Syftet med det här examensarbetet var att undersöka hur förskollärare vid två förskoloruppfattar begreppet "lärande för hållbar utveckling" samt hur det kommer till uttryck iverksamheten. Syftet var vidare att undersöka hur sociala aspekter av lärande för hållbarutveckling levandegörs i förskolepraktiken. De sociala aspekterna i denna studie är hur barn ges möjlighet till inflytande, hur barn ges möjlighet till kritiskt tänkande samt förskollärarens demokratiska förhållningssätt. Vi ville med studien också uppmärksamma möjligheterna attarbeta medvetet kring dessa frågor i förskolan vars grund vi antog redan finns iverksamheterna. Vi valde att göra undersökningen som en fallstudie med en samtalsmetod som kallas stimulated recall, samt observationer av verksamheten med hjälp av ettobservationsschema. I lärande för hållbar utveckling ses lärandet som ett av de mest betydelsefulla områden som förskolor och skolor har att arbeta med. Resultatet från undersökningen visar att förskollärarna lägger stor vikt vid de ekonomiska och miljömässiga dimensionerna ibegreppet lärande för hållbar utveckling, medan den sociala dimensionen kommer mer i skymundan. Samtidigt visar verksamheterna upp många möjligheter för barn att ha inflytandei sitt eget lärande, möjligheter att tänka kritiskt och förskollärarna visar på ett demokratiskt förhållningssätt i barngruppen. Den slutsats som dras är att de sociala aspekterna av lärande för hållbar utveckling finns i verksamheterna men är inte medvetande gjorda hos förskollärarna själva.

Motivado pela importância que o Alinhamento Estratégico entre negócio e T.I. representa para as organizações e pelo fato de que apesar de uma extensa literatura que discute os modelos de alinhamento estratégico, sua obtenção ainda é considerada um problema pelas organizações. Os modelos falham, porém, em compreender como o alinhamento é estabelecido e como a dimensão social – o conjunto formado pela estrutura organizacional e seus atores, os relacionamentos, as práticas e as práxis, a tecnologia e o contexto – está presente nesse processo. Sendo assim, este estudo baseado na corrente teórica denominada de estratégia enquanto prática objetivou analisar como a dimensão social está presente no processo de alinhamento estratégico da informação. Foi realizado um estudo de caso único em profundidade em uma empresa líder no seu segmento estudando o processo de implantação de um portal corporativo e como estratégia de coleta de dados para este estudo de caso utilizou-se a observação participante. O estudo demonstrou que o movimento em direção ao AE necessariamente é controlado pelos atores internos da organização e muitas vezes não pelo nível hierárquico estratégico, nem tático, mas pelo nível operacional. Mesmo com a presença de atores externos, qualificados e comprometidos, as práxis e o entendimento dos atores internos se sobrepõem à experiência dos atores externos. A análise integrada dos resultados permite compreender como os gestores constroem seus links entre suas micro-atividades e as macro-estruturas de suas organizações e os impactos do contexto. Os resultados permitiram ainda fornecer conceitos teóricos úteis para compreender como que os gestores “estrategizam” durante o processo de alinhamento. Dentre os conceitos analisados ressalta-se a importância de lidar com os aspectos sociais imbricados no fazer estratégia. Apesar de todo o movimento acadêmico chamar atenção para os aspectos sociais, a dualidade da estrutura (JONES; Karsten, 2008), a análise das redes sociais (CIBORRA, 2002; LATOUR, 2001), percebe-se na prática o pouco interesse empregado pelos gestores na busca do entendimento desses elementos. O aprisionamento aos aspectos técnicos fica evidente durante todo o processo de implantação do portal, reduzindo a efetividade na obtenção do AE. As abordagens utilizadas e a discussão e análise dos resultados sugerem direções para um possível incremento no entendimento do alinhamento, trazendo para reflexão a importância dos atores, suas práticas, a compreensão do lócus do alinhamento e seus relacionamentos. / Motivated by the importance that the strategic alignment between business and technology represents for organizations and despite an extensive literature on the strategic alignment models, its obtainment is still considered a problem by the organizations. The models fail, however, in understanding how the alignment is established and how the social dimension - the group formed by the organizational structure and its actors, relationships, practices and praxis, technology and context - act in this process. Thus, this study, based on the strategy as practice, aimed to analyze how the social dimension is present