En la actualidad, el avance de la tecnología de la información ha puesto en evidencia la importancia de implementar diversos tipos de recursos informáticos que permitan mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, esencialmente, desarrollando competencias en nuestros estudiantes en diferentes contextos y modalidades, sobre todo en tiempos de pandemia donde la educación presencial presenta muchas dificultades en su realización. En este contexto, se desarrolló una investigación con el objetivo de proponer un programa didáctico basado en el uso de pizarras virtuales para el desarrollo de la competencia argumentativa en estudiantes del tercer grado de nivel secundario, aprovechando el uso de diversos recursos tecnológicos para redacción de textos argumentativos como estrategia elemental en la adquisición de habilidades de argumentación. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental transeccional descriptivo con pretest aplicado a una muestra de 17 estudiantes con edades de 13 a 15 años, seleccionados de manera no probabilística por conveniencia. Como resultado diagnóstico, se obtuvo que el 58.82 % se ubica en nivel de proceso y el 35.29 % en nivel logrado respecto a la competencia evaluada. En conclusión, a partir del estudio realizado se pudo determinar la necesidad de fortalecer el nivel de argumentación en los estudiantes, así también se logró proponer un programa basado en el uso de pizarras virtuales como recurso didáctico del aprendizaje en línea, que se orientará a favorecer el desarrollo de habilidades de argumentación en los estudiantes de nivel secundario. / Nowadays, the advance of information technology has highlighted the importance of implementing different types of computer resources to improve the teaching-learning process, essentially developing competencies in our students in different contexts and modalities, especially in times of pandemic where face-to-face education presents many difficulties in its realization. In this context, a research was developed with the objective of proposing a didactic program based on the use of virtual blackboards for the development of argumentative competence in students of the third grade of secondary school, taking advantage of the use of different technological resources for writing argumentative texts as an elementary strategy in the acquisition of argumentation skills. A descriptive non-experimental transectional design with pretest applied to a sample of 17 students aged 13 to 15 years, selected in a non-probabilistic way by convenience. As a diagnostic result it was obtained that 58.82 % are located at the process level and 35.29 % at the achieved level with respect to the evaluated competence. In conclusion, from the study carried out, it was possible to determine the need to strengthen the level of
argumentation in students, as well as to propose a program based on the use of virtual blackboards
as a didactic resource for online learning, which will be oriented to favor the development of argumentation skills in secondary school students.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of further education of teachers in the field of digital competencies from the perspective of educational management. This subject was chosen not only of its topicality, but also due to the strategic dimension of further education of teachers and their digital skills, which reflect the key documents of MŠMT. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis focuses on theses related to educational management, further education of teachers and ends with a chapter dealing with digital competencies. The research part of the diploma thesis pays attention to the offer and demand of further education of teachers and the reflection of digital competencies of teachers through qualitative research and data analysis. Specifically, the research survey consists of semi- structured interviews conducted with primary school teachers in the capital city of Prague, analysis of data from the Teacher's digital competences framework and analysis of selected websites collecting the offer of further education of teachers. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and critically evaluate the offer and demand for further education of teachers in the field of digital competencies and to reflect the current digital competencies of teachers that they use in practice. Digital Competencies and Data Literacy in Digital Transformations : Experience from the Technology ConsultantsNordström, Fanny, Järvelä, Claudia January 2021 (has links)
The digital revolution is challenging both individuals and organizations to be more comfortable using various digital technologies. Digital technologies enable and generate high amounts of data, but people are not very good at interpreting or making sense of it. This study aimed to explore the role of digital competencies and data literacy in digital transformations and identify the consequences the lack of digital competencies and data literacy can cause within digital transformation projects. The authors studied technology consultants' perspectives with experience in digital transformation projects using an exploratory qualitative research design building on the empirical data gathered from semi-structured interviews. The authors were able to identify that the technology consultants perceived digital competencies as crucial skills for individuals to possess in digital transformations. At the same time, data literacy was not considered a crucial skill in the context of digital transformations. Regarding the consequences of a digital skills gap, the technology consultants saw issues within the implementation of the project, delays, or indirect waste of resources like monetary assets.

