Bei der Publikation handelt es sich um den Abschlussbericht einer erstmals durchgeführten Befragung der Absolventen der Fakultät Informatik der TU Dresden zum beruflichen Verbleib und zur retrospektiven Bewertung der Studienqualität. Der vorliegende Abschlussbericht gliedert sich zunächst in eine Kurzzusammenfassung der wichtigsten Ergebnisse, dann in einen Abschnitt zur Anlage und Durchführung der Studie und in Abschnitte zu den einzelnen Themengebieten der Befragung. Im einzelnen wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hochschulleitung der TU Dresden als Ziele und Themen der Absolventenbefragungen formuliert: An erster Stelle stand die Informationsgewinnung zum Verbleib der Absolventen, ihrer Berufsfelder, Einkommen, Arbeitszufriedenheit und Arbeitsmarktchancen. Die Informationsgewinnung zur retrospektiven Bewertung der Qualität der Lehre und des Studiums durch Absolventen stand an zweiter Stelle. So sollen durch die Fakultäten auch Anregungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Reform von Studienprogrammen abgeleitet werden können und Vergleichsmöglichkeiten mit der Bewertung der Lehre und des Studiums durch Studenten gewonnen werden. Weitere Ziele waren Vorbereitungen für kontinuierliche Absolventenbefragungen an allen Fakultäten der TU Dresden sowie Fragebogen-Adaptionen für die Fakultäten. Schließlich wurde als langfristiges Ziel die Entwicklung eines fundierten Befragungsdesigns für Längsschnittstudien (Wiederholung der Befragungen nach mehreren Jahren mit denselben und neuen Absolventen) flächendeckend für alle Fakultäten der TU Dresden genannt. Zusätzlich zu den einzelnen Themengebieten der Befragung erfolgte eine Analyse der Bestimmungsgründe beruflichen Erfolgs. Gerade letztere Analyse führte auch zu einigen unerwarteten Ergebnissen. Gängige (hochschulpolitische) Thesen, welche Absolventen besonders erfolgreich seien, konnten nicht bestätigt werden. Andere Eigenschaften erwiesen sich als wesentlich wichtiger. The aim of this thesis is to compare employment preferences of economics faculty students in the Czech Republic (students from University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice) and abroad which they have on the labour market in different ways. One part of the thesis is analysis of questionnaire survey where are elaborated answers of respondents. Another part is the comparison of the analysis with results of others analysis from different authors and institutions. In the last part of this thesis are made a suggestions how possible is to improve current situation. The work deals with possible solution proposals which lead to elimination of working young people in some area which is not similar to the field of their study. What can be disadvantage barrier in the labour market. Firstly government should make new evaluation of universities, secondly there should be more co-operation between universities and companies for the purpose of arranging internships for students and thirdly students should start with choosing relevant field of study where they can work after graduation.

The thesis focuses on analysing the possibility of increasing the attractiveness of graduates of the University of Economics Prague (VŠE) in the labour market. It maps the opportunities for enhancing the knowledge and skills beyond the scope of the regular instruction. The theoretical part among others includes an overview of the historical development of the number of university graduates and their employability in different fields. Furthermore, it focuses on the interpretation of selected theories of career management, the topic of career development and the career management skills, the so called new careers and new psychological contracts (all in relation to university graduates). The empirical part includes the analysis of students potential activities that may play a role in their entry in the labour market. The empirical investigation was carried out focused on the expectations of employers in relation to graduates and to what extent do employers take into account graduates previous activities for acquiring knowledge and skills beyond the scope of their studies. The results of the work are the practical recommendations for students / alumni of VŠE justified on the basis of the analysis.

This thesis contains theoretical viewpoints, the characteristics of the selected systems for graduates, their comparison and the suggestion of concrete recommendations for an alumni system of the University of Economics. Part of the thesis is research in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which opinions of graduates and students at University of Economics in the sphere of backward cooperation with the school were collected.

The diploma thesis summarizes professional theoretical findings describing the development and culture of organizations. This is the background for the theoretical framework, which focuses on presentation of the subject and on the tools used for diagnostics of an organizations. First, the thesis provides structured and clearly defined theoretical framework, which corresponds to a Diagnosis of Organizations taught at the Faculty of Humanities. The main goal of the thesis is to provide a feedback on the theoretical and practical education of this subject. For purposes of the thesis, the method of deep interview was selected, followed by analysis and presentation of selected data. The interviews were performed with six respondents, graduates of the Faculty of Humanities - master's degree program Management and Supervision in Social and Health Care Organizations. This thesis is focused on a role of contact office in the Labour Office in České Budějovice in relation to high school graduates. In the first part theoretical basis and unemployment generally described. In the second part there are activities which are in the Labour Office's competence mentioned, as well as possible course of graduates' registration. In detail data of unemployed graduates in medium term from 2008 to 2013 are analyzed. Based on the data the unemployment development is described from the perspective of study fields and regarding to a method of termination of registration the percentage of graduates employed through the Labour Office is found.
