Trabalha com a apreensão e a reflexão sobre as disposições e os mecanismos envolvidos na construção e na reprodução do prestígio do colégio no cenário educacional, destacando o sentido relacional que estrutura, no tempo e no espaço, as formas de poder e os tipos de capital, presentes no universo em questão. O trabalho está especialmente referenciado nas teorias de Pierre Bourdieu, Norbert Elias e na Sociologia das Instituições. Tem como principais fontes documentais o "Arquivo do Colégio de Aplicação" e o "Arquivo da Faculdade Nacional de Filosofia", do acervo do Programa de Estudos e Documentação Educação e Sociedade, da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. A análise empreendida revela que a distinção do colégio é construída pelo jogo de forças entre grupos de agentes, em redes de relações que conferem a identidade, a organização, as funções e o prestígio da instituição, em acordo com temporalidade e intencionalidade peculiares / Abstract: This study examines the process of institutionalisation of the "Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro" (an university-affiliated school), since its foundation, in 1948, till the 1980's. It is focussed in the understanding and reflection about provisions and mechanisms used to the working out and the reproduction of prestige, in the educational setting, highlighting the relational meaning which gives structure, in time and place, to the forms of power relations and the kinds of capital prevailing in this context. The study draws mainly on Pierre Bourdieu¿s and Norbert Elias' ideas and on the Sociology of Institutions, and the main data sources were provided by documents from the archive of the "Colégio de Aplicação" and from the archive of the "Faculdade Nacional de Filosofia", both from the collections of the "Programa de Estudos e Documentação Educação e Sociedade" of the "Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro" (the College of Education of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro). The data analysis suggested that the reputation of the school is built on a interplay of forces among different groups of agents, on networks of relations that give the identity, organization, the functions and the prestige of the institution, in accordance with temporality and peculiar intentionality / Doutorado / Educação, Conhecimento, Linguagem e Arte / Doutora em Educação

All the youth political organizations, that were included in his research, aimed to provide its political parties with the function of party stabilization, They acted as a mediator between political party and the defined part of society. There is an assumption, that institutionalized political party wants a strong and durable relationship with the affiliated organization because of its mutually beneficial functions. Moreover, these parties should also aim to formalize this relationship via its statutes. However, in the Czech Republic there is a strong tendency toward omitting this form of relationship as the parties prefer more informal relations. This diploma thesis discovered, that in the only youth political organization with formal ties to its maternal organization was Young Social Democrats. Even though these youth political parties act lice a support structure, they can be also perceived by political party as a potential source of instability and danger.

The objective of the master thesis is to evaluate the factors that have influenced the operational capability of al-Qaeda. In order to determine current operational capacity of al-Qaeda, the analysis is divided into three time periods and on the basis of external and internal factors affecting the changes in the structure and thus the functioning of the group, then the network, we have achieved results that we can consider as a basis for assessment of its ability to act today. Analysis of the structure of the al-Qaeda by network analysis based on the theory derived from the article of Ronald Diebert and Janice Stein entitled "Hacking Networks of Terror" is in the thesis considered to be a basis for understanding of the functioning of the network structure as well as its impact on the internal functioning of the network compared with hierarchically organized structure characteristic for the period before the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001. The other two periods analyzed in the work are: the period after the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, their impacts and the third period is the period after 2011, when bin Laden, leader of al-Qaeda was killed, the revolutions of Arab Spring took place and the long-term impact of the war on terror will be included in the analysis as well. 中國大陸經濟體制改革中最為重要的是對國有企業的改革，而企業集團（關聯企業）的產生與發展，就可以追溯到20世紀80年代對國有企業的一系列改革。1993年《公司法》的制定主要目的和功能是爲了進行國有企業股份制改革，因此並未對企業集團（關聯企業）有所規定。最近20年來，中國大陸經濟飛速發展，企業集團化非常普遍，關聯企業在中國大陸的經濟活動中有著舉足輕重的地位。 臺灣公司法1997年修正時，新增關係企業專章，以保障從屬公司少數股東及其債權人之權益，並促進關係企業之健全運營。而中國大陸《公司法》幾次修正卻從未將關聯企業納入其中。本文認為，在中國大陸，如何規範關聯企業之發展，如何保護從屬公司少數股東及其債權人之利益，已經成為一個迫切需要進行立法規範的議題。 因此，本文會對臺灣公司法關係企業章進行研究，尋求中國大陸《公司法》可以借鑑之處，同時亦會分析中國大陸在關聯企業形成過程中的不同之處，以提出適合中國大陸環境之立法建議。 / The reform of State-owned enterprises has been the top priority in China for the economic reform. The formation and development of enterprise group (affiliates enterprises) can be traced back to the enterprise system reform in 1980s. The China Corporate Act 1993 focus on the reform of State-owned enterprises but not the enterprise group (affiliates enterprises). The following amendments still did not regulate the enterprises group (affiliates enterprises). In the last two decades, the economy developed rapidly and enterprise group is very common. Affiliated enterprises play an important role in China's economic activities. Taiwan amended its Corporate Law in 1997, adding Affiliated Enterprises chapter to protect the minority shareholders and the creditors of the affiliated company. The purpose is to promote the sound operation of the affiliated enterprises. There are some substantial developments from the practical experience and legal inquiry for the relevant operations. This paper argues that in order to protect the transaction safety, improve the regulations and development for affiliates enterprises, ensure the interests of minority shareholders and creditors of affiliated companies, we should clarify the forms, types, legal operation background, and difficulties of affiliated enterprises in China. Based on the examination and analysis of Taiwan Corporate Law, and learning from the China Corporate Act at the same time, this paper hopes to propose appropriate legislation fit to China's corporate structures and environments.