In recent decades, there has been a shift to a digital economic model. In the digital economy the main factor of competitiveness of industrial enterprises is human capital-the sum total of man's skills, his knowledge, skills, experience, professionalism, education level, used in industrial enterprises, which contribute to the improvement of company's performance and the professional development of the employee. Today, the issue of digital literacy of the human capital of industrial enterprises, which allows the most effective use of digital technologies and available financial resources, is acute. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study approaches to human capital management and develop an algorithm for managing digital competencies of industrial employees. The paper studies theoretical approaches to the formation and management of human capital; the existing approaches to human capital management are analyzed and the level of digital competencies of industrial employees is studied by conducting a sociological survey; an algorithm for evaluating digital competencies of industrial employees is developed. Educational and research literature, results of the author's sociological survey, and statistical data were used as sources. In the master's thesis, an algorithm for managing digital competencies of industrial workers was developed, thanks to which it is possible to competently evaluate, train and interest industrial workers to develop and improve their digital competencies. / За последние десятилетия произошел переход к цифровой экономической модели. В цифровой экономике главным фактором повышения конкурентоспособности промышленных предприятий является человеческий капитал, то есть совокупность навыков человека, его знаний, умений, опыта, профессионализма, уровня образования, используемые на промышленных предприятиях, которые способствуют повышению производительности компании, а также профессиональному развитию самого работника. Сегодня остро встает вопрос о цифровой грамотности человеческого капитала промышленных предприятий, позволяющей наиболее эффективно использовать цифровые технологии и имеющиеся финансовые ресурсы. Целью магистерской диссертации является исследование подходов к управлению человеческим капиталом и разработка алгоритма по управлению цифровыми компетенциями работников промышленных предприятий. В работе изучены теоретические подходы к формированию и управлению человеческим капиталом; проанализированы существующие подходы по управлению человеческим капиталом и исследован уровень цифровых компетенций работников промышленных предприятий путем проведения социологического опроса; разработан алгоритм оценки цифровых компетенций работников промышленных предприятий. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты социологического опроса автора и статистические данные. В магистерской диссертации был разработан алгоритм по управлению цифровыми компетенциями работников промышленных предприятий, благодаря которому можно грамотно оценить, обучить и заинтересовать работников промышленных предприятий развивать и совершенствовать свои цифровые компетенции.

Optimización de las actuaciones formativas en competencias digitales de los profesionales de EnfermeríaNavarro Martínez, Olga 18 July 2022 (has links)
[ES] En las últimas décadas, el uso de la tecnología en el entorno sanitario ha aumentado vertiginosamente, con miles de recursos, herramientas y aplicaciones. Internet ofrece a las enfermeras y también, a médicos y otros profesionales de la salud, múltiples posibilidades para crear o recuperar recursos que pueden contribuir al empoderamiento de los pacientes. Sin embargo, para esto es imprescindible que los profesionales conozcan y manejen las herramientas disponibles. Durante la pandemia por Covid-19 se ha puesto de manifiesto, más que nunca, que otras vías para llegar al paciente son necesarias para favorecer el autocuidado y el empoderamiento del paciente. La hipótesis principal que se plantea en esta tesis es Formar a las enfermeras en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación hará que éstas incrementen su frecuencia de uso y que las apliquen en su práctica profesional, recomendando recursos digitales a sus pacientes o incluso, creando recursos propios. El uso de estos recursos digitales por parte de las enfermeras con los pacientes que padecen alguna patología crónica hará que estos aumenten su nivel de empoderamiento. