Diploma work is dealing with new building rekreation center for family recreation and catering. The object takes place on a flatland terrain. It is solved like a duplex, without basement and with a terrace on the second floor. The basics is made of concrete C16/20. The vertical support system is designed from blocks POROTHERM 44 Profi and 30 Profi, partitions from blocks POROTHERM 14 Profi and 8 Profi. The ceiling construction will be mounted from concrete ceiling panels SPIROLL. The object will be covered by flat roof.

“The natural law of education”- Homework assignments in mathematics, a Chinese perspective

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the attitudes of several mathematics teachers towards homework as part of the workload of 10-11 year old students at a school in Yunnan Province, China. The focus is to describe and analyze their reasons for assigning homework as well as the nature of that homework. This study also describes their perspectives on how homework can contribute to improving a student’s knowledge of mathematics and what kind of homework they assign. Furthermore, it presents how the teachers describe the ability of the students to assimilate the mathematics homework. The main concepts and theoretical frameworks used to analyze the data are the "two basics", the five elements, cultural capital, habitus, the behaviorist learning theory and sociocultural learning theory. To fulfill my purpose I carried out four interviews and four observations. The results show that the reasons for the teachers assigning homework are “that it is the law of education” and “that practice makes perfect”. The teachers also think that homework helps the students to review and consolidate what they have learned in school that day. In addition, the analysis shows that homework gives students the opportunity to assess whether or not they have understood everything and if they have not, they can practice it. All of the teachers believe homework to be an important part of mathematics education. They assign two principal types of homework: oral and written. Two of the teachers also assign a third type: practical homework. According to the teachers, the students’ ability to assimilate the mathematics homework is affected by their parents’ learning habits, which they themselves have learned from their parents before them. The students are reflections of their parents. If parents have a good learning habit, they will teach their child how to successfully assimilate homework. The teachers agree that the parents’ lack of mathematical knowledge or mandarin can affect their ability to help their child with homework.

Not only a game from the didactic point of view, but also project teaching, which is closely related to this topic, are covered. The practical part is based on monitoring of selected schools. This part focuses on preparation of particular teaching topics and their subsequent analysis from the teachers' point of view. Os levantamentos topográficos para implantação de vias urbanas são usualmente realizados utilizando instrumentos e processos clássicos da topografia. A presença de obstáculos (casas, prédios) ao longo do percurso, reduz a produtividade do trabalho além de contribuir para a imprecisão dos resultados. Este trabalho analisa a metodologia de utilização de receptores do sistema GPS (Global Positioning System) para o georeferenciamento, implantação de bases de apoio e complementação ao levantamento convencional com Estação Total. No desenvolvimento do projeto de uma via, é de esperar que desvios centimétricos na determinação das coordenadas dos pontos das bases de referência pouco afetam os resultados finais. Procurando verificar a contribuição destes desvios, foram realizados vários levantamentos convencionais e com o GPS ao longo do eixo de uma via projetada na cidade de São Carlos. No final do trabalho são analisados aspectos referentes a execução destes levantamentos, concluindo sobre as vantagens e desvantagens de cada método e da integração GPS e Estação Total. / The surveying for development of urban roads are usually accomplished by using instruments and processes of classic Topography. The presence of obstacles (houses, buildings) along the course it reduces the productivity of the work besides contributing for the imprecision of the results. This work analyzes the methodology of use of receivers of the GPS (Global Positioning System) for georeferring, implant of support bases and complementation to the surveying with Total Station. In the development of the project of a road, it is expected that centimetric deviations in the determination of the points coordinates of the reference bases cause small effects in the final results. Trying to verify the contribution of these deviations, several surveys were accomplished with the Total Station and GPS along the axis of a road projected in the city of São Carlos. In the end of the work several aspects are analyzed about the execution of these surveys, concluding on the advantages and disadvantages of each method and of the integration GPS and Total Station.

