Fundamentando-se no método histórico-crítico, estabeleceu a organização do trabalho didático como categoria de análise, objetivando analisar a história e a forma como as escolas isoladas se organizaram didaticamente, no período de 1893 a 1932. Ao partir da tese de que as escolas isoladas carregaram vestígios do método lancasteriano (ou mútuo), tornou-se necessário um recuo ao Período Imperial, aprofundando o estudo sobre as escolas de primeiras letras para, em seguida, investigar as escolas isoladas. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica tendo como referência teórica os trabalhos de Saviani (2008); Alves (2001, 2005); Neves (2003); Marcílio (2005); Bastos e Faria Filho (1999); Souza (1998, 2006, 2009); Reis Filho (1995); Infantosi (1983); Nagle (1976); Schelbauer (1998). Os documentos constantes no Arquivo do Estado de São Paulo (AESP) foram as fontes primárias consultadas. No primeiro período republicano, a necessidade de universalização da instrução pública levou à criação dos grupos escolares, que atendiam, inicialmente, os grandes centros urbanos; para os centros menores e bairros populosos, criaram-se as escolas reunidas. Nos bairros periféricos, nas vilas e áreas rurais foram adotadas as escolas isoladas cuja função era dar uma formação básica - leitura, escrita e as operações elementares da aritmética - à população pobre, residente nesses locais. A organização do trabalho didático, nessas escolas, se aproximava da organização adotada nas escolas de primeiras letras sob o método mútuo presentes no Período Imperial. A história das escolas isoladas está marcada por aspectos tanto de suas antecessoras, as escolas de primeiras letras, quanto da moderna escola burguesa. Funcionando em casebres, elas herdaram das escolas de primeiras letras, principalmente, o atendimento, em uma só sala, de crianças em diferentes níveis de adiantamento, o controle da presença, os registros administrativos; da escola burguesa, dentre outros aspectos, o controle e a divisão ordenada do tempo. / Abstract: This research has as object organization of the didactic work in isolated schools in São Paulo. Basing on the historical-critical method, established the organization of the didactic work as a category of analysis, in order to study the history and analyze how schools are organized didactically isolated in the period from 1893 to 1932. When from the thesis that the isolated schools carry traces of the lancasterian system (or mutual), it became necessary to a retreat Imperial Period, deepening the study of the schools of first letters to then to investigate the isolated schools. To this end, was conducted a bibliography review with reference to the theoretical work Saviani (2008), Alves (2001, 2005), Neves (2003); Marcílio (2005); Bastos and Faria Filho (1999); Souza (1998, 2006, 2009); Reis Filho (1995); Infantosi (1983), Nagle (1976); Schelbauer (1998). In the first Republican period, the need for universal public education led to the creation of school groups, which met initially to large urban centers; for smaller centers and populous neighborhoods, schools were created together. In the suburbs, towns and rural areas were adopted isolated schools whose function was to provide a basic education - reading, writing and elementary arithmetic operations - to the poor population of these locations. The organization of the didactic work in these schools approached the organization adopted in schools of the first letters under the mutual method present in the imperial period. The history of isolated schools is marked by both aspects of its predecessors, the schools of first letters, as the modern bourgeois school. Metodologias de análise cada vez mais sofisticadas têm sido implementadas com o suporte das tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC) como o sistema eletrônico de compras, parte fundamental do chamado governo eletrônico, desenvolvido e implantado com a finalidade de gerar eficiência administrativa. Os principais sistemas são o sistema SIAFI e o SIASG, que fazem o controle financeiro, orçamentário, operacional e contábil da unidade gestora, assim como também a gestão de todas as compras e contratações no âmbito do governo federal. Melhores resultados já podem ser observados do ponto de vista do cidadão, dos órgãos de controle e também dos gestores, através da transparência dos processos, rotinas e procedimentos. Baseado no estudo teórico utilizado na pesquisa buscou-se identificar, através de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental, de campo, observação direta e participativa e pela comparação dos resultados obtidos, as formas de aquisição do conhecimento e como são aplicados no setor. O método de investigação adotado foi o estudo de caso e a unidade analisada foi o setor de compras de uma universidade pública federal. Os resultados da pesquisa indicaram uma reduzida rotina de busca por aprendizagem, evidenciando necessidades no processo de capacitação do grupo. Em relação à tipologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, que se propõe a conhecer e entender a administração, coletando dados no próprio ambiente. Ao final, observa-se a necessidade de estruturação do setor, no que diz respeito à busca, retenção e melhor utilização do conhecimento / The Federal Government is seeking ways to achieve efficiency in the field of government procurement. Analysis methodologies increasingly sophisticated have been implemented with the support of information and communication technologies (ICT) as the electronic procurement system, fundamental part of the so-called e-government, developed and implemented in order to produce administrative efficiency. The main systems are SIAFI and