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se han realizado diferentes análisis que se exponen en tres apartados. En el primero de ellos se ha concluido, tras un exhaustivo análisis, que los planes de estudio del Grado de Enfermería de las universidades españolas no cubren en la actualidad todas las competencias necesarias para trabajar en el ámbito digital. Esto confirma lo señalado por estudios anteriores tanto en España como a nivel internacional. En el caso de las enfermeras postgraduadas, según un pormenorizado estudio descriptivo, se ha observado que, a pesar de afirmar manejarse bien con las herramientas digitales, éstas apenas las utilizan para favorecer el empoderamiento de los pacientes. Además, la edad de la enfermera influye en las recomendaciones ofrecidas, siendo las más jóvenes las que menos aplican los recursos digitales con los pacientes. En el segundo de estos apartados se ha analizado, mediante revisión sistemática de la literatura existente, cómo es la formación en competencia digital ofrecida a las enfermeras, no encontrando evidencia suficiente para establecer un marco común en cuanto a contenidos, temporalización, modo de evaluación, metodología, entre otros parámetros. Tampoco se ha constatado una situación favorable al consultar a los profesionales de la salud, mediante cuestionario, sobre la formación en competencia digital ofrecida por las instituciones sanitarias en las que trabajan, habiendo recibido solo un tercio de un total de 1544 personas, alguna instrucción en esta temática. En el tercer apartado se ha examinado la transferencia a la práctica, observando que incluso después de haberse formado, solo una pequeña parte de los profesionales aplican lo aprendido. La causa que más empleada para explicar este hecho es, mayoritariamente, la situación actual de pandemia, seguida de la falta de tiempo y de recursos. Nuevamente son las enfermeras de mayor edad las que emplean más los recursos digitales. Por último, se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sistemática sobre el uso del vídeo como un potente recurso educativo para empoderar a los pacientes. Los resultados obtenidos en esta tesis muestran numerosas áreas de mejora en la formación digital de las enfermeras y otros profesionales de la salud, una escasa apuesta institucional desde las universidades y centros sanitarios para consolidar las competencias digitales de los profesionales, pero un manifiesto interés por parte de estos para afianzar su formación, así como la eficacia de los recursos digitales para empoderar al paciente. Esperamos que estos resultados ayudarán a las universidades, instituciones y profesionales a evaluar nuevas estrategias para planificar, implementar y consolidar la competencia digital como un recurso fundamental en el empoderamiento de los pacientes. / [CA] En les últimes dècades, l'ús de la tecnologia en l'entorn sanitari ha augmentat vertiginosament, amb milers de recursos, eines i aplicacions. Internet ofereix a les infermeres i també, a metges i altres professionals de la salut, múltiples possibilitats per a crear o recuperar recursos que poden contribuir a l'apoderament dels pacients. Tanmateix, per a això és imprescindible que els professionals coneguin i manegin les eines disponibles. Durant la pandèmia per Covid-19 s'ha posat de manifest, més que mai, que altres vies per a arribar al pacient són necessàries per a afavorir l'autocura i l'apoderament del pacient. La hipòtesi principal que es planteja en aquesta tesi és Formar a les infermeres en l'ús de les tecnologies de la informació i la comunicació farà que aquestes incrementin la seva freqüència d'ús i que les apliquin en la seva pràctica professional, recomanant recursos digitals als seus pacients o fins i tot, creant recursos propis. L'ús d'aquests recursos digitals per part de les infermeres amb els pacients que pateixen alguna patologia crònica farà que aquests augmentin el seu nivell d'apoderament. L'objectiu principal pretén analitzar l'ús d'internet i les seves eines per part dels professionals sanitaris a Espanya i avaluar si aquestes habilitats s'apliquen en benefici del pacient. Per a dur a terme aquesta recerca s'han realitzat diferents anàlisis que s'exposen al llarg de tres apartats. En el primer d'ells s'ha conclòs, després d'una exhaustiva anàlisi, que els plans d'estudi del Grau d'Infermeria de les universitats espanyoles no cobreixen en l'actualitat totes les competències necessàries per a treballar en l'àmbit digital. Això confirma l'assenyalat per estudis anteriors tant a Espanya com a nivell internacional. En el cas de les infermeres postgraduades, segons un detallat estudi descriptiu, s'ha observat que, malgrat afirmar manejar-se bé amb les eines digitals, aquestes a penes les utilitzen per a afavorir l'apoderament dels pacients. A més, l'edat de la infermera influeix en les recomanacions ofertes, sent les més joves les que menys apliquen els recursos digitals amb els pacients.