in the process of strategic alignment of information. A single case study in a leading company in its industry was conduct in depth by analyzing the process of implementation of a corporate portal and the strategy of data collection for this case study was through a participant observation. The study showed that the movement toward the AE is necessarily controlled by internal actors within the organization and often not at a hierarchical strategic level, neither at the tactical one, but at the operational level. Even with the presence of skilled and committed external actors, the practice and understanding of the internal actors overlap the experience of external actors. The integrated analysis of the results provides insight into how managers build their links between their micro-activities and macro-structures of their organizations and the impact of context. The results also helped to provide some useful theoretical concepts for understanding how the managers are "strategizing" during the alignment process. Among the concepts discussed, the importance of dealing with social issues intertwined in strategizing is emphasized. Despite the academic movement that calls attention to social aspects, the duality of structure (Jones, Karsten, 2008) and the social network analysis (Ciborra, 2002; Latour, 2001), we found little interest in the practice employed by managers in seeking an understanding of these elements. The imprisonment of technical aspects is evident throughout the implementation process of the portal, reducing the effectiveness in achieving the AE. The approaches used and the discussion and analysis of the results suggest paths for a possible increase in the understanding of alignment, bringing into consideration the importance of the actors, their practices and praxis, the understanding of the locus of the alignment and their relationships.

O Mercosul, como resultado do processo histórico de produção capitalista do espaço, em tese, tenderá a conformar um novo ciclo de acumulação de capital na região. Exibindo, inicialmente, um corte marcadamente comercial e avançando para uma configuração mais econômica e social, poderá o Mercosul alcançar uma condição capaz de redistribuir, ao menos parte do produto dessa acumulação? O posicionamento do Mercosul em relação às teorias da integração regional, em especial, as relações em eixo permitem entrever maiores possibilidades históricas para alcançar tal dimensão? Tem-se como expectativa que o resultado da análise do processo histórico da integração nos países do Mercosul e a efetividade das políticas sociais até aqui adotadas, à luz das ondas de regionalismo, das diversas dimensões (política, econômica, social e ambiental) e fases temporais estudadas (neoliberal, crise e transição e convergente), aliado ao arcabouço teórico, possam indicar perspectivas de evolução da dimensão social do Mercosul. Ademais, investigar se as mudanças na orientação política dos governos dos países do bloco, de neoliberal para socialistas de diversos matizes, a partir da virada do século, estão criando condições distintas para a consolidação de sua dimensão social e contribuir para o preenchimento de certa lacuna na produção científica dessa área específica são os objetivos centrais da dissertação. / MERCOSUR, as a result of the historical process of capitalist production of space, in theory, will tend to conform a new cycle of capital accumulation in the region. Displaying, initially, a markedly commercial court and advancing to a more economical and social setting, can the Mercosur to achieve a condition able to redistribute at least part of the proceeds of accumulation? The positioning of Mercosur in relation to theories of regional integration, in particular the axis relations allow us to see larger historical possibilities to achieve this dimension? Has as expectation that the result of analysis of the historical process of integration in Mercosur countries and the effectiveness of social policies so far adopted, in the light of the waves of regionalism, the various dimensions (political, economic, social and environmental) and temporal phases studied (neoliberal, crisis and transition and convergent), coupled with the theoretical framework, could indicate the future trend with regard to the social dimension of MERCOSUR. Furthermore, investigate whether changes in policy direction of governments in the bloc of neoliberal for socialists of various hues, from the turn of the century, are creating different conditions for the consolidation of the social dimension and contribute to filling in a gap in scientific production in this particular area are the central objectives of the dissertation.