SIASG that make financial control, budgeting, operational and accounting of the management unit, as well as the management of all purchases and contracts within the federal government.Best results can already be seen from the point of view of the citizen, of the regulatory authorities and also of managers, through transparent procedures, routines and procedures. Based on the theoretical study used in the research we sought to identify, through bibliographic research, documental, field, direct and participatory observation and comparison of results obtained, the ways of acquiring knowledge and how they are applied in the sector. The adopted research method was the case study and the analyzed unit is the purchasing department of a federal public university. The survey results indicated a reduced routine of quest for learning, highlighting needs in the group capacitation process. Regarding typology, it is a qualitative research that aims to know and understand the management, collecting data in their own environment. This work was developed at Master s Post Graduation Program in Education at Santa Maria Federal University, in the line of research of School Practices and Public Policies(LP2). The general aim was to investigate the elements of teaching acts organization and the concepts of children subjected to it. For that, I tried to: (a) identify the elements that guide the teaching activity with children at the teaching organizing action; (b) think about it with the teachers; (c) and also try to understand how the teachers feel the activity of the child in such organization. Using historic-cultural approach, the qualitative research was organized in a reflexive-problematic-dialogical way based on Freire s theory that constituted itself during the work by the observation of the participants, arguments of scenes and discussion groups, having as subjects of the research the teachers of a City School of Children Education in Santa Maria. For data collection records in field diary were made, pictures, filmings, scene discussing and in the discussion group, the analysis and thoughts beginning from the picture-filming and images of Tonucci s work (1988). In the data analysis, having as a basis Leontiev s Activity Theory elements of the teaching action organization were performed such as planning, routine and activity. The work made possible a reflection about the teaching organization and also how the activities are being organized in the field of research. The analyses proofs signs of an unbelief by the teachers in the potential of the children that go to that institution and rises possibilities for the justifications and/or comprehension of the teaching conceptions about the activity in the organization of teaching action. Understanding children as participants, active subjects and capable of developing themselves and produce culture, we contribute for the thinking and discussing of the teachers of Children s Education about the children, active subjects in the process of building the daily schooling action. Moreover, we can provide spaces and times in which the children experience their childhood fully in the teaching community context, that is, in the public or private institutions of Children Education. / Esta dissertação foi desenvolvida no curso de Mestrado em Educação do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, na Linha de pesquisa Práticas Escolares e Políticas Públicas (LP2). O objetivo geral foi investigar os elementos da organização da ação pedagógica docente e as concepções de criança a ela subjacentes. Para isso, busquei (a) identificar os elementos que orientam a atividade docente com crianças na organização da ação pedagógica; (b) refletir com os educadores a respeito da organização da ação pedagógica; (c) além de buscar compreender como os educadores percebem a atividade da criança na organização da ação pedagógica. Utilizando-me da abordagem histórico-cultural, a pesquisa qualitativa foi organizada dentro de uma metodologia dialógico-problematizadora-reflexiva de base freireana que foi constituindo-se no decorrer do trabalho através de observações participantes, discussão de cenas e grupos de diálogo reflexivo, tendo como sujeitos da pesquisa as professoras de uma Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil do município de Santa Maria. Para a coleta de dados foram realizados registros em diário de campo, fotografias, filmagens, discussão de cenas e, no grupo de diálogo reflexivo, a análise e reflexão a partir dos registros fílmico-fotográficos e de imagens da obra de Tonucci (1988). Na análise dos dados, tendo como base a Teoria da Atividade de Leontiev, foram trabalhados elementos da organização da ação pedagógica como: planejamento, rotina e atividade. O trabalho possibilitou a reflexão acerca da organização pedagógica e de como as atividades vem sendo organizadas no espaço da pesquisa. A análise evidencia indícios de uma falta de confiança por parte dos docentes no potencial das crianças que frequentam a instituição e levanta possibilidades para a justificativa e/ou compreensão das concepções docentes acerca da atividade na organização da ação pedagógica. Compreendendo as crianças como seres participantes, sujeitos ativos e capazes de se desenvolverem e produzirem cultura, contribui-se para a reflexão e discussão dos professores de Educação Infantil acerca de como elas poderão ser compreendidas como sujeitos ativos no processo de construção da ação pedagógica diária. Além disso, pode-se proporcionar espaços e tempos nos quais as crianças vivenciem plenamente sua(s) infância(s) nos contextos coletivos de educação, ou seja, nas instituições públicas ou privadas de Educação Infantil.

