The periodical was considered the printed matter representative of the Brazilian Psycho pedagogy history, mostly because of the important role that is has played in the formation process of the psycho pedagogies and in the Psycho pedagogy as knowledge area in the Education field. In this research was used as theoretical reference Pierre Bourdieu s concept of field. This author understands field as a space in which it is established a competition relation. The dispute in this competition is the one for the authority monopolization and the scientific knowledge about the theme (Bourdieu, 1983). This research aim is the understanding of the printed matter as strategy for the constitution of the Psycho pedagogy as study area inside the Education field. The periodical is taken as research object and is been analyzed as dispositive to normatize the Psycho pedagogy practice, at the same time it is considered as a material support that permits to amplify the discussion within the Education field from a Psycho pedagogical point of view / Este trabalho foi desenvolvido sobre o periódico Psicopedagogia Revista da Associação Brasileira de Psicopedagogia, no período compreendido entre 1982 a 2006. O periódico foi considerado como o impresso representativo da história da Psicopedagogia no Brasil, principalmente pelo importante papel que tem desempenhado no processo de formação dos psicopedagogos, e na identificação da Psicopedagogia como área de conhecimento pertencente ao campo da Educação. Nesta pesquisa foi utilizado como referencial teórico o conceito de campo de Pierre Bourdieu. Para este autor, campo também é concebido como um espaço em que se estabelece uma relação de concorrência. A disputa estabelecida dentro desta concorrência refere-se à monopolização da autoridade e do saber científico sobre o tema. (Bourdieu, 1983) Esta pesquisa busca compreender o impresso como estratégia de constituição da área de estudos da Psicopedagogia dentro do campo da Educação. These characters were divided into three generations of researchers considering the degree of academic relationship. The main sources of data for this study were documentary research, interviews and genogram built from data from the Lattes Platform. As an investigative procedure we work from the oral history of the subject with which we could combine the written sources of the documentary set (minutes, notebooks, journals, annals) with oral sources (interviews). The results of the research show how the researchers of the three generations examined consider the development of Political Psychology in Brazil over a period of 16 years / O objetivo principal deste estudo foi apresentar a trajetória da Psicologia Política no Brasil vista a partir de seus precursores e demais participantes. Tais personagens foram divididos em três gerações de pesquisadores considerando o grau de relacionamento acadêmico. As principais fontes de dados para tecer esse estudo foram investigação documental, entrevistas e genograma construído a partir de dados da Plataforma Lattes. Como procedimento investigativo trabalhamos a partir da história oral temática com a qual pudemos combinar as fontes escritas do conjunto documental (atas, cadernos, revistas, anais) com fontes orais (entrevistas). Os resultados da pesquisa apresentam como os personagens das três gerações examinadas consideram o desenvolvimento da Psicologia Política no Brasil num período de 16 anos

Esta dissertação busca uma reflexão crítica sobre a comunicação nas relações de trabalho no contexto da comunicação organizacional no Brasil. A partir de investigações preliminares sobre esta área de conhecimento, notamos que suas discussões a respeito desta temática apresentavam poucas análises críticas apoiadas nos aspectos que tem configurado as transformações contemporâneas no mundo do trabalho. Este cenário despertou nosso interesse em compreender como determinados estudiosos, bem como a Associação Brasileira de Comunicação Empresarial (ABERJE), ambos considerados vozes representativas da área, concebem as relações entre organizações e trabalhadores por meio da comunicação. Com base neste objetivo principal, desenvolvemos esta dissertação, em suma, seguindo duas etapas de nosso percurso metodológico. A primeira refere-se às análises de certas vozes autorais significativas para a área da comunicação organizacional. Já a segunda contempla análises da revista Comunicação Empresarial publicada pela associação. As análises deste periódico foram balizadas, em grande parte, pelos estudos do