The dissertation examines African American Freemasons throughout the South during the Jim Crow era. The secret nature of Prince Hall Affiliated Freemasonry (PHA) has hidden the contribution and activism of the organization and its members. I argue the organization is part of a web of networks that fought for civil and human rights for African Americans. Through PHA, members are cultivated into leaders, activists, businessmen; over the years, the members have created an initiatic identity that connected them to the African American community and humanity. The significance of my study is that I analyze PHA through a womanist lens and argue the organization has a diarchal gender relationship that allows women and men to take on leadership and activist roles that differed from the normative gender relationship of their time.

台灣加入WTO後，各產業面臨全球化之激烈競爭，而國內流通業者如何在連鎖化、大型化、多樣化、差異化的趨勢中，善用高科技，創新經營模式，提升競爭力，已是刻不容緩的課題。台灣流通業者，規模小，數量多，e化人才不足，因此政府在這方面之協助，更顯重要性。 商業司自民國90年起推動「商業e化輔導推動計畫」至民國93年止已輔導了127個體系，共由127家受輔導廠商及其帶動上線企業26,641家接受政府補助進行各項B2B需求鏈的e化應用，如電子採購(e-Procurement)、電子帳務處理(e-Payment)、企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning)、協同規劃/預測/補貨系統(Collaborative Planning， Forecasting & Replenishment)等。 為了暸解其效益，本研究就民國93年年度接受政府輔導的11個行業別，42個體系，42家受輔導廠商及5,697家帶動上線企業進行問卷普查，及個案訪談加上專家意見，進行方式與步驟如下： 1. 針對帶動上線企業之問卷調查與分析，暸解其持續上線狀況，e化效益，e化交易金額比重，e化困難點，e化滿意度並給予企業提出相關建議等。 2. 依據帶動上線企業各項問卷普查及意見彙整後，再提供受輔導廠商予以回覆，並了解關鍵性績效指標之改善或提升程度。 3. 針對回卷率特別偏低或高，或無持續上線率偏高，或持續上線率高，之受輔導廠商進行深度個案訪談。 4. 佐以商業司主辦的各項會議之專家意見 本研究綜合上述各項調查、個案訪談、意見彙總，除瞭解政府商業e化推動措施對流通業及物流業之效益外，亦針對政府、流通業及資服業提出建議，希望能在產官學研的共同努力下，利用e化提升我國流通業之競爭力。 / Industries in Taiwan have been facing severe competition in the global marketplace since Taiwan joined the World Trade Organization (WTO). E-Commerce is touted as the necessary technology and management innovation for the retailing industry in Taiwan to improve its productivity and competitiveness. Since most retailers in Taiwan are small and medium firms, they frequently lack sufficient resource to implement E-Commerce. Consequently, government must provide the retailers with necessary support and guidance to upgrade their E-Commerce practices. The Department of Commerce (DOC) in Taiwan has been actively assisting the retailers with their e-commerce implementation. Between 2001 and 2004, DOC embarked on the “E-Commerce Promotion and Assistance Plan” and successfully established 127 E-Commerce systems, sponsored 127 firms who subsequently involved 26,641 affiliated firms downstream to implement various B2B programs, including e-Procurement, e-Payment, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR). The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of DOC’s current E-Commerce policy for supporting the retailers in Taiwan. To collect necessary information, this study surveyed 42 systems, 42 sponsored firms and 5,697 affiliated firms, visited several individual retailers, and interviewed a few industry experts. The following is the research procedure followed by this study. 1. Based on the completed questionnaires from the affiliated firms, this study analyzed and studied the progress, effectiveness, sales contribution, difficulties, and satisfaction of their E-Commerce implementation. Accordingly, several suggestions for improvement were proposed. 2. The feedback from the affiliated firms was provided to those sponsored firms for adjusting their future E-Commerce strategies. 3. Identified several sponsored firms who had either low or high usage of the established E-Commerce programs and conducted in-depth interviews to understand the success and failure of the implementation. 4. Solicited expert opinions from a few DOC-sponsored meetings. With valuable information collected from the above sources, this study intends to shed light in the effectiveness of the government’s current E-Commerce policy. Additionally, this study hopes to provide suggestions to the government, the retailing industry, and the IT industry for improving the practice of E-Commerce and ultimately the global competitiveness of the retailing industry in Taiwan.