En el segon d'aquests apartats s'ha analitzat, mitjançant revisió sistemàtica de la literatura existent, com és la formació en competència digital oferta a les infermeres, no trobant evidència suficient per a establir un marc comú quant a continguts, temporalització, manera d'avaluació, metodologia, entre altres paràmetres. Tampoc s'ha constatat una situació favorable en consultar als professionals de la salut, mitjançant qüestionari, sobre la formació en competència digital oferta per les institucions sanitàries en les quals treballen, havent rebut només un terç d'un total de 1544 persones, alguna instrucció en aquesta temàtica. En el tercer apartat s'ha examinat la transferència a la pràctica, observant que fins i tot després d'haver-se format, només una petita part dels professionals apliquen l'après. La causa que més emprada per a explicar aquest fet és, majoritàriament, la situació actual de pandèmia, seguida de la falta de temps i de recursos. Novament són les infermeres de major edat les que empren més els recursos digitals. Finalment, s'ha dut a terme una revisió sistemàtica sobre l'ús del vídeo com un potent recurs educatiu per a empoderar als pacients. Els resultats obtinguts en aquesta tesi mostren nombroses àrees de millora en la formació digital de les infermeres i altres professionals de la salut, una escassa aposta institucional des de les universitats i centres sanitaris per a consolidar les competències digitals dels professionals, però un manifest interès per part d'aquests per a afermar la seva formació, així com l'eficàcia dels recursos digitals per a empoderar al pacient. Esperem que aquests resultats ajudaran les universitats, institucions i professionals a avaluar noves estratègies per a planificar, implementar i consolidar la competència digital com un recurs fonamental en l'apoderament dels pacients. / [EN] In recent decades, the use of technology in the healthcare environment has exploded, with thousands of resources, tools and applications. The Internet offers nurses, as well as doctors and other health professionals, multiple possibilities to create or retrieve resources that can contribute to patient empowerment. However, for this it is essential that professionals know and use the available tools. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it has become clearer than ever that other ways of reaching patients are needed to support self-care and patient empowerment. The main hypothesis put forward in this thesis is that Training nurses in the use of information and communication technologies will lead them to increase their frequency of use and to apply them in their professional practice, recommending digital resources to their patients or even creating their own resources. The use of these digital resources by nurses with patients suffering from a chronic pathology will increase their level of empowerment. The main objective is to analyse the use of the Internet and its tools by healthcare professionals in Spain and to assess whether these skills are applied to the benefit of the patient. In order to carry out this research, different analyses have been carried out, which are set out in detail in this document in three sections. In the first of these, it has been concluded, after an exhaustive analysis, that the curricula for the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Spanish universities do not currently cover all the skills needed to work in the digital environment. This confirms the findings of previous studies both in Spain and internationally. In the case of postgraduate nurses, according to a detailed descriptive study, it has been observed that, despite claiming to have a good command of digital tools, they hardly use them to promote patient empowerment. Furthermore, the age of the nurse influences the recommendations offered, with the youngest nurses being the ones who least apply digital resources with patients. In the second of these sections, through a systematic review of the existing literature, we analysed the digital competence training offered to nurses, and found insufficient evidence to establish a common framework in terms of content, timing, assessment methods and methodology, among other parameters. Nor was a favourable situation found when health professionals were asked, by means of a questionnaire, about the training in digital competence offered by the health institutions in which they work, with only one third of a total of 1544 people having received any instruction in this area. In the third section, we examined the transfer to practice, observing that even after having received training, only a small proportion of professionals apply what they have learnt. The most common reason given for this is the current pandemic situation, followed by lack of time and resources. Once again, it is the older nurses who use digital resources the most. Finally, a systematic review has been carried out which extracts information on the use of video as a powerful educational resource to empower patients. The results obtained in this thesis show numerous areas for improvement in the digital training of nurses and other health professionals, a lack of institutional commitment from universities and health centres to consolidate the digital competencies of professionals, but a clear interest on the part of these to strengthen their training, as well as the effectiveness of digital resources to empower the patient. We hope that these results will help universities, institutions and professionals to evaluate new strategies for planning, implementing and consolidating digital competence as a fundamental resource in patient empowerment. / Navarro Martínez, O. Digitalisering inom SFI på Vuxenutbildning : Värde av digitala tjänster och verktyg / Digitalization within SFI in adult education : Value of digital services and toolsKangogo, Moses, Hassan, Abdullahi January 2023 (has links)
