Pilotní projekt třídy pro žáky s autismem implementující poznatky Aplikové Behaviorální Analýzy / Project of class for puppils with autism implementing knowledge of Applied Behavior AnalysisPetříková, Monika January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the education of an autistic pupil in the mainstream school according to the principles of applied behavioural analysis. The default method is the Pennsylvania Verbal Behavior Project, which was implemented at a Czech primary school. The thesis presents a theoretical description of this educational method and its particular techniques. Their practical application is illustrated by the research case study report of a pupil, who was observed in my research. In this research case analysis, I have analysed the input skills of the observed pupil and his progress in particular areas and evaluated status not only according to the VB-MAPP diagnostic material. Description of the development of verbal behaviour is the core objective systematically developed by this educational method and it is an integral part of the pupil's active participation in joint learning. The thesis comes with a new perspective on the education of pupils with autism in the framework of common education at primary school. Pupils involved in this type of education can enter the school even though they are not yet adequately equipped with verbal skills and would not benefit from frontal teaching and common learning process. They are integrated into the ordinary class with respect to...

Previous issue date: 2014-06-24 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / HPV, BV and CI are common conditions in adolescents and young women. Studies have
reported that BV and CI can be cofactors for the acquisition and persistence of HPV, enabling
the development of cytological abnormalities precursor of cervical cancer. The aim of this
study was to estimate the prevalence of HPV, BV and IC in adolescents and young women
and to verify that these conditions are associated with the detection of cytological
abnormalities in cervical smears in adolescents and young women. Were included samples of
sexually active patients and users of the Unified Health System (SUS) who underwent
cervical screening by the conventional method. The cervical specimens were analyzed at the
Center for Clinical Analysis Rômulo Rocha, Faculty of Pharmacy/UFG, by qualified
professionals following strict quality control. The detection of HPV-DNA was made by PCR
using pools of primers PGMY09/PGMY11. The diagnosis of BV was established from the
observation of the presence of 20% or more of clue cells in cervical smears. The IC was
assessed by counting the number of leukocytes in cervical smears in five noncontiguous with
increased microscopic fields 1000X average, according Castle et al. (2001). Statistical
analyzes with hierarchical logistic and control of confounding variables regression model
were performed. The magnitude of association was estimated by calculating the odds ratio
(OR) with confidence intervals (CI*) of 95%. 251 samples were included, with 54,9%
(138/251) of adolescents aged between 15 and 19 years and 45,1% (113/251) of young
women aged between 20 and 25 years. Positive results for cytological abnormalities
accounted for 9,5% (24/251) of all cervical smears. The diagnosis of atypical squamous cells
of undetermined significance (atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance - ASCUS)
(50,0% 12/24) and squamous intraepithelial lesions (low grade squamous intraepithelial
lesion - LSIL) (29,1 % 7/24) were more frequent. The overall prevalence of HPV, BV, and CI
44,2% (111/251), 41,0% (103/251) and 83,2% (209/251), respectively. Of the variables
investigated, VB (OR = 2,46 CI*: 1,26 to 3,80; p: 0,006) and the detection of abnormal
cytological diagnosis (OR = 1.36 CI*: 1.07 to 1.74; p: 0.013) were associated with HPV
positivity in multivariate analysis. Whereas the detection of cytological abnormalities there
was a significant association with HPV and BV detected in the same patient (OR = 2,59 CI*:
1,09 to 6,20; p: 0,032) and for the detection of HPV, BV and CI together (OR = 3,58 CI*:
1,06 to 12,15; p: 0,040), however, they didn’t remain independently associated in bivariate
analysis. BV and cytological abnormalities were independently associated with HPV infection
in adolescents and young women. HPV, BV and CI in cervical smears can indicate high
possibility to detect cytological abnormalities in adolescents and young women.
uterino.
escamosas atípicas de significado indeterminado (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined
Significance – ASC-US) (50,0% 12/24) e lesão intraepitelial escamosa de baixo grau (Low
As
prevalências totais de HPV, VB e IC foram de 44,2% (111/251), 41,0% (103/251) e 83,2%
(209/251), respectivamente. Das variáveis investigadas, VB (OR = 2,46 IC*: 1,26-3,80, p:
0,006) e a detecção de diagnóstico citológico anormal (OR = 1,36 IC*: 1,07-1,74, p: 0,013)
Considerando a