Esta tese é resultado de pesquisa que teve o objetivo de compreender o processo de desenvolvimento do Território Bico do Papagaio, no estado do Tocantins (TBP-TO), com base na implantação de projetos PROINFs, vinculados aos Programas PRONAT e PTC, visando explicitar efeitos, avanços e limites das políticas públicas territoriais em regiões com baixos índices de desenvolvimento. Nesta pesquisa utilizou-se de múltiplas estratégias para a coleta e análise de dados, seguindo os princípios e técnicas da triangulação, que constitui uma das formas de combinar métodos qualitativos entre si e de articular métodos quantitativos e qualitativos. Foi realizada, por meio de estudo de caso, em sete projetos implantados no TBP-TO. Uma questão importante, do ponto de vista metodológico, foi a oportunidade de fazer uma imersão no contexto investigado, observando e participando diretamente com os atores envolvidos na implantação e execução dos projetos PROINFs no referido território. Lançou-se mão de informações obtidas por observações, entrevistas, participação em reuniões, seminários, conversa com diferentes atores territoriais, moradores e membros do colegiado, gestores e beneficiários destes projetos. Os resultados levaram a uma compreensão das diferentes dimensões do desenvolvimento territorial e seus efeitos na vida dos beneficiários e na região. Os indicadores de desenvolvimento territorial, do ponto de vista econômico, foram avaliados entre ruins e críticos, dando a entender que a operacionalização da política territorial no TBP-TO reflete a própria história das relações de poder e dominação já existentes. Por outro lado, do ponto de vista social, foi observado o empoderamento da sociedade civil, especialmente nos casos das duas Escolas Família Agrícola (EFAs). Nesse sentido, esta tese contribuiu, não só para entender as dimensões do desenvolvimento territorial, seus desafios e possibilidades, mas para demonstrar que se não houver maior diálogo entre poder público (nas esferas municipal, estadual e federal), sociedade civil e os beneficiários dos projetos, o desenvolvimento territorial pode ficar comprometido. Diante dos resultados da pesquisa conclui-se que, nesse momento de retrocesso da política de desenvolvimento territorial, é necessário repensá-la, especialmente em relação ao exercício do poder e à autonomia dos Colegiados Territoriais. A organização dos colegiados territoriais e a união de seus membros em torno de objetivos comuns podem ser consideradas o motor propulsor da consolidação das EFAs, possibilitando a educação profissional de seus jovens. Esta organização é o maior indicador de desenvolvimento, na dimensão social, observado na pesquisa. / This thesis is the result of research that aims to understand the development process of the Parrot´s Beak Territory in the State of Tocantins (PBT-TO), based on the implantation of PROINFs projects, linked to PRONAT and PTC programs with the goal of clarifying effects, advances and limits of territorial public policies in regions with low levels of development. In this research, it was used multiple strategies for data collection and analysis, following the principles and techniques of triangulation, which is one of the ways to combine qualitative methods among themselves and to articulate quantitative and qualitative methods. The research was done through the case study in seven projects implanted in PBT-TO. An important thing, from the methodological point of view, was the opportunity to do an immersion in the context investigated by observing and participating directly with the actors involved in the implementation and execution of the projects PROINFs, in that territory. It was used the information obtained by observations, interviews, participation in meetings, seminars, talking with different territorial actors, residents and members of the board, managers and beneficiaries of these projects. The results led to an understanding of the different dimensions of territorial development and its effects on the lives of beneficiaries and in the region. The indicators of territorial development, from an economic point of view, were evaluated between bad and critical, implying that the operationalization of territorial policy in the PBT-TO reflect the history of the relationships of power and domination that exists. On the other hand, from the social point of view, it was observed the empowerment of civil society, especially in the cases of the Escolas Família Agrícola (EFAs). In this sense, this thesis has contributed not only to understand the dimensions of territorial development, its challenges and opportunities, but to demonstrate that if there is no greater dialogue between public authorities (in all spheres: Municipal, State and Federal), civil society and the beneficiaries of the projects, the territorial development may be compromised. On the research results it is concluded that, in this moment of backsliding of territorial development policy, it is necessary to rethink it, especially in relation to the exercise of power and the autonomy of Territorial governance bodies. The Organization of territorial governance bodies and the Union of its members around common goals, can be considered the impeller motor on consolidation of EFAs enabling professional education of their young. This organization is the greatest indicator of development in the social dimension, observed in the survey.