L’effet modérateur du soutien social hors-travail entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et l’épuisement professionnel chez la main-d’œuvre canadienne

Ce mémoire s’intéresse à mieux comprendre ce qui influence le développement de l’épuisement professionnel et vise à répondre à deux objectifs. Le premier est de vérifier si le soutien social hors-travail modère la relation entre les différentes conditions de l’organisation de travail et l’épuisement professionnel. Deuxièmement, la présente recherche vise à mieux cerner quelles conditions de l’organisation du travail (utilisation des compétences, autorité décisionnelle, demandes psychologiques, demandes physiques, horaire de travail irrégulier, nombre d’heures travaillées, soutien social des collègues, soutien social des superviseurs, harcèlement, reconnaissance et insécurité d’emploi) influencent directement l’épuisement professionnel. Cette étude est basée sur les données secondaires du premier cycle de l’Étude longitudinale de l’Observatoire sur la Santé et le Mieux-Être au travail (ELOSMET). L’échantillon final est composé de 2385 participants provenant de 90 établissements différents à travers le Canada. Des analyses descriptives, bivariées et multivariées (de type multiniveaux) ont été réalisées afin de répondre aux hypothèses de recherche. Les analyses multiniveaux n’ont pas démontré l’existence d’un effet de modération du soutien social hors-travail pour la relation entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et l’épuisement professionnel. Aussi, les résultats montrent que le soutien social hors-travail n’influence pas non plus directement l’épuisement professionnel. Toutefois, les analyses multiniveaux montrent que sept des onze conditions de l’organisation du travail s’associent de manière significative à l’épuisement professionnel. L’utilisation des compétences, l’autorité décisionnelle, le soutien social du superviseur et la reconnaissance influencent négativement l’épuisement professionnel, alors que les demandes psychologiques, le harcèlement, et l’insécurité d’emploi l’influencent positivement. Nos résultats indiquent également que certaines de nos variables contrôles s’associent significativement à l’épuisement professionnel, soit le genre, le capital psychologique et le conflit travail-famille. / This master thesis was conducted to examine what influence the development of burnout and aims to address two objectives. The first objective is to verify if social support outside the workplace moderates the relation between work organization conditions and burnout. Secondly, this research also aims to identify which work organization conditions (skill utilization, decision authority, psychological demands, physical demands, irregular work schedule, number of working hours, social support from colleagues, social support from supervisors, harassment, recognition, and job insecurity) directly influence burnout. This study is based on secondary data from the first cycle of the ELOSMET survey. The final sample is composed of 2385 participants from 90 different establishments across Canada. Descriptive, bivariate and multivariate (multilevel) analyses were performed in order to address the research hypotheses. Multilevel analyses did not demonstrate the moderating effect of social support outside the workplace between work organization conditions and burnout. Also, the results showed that social support outside the workplace does not directly influence burnout either. However, multilevel analyses showed that seven of the eleven work organization conditions are significantly associated with burnout. Skill utilization, decision authority, supervisor social support, and recognition negatively influence burnout, whereas psychological demands, harassment, and job insecurity positively influence it. Our results also indicate that some of our control variables are significantly associated with burnout, namely gender, psychological capital, and work-family conflict.

