Films réinscriptibles sur supports souples / Rewritable films on flexible substratesTricot, Fanny 03 February 2016 (has links)
An adaptation of this work to plastic and paper substrates is proposed here to broaden the possible application areas such as goods secure labeling, for example. Fabrication techniques of Ag: TiO2 films compatible with flexible substrates have been developed, using two different paths. The first uses the combination of Sol-Gel chemistry with the EISA method. Deposition processes such as spin coating, inkjet or flexographic printing are used to form a mesoporous film of TiO2 on substrates. Treatments based on solvent extraction or infrared annealing have been devised to release the porosity of the film without damaging the supports. Silver salt is either introduced into the titania pores by soaking the films into a silver salt solution or added to the sol before its coating. The second developed option proposes formulating an aqueous ink jet ink made of TiO2 nanoparticles and silver ions by adapting the composition of a commercial suspension of TiO2 with the requirements of the ink jet process. After printing, the ink is dried by infrared annealing. The photochromic behavior under UV and visible light exposures of fabricated films allows to get coloring and bleaching reversibly. Sol-Gel films coated on plastic can also be a support for permanent colored patterns realized by irradiation with a visible light of certain intensity

Homogenní a heterogenní titaničité komplexy pro selektivní trimerizaci ethylenu na 1-hexen / Homogeneous and heterogeneous titanium complexes and their use for selective ethylene trimerization to 1-hexeneHodík, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on the design and synthesis of new half-sandwich titanium complexes for anchoring to selected supports (SiO2, SBA-15) and the study of their catalytic activity and selectivity in ethylene trimerization to 1-hexene. The synthetic strategy of half-sandwich titanium complexes with a suitable leaving group for direct anchoring through Ti−O bond was carried out (Cl, Oi-Pr). In addition, the titanium complexes with pendant alkenyl group were prepared and utilised for anchoring to a SiMe2H modified support by Pt-catalysed hydrosilylation reaction. Prepared compounds were characterised by standard spectroscopic methods (IR, NMR, MS). The heterogeneous systems were characterised by MAS NMR and IR spectroscopy, powder XRD, ICP-OES, TGA and the textural parameters were determined from nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms. For all prepared materials was studied the catalytic activity for ethylene trimerization and the selectivity to 1-hexene.

En l'absence d'accepteur, ce catalyseur permet l'isomérisation sélective de différents alcools allyliques avec des sélectivités jusqu'à 90 % en cétones saturées / In this study, we evaluated the compatibility of polyfunctional alcohols with catalytic aerobic oxidation systems. Geraniol dehydrogenation was carried out in mild conditions (t-BuOH / water mixture as solvent, 40°C) in the presence of Pt / C (promoted with Bi to avoid leaching). These catalysts are efficients for the oxidation of 8-Chloro-1-Octanol into corresponding acid at 90°C. However, other reactants were not selectively transformed into aldehyds or acids because of their oxygen sensivity (alcool-A) or their particular reactivity toward cyclization products (5-Chloro-1-Pentanol). In parallel, H transfer dehydrogenation was developed in anaerobic conditions. Geraniol was choosen as a model molecule since it can be selectively dehydrogenated or isomerizd (a reducible function on the substrate is hydrogenated when alcohol function is dehydrogenated). Some noble metals were evaluated for these reactions (Pd in the presence of alkene as H acceptor or Ag for acceptorless dehydrogenation), but performances and selectivities are quite low. Copper catalysts showed better results, and a lot of supports were evaluated. Selectivity toward dehydrogenation product (citral) is not total when styrene is used as hydrogen acceptor, but the use of another H acceptor (confidential) in the presence of copper supported on modified hydrotalcite catalyst allows selective dehydrogenation of geraniol without isomerization intro citronellal. Without H acceptor, this catalyst leads to selective isomerization of secondary allylic alcohols into saturated ketones (90 % selectivity)

To insure protection of the living matter during the food processing and the gastrointestinal passage, encapsulation is essential. Herein we propose silica-based hybrid carriers as new probiotic delivery systems. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) was chosen as a model probiotic bacteria and alginate as prebiotic polymer. Two types of carriers were prepared either by emulsification or by electrospraying: (i) hybrid beads of 10-30 m in which the bacteria was in direct contact with a mixture of alginate and silica and (ii) core-shell beads of 200-600 m in which the bacteria are first embedded in an aqueous core of alginate, then coated with a silica shell. The viability of LGG was efficiently maintained only in core-shell particles, in which LGG was not directly exposed to silica. Those core-shell prototype carriers allowed the protection of LGG during storage in beer or apple juice, and during the passage through the gastrointestinal tract. Additionally the LGG released in the colon outcompete other members of the Lactobacilli community and it was able to thrive within a fecal ecosystem. This study offers thus a proof of concept for the potential use of hybrid silica/biopolymer systems in oral delivery of probiotic bacteria

Specifika elektronických studijních opor v systému řízeného samostudia / Specifics of electronic learning supports in the system of controlled self-studyHerout, Lukáš January 2015 (has links)
This dissertation thesis deals with the exploration of the issue of electronic learning supports intended to boost controlled self-study within university environment. This paper proceeds from the presumption that electronic learning supports are a suitable tool with a didactic potential in education which will make university self-study more effective and which will help students to meet the demanded requirements even more effectively than with commonly used learning materials. The paper deals with the definition of conceptual constructs from the field of electronic learning supports and also with the analysis of their didactic capabilities, limits and ways of usage with added specification of functional and didactic aspects of audio-visual learning supports. The empiric part of the paper uses a pedagogic experiment to verify the influence of the electronic learning supports on the university student's results within the controlled self-study. The paper complexly develops the theory of electronic learning supports from the point of view of current didactic resource and its inclusion into current structures of pedagogy and didactics.

Didaktické aspekty e-learningu ve vzdělávání dospělých / Didactic aspects of e-learning in adult educationKalinová, Aneta January 2014 (has links)
TITLE: Didactic aspects of e-learning in adult education AUTHOR: Aneta Kalinová DEPARTMENT: Department of Primary Education SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Nataša Mazáčová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The thesis work has resulted from the systematization of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge in the field of e-learning education both in the context of adult education. Its target was a complex conception of e-learning education in its wider view with focus on lifelong education, gradually zooming in on the particularities of co-directing of learning satisfying adult learners' education needs with elaborate online learning supports and a tutor's support. It presents a row of arguments and reasons for the need of pursuing the e-learning education especially in the context of lifelong education and also seeking the advantages, regularly following and evaluating as well as improving the design of online learning supports and tutors' activities in this education sphere. Based on the empiric data gained in a questionnaire research the work tries to penetrate the field of learning aspects of the online learning supports and tutoring and to follow some aspects of the respondents' behaviour which influence their perception of the learning aspects. The lack of systematic studies focused on finding the correlations is the main...
