in modern aviation law, in the same way as other established aviation authorities and especially the United States. These new trends reveal the flexibility and elasticity of the Chicago Convention and the potential future developments in International Civil Aviation.
