Las artes escénicas se definen como toda manifestación que puede ser presentada en escena. Éstas parten del comportamiento expresivo inherente a la especie humana y han permitido, a lo largo de la historia, su adaptación a diferentes contextos. En el Perú, las artes escénicas constituyen uno de los pilares de su diversidad y riqueza cultural; y son un factor clave en el desarrollo y la formación de la identidad colectiva del país. Además han generado, históricamente, registro de la sociedad a través del tiempo. Lima, al ser la capital, concentra la mayor parte de centros, colectivos y asociaciones de artes escénicas del país. Éstos se encuentran en constante evolución y crecimiento gracias a la gran voluntad de creación de los artistas y gestores del rubro. La situación actual, sin embargo, aún no es la ideal, ya que los lugares donde se practican estas actividades en la ciudad son espacios adaptados, de áreas reducidas, que sobreviven con bajos presupuestos impulsados por los mismos artistas o, en algunos casos, por fundaciones o entidades del extranjero. En muchos casos, estas actividades se llevan a cabo de manera informal e incluso en las calles. Esto quiere decir que la falta de infraestructura adecuada es uno de los mayores problemas para el sector cultural escénico del país. El Centro de Artes Escénicas de Lima (CAEL) busca ser un espacio motor del desarrollo artístico, social y económico en Lima, brindando la infraestructura óptima para llevar a cabo las actividades escénicas (ensayos, clases, producciones, espectáculos, etc.). / The performing arts are defined as every demonstration that can be showcased on scene. In Peru, performing arts constitute one of the pillars of its diversity and cultural wealth; and they are a key factor in the development and construction of the collective identity of the country. Also, they have generated historically a record of the society along time. Lima, being the capital, concentrates most part of the centers, groups and associations of performing arts in the country. These are in constant evolution and change thanks to the great will of creation of the artists and promoters of the field. The current situation, however, is not yet ideal, as the places where these activities are practiced are adapted spaces, with reduced areas, that survive with low budgets provided by the artists themselves or, in some cases, by foundations or foreign entities. In much other cases, these activities are carried out in an informal way and even on the streets. This means that the lack of a proper infrastructure is one of the major problems for the cultural performing arts sector in the country. El proyecto se plantea como respuesta a la falta de equipamiento cultural adecuado en la ciudad de Cusco, ya que esta es considerada patrimonio cultural a nivel mundial y es punto de llegada de turistas nacionales y foráneos que tienen como objetivo visitar recintos arquitectónicos inca, los cuales se ubican en la ciudad, alrededores y región de Cusco. Es por ello que se plasma la idea de un Centro de interpretación, difusión e investigación de la arquitectura inca en el Tahuantinsuyo, con propósito de ser la antesala y punto de información previo a cualquier recorrido de recintos incas. Dicho proyecto, tiene como objetivo principal brindar la información necesaria en cada espacio arquitectónico para que el turista pueda entender y conocer la historia y relevancia de cada monumento a visitar. También pretende ser promotor de la cultura inca hacia ciudadanos y turistas mediante diferentes actividades difusivas. Finalmente, como complemento a los dos puntos mencionados anteriormente, el proyecto presentará una normativa y criterios de diseño basados en el Plan de Desarrollo Urbano del centro histórico y de la ciudad de Cusco, la cual se aplicará también para el área del terreno aledaña; además de un recorrido abierto interior tipo calle peatonal con el fin de permeabilizar la manzana en la que se ubica, hacer el uso debido de sus accesos según jerarquías y relacionar al usuario con los diferentes espacios culturales e informativos académicos y profesionales; con el fin de agilizar y enfatizar el interés por la cultura autóctona y patrimonial. / The project is proposed as a response to the lack of adequate cultural equipment in the city of Cusco, since it is considered cultural heritage worldwide and is a point of arrival for national and foreign tourists whose objective is to visit Inca architectural sites, which are located in the city, surroundings and region of Cusco. That is why the idea of ​​a center for the interpretation, diffusion and research of inca architecture in Tahuantinsuyo is embodied, with the purpose of being the prelude and point of information prior to any tour of Inca sites. El proyecto es un hotel ubicado en el distrito de Paracas en la costa sur del departamento de Ica, Perú. Este distrito se caracteriza por su importancia histórica y natural. Es cuna de la cultura Pre-Inca Paracas emblemática por su arte arquitectónico y la utilización de las formas y colores en sus textiles. Además, gran parte del distrito conforma la Reserva nacional de Paracas ubicada en un desierto con clima cálido durante todo el año, vientos de alta velocidad y una vasta variedad de fauna. Por esto mismo, el diseño del hotel temático está inspirado en la arquitectura, textiles, formas y colores de esta cultura. Por otro lado, la infraestructura se ha diseñado en función al cuidado del medio ambiente y el respeto por el entorno natural que lo rodea. Por ello, se implementó energía solar, termas solares, utilización de los vientos para ventilación pasiva interna y reutilización del agua para el riego de la vegetación propuesta. / This project is a hotel located in the district of Paracas, in the south coast of Ica, Peru.A large part of the district contains the Paracas National Reserve, located in the desert, with a warm weather all year round, intense winds and lots of fauna variety. Finally, the infrastructure has being designed focused in being environmentally friendly. Durante mi niñez y hasta la actualidad he estado vinculada con el trabajo de mis padres, ellos laboran en el mercado plaza villa sur de villa el salvador, siempre pensé en mejorar su lugar de trabajo, hacerlo atractivo y agradable tanto para los usuarios como para los trabajadores. En esta búsqueda empecé a interactuar con los trabajadores del mercado y con las actividades que realizaban, encontrando puestos que ofrecen productos oriundos de otros departamentos del Perú, y no solo eso, sino que también se han ido implementado puestos donde venden comidas típicas de la selva, sierra y la costa del Perú, además se incorporaron danzas folclóricas en su aniversario como una atracción para los consumidores y a la vez organizan fiestas patronales, todos estos cambios y características generaron necesidades espaciales y organizacionales. Es por ello que decidí diseñar un mercado que pueda cumplir con todas esas carencias, adicionando la esencia del lugar y sus habitantes, pues villa el salvador nace de una migración provincial esto genero una diversidad cultural que ha perdurado en el tiempo y que se ve proyectada en las calles, su comida, las creencias religiosas, las actividades costumbristas y en conjunto en los mercados. Gracias a esta investigación pude diseñar un mercado con esencia del lugar, cumpliendo con los espacios necesarios para sus actividades costumbristas, ofreciendo los diversos productos nativos y gastronomía de distintas regiones del Perú, y promover la diversidad cultural regional como un atractivo para el mercado. / During my childhood and until today I have been linked to the work of my parents, they work in the market plaza villa sur de villa el salvador, I always thought of improving their workplace, making it attractive and pleasant for both users and users. workers. Esta tesis plantea crear un espacio, Centro Cultural, que responda a la problemática de un distrito que viene sufriendo de graves problemas como delincuencia, pérdida de identidad y poca difusión artística, como el Rímac. Para esto se plantea el proyecto como un gran espacio intermediador entre las diferentes escalas de entorno, de diversidad cultural y de estilos de vida, ya que se ubica entre un Rímac tradicional y un Rímac moderno; el cual va a potenciar la integración y la expresión artística de los ciudadanos, y estará enfocado en el Arte Urbano.
