The topic of my Master’s Thesis is ‘The development of Lithuanian school’s geography in 1945 – 1990 years’. The main purpose is to research this development relating it with the issues of antebellum ideological attitudes and pedagogical ideas of the particulate stage. The curriculum, vocabularies of geography and methodical experience of teachers were analyzed and developed in conformity with the methods of literature, data analyzing, comparing and critical assessment and the method of systematical analysis also.

Magistro darbo objektas - lyčių vaidmenys ir įvaizdžiai. Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti ir nustatyti vyraujančius lyčių vaidmenis bei įvaizdžius mokykliniuose vadovėliuose. Darbo uždaviniai: apžvelgti biologinės, socialinės lyties sampratą visuomenėje ir reikšmę socializacijos procese; apibrėžti lyčių vaidmenis ir įvaizdžius bei vyraujančius stereotipus; išanalizuoti mokyklinio vadovėlio komunikacinį vaidmenį bei poveikį vaiko socializacijos procese; atlikti V-VIII klasių mokyklinių vadovėlių iliustracijų analizę ir nustatyti kokie lyčių įvaizdžiai ir vaidmenys yra perteikiami jose. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, atlikus V-VIII kl. (biologijos, geografijos, istorijos) vadovėlių iliustracijų kokybinę analizę, prieita prie išvados, kad esama lyčių traktavimo šališkumo ir patriarchalinės visuomenės principų, pabrėžiančių vyro dominavimą bei valdžią. Vadovėlis – komunikacijos priemonė, perteikianti ne tik mokomąją medžiagą, bet ir kultūrines vertybes, normas, visuomenės požiūrį bei lytims priskiriamus elgesio ir įvaizdžio stereotipus. Vadovėlių iliustracijose vyrai yra dominuojanti lytis, kuriai yra priskiriama veikla, susijusi su valdžios ir galios turėjimu. Dažniausiai aptinkamas vyro vaidmuo yra charizmatinė, protinga ir veikli asmenybė, svarbi visuomenėje; moters – „namų židinio sergėtoja“, tradicinių vertybių puoselėtoja. It was noticed that there are a lot of significant gap in system of education, as learning tools – textbooks have not only educational function but also conveys a stereotypical image of the world, prevailing images of gender. The problem is that textbooks contains many traditional, typical, stereotypical gender roles and images which complicates the child‘s attitude to gender, may be harmful to the child‘s personality, it‘s development, psychology, communication process and the whole socialization process. The subject of master thesis – gender roles and images. The aim is to analyze and determine the prevailing gender roles and images of schoolbook. The major tasks: to review the biological and social concept of gender and their importance in socialization process; to define gender roles, images and their stereotypes; to analyze communicational role of the schoolbook and it‘s impact on the child‘s socialization process; to analyze illustrations of school textbooks of V-VIII grades and determine gender roles and images of them. Magistro darbo objektas – tautinių mažumų švietimo sistema bei aprūpinimas mokykliniais vadovėliais. Darbo tikslas – problemiškai pažvelgti į tautinių mažumų švietimo klausimą, tyrimu išsiaiškinti pagrindines tautinių mažumų aprūpinimo gimtąja tautinių mažumų kalba išleistais bei valstybinei kalbai mokytis skirtais vadovėliais problemas ir trūkumus. Darbo tikslui įgyvendinti keliami uždaviniai: išanalizuoti Lietuvos tautinių mažumų situaciją Lietuvoje; įvertinti tautinių mažumų švietimo padėtį Lietuvoje (švietimo reglamentavimas Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymuose ir kituose teisės aktuose; mokyklų tinklo situacijos kaita); išanalizuoti tautinių mažumų mokyklų aprūpinimą vadovėliais, nustatyti aprūpinimo specifiką; išanalizuoti vadovėlių repertuarą; ištirti realią aprūpinimo tautinių mažumų kalbomis išleistais vadovėliais bei valstybinės kalbos mokymui(si) skirtais vadovėliais situaciją. Norint tinkamai užtikrinti teisę išsaugoti ir vartoti savo kalbą pirmiausia tautinėms mažumoms suteikiama galimybė mokytis gimtąja kalba arba gimtosios kalbos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose arba neformaliojo švietimo įstaigose. Tačiau bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose mokymasis gimtąja kalba yra užtikrinamas tik skaitlingoms tautinėms mažumoms. Tik rusų ir lenkų kalbomis Lietuvoje yra leidžiami vadovėliai. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The object of this master thesis is education system of the ethnic minorities and supply of textbooks to their general education schools. The main purpose – to evaluate the minorities’ education system, in the research to clarify the main ethnic minorities’ problems and shortcomings in their own supply of the textbooks which are published in minorities languages or is intended to teach state language. The main purpose is obtained by accomplishing these tasks: to analyze the situation of ethnic minorities in Lithuania, to assess the situation of minorities education (the regulation of Lithuanian ethnic minorities education in laws and other legislation; the situation of ethnic minorities schools system); to analyze supply of textbooks to general education schools of ethnic minorities; diagnose particularities of supply; analyze the repertoire of textbooks; to investigate the situation of supply of the textbooks which are published in minorities languages or is intended to teach state language. To ensure the ethnic minorities right to maintain their native language an opportunity to study in that language or learn it in general education schools or non-formal educational institutions is provided in Lithuania. Darbe nagrinėjamos vadovėlių iliustracijos, kuriose vaizduojamos moterys. Apibendrinamos kiekybinės bei kokybinės bendrojo ugdymo mokyklos vadovėlių iliustracijos. Analize bei empiriniu tyrimu, siekta išsiaiškinti mokinių bei mokytojų požiūrį apie moters vaizdavimą vadovėliuose, rezultatus, pateikiamos išvados. / In popular culture and media image of a woman is one of the most popular topics. There are public discussions about the image of a woman-who she is and how a modern woman should look like, moreover, stereotyped attitudes towards her are analyzed (they are sometimes broken and sometimes supported) and a woman‘s equality to a man is emphasized. In society a cult of a young, beautiful and self-confident woman, who is distiguished by physical and intelectual features more often, is spread. A term „image“ is usually used while talking about appearance and style, however, this conception is perceived in a wider context in this work- it also includes social roles, fields of relations and intercource with others.Conclusions are presented after generalization of quantitative and qualitative general education schoolbooks‘ illustrations analysis results and the ones, of empirical research which was performed in order to ascertain students‘ and teachers‘ attitude towards woman‘s portrayal in schoolbooks. It is emphasized that raised hypothesis has been proved, however, it is accented that mismatch of reality and world which is depicted in textbooks‘ illustrations determine students‘ negative attitude towards a woman and her roles, portrayed in educational material.

Hipotezė - Tarpkultūrinei komunikavimo kompetencijai (TKK) skiriama mažai dėmesio pradiniame ugdyme. Tarpkultūrinės temos dažniausiai nagrinėjamos pasaulio pažinimo pamokose. Uždaviniai: Išsiaiškinti kompetencijos sąvoką; Išnagrinėti kompetencijos rūšis; Atskleisti pagrindinius tarpkultūrinės kompetencijos bruožus; Išnagrinėti tarpkultūrinės kompetencijos ugdymo pradinėje mokykloje bruožus, raidą. Išanalizuoti tarpkultūrinės kompetencijos ugdymo pradinėje mokykloje reikšmę ir specifiką; Metodai: mokslinės, metodinės literatūros analizė ir nagrinėjimas, mokslinių straipsnių nagrinėjimas, dokumentų analizė. Magistro darbe remiamasi Europos tarpkultūrinio bendravimo standartais, Bendrosiomis programomis ir išsilavinimo standartais, moksline ir metodine literatūra, straipsniais, W.B.Gudykunst Tarpkultūrinės komunikacijos modeliu (TKK). Darbas susideda iš trijų dalių, kurios pasiskirsčiusios į potemes. Darbe išsamiai analizuojama ir nagrinėjama kompetencijos sąvoka, tarpkultūrinio ugdymo bruožai, savybės, kompetencijos ugdymo reikšmė. Pasitelkus išanalizuotą metodinę ir mokslinę literatūrą buvo parengtos tyrimo lentelės pagal W.B.Gudykunst TKK modelio kriterijus.
