Vadovų žmogiškųjų valdymo savybių vertinimas darbuotojų požiūriu / Assessment of managerial human skills from employees’ perspective

Aim of the study. To assess managerial human skills of managers from pharmacy employees’ perspective. Objectives: · To assess employees’ opinion about managerial human skills of they managers. · To compare satisfied and dissatisfied with the work employees’ opinion about managerial human skills of managers. Methods. Research method – anonymous semi structured questionnaire, all 223 employees of “Camelia” pharmacy chain: managers, pharmacists and their helpers were involved in the survey. Questionnaire consisted from 37 questions. Statistical data analysis was performed with the SPSS 14 program. Results. More than two thirds (67.0%) of employees noted, that the managerial human skills of managers were important to them. The most important qualities that were mentioned by employees were: communication (78.8%), strategic (48.3%), negotiation with problems (67.0%) and spread of news (57.6%). 42.2% of employees affirmed that they discuss with the manager about their hobbies, 23.9% of them said that they do not know their manager very well and said that manager refuses criticism (20.6%). The majority of employees asserted that their manager is nice (85.1%), that they trust him (72.6 %). Half of the employees (50.3%) insisted the manager pays respect for them individual demands. Kadangi darbo tema „Europos Sąjungos parama Lietuvai aplinkosaugos sektoriuje: komunikacinis aspektas“ yra pakankamai plati, palengvinant mokslinį tyrimą, buvo apsibrėžta siauresnė darbo tema – ES finansuojamų ekologinio švietimo projektų informavimo efektyvumas. Pagrindinis klausimas: ar ES finansuojami informavimo apie aplinką projektai yra informatyvūs ir efektyvūs. Specifiniai klausimai: • kurios informavimo priemonės tikslinių projektų grupių asmenims yra patraukliausios ir įdomiausios; • kurios informavimo priemonės yra informatyviausios; • apie kurias aplinkosaugos tematikas visuomenė yra mažiausiai informuota; • kuri tikslinė grupė yra mažiausiai informuota apie aplinką; • ar šie projektai apskritai padidina visuomenės informuotumo apie aplinką lygį. Hipotezė – ES finansuojami ekologinio švietimo projektai yra efektyvūs, nes padidina projektuose dalyvaujančių asmenų žinias apie aplinką. Tyrimo objektas nusako tiriamųjų kontingentą – tai projektų vykdytojai ir projektų galutiniai naudos gavėjai (tiesioginės tikslinės grupės asmenys). The reason is not effective ecological education of society and lack of information about it. More over, our country has not enough statistical information on the civic privity in environmental protection sector. There are no public surveys conducted on this or if there are, they aren’t published publicly. Because of that, we don’t know the exact sectors of environmental protection that the society is informed the least. Which information sources about the environmental protection are the most trustful and which publication channels are the most effective and attractive. Though, the support of European Union gave the possibility to provide ecological educational campaigns, the project executives failing with the statistical data on choosing the right publication channel, themes and target groups. Consequently this document is aimed to analyse the needs of project target groups, their privity level on environmental protection and to compare this data with the motives of project executives on choosing target groups and information channels. Darbas yra naujas tuo, jog jame pateikiama susisteminta bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų vadovų požiūrio į darbuotojų skatinimą analizė, išskiriant pedagogų motyvavimo, skatinimo sampratos ir esmės, bendrosios bei švietimo vadybos aspektus, įvertinama mokyklų vadovų pozicija skatinant mokytojus efektyviai veiklai, aptariamos pedagoginės sąlygos ir veiksniai, įtakojantys mokytojo profesinei karjerai. / The Aim of the Master’s Final Theses is to investigate the headmasters‘attitude towards the teachers‘stimulation. Įgyvendinant LR Švietimo įstatymą, reikalavimai ugdymo institucijos vadovui, jo kompetencijoms didėja ir nuolat kinta, dėl vis labiau kintančio veiklos pobūdžio profesinėje veikloje. Vadovai tampa visos organizacijos ašimi, nuo jų kompetencijų priklauso visos organizacijos rezultatai. Magistro darbe pateiktos kompetencijos, kvalifikacijos ir kompetentingumo sampratų interpretacijos, pateikta kompetencijos lygių analizė, apibendrintos bendrųjų kompetencijų koncepcijos bei efektyvaus vadovavimo būtinybė organizacijoje. Aptartos teorijos apie asmenybines, dalykines komunikacines, socialines psichologines, profesines, vadybines bei didaktines kompetencijas. Darbe pateikiami ugdymo institucijų vadovų vadybinių kompetencijų sampratos suvokimo tyrimo rezultatai, kurie parodė, kad kaip svarbiausias savo darbe vadovai išskyria socialinę (santykiai su kitais žmonėmis ir socialine aplinka harmonizuojantys gebėjimai ir savybės) bei edukacinę (saviugda) kompetencijas. Darbe realizuoti kelti uždaviniai, apibendrinti tyrimo rezultatai, suformuluotos išvados ir rekomendacijos. / Implementing the Educational law of Lithuania Republic, the requirements for the leader of a training institution and his competences continuously grow and change for the changing activity character in the career. The leaders become the axis of the whole organization; the results of the organization depend upon their competences. The competences, qualifications and interpretations of competence conception, the analysis of competence levels are reported in the master‘s work. The general competence concepts and the need for the effective management in the organization are summarized there, too. The theories about personal, subject – communicative, social psychological, professional, managemental and didactic competencies are discussed. The results of the research about the training institution leader‘s management competences conception are laid out in the work. The results have revealed that the social (relations to other people and social environment harmonizing skills and qualities) and educational (self-education) competences are the most important ones to the leaders. The raised goals have been realized, the research results have been summarized and the conclusions and recommendations have been formulated in the master‘s work.

At the outset, it has to be noticed that crimes against international law are committed by men, not by abstract entities, and international law will achieve its goals only if those responsible for crimes will be brought to justice. The principle of individual criminal responsibility of Heads’ of State for crimes against humanity, genocide, war crimes and torture (elaborated in the Nuremberg Charter) is part of customary international law. The principle is embodied in the resolutions of the UN General Assembly – Principles of Law Recognized in the Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal and the Judgment of the Tribunal (1950); international treaties – Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948), Geneva Conventions (1949), Convention against Torture and Other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (1984), Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (1998); other international instruments – UN Draft Code of Crimes against the Peace and Security of Mankind (1996), Statute of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (1993) (also clarified in the proceedings brought before the former Yugoslavian leader S.