Sammanfattning Denna studie har som mål att utforska hur digitalisering inom SFI på vuxenutbildning påverkat undervisning och lärande för lärare och elever. Den ämnar specifikt att undersöka vilken roll digitala tjänster spelar för att elever ska kunna utveckla digitala kompetenser och litteracitet inom SFI-lärande. Fallstudiestrategi med en kvalitativ-induktiv ansats har valts som metod för att samla in och analysera data.Sex respondenter som bestod av fyra lärare och två elever deltog i studien. Lärarna skickade skriftliga svar på mejlade frågor och elever intervjuades på telefon i semistrukturerade intervjuer. Även sekundärt material har använts i form av tidigare resultat om digital kompetens och litteracitet inom vuxenutbildning. Resultatet visar att digitala verktyg och tjänster används av både lärare och elever som stöd för att effektivisera lärandet. Det innebär att elever får olika sätt att träna på det svenska språket och kunna utveckla sin digitala kompetens och litteracitet. Slutsatserna visar att digitalisering inom SFI ger elever möjligheter att motverka utmaningar och skapa likvärdighet i lärande. Förslag på vidare studier i framtiden ska undersöka hur olika resurser kan integreras i SFI lärandet för att hjälpa elever utveckla digitala kunskaper och skapa likvärdighet samt minska digitala gapet mellan elever. / Abstract This study aims to explore how digitalization within SFI in adult education has affected teaching and learning for teachers and students. It specifically aims to examine the role of digital services in enabling students to develop digital competencies and literacy in SFI learning. A case study strategy with a qualitative-inductive approach has been chosen to collect and analyze data. Six respondents, which consisted of four teachers and two students took part in the study. The teachers sent written answers to questions by email and the students were interviewed on phone in a semi-structured interview. Also, secondary data was collected by analyzing a number of articles within digital competences and literacy. The results show that digital tools and services are used by both teachers and students as support to make SFI learning effective. This means that the students get different ways to practice the Swedish language and be able to develop digital competencies and literacy. In conclusion, the study has shown that digitization within SFI gives students opportunities to develop digital skills and literacy. By using the value in the digital services, students have an opportunity to counteract challenges and create equality in learning. The study recommends more studies in the future should investigate how different resources can be integrated into SFI learning to help students develop digital skills and create equality and reduce the digital gap between students.

[pt] O presente estudo teve como foco as práticas pedagógicas com os recursos educacionais digitais (RED) realizadas pelos professores do estado do Paraná. O objetivo geral da investigação foi descrever e compreender se e como os recursos educacionais digitais são utilizados pelos professores para o desenvolvimento de práticas autorais em seus contextos profissionais. Para se compreender o contexto
da pesquisa, realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os recursos educacionais digitais, autoria docente e competências digitais dos professores. A pesquisa tem como abordagem metodológica um estudo de caso de natureza qualitativa, de cunho descritivo e exploratório e contou com os instrumentos de um survey formado por questões fechadas e uma questão aberta e entrevistas com professores. O questionário teve o alcance de 712 respostas, sendo entrevistados, posteriormente, 6 professores. Para análise, utilizou-se a triangulação dos dados, realizando um tratamento estatístico descritivo e inferencial para os resultados das questões fechadas e a análise de conteúdo com o auxílio do software WebQDA da questão aberta e das entrevistas. Os resultados mostraram que (i) os tipos de usos que os professores fazem dos RED podem variar conforme a formação pedagógica, didática e metodológica do professor, abarcando o RED desde ilustração de conteúdo ao desenvolvimento de atividades educativas contextualizadas; ii) a motivação do docente para sua utilização perpassa pela crença de que o uso dos RED contribui para a elaboração de aulas mais interessantes, promoção de novas oportunidades de aprendizagem para os alunos, aumento da motivação para aprender, o desenvolvimento de práticas e estratégias metodológicas e inserção da