campo da sociologia do trabalho, cujas discussões nos possibilitaram entender as distintas modificações concernentes ao mundo do trabalho. Finalmente, constatamos, em especial, que a área da comunicação organizacional, a partir do seu pensamento hegemônico calcado na gestão estratégica, apresenta interesses orientados a planejar estratégias de comunicação que possam auxiliar as tentativas de organizações em mobilizar a subjetividade do trabalhador, buscando incorporá-lo à própria racionalidade das organizações. / This dissertation seeks a critical reflection on the communication in working relationships in the context of organizational communication in Brazil. Beginning with the preliminary investigations on this field of knowledge, we noticed that discussions about this subject have not expressed enough analyses supported by aspects that form contemporary transformations in the world of work. This scenario proposes an understanding: how certain scholars, and the Brazilian Association for Business Communication (ABERJE), both considered representative voices from this field, comprehend the relationships between organizations and workers through communication. From this main objective, we developed this dissertation, in short, in two steps. First, we analysed important voices of scholars from field of organizational communication. Second, we analysed the magazine published by ABERJE. This analysis of the magazine have been supported by studies of sociology of work; it help us to understand changes about the world of work. Finally, we verified that the field of organizational communication, from its hegemonic thinking based on strategic management, tries to plan communication strategies that can help organizations in their attempts to mobilize the subjectivity of the worker to rationality of organizations.

[pt] A análise do perfil do investidor (API) ou Suitability é uma política de autorregulamentação implementada pela ANBIMA que tem como objetivo adequar à alocação de recursos de forma que estejam compatíveis ao perfil dos investidores. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é desenvolver um questionário capaz de classificar os investidores das instituições financeiras considerando diversas características pessoais, principalmente a tolerância ao risco, tornando possível alinhar os interesses dos gerentes comerciais e de seus clientes. O instrumento foi elaborado seguindo as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo Código ANBIMA de Regulação e Melhores Práticas e adicionando uma escala elaborada por Grable e Joo (2010) com questões fundamentais capazes de medir a tolerância ao risco financeiro. A falta de um modelo padrão faz com que os profissionais financeiros desenvolvam e usem métodos simplificados geralmente limitados à simples conversações com os clientes sobre o nível de bem estar diante de diferentes cenários (GRABLE e LYTTON, 2001). Sendo assim, a contribuição deste trabalho foi à análise de possíveis falhas no processo atual e a busca por evidências de que a política de API poderia obter resultados mais significativos uma vez instituído um questionário padrão. / [en] The present study has the objective of development and validation of a standard questionnaire applied to the Brazilian financial market which has the main objective to identify and classify clients. This instrument is part of the Now Your Client Policy that was implemented by Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA), and could help institutions to advisory better their clients. The present article has the objective to develop and to verify the validity of a research instrument for the classification of investors according to their personal preferences and risk tolerance. In addition performing a suitability test allows the financial institutions to assess the investment objectives of the client, the client s financial ability to bear any related investment risks consistent with his investment objectives. The instrument was elaborated following the ANBIMA s regulations in addition to Financial Risk-Tolerance Scale developed by Grable and Joo in 2001. The lack of a standard model leads financial professionals to develop and use simplified methods, usually limited to simple conversations with clients about their level of well being in a variety of scenarios (GRABLE; LYTTON, 2001). Another contribution from this study is to show evidences that without a standard questionnaire is impossible to obtain accurate results among the different financial institutions.