This study was carried out from May to June of 2018. The research is developed in a perspective of a qualitative approach based in the studies of Lüdke and André (1986). The methodological procedure used in the data production was a questionnaire applying, edited in the Google forms, which had classification, open and attitudes scale questions. The information analysis process was done from the answer categorization organized by the proximity of sense and meanings building semantic sets and, later, by textual analysis called “Words Cloud”, using the software Iramuteg which organized the expressions that appeared more often. This procedure allowed a lexical analysis with the aim to validate the primary interpretation of this beginner researcher. From the analysis it was observed that continuing education investment is needed for the principals who act in these institutions, in order to better understand the public policies of care for children from zero to three years old and to develop a high-quality work / O presente estudo teve por objetivo analisar as necessidades formativas de diretores que atuam em Centros de Educação Infantil, da rede conveniada, localizados na região sul de São Paulo, envolvendo os bairros que compõe os distritos de Campo Limpo, Vila Andrade, Capão Redondo, Jardim Ângela e Jardim São Luís, e que integram o território atendido pela Diretoria Regional de Educação de Campo Limpo. O período de realização desse estudo compreendeu os meses de maio e junho do ano de 2018. A pesquisa é desenvolvida na perspectiva de uma abordagem qualitativa embasada nos estudos de Lüdke e André (1986). O procedimento metodológico utilizado para a produção dos dados foi a realização de questionário, editado na ferramenta Google forms, contendo perguntas de classificação, perguntas abertas e em escala de atitudes. O processo de análise das informações foi realizado a partir da categorização das respostas organizadas por proximidade de sentidos e significados, criando grupos semânticos e, posteriormente, pela análise textual “Nuvem de palavras”, com o auxílio do software Iramuteq que organizou as expressões que apareceram com maior frequência. Esse procedimento possibilitou realizar uma análise lexical com o intuito de validar a interpretação primária desta pesquisadora iniciante. A partir das análises realizadas constatou-se que se faz necessário um investimento em formação continuada para os diretores que atuam nessas instituições, a fim de que melhor compreendam as políticas públicas de atendimento às crianças de zero a três anos e possam desenvolver um trabalho de qualidade

This descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional study explored the relationships among the variables self-care action, self-care knowledge, and affiliated individuation and quality of life for persons on chronic warfarin therapy. This study also explored the moderating effects of self-care knowledge and affiliated individuation on quality of life. This research was guided by a theoretical framework based on modeling and role-modeling theory (Erickson, Tomlin, & Swain, 1983). The sample consisted of 83 adults between the ages of 30 to 91 years. The majority of participants were Caucasian, educated, retired and almost evenly distributed between male and female. Each subject completed the following instruments: the Oral Anticoagulation Knowledge (OAK) test, the Duke Anticoagulation Satisfaction Scale (DASS), the Basic Needs Satisfaction Inventory (BNSI), and the generic quality of life survey (SF36v2). Data was analyzed using correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results indicated significant correlations among most of the study variables. Self-care action significantly explained variances in all but two quality of life variables. Self-care knowledge and affiliated individuation had statistically significant moderating effects on the DASS negative impact and hassles/burdens subscales. Self-care knowledge also demonstrated a significant moderating effect on the SF36v2 physical function subscale. These findings support the concepts proposed by the study's theoretical framework. This research serves as validation of Acton's (1997) study findings for the concept of affiliated individuation and its value as a self-care resource in a specific clinical population. / text