escola na cultura digital; (iii) as competências digitais desenvolvidas pelos docentes com o uso do RED são menos complexas, inseridas no letramento informacional e voltadas para o planejamento pedagógico, desenvolvimentos de avaliação e atividades e compartilhamento de conteúdos; (iv) a autoria docente precisa estar internalizada na prática do professor para que ele consiga criar práticas mais significativas com os RED, não sendo verificados indícios que o uso dos RED pelos docentes contribui para o surgimento da autoria docente. Acredita-se que este estudo é relevante por contribuir para a ampliação das discussões sobre como os RED são utilizados pelos docentes. / [en] This study is focused on pedagogical practices with digital educational resources (DER) carried out by teachers in the state of Paraná. The general aim of the investigation is to describe and understand whether and how digital educational resources are used by teachers to develop authorial practices in their professional contexts. To understand the context of the research, a bibliographic review was carried out about digital educational resources, teacher authorship and digital skills of teachers. The researches have as a methodological approach a case study of qualitative studies, a descriptive and exploratory, and it was adopted the instruments of a survey formed by closed questions and an open question and interviews with teachers. The survey received 712 responses, and 6 teachers were interviewed later. For the analysis, the data triangulation was used, performing a descriptive and inferential statistical treatment for the results of the closed questions and the content analysis with the help of the WebQDA software of the open question and the interviews. The results showed that (i) the types of uses that teachers make of RED can vary according to the pedagogical, didactic and methodological training of the teacher, including RED from content illustration to the development of contextualized educational activities; ii) the teacher s
motivation for its uses goes through the belief that the use of RED contributes to the elaboration of more interesting classes, the promotion of new learning opportunities for students and increased motivation to learn, the development of methodological practices and strategies and insertion of the school in the digital
culture; (iii) the digital skills developeded by teachers with the use of RED are less complex, within information literacy and focused on pedagogical planning, evaluation developments, and activities and content sharing; (iv) teaching authorship needs to be internalized in the teacher s practice so that he can create more meaningful practices with RED, with no evidence that the use of RED by teachers contributes to the emergence of teaching authorship. It is believed that this study is relevant for contributing to the expansion of discussions about how RED is used by teachers.

Die Studie nutzt ethnographische qualitative Forschungsmethoden, wobei Interviews das primäre Forschungsinstrument darstellen, ergänzt durch Beobachtungen, Tagebuchstudien und Experimente. Die Stichprobe umfasst zwei Gruppen von Studierenden: eine aus Ägypten und eine aus Deutschland. Die Feldforschung fand zwischen 2015 und 2018 statt und verwendete eine thematische Analyse, um aufkommende Themen zu identifizieren. Vier Hauptanalyselinsen wurden festgestellt: Informationsbedürfnisse in einer mobilen Welt, geräteübergreifendes Verhalten, Umgang mit mobilen Anwendungsökosystemen und Interaktion mit mobilen Geräten. Die Studie zeigt viele Ähnlichkeiten zwischen den Gruppen, jedoch auch Unterschiede, insbesondere bei der Auffassung von Urheberrechten, Datenschutz und sprachlichen Herausforderungen bei der Nutzung mobiler Geräte. / Information literacy is a multifaceted concept that involves cognitive and technical skills, such as recognizing information needs, developing effective information-seeking behavior, and ethically using information. It has evolved with each technological wave, with the Internet's popularity in the early 90s introducing computer, digital, and media literacies. The mobile wave has further complicated the concept as mobile devices revolutionize user experience and interaction. Information literacy is crucial in understanding how technology shapes our interactions with information and is a key aspect of Human-Engaged Computing (HEC), which aims to enhance human potential through meaningful interaction with technology. Mobile information literacy (MoIL) emphasizes the need for adaptive strategies to account for the unique features of mobile technology and its impact on information-seeking behaviors.
This study explores the dimensions of mobile information literacy (MoIL) in higher education students from two cultures, German and Egyptian, and how these dimensions manifest in the use of mobile devices for information-seeking and meeting information needs. This study sheds light on the similarities and differences that exist between the two cultures.
The study employs ethnographic qualitative research methods, with interviews serving as the primary research instrument, in addition to observation, diary study, and experimentation. The study sample included two groups of higher education students: an Egyptian higher education student group and a German higher education student group. The fieldwork took place between 2015 and 2018. The study applied thematic analysis to the data to identify emerging themes. Findings portrayed four major lenses of analysis, showing distinctive findings and comparing the two cultures. The emergent lenses were information needs in a mobile world, cross-device behavior, dealing with mobile application ecosystems, and interacting with mobile devices.
The study highlights commonalities between the two groups among most of the themes. However, there were distinctive highlighted differences especially related to copyright understanding, privacy, and language-related challenges in interacting with mobile devices.