Computer-Simulation-Assisted Lean Manufacturing TrainingWang, Luoding 19 January 2005 (has links)
This thesis assesses the potential of using computer simulation to aid existing lean manufacturing training methods such as lecture and live simulation. An investigation of this possibility was carried out in conjunction with UMEP's Lean 101 class. In the study, two experimental computer simulation models demonstrating the push and pull production scenarios were constructed using ProModel software. Simulation models were equipped with a Visual Basic interface to aid trainees to manipulate the model via ActiveX. Constructed computer simulation was compared with live simulation to answer these research questions: 1. Was computer simulation able to teach additional lean concepts not covered in live simulations? 2. Was training time less for trainees going through a computer simulation than for those going through a live simulation? 3. Was a computer simulation quicker and easier to set up than a live simulation for trainers? 4. Did computer simulation achieve comparable educational objectives as live simulation? Objective measurements for first three questions were positive and conclusive. For the fourth one, a survey was conducted among trainees of a treatment group (computer simulation only) and a control group (live simulation only) to collect responses. Statistical analysis of the subjective responses indicated the computer simulation aided the trainees to learn and implement lean manufacturing, but was not as effective as live simulation. Holistically, these results did not warrant the complete changeover from live simulation to computer simulation. Yet, a combined implementation of computer simulation and live simulation was proposed to reap the benefits from the best of both approaches.

Analýza měrných řezných sil pro nové obráběné materiály a CNC technologie / Analysis of Specific Cutting Forces for New Materials and CNC MachiningFiala, Zdeněk Unknown Date (has links)
This dissertation thesis is focused on the analysis of specific cutting forces and accompanying effects during machining of the new materials, composite materials. The experimental part is split up to two main chapters. In the first chapter, the development of specific cutting forces is analyzed in detail when cutting conditions are changing. The experimental machining of glass/polyester and carbon/epoxy composites is described for fibers orientations 0 a 90 (ie, the orientation of the fibers in the feed rate direction and perpendicular to the feed rate direction). The influence of the cutting tool flank wear on the specific cutting force is investigated further. The last section compares the values of specific cutting forces when machining with carbide milling tools deposited by different types of coating. The second chapter describes the measurement of sound spectrums generated by cutting process, sound maps creating and finding possible correlations between dominant frequencies of the sound and the specific cutting forces, or the cutting tool flank wear. The measurements are described for the cases of machining steel 15 260.7 and glass-polyester composite material.

A Comparision Study for Robot Planning Automation Between CATIA V5 & 3D ExperienceRimmalapudi, Veera Venkata Manikanta Virupaksha Raja Chowdary, Acharya, Vinayak Ramachandra January 2021 (has links)
As the world is evolving very fast with the developments of new technologies and softwares in design and manufacturing, business organizations and manufacturing industries will always be adapting to the new technologies and softwares for increasing the cost and time efficiency in the development of products. So, this thesis focuses on a comparative study between two Dassault Systems softwares in which, one is mostly used CAD software by industries for a long time, and one is the latest developments in the CAD softwares with satisfying business requirements. For this comparison study, the two methods called design automation and robot simulation are used in the development of modular fixtures platforms used in automobile manufacturing industries. In the first method, the design and assembly of modular fixtures platform are done which holds the automotive car sheet pillars together. With a single mouse click, the complete design and assembly of the modular fixtures can be done using automation. In the second method, the spot-welding manufacturing operation is done to join the car sheet pillars together to produce the B-pillar of the Body in white (BIW) for the automobile, with the help of a welding gun connected to ABB robot arm, using automation in robot simulation. This work takes place in CATIA V5 and 3D Experience, and the final results obtained in both the software are compared and discussed in the results part of this report. Automation in CAD has been one of the advanced developments that happened in the 21st century through which most of the engineering knowledge and intent can be captured and reutilized. CATIA V5 & 3D Experience Automation is done using two programming languages called VB (Visual Basics) and VB.net.