FundaÃÃo Cearense de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Cientifico e TecnolÃgico / A Terapia ComunitÃria Integrativa (TCI) à uma abordagem de atenÃÃo à saÃde comunitÃria, criada pelo Prof. Dr. Adalberto Barreto da Universidade Federal do Cearà em 1987, no Pirambu, bairro de periferia do municÃpio de Fortaleza-CE. Surgiu em um contexto pontual, e ganhou capilaridade por meio da constituiÃÃo de uma rede integrada de 42 polos de formaÃÃo em TCI em todas as regiÃes do paÃs, com aproximadamente 33 mil terapeutas comunitÃrios capacitados no Brasil. A abordagem tem visibilidade nacional e internacional, reconhecimento em polÃticas pÃblicas municipais, estaduais e federais. O objetivo deste estudo foi descrever e analisar o processo de expansÃo da Terapia ComunitÃria Integrativa no Brasil e sua inserÃÃo em polÃticas pÃblicas nacionais. A pesquisa foi de carÃter exploratÃrio-descritivo-analÃtico e utilizou a metodologia qualitativa por meio de revisÃo bibliogrÃfica, anÃlise documental, entrevista semiestruturada, questionÃrios e registro em caderno de campo. Representantes de 23 polos de formaÃÃo em TCI, da diretoria da AssociaÃÃo Brasileira de Terapia ComunitÃria, da Secretaria Nacional de PolÃticas sobre Drogas, do MinistÃrio da SaÃde e do Programa Vira Vida, do ServiÃo Social da IndÃstria, totalizaram os 28 sujeitos da pesquisa. Para a anÃlise dos dados, a tÃcnica utilizada foi a anÃlise de conteÃdo. Os princÃpios Ãticos foram respeitados em consonÃncia com a ResoluÃÃo n 196, de 1996, do Conselho Nacional de SaÃde. O estudo identificou, em torno da TCI, um movimento institucional, que favoreceu sua inserÃÃo em polÃticas pÃblicas (saÃde, educaÃÃo, assistÃncia social, entre outros), em instituiÃÃes privadas e no terceiro setor, os quais a identificaram como uma boa prÃtica de saÃde comunitÃria, o que resultou no investimento em capacitaÃÃes e na criaÃÃo de espaÃos para a realizaÃÃo das rodas. A pesquisa reconheceu, igualmente, a existÃncia de um campo favorÃvel à expansÃo da TCI, na presenÃa de atores chaves no processo, tais como, a AssociaÃÃo Brasileira de Terapia ComunitÃria e os polos de formaÃÃo em TCI, pela sua capilaridade e integraÃÃo em rede no Brasil. Os dados levantados no estudo, todavia, suscitaram um debate sobre a efetividade da implantaÃÃo da TCI, na medida em que identificaram uma fragilidade no monitoramento do referido processo de implantaÃÃo, dada a inexistÃncia de mecanismo de acompanhamento e avaliaÃÃo dessa inserÃÃo, pelas polÃticas que a efetivaram. / The Integrative Community Therapy (ICT) is an approach of health attention, created in 1987 by Professor Doc. Adalberto Barreto in the Federal University of Cearà in Pirambu, suburb of Fortaleza â CE. It was raised in a punctual context, getting well known by the constitution of a integrative net of 47 centers of formation in ICT all abroad the country with proximally 33 thousand communitarian therapists trained in Brazil. This approach has national and international visibility, being recognized in all counties, states and countryâs public policies. The goal of this research is to describe and analyze the expansion process of the Integrative Communy Therapy in Brazil and their inclusion in national policies. The research was exploratory-descriptive-analytic used qualitative methodology by the bibliographic revision, documentary analyzes, semi-structured interview, questionnaires, and registers of field observation. Members of 23 formation centers in ICT, including the 1 of the direction of Brazilian Association of Community Therapy, 1 of the National Bureau of DrugÂs Policies, the Health Ministry, the program Vira Vida, and the Social Service of Industries, totalized 28 subjects of this research. To the data analysis, the chosen technique was content analysis. The ethic principles were respected, as it is defended by the National Council of Health, in the resolution nÂ196, of 1996. This research identified, about ICT, one institutional movement that made easier the insertion of it in public policies (health, education, social assistance, and others), in private institutions, and in the third sector, which identified it as a good practice of communitarian health, resulting in the investment in training and in the creation of places to perform the meetings. The research recognized, equally, the existence of a favorable field to the expansion of ICT, with the presence of important actors in this process, as the Brazilian Association of Community Therapy and the formation centers in ICT, by being spread out and integrated as a net in Brazil. However, the data achieved in this research created a debate about the efficiency of ICTâs implantation, as it has identified the fragility in the monitoring of this process of implementation seen that there isnÂt mechanisms to evaluate and escort this insertion by policies that they conducted.