Thus, this study, based on the strategy as practice, aimed to analyze how the social dimension is present in the process of strategic alignment of information. A single case study in a leading company in its industry was conduct in depth by analyzing the process of implementation of a corporate portal and the strategy of data collection for this case study was through a participant observation. The study showed that the movement toward the AE is necessarily controlled by internal actors within the organization and often not at a hierarchical strategic level, neither at the tactical one, but at the operational level. Even with the presence of skilled and committed external actors, the practice and understanding of the internal actors overlap the experience of external actors. The integrated analysis of the results provides insight into how managers build their links between their micro-activities and macro-structures of their organizations and the impact of context. The results also helped to provide some useful theoretical concepts for understanding how the managers are "strategizing" during the alignment process. Among the concepts discussed, the importance of dealing with social issues intertwined in strategizing is emphasized. Despite the academic movement that calls attention to social aspects, the duality of structure (Jones, Karsten, 2008) and the social network analysis (Ciborra, 2002; Latour, 2001), we found little interest in the practice employed by managers in seeking an understanding of these elements. The imprisonment of technical aspects is evident throughout the implementation process of the portal, reducing the effectiveness in achieving the AE. The approaches used and the discussion and analysis of the results suggest paths for a possible increase in the understanding of alignment, bringing into consideration the importance of the actors, their practices and praxis, the understanding of the locus of the alignment and their relationships.

O Mercosul, como resultado do processo histórico de produção capitalista do espaço, em tese, tenderá a conformar um novo ciclo de acumulação de capital na região. Exibindo, inicialmente, um corte marcadamente comercial e avançando para uma configuração mais econômica e social, poderá o Mercosul alcançar uma condição capaz de redistribuir, ao menos parte do produto dessa acumulação? O posicionamento do Mercosul em relação às teorias da integração regional, em especial, as relações em eixo permitem entrever maiores possibilidades históricas para alcançar tal dimensão? Tem-se como expectativa que o resultado da análise do processo histórico da integração nos países do Mercosul e a efetividade das políticas sociais até aqui adotadas, à luz das ondas de regionalismo, das diversas dimensões (política, econômica, social e ambiental) e fases temporais estudadas (neoliberal, crise e transição e convergente), aliado ao arcabouço teórico, possam indicar perspectivas de evolução da dimensão social do Mercosul. Ademais, investigar se as mudanças na orientação política dos governos dos países do bloco, de neoliberal para socialistas de diversos matizes, a partir da virada do século, estão criando condições distintas para a consolidação de sua dimensão social e contribuir para o preenchimento de certa lacuna na produção científica dessa área específica são os objetivos centrais da dissertação. / MERCOSUR, as a result of the historical process of capitalist production of space, in theory, will tend to conform a new cycle of capital accumulation in the region. Displaying, initially, a markedly commercial court and advancing to a more economical and social setting, can the Mercosur to achieve a condition able to redistribute at least part of the proceeds of accumulation? The positioning of Mercosur in relation to theories of regional integration, in particular the axis relations allow us to see larger historical possibilities to achieve this dimension? Has as expectation that the result of analysis of the historical process of integration in Mercosur countries and the effectiveness of social policies so far adopted, in the light of the waves of regionalism, the various dimensions (political, economic, social and environmental) and temporal phases studied (neoliberal, crisis and transition and convergent), coupled with the theoretical framework, could indicate the future trend with regard to the social dimension of MERCOSUR. Furthermore, investigate whether changes in policy direction of governments in the bloc of neoliberal for socialists of various hues, from the turn of the century, are creating different conditions for the consolidation of the social dimension and contribute to filling in a gap in scientific production in this particular area are the central objectives of the dissertation.