Darbo uždaviniai: 1) teoriniame lygmenyje įvertinti svarbiausią mokslinę literatūrą, susijusią su individualiu sprendimų priėmimu skirtingose kultūrose; 2) įvertinti svarbiausius mokslo darbus apie sprendimų priėmimą atskirų kultūrų grupėse, juose pateikiamus sprendimų priėmimo būdus, metodus ir modelius; 3) išanalizuoti ir įvertinti mokslo darbus, kuriuose koncentruojamasi ties įvairiais sprendimų priėmimo multikultūrinėje grupėje aspektais teoriniame lygmenyje; 4) remiantis tiriamųjų interviu analize, nustatyti ar ir kokios probleminės temos išryškėja bendrų sprendimų priėmimo multikultūrinėje grupėje proceso metu; 5) remiantis teorine mokslinės literatūros analize, nustatyti kokie kultūriškai sąlygoti veiksniai galėjo daryti neigiamą poveikį sprendimų priėmimui multikultūrinėje grupėje. Multicultural teams and work groups which are responsible for major decisions are growing in number and have substantial contribution to increasing global economic integration and the extent of international cooperation. Despite the fact that the literature of social psychology is rich in information about the process of decision-making and its components, and the influence of cultural differences on international communication and cooperation is analyzed from different angles and in detail in a number of scientific works related with international communication, still little attention has been paid to problems that arise during the process of decision making in a multicultural group due to cultural differences. Therefore the research, focused on the impact of cultural differences on the decision-making in ethnically heterogeneous group, is relevant for both practical and research related aspects. Une étude sur le rôle modérateur des évènements stressants vécus lors de l’enfance sur la relation entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et la détresse psychologique

L’objectif principal de ce mémoire est de déterminer l’effet modérateur des évènements stressants subis lors de l’enfance sur la relation entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et le niveau de détresse psychologique vécue par les policiers et les employés de bureau de la ville de Montréal (SPVM). Les objectifs secondaires sont de déterminer le rôle direct des conditions de l’organisation du travail et des évènements stressants subis lors de l’enfance sur le niveau de détresse psychologique de cette population. Des données secondaires découlant d’une enquête réalisée auprès de 410 employés du SPVM nous ont permis de réaliser cette étude et de faire les analyses statistiques nécessaires. Cette recherche nous a permis de déceler quelques facteurs pouvant influencer le niveau de détresse psychologique des employés du SPVM. Entre autres, les résultats nous indiquent un niveau de détresse psychologique assez faible pour notre échantillon. De plus, ceux-ci nous démontrent que parmi les conditions de l’organisation du travail, deux variables indépendantes sont associées à une variation du niveau de détresse psychologique, c’est-à-dire les demandes psychologiques et le soutien social des superviseurs. En effet, les demandes psychologiques font augmenter le niveau de détresse psychologique, tandis que le soutien des superviseurs le fait diminuer. De plus, nos résultats soutiennent que le fait d’être un homme, de vivre en couple, de ne pas subir de tensions avec son enfant et son conjoint, de pratiquer des activités physiques, de ne pas consommer de tabac et de posséder un centre de contrôle interne sont associés à un faible niveau de détresse psychologique. Parallèlement, cette étude nous a permis d’avoir une compréhension plus exhaustive du rôle spécifique des évènements de vie stressants vécus lors de l’enfance en ce qui concerne la détresse psychologique vécue en milieu de travail. Ainsi, nos analyses multivariées nous ont permis d’identifier le fait qu’il n’y avait pas présence d’un effet modérateur des évènements stressants subis lors de l’enfance sur la relation entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et le niveau de détresse psychologique. Pour ce qui est de la relation des évènements stressants subis lors de l’enfance sur le niveau de détresse psychologique, aucun lien n’a été décelé lors des analyses. / The main objective of this master thesis was to verify the moderating effects of stressful life events from childhood on the relation between the work organization’s conditions and the level of psychological distress lived by workers from the Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM). As a secondary objective, this thesis determined the direct effect of work organization conditions on the level of psychological distress. To complete this study, data from an investigation of 410 SPVM workers was used. This thesis demonstrated a low level of distress in this population. Also, the completed multilevel analysis confirmed that psychological demands and social support from the superiors were associated at the level of psychological distress. In fact, psychological demands contribute to increase it and the social support from the superior decrease the level of psychological distress. In addition, our results indicate that distress is to be less pronounced among men, couples, life habits (physical activities and no tobacco use),no tensions with children, no tensions with the spouse and the personality trait sense of control. Finally, this thesis hasn’t found any moderating effects of the children’s stressful life events on the relation between the work organization’s conditions and the level of psychological distress. Moreover, the multilevel analyses haven’t demonstrated the direct effect of children’s stressful life events psychological on the level of psychological distress.