Esta luta incessante e a mobilização contínua, ainda que pouco divulgadas pela mídia, resultaram nas medidas governamentais que definiram os programas de ações afirmativas, garantindo maior condição de ingresso na vida universitária aos alunos negros. Se estas conquistas devem ser garantidas e protegidas, como nos sugere Norberto Bobbio, este trabalho é uma reflexão sobre a necessidade de novos avanços, para sua efetivação, no interior da universidade. Em especial, aponta para a necessária revisão epistemológica do conhecimento construído e perpetuado no interior da academia, que vem mantendo valores discriminatórios em nome de uma suposta "universalidade" do saber e da ciência. Estes valores vêm interpondo obstáculos à vida escolar de alunos negros nos diferentes graus de ensino, em uma sociedade que há séculos defende sua hegemonia branca. Para esta pesquisa foram tomados os depoimentos de três professores universitários de instituições públicas que, como tantos alunos negros, também se depararam com esses múltiplos obstáculos para o ingresso e progressão na vida escolar, e, posteriormente, como docentes universitários. Os depoimentos foram confrontados com os obtidos por outros pesquisadores junto a estudantes e docentes negros, e ofereceram elementos de análise para uma reflexão sobre se é suficiente a garantia de ingresso nos cursos superiores na luta contra o racismo e a discriminação, ou se a ideologia que os mantém não exige uma revisão de currículos e conteúdos, e a proposta de constituição de um novo saber intercultural, tecido horizontalmente na trama das relações interraciais. Neste sentido, é feita uma revisão da luta por educação dos movimentos negros, e analisada a contribuição da Associação Brasileira de Professores Negros, a ABPN. Abrindo espaços para a divulgação de trabalhos de jovens pesquisadores negros e não negros sobre temáticas de interesse dos grupos negros em sua revista eletrônica, seus cadernos temáticos e nos COPENE ¿ Congresso de Pesquisadores Negras e Negros ¿ a ABPN participa da construção de um novo olhar sobre a realidade do negro e sua inserção na sociedade brasileira / Abstract: Access to education has always been a strong claim among black population movement groups in Brazil, on the fight for a fairer and more egalitarian society. This constant struggle and ceaseless mobilization, though still little reported by the media, have resulted in governmental measures that have defined programs of positive actions, providing better conditions for black students to be admitted in universities. If such conquers must be ensured and protected, as Norberto Bobbio suggests, this paper is a reflexion over the need of new advances, for its effectiveness, within superior education. It points specifically to the need of epistemological revision of constructed and perpetuated knowledge within the academic environment, which has been keeping prejudicial values, for the sake of a "universality" of knowledge and science. Such values have posed obstacles to school life of black students on the different educational levels, in a society that has, for centuries, defended its white hegemony. For this research, three college professors from public universities were interviewed. Like many other black students, these teachers have also faced several barriers in order to enter university and develop their academic life and, afterwards, as college professors. Their accounts have been aligned with those collected by other researchers who interviewed both black students and teachers and offered analytical elements for later reflexion over how effective the guarantee of admission of black students in higher education courses is, on the fight against racism and discrimination, or whether the ideology keeping them does not require a review on the academic curricula and content, and the proposal of building new cultural knowledge, horizontally woven on the interracial relations tapestry. On that note, the topic of fighting for formal education of black groups is addressed, and the contributions from the ABPN ¿ Brazilian Associationof Black Teachers ¿ are analyzed. By offering room for publication of papers written by black and non-black researchers about topics of interest for black groups in its electronic magazine, as well as in the COPENE ¿ Congress of Black Researchers ¿ ABPN participates in the construction of a fresh look on the current reality of black individuals and their insertion in the Brazilian society / Doutorado / Ciencias Sociais na Educação / Doutora em Educação