In this way, we mapped those aspects and analyzed the variables existing in the school that could indicate the aspects in the integration of robotics into the curriculum. At first, we did a literature research in online electronic databases about scientific articles in different countries and academic works in Brazil in order to establish an actual research view about the subject. After that, we put together the theorical references that give support to our research, as we know: robotics; robotics in education; learning in the context of robotic in education and curriculum and its integration with information and communication technology. Taking these framework as a guideline, we developed a field research using a database collect technic called focus group, and also the technic called watching participation made through the activities in the robotics classroom. For the research we choose a private school in Santo André - SP, which uses robotics in learning process from seven years and during this period, has already developed a lot of curriculum projects and after school programs. It has been selected two groups, from the eighth grade, and we did a participant observation in robotics activities in a three-year high school classroom. We developed the database analysis by the critical analysis discourse of Fairclough, identifying the characteristics and perspectives of robotics integration into the curriculum, and how the use of this resource can be considered curriculum Technologies integration. The results show that integrating robotics into the curriculum as a technological resource in basics education has a hole of complex aspects and demand a deep reflection about it. Therefore, the comprehension of these aspects could show a way that robotics don't be integrated into the curriculum just to maintain the hegemony, but to amplify the perspectives of Science and technology education. in a more ~ motivated and significant way to students / Buscou-se com este trabalho identificar as características da integração da robótica como recurso tecnológico no currículo de uma escola particular em relação aos aspectos didático-pedagógicos e de gestão, com vistas a promover o desenvolvimento de futuros projetos que integrem de forma mais significativa a robótica ao currículo. Nesse sentido, mapeamos e analisamos as variáveis existentes no âmbito escolar que pudessem indicar as características dessa integração. Em um primeiro momento, fizemos um levantamento bibliográfico em bases de dados eletrônicas dos artigos científicos de diversos países e também de trabalhos acadêmicos no Brasil no intuito de estabelecer um panorama atual de pesquisa sobre o assunto, e especificamos conceitualmente em seqüência os referenciais teóricos que sustentaram a pesquisa como um todo, a saber: robótica, robótica na educação; aprendizagem no contexto da robótica na educação e currículo e sua integração com as tecnologias de informação e comunicação. A partir desses referenciais, desenvolvemos a pesquisa de campo que se apoiou na técnica de coleta de dados chamada grupo focal, além da observação participante das atividades realizadas nas aulas de robótica. Selecionamos uma escola particular de Educação Básica em Santo André - SP, que utiliza a robótica no processo de aprendizagem há 7 anos e que durante esse período já desenvolveu diversos projetos curriculares e extracurriculares. Foram selecionados dois grupos focais do 8° ano do Ensino Fundamental, além da observação participante durante um bimestre das atividades de robótica em uma turma do 3° ano do Ensino Médio. Desenvolveu-se a análise dos dados por meio da análise de discurso critica de Fairclough, identificando as características e perspectivas da integração da robótica no currículo, ou seja, em que medida a utilização deste recurso pode ser considerada integração curricular de tecnologias. Os resultados indicam que a integração da robótica como recurso tecnológico na educação básica possui aspectos complexos como a relação tempo/espaço, o preparo da Equipe pedagógica e a relação entre a robótica e outros saberes. Nesse sentido, a compreensão desses aspectos pode apontar caminhos para que a robótica não seja integrada ao currículo apenas para manter a hegemonia dominante do currículo prescrito, mas sim em ampliar as perspectivas da educação para a ciência e tecnologia de forma significativa e motivadora para os alunos

Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti pagalbinių apvaisinimo būdų taikymo etines problemas pacientų požiūriu. Uždaviniai. Ištirti ir palyginti vaisingų ir nevaisingų šeimų požiūrį į pagalbinius apvaisinimo būdus; Nustatyti etines problemas, kylančias nevaisingoms šeimoms, naudojant pagalbinius apvaisinimo būdus; Įvertinti nevaisingų šeimų požiūrį į pagalbinių apvaisinimo būdų įstatyminę bazę. Tyrimo metodika. Anoniminė anketinė apklausa. Tirtos dvi respondentų grupės: nevaisingi asmenys (vaisingumo asociacijos nariai, n=93) ir vaisingi asmenys (besilaukiančios moterys, n=146). Rezultatai. Didžioji dalis respondentų yra girdėję apie pagalbinius apvaisinimo būdus ir jų taikymą. Vaisingi asmenys linkę pritarti įvairiems IVF taikymo apribojimams (amžiaus riba, IVF tik susituokusioms poroms ir pan.), vaisingumo sutrikimų turintys asmenys linkę naudotis PAB be jokių apribojimų. Nevaisingi žmonės pritaria embrionų užšaldymui, donorystei bei surogatinei motinystei, siekdami išnaudoti visus įmanomus būdus pasiekti norimo nėštumo. Nevaisingų asmenų nuomone, būtiname DA įstatyme privalo atsispindėti embrionų šaldymas, donorystė bei procedūrų kompensavimo tvarka. Išvados. 84,9 proc. visų tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų mano, kad nevaisingumas yra liga; 88,7 proc. visų respondentų yra girdėję apie pagalbinius apvaisinimo būdus. Abiejų grupių respondentai pritaria tiek in vivo, tiek in vitro procedūroms. Nevaisingos šeimos perteklinių embrionų sukūrime, jų šaldyme, spermos ar kiaušialąsčių... To investigate and compare the fertile and infertile person‘s view of assisted reproductive technologies; To identify an ethical problems arising for infertile persons from assisted reproductive technologies use; To evaluate infertile person‘s view of assisted reproductive technologies legislative base. Methods. Anonymous questionnaire survey. Inquired two groups of respondents: infertile persons (members of Fertility Association, n=93) and fertile persons (pregnant women, n=146). Results. Most of respondents have heard about the use of assisted reproductive technologies. Fertile persons are minded to agree with various limitations of IVF use (age limit, IVF only for married couples, etc.), infertile persons prefer to use ART without any restrictions. Infertile people accept embryos cryopreservation, use of donors and surrogate motherhood, seeking to use all possibilities in order to receive pregnancy. According to infertile people opinion, new ART law is mandatory and must cover embryo cryopreservation, use of donors and reimbursement of procedures. Conclusions. 84.9 % of all respondents thinks, that infertility is a disease; 88.7 % of all respondents have heard about assisted reproductive technologies.