La presente tesi, attraverso l’utilizzo di diverse fonti di dati, sia longitudinali che trasversali, contribuisce alla letteratura esistente in materia di lavoro precario, invecchiamento e discriminazione di genere, fornendo evidenza empirica riguardo le conseguenze in termini di salute e benessere della precarietà, del pensionamento e della leadership femminile nel mercato del lavoro. Il primo capitolo esamina la relazione esistente fra insicurezza sul lavoro, prospettive di reimpiego e disagio psicologico, utilizzando dati cross-country provenienti dalle European Working Conditions Surveys del 2010. Il secondo capitolo è dedicato alla stima dell’effetto causale del pensionamento sull’utilizzo dei servizi sanitari in 10 paesi Europei nel periodo 2004-2013. In particolare, il capitolo approfondisce il tema della riduzione del costo opportunità del tempo libero dopo il pensionamento, che può dare luogo ad aumenti improvvisi nell’utilizzo dei servizi sanitari. Il terzo capitolo, infine, studia la relazione esistente tra leadership femminile, pratiche organizzative a livello aziendale e discriminazione di genere per 30 paesi Europei, considerati nel periodo 1995-2010. / The present dissertation, using both longitudinal and cross-sectional data from different sources, contributes to existing literature on precarious employment, aging and gender discrimination providing empirical evidence on the health and wellbeing outcomes of work-related insecurity, retirement and female leadership across European countries. Chapter 1 examines the relationship among perceived job insecurity, employability and psychological distress in Europe, using cross-country data from the 2010 European Working Conditions Surveys. Chapter 2, using SHARE data (from 2004 to 2013) for 10 European countries, is devoted to the analysis of the (causal) effect of retirement on health care utilization. In particular, it explores the existence of a discontinuous change in health investment at the time of retirement, as suggested by the theory, asking whether this ``puzzling'' jump is associated with the drop in the opportunity cost of time induced by retirement. Chapter 3 investigates the association between female leadership, work organization practices and perceived gender discrimination within firms, using EWCS data for 30 European countries for the period 1995-2010.

L’objectif principal de ce mémoire est de vérifier l’effet modérateur du soutien social hors-travail sur la relation entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et l’épuisement professionnel. Dans un deuxième temps, nous cherchons aussi à déterminer l’effet direct que peut entretenir chacune des variables sur le niveau d’épuisement professionnel. Pour nous aider à réaliser notre recherche nous avons utilisé des données secondaires provenant de l’Équipe de Recherche sur le Travail et la Santé Mentale, qui sont basées sur un échantillon de 410 travailleurs (civil et policier) du Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) atteint de décembre 2008 à février 2009. Les analyses multivariées réalisées ont révélé que plusieurs facteurs du travail ont une influence sur le niveau d’épuisement professionnel des employés du SPVM. En effet, l’utilisation des compétences, l’autorité décisionnelle et le soutien social au travail sont trois facteurs du travail qui agissent comme protecteur contre l’épuisement professionnel. À l’inverse, les demandes psychologiques, les demandes contractuelles (c’est-à-dire les horaires de travail irréguliers ou imprévisibles), la supervision abusive ainsi que le conflit travail-famille sont quatre autres facteurs du travail qui font augmenter significativement le niveau d’épuisement professionnel. De plus, nos résultats soutiennent que le fait de vivre en couple, de ne pas avoir d’enfant, de vivre un conflit famille-travail et d’avoir un score élevé au trait de personnalité amabilité sont tout autant de caractéristiques associées à un haut niveau d’épuisement professionnel.Parallèlement, les analyses multivariées n’ont pas permis de confirmer le lien modérateur du soutien social hors-travail sur la relation entre les conditions de l’organisation du travail et l’épuisement professionnel. / The main objective of this master thesis is to verify the moderating effect of social support outside of work on the relation between the work organization conditions and burnout. In a second time, we also try to determine the direct effect that each variable has on burnout. To help us achieve our research we used secondary data from l’Équipe de Recherche sur le Travail et la Santé Mentale, which are based on a sample of 410 employees (civilian and police) of the Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) consulted from December 2008 to February 2009. The completed multivariate analyses revealed that many work organization conditions impact the level of burnout of the SPVM employees. Indeed, skills utilization, decision authority and social support at work are three work organization conditions that help to prevent burnout. In contrast, psychological demands, contractual demands (i.e. irregular or unpredictable work schedule), abusive supervision and work to family conflict are four factors increasing the level of burnout. Moreover, our results show that living with a life partner, not having a child,living a family to work conflict and having a high score for the trait of personality related to agreeableness are related to a high level of burnout. In parallel, multivariate analyses did not confirm the moderating effect of social support outside of work on the relation between work organisation conditions and burnout.
